They did a nice job glad we got it done foam the outside of the house.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Forrest came out gave us the estimate with no BS or pressure to make the sale. When Ben and his partner came out to do the job he explained everything they were going to do, very polite and professional, cleaned up everything so well you would never know they were there.

Guys came on in timely manner. We’re very respectful and answered any in all questions I had So far no complaints, can’t wait to see a decrease in my electric bill!

I hired USA Insulation blow foam insulation into my 1910 brick home. From the sale of this service to the installation itself, they have been great to work with. I highly recommend anyone looking for this kind of work to call them. Great job!

Got foam insulation in the walls and blown in attic insulation. The crew was very good, professional, communicated the process well, and got right to work. Then had to adjust the thermostat because the house got warm in a hurry.

Update 2: The smell is still immediately noticeable when walking in the door 10 days later. Quite a difference from “no odor” and “the smell should be completely gone within 72 hours”. Not a great experience. We were assured that there would be no noticeable smell from the installation and the odor is very very noticeable. Even if it is non-toxic, it gives us a headache and feelings of nausea. Now on top of paying thousands for this service, we will be paying to stay at a hotel (maybe for multiple days) so our daughter doesn’t have to breathe whatever this is. The installers also broke branches off my trees close to the house, also not great. Update: The reply to my review stating “the credit I agreed upon” is false. The company denied my requested credit amount by half, which made the actual amount credited 3.5% of the total transaction. Just another example of corporate greed. Glad that my family’s discomfort for three days was worth that 3.5% to you!

I had usa insulation insulate my home for the winter. Very nice work and money well spent for comfort. Seeing an immediate difference in how hard my furnace works. I do wish they would invest in some technology. "Call the office to submit your deposit." Sending images of paperwork that are obviously taken with your phone when scanners/docusign exist. It also wouldn't kill them to have some email templates. Sir im paying you 6k+. I just feel like if youre paying a certain amount of money theres a certain amount of streamlining that should come along with it.

Josh and Noah were great..very respectful to property..very friendly and helpful with questions and concerns we had, Josh explained everything to my elderly mom in a way she could understand..we both felt very comfortable and confident in their work.. would highly recommend them to anyone who need insulation done.

Before calling USA insulation I contacted 4 different contractors. They didn’t show up, they didn’t call, they wanted to charge me too much, and they didn’t call back with their estimate. Ggrrr!! I was very frustrated!!! People don’t want to work anymore I saw USA insulation commercials and decided what the heck let’s try. USA came out in two days and I had a wonderful conversation with Mike who was very friendly and professional. And wala he met my price and my needs. Three days later Jacob and Noah came out. They were prompt, professional, polite and friendly. Noah said he just likes helping people and he likes turtles 🐢. Beautiful!!!! Noah and I knew mutual people in the neighborhood. Small world 🌎. They were masters at their craft. They did the job beautifully. They cleaned up the mess, vacuumed and made sure I was happy. I have to say I am a happy camper and cannot wait to see the difference the insulation will make. I can already feel the difference. Alls I can say is wow and kudos to USA insulation. Justin and his crew from USA Insulation installed their patented injection foam insulation in my home. I was very pleased with their work and would absolutely use their services again in the future myself and recommend them to others. They expertly removed and re-installed my existing aluminum siding with no trace it was ever moved. The guys were very professional and friendly throughout the day, answering all questions I had. They cleaned up well after they were finished, leaving no trace. They even threw in insulating my attic floor free of charge.

Had such a great experience when Justin, Noah and Noah came to the house. They arrived early, was very timely manored, very respectful, open to my opinion, thoughts and cleaned up after them selves. They were also very kids friendly with my little ones running around. Overall, a very good and happy experience!

What can I say!? I'm completely blown away by the exceptional service I had with USA. From the pleasantness of Sandra customer care, to Jake that came out to give me an assessment and quote. His patience and professionalism speaks volumes. This past Friday, April 28 a crew of three came out to do the work. Ben, Brandon and Clint. These guys are amazing! They were friendly and knowledgeable, they addressed all my questions and they didn't make me feel that I was annoying them. I had read in one of the reviews that they had begun to feel the temperature in the house change as they were working, and it's true! While Ben was in the attic blowing in the installation I felt it getting warmer. And the other guys were preparing the outside of house. I have noticed over the past few days about a 10 degree temperature change in my house. I'm still blown away by that. While it was say 65 degrees outside, inside the thermostat read 75. I could go on and on, but let me say this, if you are having issues with your house cold all the time and you have a leaking out from your windows you need to give USA Installation a call. You'll be glad you did. Keep up the great work Sandra, Jake, Ben, Brandon and Clint your performance makes the difference! 10 out of 10 across the board!!?

