Pro Attic is just amazing!! We had serious infestation and mice problem. They were having a party in our attic.. keeping us awake all night!! We decided to go with Pro Attic after talking and taking quotes from a few companies. Pro Attic was professional, thorough and reasonable.<br><br>David was very helpful, he inspected the place thoroughly and gave us a realistic estimate of the work involved and the cost. His team were awesome too, they came on time, were thoroughly professional and cleaned up very well afterwards. They cleaned, fumigated, sealed and reinsulated our home completely. I was informed by my AC company that my crawl space had a lot of rodent activity. David and his team were fantastic! Pro Attic was recommended to us by a friend who had recently installed HVAC in their home, and after hearing how highly they spoke of them, I didn’t even feel the need to shop around. David and his team were great. They did some duct work for us. He initially came over for free to give a quote. Once we agreed on what needs to be done and the price, we set a date for the repairs. Another A+ experience from Pro Attic Restoration. The crawl space fan they installed a while ago stopped working. I asked them to take a look and Raymond showed up the same day! The problem was actually my fault, a circuit breaker to the fan had tripped, but they would not charge me for the service visit even though I volunteered to pay. This is an amazing company run by a very professional and customer-oriented owner, David Guzman. Three years ago I bought a house that needed lots of work done for the attic, crawl space and HVAC ducting and I hired Pro Attic for each project. I wish I had more work to give them.

I first used Pro Attic Restoration when helping a friend find a vendor for rodent issues, attic & crawl space cleaning, restoration and new ducting. They also dug out and placed a sump pump to keep the crawl space dry. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. The job turned out so well, I asked them restore our attic ducting, insulation, place 300 sq ft of plywood floor and a drop down ladder which has totally enhanced our storage capacity. The price was competitive and I would recommend them.

I contacted Pro Attic Restoration for a quote and David did an excellent and thorough job looking at our attic and crawlspace. He readily responded to questions and we felt like we were in good hands. We were able to get cleaning and insulation done speedily and the crew was very clean and efficient. We had an asbestos pipe replaced as well and I’m grateful it was safely removed.<br><br>Overall I had a great time working with David, Raymond, and the rest of the crew and would recommend them to anyone needing an attic makeover.

David and his team did an outstanding job. They did attic cleanup, insulation and then replaced our old HVAC. They were extremely professional, reasonably priced and fast. I contacted David several times for questions and getting help with other smaller things and he always picks up the phone!<br>I would recommend them anytime without hesitation!

The overall quality of work from Pro Attic Restoration was good and met expectations. They arrived on time, and their pricing was fair. The attic looks great and clean. They installed wood in the attic to create storage space, but the craftsmanship there was just okay—the plywood is loose in some areas and will need to be re-secured. Additionally, they accidentally disconnected our doorbell during the process and couldn’t fix it when they returned. I ended up hiring an electrician to resolve the issue, resulting in extra costs. I recommend thoroughly checking everything once the job is complete to ensure all work is done properly and nothing is left unresolved.

(Not a customer review) This car missed their exit (Montague express) on the 880 and then instead of taking the next exit they swerved over white lines almost hitting another car and I had to slam my breaks. Must have been an attic emergency!

We had Pro Attic Restoration perform much needed work on our home very recently. In the attic they cleaned out old insulation and rodent debris, reinsulated and rodent proofed. They also addressed issues in two other attic areas. In the crawlspace they reinforced all the foundation vents and access hatches and cleaned and wiped down the vapor barrier.<br><br>Rodent proofing was inside and outside, including the roof and siding. They were extremely diligent in fixing all the holes and gaps where roof rats and other wildlife were getting in.<br><br>Miguel, Raymond and David, and Gaby and Maria in the office, and all the members of their crew were very hard working and professional, plus they were polite, pleasant and respectful. Upon arrival everyone knew their job and got to work like an efficient well-oiled machine.<br><br>After the job was done, they removed their plastic coverings and vacuumed the work area, and outside they put back items that were moved out of the way.<br><br>I highly recommend Pro Attic Restoration. My husband and I recently bought a condo and needed a mini split air conditioning system installed in three zones. We reached out to multiple vendors, but David stood out by providing a thorough inspection and offering a great architectural design for the installation. He and his team were amazing—finishing the job in just two days, painting, and cleaning up afterward. Not only were they affordable, but they were also the best in the East Bay. I interviewed 3 of the top rated insulation companies in the South Bay and decided to go with Pro Attic Restoration because they were the most detail oriented and competent of the 3. Miguel from their team is a genuinely good person who wants to ensure they do the job well.<br>I have kids who are chemically sensitive so I was looking for a non toxic insulation solution. Pro Attic did a wonderful job replacing old fiberglass insulation (toxic) with hempwool in my attic. They minimized the fiberglass getting into our living space as they removed it (by using special air pressure machines). And the hempwool itself was so gentle that my kids could be around it without any health reaction to it (in contrast fiberglass requires a hazmat suit to be around). Additionally they did NOT use spray foam (which again has toxic chemicals in it) and instead used alternatives that were very safe. The result? Great insulation and my kids don’t have any of their previous sneezing issues anymore! It amazes me how insulation can have an impact on indoor air quality. This company did a gread job at a fair price. All done in one visit. They cleared and sealed the Attic and sealed the crawlspace. Definitely recommend.

