Kellco Technician; Jeremy, is an extremely knowledgeable, proficient and professional technician. He explained the details of providing termite control, and explained the significance of the advanced bait stations. I was more than satisfied with his demeanor, work and professionalism. I would highly recommend the services of Kellco Termite and Pest Control.

I have had only great experiences w/ Kellco! I first met Richard while he was completing treatments at a home where I was housesitting. After moving into a new place and running into issues with our indoor cats getting fleas, I sent a note via the company website to get a quote and have someone come out. They were super friendly and responsive from the start. I was able to schedule a service with Richard the same week. He did a thorough home inspection, provided a helpful consultation about our flea issue, and took care of a general service as well. Everything was explained clearly, and their pricing was fair. I felt like Richard definitely took the time to discuss a custom course of action for us specifically rather than providing a generic sales package.

We have used Kelco for over 5 years and absolutely love them. They handle both our pest and termite control and anytime we have had a pest issue (which is rare) they immediately come out and it is resolved. Specifically, our technician Jeremey is the best and so knowledgeable! We highly recommend them.

Kellco has been absolutely great for my home! Since buying my home in 2022, they have performed quarterly pest control and I’ve found it to be extremely effective. I live in a very wet, wooded area where there will naturally be a lot of bugs. On the off chance that a bug sneaks into my home, it’s always dying/dead by the time I find it. They are consistent, reliable, and fairly priced. Robert, my technician, always takes time to educate me on different ways I can help reduce bugs in and around my home. He has been my regular technician for a long time and knows my home history very well, asks me about past problems, etc which is nice because he always knows the exact spots to target. I can be a bit dramatic when it comes to bugs but Kellco gives me peace of mind!

The best best best best pest control ever! We moved into a new home where the previous owners were hoarders, so roaches made frequent visits! YUCK! Literally one visit and they were gone and it’s been months and months and i havent seen them yet. All the techs are super friendly and professional, even the people who work in the office are wonderful! So quick and easy to schedule and the price can not be beat! If i’m ever having any issues they come right out and take care of it! I Love Kellco !

When I called Kellco, I explained my situation to Richard and he assured me they could help me out even with the short notice. This year we had a major mosquito infestation in our back yard. The treatment was not enough so I called Richard and he came out personally and looked over our yard to find the source of the problem. Kellco is amazing, we’ve been with them for about 2 years now. They are always ready to help. I had a giant brownish orange spider in my bathroom and when I went for raid it was gone. When I called and explained what happened they didn’t make me feel bad for freaking out. They came that Monday and sprayed, completely eradicating bugs and my stress.

I’ve been using Kellco pest control for well over 5 years! They provide pest control services at my current residence and provided termite services at a rental property I have. The technicians are thorough with treating the inside and outside. They make scheduling really easy with text reminders about service due. I’m able to confirm appointments via text. They’ve always been very responsive. Also, because I have dogs, the technicians give me a call or text me when they’re about 10 minutes away so I can get my dogs situated before their arrival. They showed up on time (rare for service these days so big yay on that) - spent a good bit of time around my house looking for activity and see what plan of action to take. They were the most affordable option with what they offered vs others.<br><br>We are waiting for a call back to schedule service, that would be my only complaint, why can't I schedule when I call? Why it taking days for a call back?<br><br>Either way, I will update review, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve never said “I love my pest control service” until Kellco. When I asked our community group for recommendations, everyone said them and with good reason! I could not be happier with the service provided by Kellco. I needed a touch-up spray after our initial treatment, which is to be expected since I line in a heavily wooded area and the mosquitoes have been dominating for years, along with nonstop rain this month. Kellco was so prompt and gracious about fitting us last minute before the weekend. It's truly a night and day difference...feels like I actually have a usable yard now!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We as real estate agents know that in real estate ANYTHING can happen last minute on a transaction and it did! Kellco sure came through and saved the day ! I was told by a national well known brand that they would charge $250 for a termite letter. Kellco charged what I had known it to be standard in the past $75. They will be the first that I refer all my buyer/clients to. As well as who I refer the agents that I train to.

Kellco did an awesome job! I called and they came right over and handled my issue in a friendly, professional manner. Also impressed with their level of care and cleanliness during the Covid-19 crisis (gloves, face masks and shoe covers were used).