It's been a long cold winter and my house had no insulation. I saw a yard sign for USA insulation and decided it was time to call and I'm so glad I did. Nick and crew did an awesome job- working around two annoying dogs and working out in the cold. They were so courteous and kind and willing to explain everything that they were doing. The sales person said I would notice a difference right away and I do! It's true! I'm so happy that I called!

We had insulation blown in our home before the summer. We noticed a few degrees difference with it, so that's nice. However, what they don't tell you is you will need your home repainted afterwards. They blew some in from the inside and some from the outside. Had several painters quote us $20k just to repair the stucco, drywall, and repaint the ugly holes all over our house. Definitely wouldn't have done it if we would've known that.

The sales representative was informative and not pushy. She explained what would happen and made an appointment that fit into my schedule. The installers called ahead of time to give me an approximate arrival time. The gentlemen were very nice. They checked the inside and outside before starting and answered any questions I had. They completed the installation and cleaned up any mess they made. I highly recommend this company!

Ben and his crew did a terrific job insulating my whole house with foam insulation. They also helped my daughter and I with moving things in the garage so the insulation could be done. They also had to remove some vinyl siding and replaced it back to the original status. I would definitely recommend Ben and his crew to anyone that is looking to install foam insulation. Both my daughter and I are looking forward to seeing how much this will save on our utilities going forward. Justin and Noah did a great job! Justin explained everything to us and what to look for while they were installing. Our sales rep, Forest was awesome and made sure they were including everything we needed. The most amazing part was that you could feel the difference when they were only about halfway through the install. You would think 60° would feel the same, but with the cold outside air blocked ... We had USA insulation come and take a look at our home. The sales person that came was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and products. Once all was discussed, we set a time to have it done. The three man crew showed up when expected, and the foreman went thru what was going to happen and what to expect. Starting the job, they quickly got to work filling my attic with needed insulation. During this process the foreman went around the house with myself taking down siding and drilling holes to add foam in the walls, once the attic was completed, they started the foam. They had some issues with their air lines freezing up, because it was a whole 27 degrees outside, but the professionals they were had a fix to get their equipment back up and running efficiently. But I did want to make sure that I recognize a special person on their team, My wife had decided that she had needed to leave and while getting into her car she had fell to the ground on a small patch of ice in our driveway, the crew person that I also found out that it was his first day ran over to help my wife up and to make sure that she was ok. So I wanted to make sure that he was recognized for his thoughtfulness and professionalism and to let USA know that it was very much appreciated!! My home is the warmest ever since we have lived here and I look forward to seeing my heating and cooling bills decrease . Thanks USA.

Could not of asked for a better company for the work that we had done. The walls were insulated through out the house several years ago. And yesterday the attics had more blown in insulation. Justin, Noah, Conner did an amazing job they took good care of my property. I am so happy with the warmth of my home, I noticed a difference before they were finished. Edit: It is currently 4am and I woke up from the deepest most comfortable sleep, I have had since I’ve lived in my house, because I was TOO HOT! I had two radiator space heaters going and I had to shut them off because it was just too much heat. I was in such disbelief because it hasn’t even been 24 hours since everyone left and it’s such a huge difference! I also noticed, while trying to go back to sleep, I was hearing murmuring….and it kinda scared me. It took a moment to realize it was someone talking really loudly outside. Before USA INSULATION I would have heard the whole conversation, word for word! I noticed an EXTREME difference in my back entry as well. It’s usually beyond freezing back there, so much so my pipes would freeze. I left for the store after the work was completed, and came back and was like WHOA! It didn’t feel like my house! It was actually toasty back there! Durimg my consultation appointment Jake promised me 4 key things: 1.A clean professional job. 2. Noticeable difference in my home. 3. Outside noise reduction. 4. I had USA out to my home on Nov. 2, 2024. My home was built in 1953. I thought they would be adding insulation to the walls but after drilling the holes we discovered the home had no insulation in the walls. I’m looking forward to seeing how much of an improvement this will make in my future comfort in all the up coming seasons. The team was very polite and efficient. I had USA Insulation out a few weeks ago for Whole House Insulation and I can’t believe the difference! The house is much quieter and the temperature is more stable. Actually the HVAC runs so little I had to check it the other night! Everything was okay, just didn’t need to run.

