For a short while after that treatment, we found roaches outside the house and some by our doorways, but they were dead or dying by the time we noticed them.<br><br>Paragon now comes to our house every quarter for a general pest control treatment. The staff is always knowledgeable and considerate of the fact that we have a small child, and they take extra precautions as such.<br><br>We haven't seen a roach in our house - dead or alive - in months, all thanks to Paragon Pest Control.

Dakota from Paragon has gone out of his way to make sure we are pest free. He took the time to talk with us and answer all our concerns. We ordered the mosquito bundle from them but every time they come to do the mosquito treatment they always check up on the general pest treatment also. The owner always send me a text the next day also to check up on the service. Couldn't ask for better service or more friendly people.<br><br>Update 10/2025: These guys have done such a great job that they have now worked themselves out of a customer. They helped me find and seal up all the pest problems and sources of all my mosquito issues. I think I can take it from here! Thanks again!

I highly recommend Paragon Pest Control. I appreciate their honesty and excellent service. I called on Nov 6, 2025 asking about wasp extermination since our renters informed me wasps were entering the house. The Paragon specialist confirmed what I told my renters that this time of year the wasps are looking to nest so they are confused. I appreciate her not trying to sell me their service as well as her honesty that I hired them to inspect and provide routine insect control.<br>I called back and spoke with Terry Sabin later that afternoon and signed up for routine control. On the phone, he emailed me the agreement. He also provided me with the first morning appointment for the next day. What incredible service! This morning, I received an email from Rafael Flores, the technician of a detailed report of the areas he targeted inside the house as well as the exterior with the breakdown of the chemical used. What excellent service!!!

While every technician I’ve met from Paragon has been fantastic, Dylan went way above and beyond. He was friendly, communicative, punctual, and genuinely cared about solving our problem. After treating the area, he even came back on his day off to help my husband remove the bathroom mirror so we could locate the source of the issue. Rick provided excellent service which included spraying insecticide dust to the inside of the jetted tub enclosure, and foam insecticide to the drain and the overflow port. I also appreciate his suggestion as to how I can maintain the tub bug free going forward. Great job!

Wearing shoe covers and being mindful when walking through the house. They always go out of their way to explain how they are treating the home and what to keep an eye out for. The customer service is top level. Always a quick response even if it's via text. The services are reasonably priced as well. Jose' was our tech and he's always very kind and thorough. We had an awful german roach infestation, 3 different technicians came out and we struggled in the kitchen area i started to think we could never get rid of them but then Jeff came along! took his shoes off at the door which i thought was really nice but he found an area by the dishwasher where the bugs had pooped and he was able to solve the problem for us, very thankful for Jeff!!!!

Paragon is great, at least for my own experience. I am with them for almost a year for general pest control and mosquito control, no problem and issues at all. Great and respectful communications. Experienced technicians. There can be some up and down services depending on which technicians coming over (some of them can be very impatient and carelessness). But you can always tell them which technician you want to come over and 80% of the time they fulfilled my requests. Overall, great pest control company I have used so far.

All the technicians and inspectors for my rodent, termite and bugs services were a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable and were patient in explaining my queries. Also appreciate their honesty and decision to postpone termite work twice due to previous day’s rains, after coming to site, instead of performing the work and charging me even though it may not have been effective.

After being worried about a rodent issue in our home, I sent messages out to a few different pest control companies. Paragon was the only company that wanted to know my problem before trying to sell me on a service. My interactions with the company seemed very personal and good-natured. Trevor came out today and was beyond kind! He even educated on me on signs of rodent behavior to help me be watchful! If we are in need of future service, I will gladly reach out to Trevor and the team!

This is the second time we’ve had paragon come out to our house. The first time we had a great experience. The second time, I called and asked if they treated for yellow jackets with their one time, regular pest treatment and they said yes. They came out and treated our house but we unfortunately two weeks or so later had ground nests in our backyard. I called and asked if they could come back out since we were still under warranty and was told that it would be $350 since their one time treatment doesn’t cover yellow jackets…told them I was told it was and they responded saying they would come back out free of charge since I was told otherwise, which was greatly appreciated. I am a stay at home mom and asked them to give me a 30 minute heads up before arriving to avoid my baby being woken up and they said they would. I did not receive any sort of heads up and my doorbell was rung (even though there was a sign over it) and my dogs barked and of course awoke my baby from his nap. The gentleman told me there wasn’t much they could do for the wasps in our backyard….but that he would spray it anyways. Hoping the spray does the trick. I also would recommend to the company to wait for clearance to enter someone’s backyard due to dogs. The gentleman entered our backyard before I could close our doggy door (because I didn’t know they were about to arrive) and I am very grateful my dogs didn’t go in the backyard because one of our dogs very well could have attacked the man.