The 35 years old house had original insulation. I met with Miguel for consultation to replace the attic insulation. After performing a thorough check in the attic, he provided several choices of insulation out there today. He took pictures of attic and advised that rodent prevention treatment is needed. The old insulation was only 4 inches in depth and not up to today's building code. I received the estimates on the same day with itemized detail work that will be done. Nice. I went with cellulose blown-in R44 installation.<br><br>Setting appointment for install was super easy, and they accommodated my tight schedule.<br><br>On install date, Luis and his crew arrived sharply at 8:30am. I was amazed how efficient they worked, and made sure that all areas are covered with protective sheets. I like that.<br>Throughout the install process, pictures were taken to show the clean attic, the mesh screens and sealants applied in gaps for rodents prevention, and the new blown-in insulation with at least R44 thickness (16").<br>I had an opening on the first floor ceiling from a past water leak. Luis was super nice and patched it up as a complimentary service. Excellent.<br><br>Overall, I am very impressive with their work and will use them again for future projects.

This is my second time working with Pro Attic Restoration. The first time was for attic/insulation work and the second was for adding a vapor barrier and French drain to the crawl space. David and Luis (and their team) are extremely hard-workers, providing excellent work. I had my Mom’s 60 year old house insulated in the attic and crawl space, new ducts and attic fan installed, (they removed the old insulation and dead rat!), and the whole Pro Attic Restoration team was professional and thorough. They made sure to protect the space with plastic and drop-cloths before starting, and cleaned up afterwards. David and his team are very professional. David is very helpful and mentions what the issue is and gives multiple options. They installed our hvac system. He was very quick to respond when our ac was not working and he came and fixed our ac. He was kind of not to charge though the issue was not the ac but a broken fuse. He does all this with a smile. Dependable work and reasonable cost and thoroughly professional.

I can't say enough good things about David and his team at Pro Attic Restoration. They've done an attic cleanup for us, installed insulation in the attic and crawlspace + vapor barrier, and installed AC for us. Always lots of attention to detail and on time. Pro Attic Restoration installed a new AC Unit in my condo unit. Everyone with the company is very professional, nice, friendly and eager to please their customers. They helped obtain the permits and when they installed the AC unit, all the work went really smoothly and quick. You can tell that everyone knows what they are doing because everything passed. So pleased with this company and would definitely use them again.

I have been meaning to write this for a while but we have been very happy with our choice of Pro Attic Restoration for our new ducting and insulation work. They were not the cheapest bid we received but the most professional and responsive. David is easy to get a hold of and was patient with all of our questions when we were deciding what work to do. He is reasonable and thorough and when we noticed something that needed to be addressed he came back within a few days to take care of it. I would hire this guy for any type of work did because he has been trustworthy and reliable and even did a couple of things for us that were not his responsibility (fixing the incorrectly placed hood vent and reinforced some flashing on a vent that was causing an issue). We did business initially with him in September 2022and I am just as happy if not more in April 2023.

Pro Attic Restoration performed a large overhaul of my home's heating system. They replaced my furnace and all the ductwork in my home. They removed all the old ductwork in my crawlspace as well as the attic, replaced it with new alumaflex ducting, rodent proofed the house, and put down some additional insulation. My electric bill dropped by 40% with the new energy efficient furnace and ductwork. There was a large crew that was able to come on short notice and get the entire system installed in a day. Super friendly, professional, and pride in their work. Couldn't be happier with the job they did.

I highly recommend Pro Attic Restoration. The staff explained the process so clearly that I knew what to expect. I had the cleaning and attic insulation done last summer. I recently had the exterior bedroom walls injected with R13 insulation. They again thoroughly explained the process. I also had the bedrooms painted for an additional charge. The team provided excellent service from start to completion. In both jobs the employees were very professional, wore shoe coverings, masks, laid protective cloths and thoroughly vacuumed after the job was done. David was very attentive to my requests and flexible when I had to make schedule changes. Couple years ago Pro Attic installed AC in our old house. I was amazed how professional was the team under David Guzman management. And the price for the installation was very reasonable and competitive. Since then we called twice for unrelated repair service of our heater unit and each time David responded promptly and performed the work, properly tested the heating and cooling, making sure that all is working properly. I am very satisfied with the Pro Attic service and would recommend it to my friends.

Great work from start to finish. They were able to vacuum out all debris from the attic. Their team setup easy access with ladder and installed a door. This has completely changed the look of our garage and has given us the extra storage space we much needed. We will definitely be calling Pro Attic for our next insulation project!

We had a ton of debris in the attic after a roof replacement. This was on top of ancient insulation and knob-and-tube electrical wiring. The Pro Attic team was quick to respond to our call for help and took the time to really understand our needs, which included attic clean up, sealing all gaps, re-insulation, installation of an attic fan, construction of a storage space, and installation of a ladder into the attic.<br><br>They scheduled the clean-up early, so that our electricians could replace the wiring unhindered. It was immaculate when they were all done! The electricians even commented that this was the cleanest attic they have ever worked in.<br><br>They came back when the electrical work was done to compete the project. We now have a beautiful storage space in a sea of thick insulation. We could already tell the difference in terms of house temperature from day one! We loved working with Pro Attic and would definitely hire them again. 10/10!!