USA Insulation handled all our insulation needs promptly and professionally. Every question I had about the process was answered and I was kept informed of any need for changes during the installation process. Our insulation team was was very professional and had no problem taking pictures of attic before , during and after the installation process . Justin and his crew were on time, and completed the job fairly quickly in my opinion. Justin showed us the install process which was pretty cool. The sound reduction is apparent almost immediately. My husband and I went to the 2024 Ohio State Fair and stopped by the USA Insulation booth, we had discussed having spray foam insulation done to our house a few year's ago and decided to get the free estimate and special deals they were offering at the fair. David came that following week and explained the material, process and cost. We decided to have it done and set an installation date for today(8-20-24) Justin and Noah showed up and did very professional work and amazing clean up!! The work on the insulation was very well done. The only issue was insulation was coming out of a cavity from bathroom floor in the basement. They encouraged questions and ask me to watch them and how they did their work.

Had an amazing experience with Jake and his team. Jake came over to the house walked me through what he was seeing and his suggestions. I never felt pressured to buy or like I was being sold something. When Ben and his team came to install insulation into the attic they were very friendly, knowledgeable, clean and quick. They even gave me some things to watch out for regarding maybe needing insulation in the walls down the road. Will definitely go back to them in the future!

Initially many years ago I never did receive a call back from USA Insulation. Recently I called again and Forest was a great salesman, even helped with questions all the way through installation. Two crews came out led by Matt and Justin, both were friendly and provided quality work. All has been a positive experience. My family has already noticed the sound dampening with doing the walls and crawl spaces. Now we wait to see the heating/cooling results. There is definitely something going right in leadership when an installer has been with the company for 20 years.

Ben and his crew of Noah and Clint did a fantastic job from start to finish. They walked through the house and identified any problems that could arise and they told me how the process works and I voted to ask questions and watch as they worked. They were professional and courteous while coming in and out of the house just a few times. They ran into a problem with my old aluminum siding and how the wood trim was put up around it. They gave me several options of what they could do as to not ruin the siding and I chose the one that suited me best. They cleaned up meticulously and made sure I was happy before leaving after they were done. If I knew nothing more about USA Insualtion other than how well this crew performed I would recommend USA Insulation to friends and family. I look forward to seeing the temperature of my early 1900 built home more regulated than ever before.

I can’t speak highly enough about how thorough this company is! USA for the win!! Jake came out to the house and had the best personality. We actually thought we were just going to get a quote but he was so good he sold us! Justin came out the next day rain and all and went above and beyond for us! Great choice! The franchise in Cincinnati did my original install of insulation in 2016 ,they have sent there crews here 4 times,all of which were not detail oriented at all ,and we're pretty dismissive when I pointed out areas that I knew weren't done correctly. As i kept working on my home I would find areas that were not insulated and having to call them back to fix the job they had done. Never saw any energy savings,comfort level never really improved that much. After the 5th time I called them they sent out ben and Noah who drove almost 3 hours to get to my location in Cincinnati. If you get anything done I would ask for them by name ,it is so rare to have a contractor that you tell your concerns to and actually listens. He took the time to walk around look at all areas that I had issues with,and let me know what his plan was. The dormer on my second floor that I asked them to check 4 separate times as it is my girlfriend's office which she is always hot or cold in,he checked ,no insulation at all,none, then also took the time to check all of the holes they had drilled into my home and check them all to make sure the job was done right,it wasn't ,many cavities only half full or empty, he reinsulated everything .For the first time since I had this done I feel like it was done the was it was supposed be the first 4 times. Ben and Noah thank you for taking pride in your work and doing a great job,its rare. Your both awesome.

Justin, Noah, and Connor did an outstanding job insulating my 1940s house. They made certain to fill every crevice of every wall, even where the framing made it complicated due to repairs over the years and the way the house was built. They went above and beyond to put the aluminum siding back on perfectly (no small feat with aluminum), to carefully caulk everything that needed caulking, and to clean the house and yard up afterward. They were fast, thorough, friendly, explained everything in detail and answered my many questions, and made it all a completely low-stress process for me. I would recommend them and Ashley, the sales rep I worked with, highly!