Raymond was fantastic! He was patient with all my questions and thoroughly explained every question I asked. After finding some very unwanted pests in my home, he was kind, patient and thorough with treating our home and gave me peace of mind. I always want him to be our technician!!

Started having a carpenter ant problem last fall and I reached out for service. Everyone that has came to my house has been very professional and respectful of my pets, children, and property. Haven't seen an ant since except the ones that come to die. lol. Raymond does great work and they are always on time. Which is very nice when you are planning your day.

He only came for a mosquito treatment but he was knocking down nests in our garage which hadn’t been serviced yet. We finally requested they get in that space and I’m so glad Rafael was there to assist. He also told me that the company is just as great on the employee side and that speaks volumes why the workers treat customers so well! They are locally owned, knowledgeable and very accessible.<br>I originally called the competitor after business hours when I was off work and they sent me to an answering service. That representative couldn’t answer my questions or clarify if the service was $99 or $399.<br>When I reached Paragon, they told me exactly what I needed, set up an appointment time and had a very reasonable cost.<br>On appointment day, Raymond text me from his cell and showed up exactly when he estimated. He did the work and gave his best recommendations for our family dynamic (kids, dogs). Raymond is THE BEST.<br>Not only was he thorough in addressing all of my concerns for the quarterly pest control service, he even took the time to educate me on my magnolia tree out front and some of the unwanted pests that it can attract and what I can do to prevent that. I always appreciate that they are early and notify you if you want them to go ahead and come over- (so many contractors run late). He patiently explained how they identify if termites are at work on my house’s foundation (they build small tunnels to get access) and fortunately he did not find any evidence of termites. I’ve been using Paragon Pest Control services for over a year and I’m very pleased with their services. They set up a quarterly appointment and I can always change it if needed. This time I didn’t really need the inside service. Raymond checked in with me two days before the appointment and I let him know I wouldn’t be home but I would unlock the gate. He let me know once he was done with the service. Very courteous!

Upon my initial inquiry with the company I asked for a rodent inspection since I just moved into a new home. Trevor came and he was very knowledgeable and was able to check thoroughly and also checked for roaches and other insects as well. He was a nice guy and very professional. I ended up signing up and had my first quarterly pest control completed with Tony and Dakota and both were awesome. They were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to answer any of my questions and provide me with information I did not even have to ask for, which was very insightful. They both were also able to give recommendations for small things to keep an eye on that were not a problem but could be later on. They were very thorough in their walk through of the property both inside and out. They were really nice guys and easy to talk to. I have not seen any bugs since they completed the pest control service. The price I was quoted for quarterly pest control was also pretty good for the size of my property. I am glad I chose Paragon. 10/10.

We had a flea outbreak at our house this summer, and sorting through pest control services online we settled on trying out Paragon. So we scheduled a treatment, and actually the first visit to our house did not seem to completely get rid of them. Unsurprisingly fleas are HARD to get rid of! So we scheduled a follow-up visit 2 weeks later(which was covered under the warranty), and Raymond, our tech for that 2nd visit, did an incredible job! He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed very sincere about wanting to help us with our flea problem. His treatment seemed very thorough and, sure enough, fleas are now gone!! Raymond personally followed up with us 2 weeks after the treatment to see if the fleas were gone—just fantastic customer service! Thank you Raymond & Paragon!

Raymond was the most thorough tech that’s been out to my house, yet. I’ve used Paragon on and off for about 5 years now, and most of the time unfortunately - they have to send someone else out to spray after my treatments. So I’ve seen a lot of techs, and watch what they do.<br><br>Raymond really went above and beyond. He also cleaned and scrubbed webs outside of my home, no one has yet to do this and I always wondered why.<br><br>He was super kind, professional, and polite. Very impressed.

Raymond's service was awesome in that he communicated his anticipated/acutal arrival. This in turn helped me prep the Tennants. The prices are reasonable, but it’s really Adam who sold me. Friendly, honest, and thorough; he earned my trust, and that means everything when it comes to your home.

