The owner came to give me an estimate and we discussed what was best for my attic. I had open-cell spray foam insulation installed. The crew showed up on time and answered all my questions. They took down the plastic storage containers from the attic that needed to be removed. When finished, the cleaned up the area well. They took photos as I asked and were sent to me the next day. Everything looks great. The receptionist, Laura was also wonderful and helpful. I would highly recommend as I got much higher quotes from other companies affiliated with FPL.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I scheduled an appointment with this company for an installation, but never received a confirmation or even a courtesy call. Despite the lack of communication, their team showed up at the property unannounced. To make matters worse, the owner later called me back and cursed me out over the phone—completely unacceptable behavior from any business, let alone one dealing with customers’ homes. This company clearly lacks basic professionalism and respect. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Stop reading reviews and call these people if you need to upgrade your insulation! My house was running 65-70% humidity and my attic was 85-90%+ and 100+ degrees. It felt like a swamp up there! I called and walked my home with Insulation Masters and we decided to go with open cell foam. The team came and sprayed the whole attic over two days. The same day they finished, you could already feel the difference in the home and the attic. It’s currently between 40-45% humidity in the house and 60% the attic. The attic is around 80 degrees during peak heat. The AC’s are loving life because of how little they have to work now. I originally called another company that advertises all over the internet that are named after some animal and I didn’t get the same feeling that they knew what they were talking about or could do the job properly. Foam is something that needs to be done by a professional. These people know what they’re doing and I can’t say enough how happy I am with their work. I’m glad I trusted my gut and went with them. It was a pleasure working with everyone in the company from the crew to the office to the owner. They are the MASTERS for a reason! I wanted to post some pictures of the temperature and humidity readings before and after but I don’t see where I can attach photos. Thank you guys again for the incredible work and experience. What an awesome experience from start to finish. Home is an older 1950s home with literally no insulation and this summer has been really brutal. I can tell you these guys mean business. They do not waste time. The job took about an hour for a 1200 sq ft home, they showed me their work, and cleaned up after they were done. My soon to be lower light bill 🤣 and family thanks you guys. They did a great job in the past, I was very pleased. I called them again to schedule an appointment and do the same job but unfortunately they cannot take calls, they are not responding to text messages, they are not honoring appointments, etc. Looks like they need to focus and take care of customers again like they did it before. (Update) in their response they are claiming they "were busy with Hurricane Ian preparation, this is not true, this whole interaction with their sales person was about 30 days before hurricane Ian, nothing to do with that. I ended up hiring Yoky Insulation and they did a fenomenal job!

We embarked on a major home renovation focusing on HVAC & moisture remediation. A significant component of that was our home insulation. Insulation Masters was the best decision we could've made during our renovation! Miguel and his team at Insulation Masters took the time to answer our questions and guided us through the best approach to maximize efficiency. As a result, we added ~1,000 square feet to our home, but our energy bills decreased 15-20% vs. pre-renovation!! That included two HVAC units as opposed to one. I had three estimates, and Insulation Master's recommendation was slightly different because they tailored it to our home requirements & objectives, not the typical "cookie cutter" approach. Miguel and his team are punctual, communicative, transparent, and above all, they're honest. I have no doubts that I can call anytime, and they'd be there to answer any questions. I had several follow calls and a visit post-spray to check-in. That's something you don't encounter these days. If you want premium quality products & work at an affordable price, then you want Miguel & Insulation Masters.

We had Insulation Masters spray close cell foam in our new Amazon shed. The guys did an excellent job with the foam and clean up. The estimate was done in a timely fashion and very reasonable. Had an appointment for someone from Insulation Masters to come out and give an estimate to insulate an entire house and no one showed up. The appointment was for 6:30pm on 6/22. I arrived at the property 10 minutes before the scheduled time and waited for an hour. No curtesy call, nothing, just didn’t show up. It’s not professional to waste people’s time.

Outstanding product, excellent team, and great price!!! Insulation Masters has replaced 80 years of dust, rodent waste, gravels and old insulation material in my attic with a new technology BASF rubber foam material applied directly under the roof.