They came out and gave us an estimate quickly, and when they came back and do the job, they held to the prices and then inflated it In fact, they came back within a week of the estimate. As good as it gets for your home insulation needs. Our pre-1900 farmhouse was drafty and cold. Impossible to keep warm. This company was professional, courteous and competent from the advice stage all the way through to installation and post installation follow up. Would recommend recommend this company to anyone.

We had our home foamed and attic done. Justin and Noah did a Great job. They explained the products and procedures to us. Title: Disappointing Experience with USA Insulation Rating: ★★☆☆☆ My experience with USA Insulation has unfortunately been far from satisfactory. We initially hired them to insulate our entire home, expecting a thorough and professional job. However, after two separate visits, it became evident that their initial crew had neglected to install insulation on the second story and the front of the house, as no holes were present during a siding removal. To address this issue, we requested a third visit, during which the team used heat radar to identify insulation gaps. Shockingly, several blue spots indicated very little to no insulation in critical areas. This revelation was not only frustrating but raised concerns about the competence of the company's initial work. Before the third 2 man crew left I asked that they use the heat radar again and see what it looks like. Most of the blue was no red except for the bedroom was mostly blue. He told me that perhaps it was because the walls didn't have time to warm up. There are also several holes upstairs that we have to repair and paint because instead of spraying the insulation outside, they felt it was better to do it inside. Compounding our disappointment was the customer service experience. When I called the office to express my dissatisfaction and inform them that their first two crews had failed to do their job adequately, the response was anything but professional. The woman on the other end of the line was not only rude but also argumentative, making the entire interaction unpleasant. While the third visit did rectify some of the insulation issues, the overall experience has left a sour taste. The lack of accountability from the company, coupled with the dismissive attitude of their representative, is disheartening. In a service-oriented industry like insulation, professionalism, thoroughness, and good customer service are crucial. Unfortunately, USA Insulation fell short on all these fronts in my case. I would caution others to thoroughly vet their options before choosing this company for their insulation needs. After being dismissed by the woman that answered the phone, I asked to speak to the person above her, and she stated that she was the top, and no one was above her. After reading the other reviews it looks like this was a lie. I never take the time to leave reviews but feel like this experience needs share to help warn others.

Contractor was professional and courteous, and offered competitive pricing. Workers showed up on time and were friendly, even when dealing with our dogs. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up after their work well.

Jake was the energy consultant who worked with me to set up this project. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions- even when I had to call him back with a few more. He also called the day the insulation was installed to check that everything went okay and I was satisfied with the service. Justin and Noah were the gentlemen who installed the insulation. They were extremely friendly and personable. They checked with me before the project to verify and answer any questions I had. They were thorough with the job and the clean-up. You couldn't tell that anything had been done to my house by the time they were done...except it was a lot warmer!

They were awesome. The estimate was free and straight forward. David explained the whole process and what we could expect. He was so nice to deal with. The actual insulation was just as amazing. They were quick and efficient. Ben was also super nice and professional and answered any questions or concerns we had without making us feel like we were a bother. They cleaned everything up and it looks great. We could hear and feel the difference immediately as they progressed around the house. Definitely recommend!

Ben did a good job. I believe the interior walls were filled as contracted and knowledgeable. The only problem was Noah trampled my flowers. Foam plew out and shorted my outside lights, had to replace both switches. No reply from usa.

Emailed for estimate on a Saturday and they called me on Monday to set up time for Tuesday. From initial call from Sandra, to David the rep who came to tell us about their product and give us the estimate, they were both extremely nice and helpful in answering all questions we had. David was the best sales rep we’ve ever encountered. The installers (Nick, Julio, and Michael)were also very nice and helpful, as I asked them many questions. Our house was built in 1936 had no insulation at all. After they were done they did a walk around with us to make sure everything was okay. They also cleaned up after themselves. Great group of guys. I will recommend USA Insulation to anyone who needs insulation. You will not regret it. If I could give 10 stars I would 😊! Anxious to see how much we save on heating and cooling.

From the moment I called for an appointment for a quote to the first part of my job being done, it was quick, painless and hassle free. The sales rep David was outstanding and the installers were outstanding as well. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the installers, but the time I did have was great. It was a smooth process and I'm very glad I called. I can't wait for the next process to start and be done. The price was very affordable and I believe it is well worth the price as it already has made a difference in my homes comfort. I highly recommend this company if you need this type of work done for your home. *EDIT* Ben and crew just left after doing the second part of my install and let me say this, they were AWESOME!! We had our house done with the foam insulation in December. Not the best working conditions. We called the company and told them we were still having draft problems. The company sent out another crew. They went over the entire house and fixed all the problem areas. Our crew this time was Ben Law and Noah Church. They were amazing. They were through, cleaned up any deris, and were so polite. Thank you USA for sending this crew to our job.