Paragon Pest Control began as a pleasant experience but turned sour. The tech's are professional, highly detailed and respectful. However, I have had continual problems with the business side specifically regarding their communications to customers.<br><br>I communicated the following frustrations with them.<br>- your customer communication systems need attention. You provide no advance notice that a tech will be showing up -- the first I am brought aware is when a text is sent to me stating that a tech is 15 minutes from my home. For someone who isn't at home 24/7, this leads to me as a customer either not being home or being frustrated that you provide zero advance notice.<br>- in the past, I've had techs visit my home twice in two weeks. When I asked what the difference is in the two visits, the tech couldn't tell me why multiple applications were being applied or why I was being charged so frequently.

I have been using Paragon Pest Control for about 3 years now. All of the staff I have communicated with have been professional and make me feel very comfortable. They are great with making sure I am properly communicated with about appointment updates through email, phone, and text. And they do an awesome job at making sure I have no pest issues.

This company is great from the customer service to all the technicians. In particular Dakota is so friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. He treats my home the way he would his own --with focus, care and attention to detail. He listens when I describe the specific issues I have and does his very best to address them. I trust him and he's just a great guy in general.

Paragon is an excellent pest control company. Communication is excellent, and scheduling is easy. Anytime I call, I talk to someone who is knowledgeable and professional and friendly. Having the customer portal is a big plus. Their prices are VERY reasonable. (I do preventive treatment and always have everywhere I've lived, so I have experience with several different companies.) Every technician who has come to the house has been friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Every one of them has arrived on time or early. This company does a terrific job in all aspects of their business and, most important, solves the bug problem!

We’ve always great experiences with Paragon. Every tech we’ve had out is always courteous and very knowledgeable. Will take the time to answer our questions and offer advice on how to help keep our home pest free.<br>We’re in the process of getting rid of attic critters and the house began to smell like one of them didn’t make it out. We called when they opened in the morning, and they came out the same day to take care of the issue.<br>When they left, they even locked the door with the automatic lock! So glad we found them!

Jeff just came out to spray the house, and he was fantastic! Super professional, thorough, and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was covered. Especially having dogs in the home. I feel way better knowing the place is protected now. Highly recommend him if you need pest control done right!

Adam was professional and thorough. He answered all my questions when making the initial inspection. I have spoken with 2 highly rated companies and believe that Paragon made the best impression. Pricing was comparable but the professionalism, detailed inspection, pictures and explanation of their findings and procedures to correct the issue were top notch.

Matt was great. Very professional and friendly. He appeared to really know what he was doing and impressed my wife and myself. He looked for problem areas and pointed them out as he went. If the service is equal to his initial visit I would have no problem recommending Paragon.

I have really loved working with Paragon. Everyone has been incredibly easy to interact with and flexible when I needed to make schedule changes. I love supporting local companies and feel like I have hit the jackpot. Plus, I have had absolutely zero pest problems after my first treatment. We had rat infestation in the attic at my rental property and decided to use Paragon Pest Control because it has a good review. They told me they would clean up the rat droppings after all the work done. I called and confirmed with them to make sure they cleaned up before paying them. They said they had already cleaned it. I have just checked the attic after the tenants moved out, and I still see rat drops everywhere in the attic.<br><br>I doubt their honesty and work ethic.

Chase and his team at Paragon are incredible follow-through! I live out-of-state in Seattle, WA. Chase was so communicative by 1) sending me photos of the severe rodent infestation at my rental property and 2) calling me to explain the course of action, warranty, etc. As a program manager by trade, I appreciated the schedules and milestones that he and his team would hit to ensure my home stayed rodent-free. The value for Chase's services and customer-focus is unparalleled---you will not get this same level of attentiveness from your Terminix or Orkin team. Trust me, I have Terminix on the Seattle property--I don't get even close to the level of service or communication from them as what I have gotten from Paragon!<br>As an aside, I recently learned that Dallas was going to have a major cold front come through this weekend (2/13/21). Since I'm an out-of-state owner, I called Chase to see if he had any professional referrals I could call to have someone go wrap my water pipes before the big freeze! Chase offered to do it for me--I was incredibly grateful. He told me he was going to be near my property anyway and would do a walk-through of my home from our regularly scheduled maintenance plan. Wow! Tell me, ladies and gentleman, why would you go anywhere else??