We contacted USA Insulation from the commercials. I thought about it for years, but put it off for various reasons. Once the phone call was made, the appointment was scheduled promptly. Jake came out and walked us through the process. Justin and Noah were the install team. They were fast and professional. I had zero clean up to do once they left. One of Jake’s promises at the time of sale was that if there was any damage, they would come back and fix it. My previous exposure to contractors. I figured that was a bunch of smoke. I was pleasantly surprised. We had some minor interior damage to the drywall due to loose fasteners. We also noticed cracked grout in the master bathroom shower. I called Jake, who intern gave me the office number to schedule the repair. The repairs were made quickly and professionally. By Phil. I would recommend USA Insulation to everyone. They came back and fixed it 100%.

Myself and my husband Maurice Graham had USA Insulation installed in our home today by Ben L and Noah. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction and we were asked to make sure all our outlets were working properly and to check for any foam that had leaked inside around any light switches, outlets, etc. Everything was working and there were no signs of foam anywhere inside. Both Ben and Noah were very professional, courteous and cleaned up before they left. Our home was built in 1957 and had no insulation in the walls and very little blown in the attic so we are very excited to see the difference in our utility bills.

We had a great experience with USA Insulation! They insulated our exterior walls and attic. The Sales Consultant, David Francis, was knowledgeable and friendly. He treated us with kindness. He did not use scare tactics and we felt absolutely no pressure to sign an agreement. The communication from the entire team was amazing. David, Sandra and Julio were just a phone call or text away. Their response time was commendable. The team worked so very hard in extremely bitter cold weather. They knew exactly what they were doing and they cleaned-up as they went along. They had big smiles on their faces with every interaction we had with them. We really appreciate how friendly and reliable everyone was. We look forward to seeing the energy savings. Although the insulation was not our main problem and didn’t fix much of the issue with cold house this company was wonderful to work with. The foam ruined some electric so they went out of their way to compensate me to fix it and also sent someone else out to take a look at the work and help diagnose what other issue might be going on with the house! The foam and blow-in insulation were completed on time. Julio and Miguel were excellent. There were some issues after the installation and USA Insulation promptly took care of these. The results in the comfort level of our home were immediate. Glad that we had this upgrade to our home done.

Whole house attic insulation! Great job from start to finish! Everyone I worked with was 1st Class!! Great Communication with Ben, Forest, Christian, Allison and Sandy!! They are all awesome and very accommodating!! Ben and Noah did my installation and Ben is the Absolute Best!! Friendly, skilled, efficient and informative! He called when he was close by, started early and showed me what he was dealing with in my attic first and then showed me what it looked like upon completion! It was Awesome!!! This has been without a doubt the most enjoyable home improvement experience that I have ever had with any company and it has everything to do with ALL of their PEOPLE!! THEY SAY WHAT THEY WILL DO AND THEN EVERYONE OF THEM REALLY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY!! SMOOTHEST HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT EVER!! We had a very good experience working with USA Insulation. Last winter our house was cold and drafty and after doing some small renovations we realized there was no insulation in the walls. Jake was our sales rep and he did a good job informing us on the product and what to expect during install. The install crew was excellent! Justin, AJ, and Noah showed up on time and worked all day to get it done. Our siding is old shaker style siding and aside from a few paint chips you can hardly tell it was removed. It's been 2 weeks and there are already noticeable differences. The house stays a uniform temperature, the furnace doesn't need to run as often, and there is a reduction in outside noise. We're excited to see the differences this winter!

I had USA Insulation come out and insulate my attic and walls. My house would not cool off during these hot days this summer. My thermostat was set at 70 but the temperature in the house was 76. My a/c unit would obviously run nonstop. Forrest came out and quoted the job. He informed me that I would notice a difference almost immediately. The crew showed up on time, were very professional and polite. They explained exactly what they were going to do. They hit a couple of wires and knocked the power out to a couple of rooms, but they informed me beforehand that this could happen, and that if it did, no need to worry, because they would get it fixed right away. They did in fact get it fixed right away. I am very pleased with how the install went. It has been a week since the install, and I am happy to report that my house stays much cooler, the a/c unit does not run near as much, and the exterior sounds are much more quiet! What a difference it has made!! Thanks again to USA Insulation of Columbus!! I will definitely recommend you to anyone in the future!!

WOW!!! Everyone needs this product installed into their homes. From the first phone call to the salesman Jake and the install team this was a great experience. Ben and his team of guys came out early in the morning to get started on one of the hottest days this summer but you would never know that was an issue as they worked from the moment they arrived until the job was finished. Ben took the time to let me know everything that he and the team were doing as I tried to stay out of his way so that he could do his job. I have lived in my house for almost 30 years with the upstairs being the hottest part of the house. Ben said I would feel a difference that evening and I have to tell you he was spot on. My AC ran all the time but the upstairs never cooled down now I'm able to keep the entire house at the same temperature day and night by turning my AC from 70 to 76!! I can't wait to see my first electric bill since install. I thought I’d wait awhile to see the “proof in the pudding” comparing last year’s gas usage compared to this year’s usage. You can see by the picture my natural gas usage has gone down significantly! With the walls now foam insulated and additional insulation blown into the roof there was an immediate noticeable difference in outside noise reduction. Now the real payoff of this investment is starting to show with factual energy use documentation. The install team was on-time, professional, polite and cleaned up well after completing in one day as promised. Adding insulation to a home is always money well spent. USA insulation brings a great solution where the entire house doesn’t have to be torn apart. I highly recommend USA Insulation.

Logan J was the foreman. He and his crew did an above and beyond great job!! They were all polite and professional showed me how the product works and what they use to distribute it and how they were going to do the job!! They were done in no time it felt like Definitely would recommend this guy and his crew to your place!! His pic is below!! I asked him to send it so I could do this review if I forgot his name!! House was feeling warmer and the sound barrier was almost instant. No more loud rude neighbors!!! Obviously it didn’t sound block completely but it’s definitely more peaceful in here!! 10/10 recommend!!

We did have problems with walls blowing and blowing out however yes you did have someone come and fix it. Joe was very good and personable. Forest was absolutely amazing. The guys that installed were also great. The crew that did the basement were in and out and cleaned up well. The other crew that did the walls were also great. Very nice and knowledgeable. We did get new curtains to replace the ones the foam ruined and we appreciate that. We submitted a receipt for reimbursement supplies and hopefully receiving that soon. It was hard to get ahold of the office and get someone to return my calls but I dealt with Allison and she was very nice. I appreciate these issued being fixed and know all time is valuable. Our entire family has used USA and USA has dealt with any issues. We have already noticed an improvement with sound reduction and we hope to feel an improvement with temperature control this winter! Thank you!

EDIT: Repairs were completed on 8/6/21. USA Insulation responded to this review quickly and scheduled the repair as soon as we were available. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The product seems to have worked very well and the installation crew was awesome. Unfortunately they did drill a whole through our gyp board (when drilling through our masonry veneer). Crew was honest and quickly brought it to our attention. We were told that a "clean up" crew would be in touch to repair the damage they caused. Several calls / texts with our Sales rep Jake, a few more promises about the "clean up" crew and no progress. Work completed April 30th...Now the end of July.

I called USA Insulation to schedule an estimate on 06.14.21. After speaking to Sandra at the office, she was able to schedule a sales rep to come out the following day. Forrest came out the following day to complete an estimate. Forrest explained that estimates are based off the square footage listed on the auditors site. Forrest was very amazing with explaining the cost break down, the install process, the product its self, and the benefits. He also provided referral cards for if I had known anyone interested in an estimate. USA Insulation offers a referral bonus if someone uses your name as a referred person (use my name if this review helps make your decisions any easier haha) After talking with Forrest I chose to have my full house, walls and attic insulated by USA Insulation. Once we agreed on a price and signed a contract we began the scheduling process. Unfortunately the soonest an installing crew could come out was 07.28.21, a month and a half out. Logan and his crew came out on 07.28.21 and began the work immediately starting with the attic. The crew was very open to me observing what was being done and answering questions as they came up. After the attic was completed they cleaned up everything that fell out of the opening and secured some batting insulation to the opening before closing it back up. Logan and his crew began removing siding and drilling holes to inject the insulation. Logan found a small section of my home (the basement entry) that he did not feel comfortable insulation due to the inside wall being made of thin paneling. Logan explained that if he filled that section that the panels would bow out at the minimum, or worst case completely detach from the studs. Logan called Forrest with the measurement totals and was able to take that section off of my final bill. Unfortunately while drilling one of my electrical wires were hit. Logan was able to contact a contractor with USA Insulation that came out to fix the damaged wire. The wire that was damaged ran my refrigerator. Logan was very helpful with moving my fridge to a different outlet while waiting for the contractor. The contractor ultimately replaced the full wire to make a proper repair. Once the crew finished with the install of insulation they reattached my siding, and cleaned up any over spray. Looking at my home now, you would not be able to tell that anything had even been done. It has only been 12 days since the install with very high changes. prior to the install my AC would run for 15-17 hours per day (according to nest), now my AC is running 4-7 hours per day. The second floor was always 8-10 degrees different from the first floor, now there is a consistent 2 degrees difference. Before you could hear every car that passes by, now you can just faintly hear someone hooking right outside. The product is amazing, the company is very polite and professional - start to finish (not just the sales rep) - I would highly recommend to anyone that is in needs insulation to use USA Insulation.

I knew I had contacted the right company when I scheduled a free in home estimate for attic installation. Customer service was excellent from scheduling to completion of the work. Everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful. The price was lower than what other companies had quoted. We immediately felt a difference in our two story home after the foam was added into our attic. I would highly recommend.

I truly appreciate this company. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they were coming. They made sure I understood what was going on. They let me look at their work and they made sure to inspect every outside wall to make sure everything went well. Justin and his crew does an awesome job and they were done quickly and timely. They interacted well with my dog and didn’t have any issues with him being outside while they worked. This means the world to me as a home owner to know that they are polite friendly.

Dustin, Mike, and Conner were a great group of guys to work with! They are a 10 out of 10 crew! Their work ethic and attention to detail was outstanding! Our salesman, on the other hand, promised a quick installation. However, Beau only knocked on one of our walls and declared that our home didn’t have much insulation (which did not turn out to be true). I also spoke to him prior to installation to inform him that our install contained about 20% brick, which didn’t warrant the $475 fee for brick. He assured me that all would be fine. As promised, we did not have 2 inch interior holes clean and paintable upon completion. They were much larger spots (photos included)! When the crew originally showed up, they were ready for a brick install, not what we had! 3 out of 10 stars for Beau! If we had it to do all over again, we would ask more questions of our salesman and make him work for the $$! Overall, we’re pleased with the work that was done by the outstanding crew! We hope our energy savings will be beneficial!

Andrew and Logan did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and polite. UPDATE!!!! a couple months after having the insulation put in we re-sided our house. During this process we noticed a small area of rot in our house underneath a window. Not sure why our installers didn't notice or tell us about this. I removed the part of the house that was rotted and found only about 10% of the cavity was filled with insulation. There is NO way that the installers didn't know about this. When I called to inform them of what had happened, they apologized and said they would have someone contact me about coming out to thermal scan my walls to see where more foam in needed and they would fix the issue. Sounds great, Right? after 4 weeks with no call I call them back and I'm told that I'm being impatient and the person who does the scans will contact me. The receptionist was very rude at this time. We were contacted by Justin and he came out the next week to scan our walls. He was very nice and polite as well. I was not here but my wife said he did a great job and did find several area that were deficient. It is now two months since Justin's visit and at the risk of being "impatient" once again I have to call them to se what's taking so long. I am told that next week is pretty wide open so what day would be good for me. IF NEXT WEEK IS WIDE OPEN WHY DO I HAVE TO CALL YOU!!!!! Customer service here is garbage!!! I would never use this company again for anything no matter how good the product is. With the amount of money this product costs I expect things to be done correctly and honestly.

With a 118 year old home, Jake the salesman and Andrew and Logan the installers were very aware of the concerns that we had. Many of the areas had no insulation at all. They were efficient and very thorough to make sure we were satisfied with their work. They were eager to help with the areas of concern beyond the bulk work of the job. I would use USA again in any project and request Andrew and Logan, they are top notch and very personable. Great job guys, it was a tough one.

Had the job done today. Nick and Matt were our installers. They called before arriving, once there explained the job in detail, and got to work. It’s a big house and they made quick efficient work of it. They took me on a tour of the house after showing me everything and making sure it was completed and clean to my satisfaction. As for the results, more efficient heating and cooling, reduced bills, only time will tell but I am very happy with the installation.
