Had our property's monthly pest control service today from Invader Pest Management. Joey, the technician, was very professional, courteous, respectful of property and very knowledgeable. I would say the best tech we've had in 5 years with this and another company.

I’ve been with Invader for 15+ years, geez it could be 20 at this point, definitely at least 3 different houses. The customer service is wonderful, very easy to communicate with them. The reminders are efficient without being annoying. Billing is easy and never had a problem. Every technician that has been to our home is super friendly, helpful and always willing to discuss whatever new plant I’ve discovered and how to make sure the critters don’t eat it. Being with a company for as long as I have, that should easily summarize a review. I highly recommend them.

Invader Pest technician, Brian Stanley, did a superb job for us today. First, he was very personable. Second, he was obviously knowledgeable about his specialty and shared this information with us in a way we could understand. Lastly, he made sure that all our questions were answered (especially about citrus/roof rats) and communicated with us what he had done and when he was finished.

Invader Pest Management is a great company. They are very efficient in their work and they care. Tyler did excellent! He looked all throughout the house and even checked the person’s work before his. We are happy.

Aaron Johnson performed the annual termite inspection on Oct. 19, 2024. He is very proficient and no termites were observed inside or outside of the home. He gave me a very detailed report. Rafael is knowledgeable and friendly. He has helped with our silverfish problem. He works diligently to find the best solution for our needs. He is honest and helps us make the best decisions with our pest services. He's hardworking and always brings a smile.

We've used Invader Pest Control for over a couple years. They're the best. Their technicians do a thorough job and address any issues that we have, which are few. This company also clears the exterior cobwebs from doors, windows and lighting. I've never had that service performed before and it's awesome!!

Larry Bushong has been our technician in the past and he always does a fantastic job. He begins by asking if we have any special requests or concerns and follows up with comments about what he has observed at the end of his service. He is very friendly and professional. We have been with Invader for over ten years and have had no concerns regarding pests [ including scorpions or spiders ]

I would give this company zero stars, if possible. They claim integrity and care for their customers as a business motto. I can attest that this is not accurate. Stay far away from this company, and don't let them anywhere near your private property. On our last service, our collie ran outside. He got nowhere near the technician and didn't pay him any mind. This guy jumped on top of my van, broke my windshield, and dented my hood. He took one look at the damage he caused and walked away. Then he walked up to my brother and the dog like nothing happened. No apologies or even letting us know when he had done. We had to comb through security footage to find out what happened. After the office said they would take care of the damages, they milked it out over a month and then said they weren't responsible. I have everything on video showing the dog was nowhere near their technician. Obviously, we fired this company. I'm currently looking for a lawyer, but I have been busy. Regardless, keep these people away from your property. I have a feeling they won't take responsibility for anything their technicians do.<br>To respond to their response. There was no chase by a dog. I have video proof that the dog never came anywhere near their technician. I stand by that they are not professionals, and insurance companies will always deny claims. It's what they do. Paying out doesn't earn them anything.

Josh made extra efforts to discern (and defeat!) a recent annoying bout of flies in our house. The flies are not a typical condition so he thoroughly looked for potential causes and provided deterrents to make them vanish. I appreciate the expertise and professional service. Thank you!

Been using this company for awhile now and the service has been less than satisfactory lately. The last tech was in and out within 30 minutes. Didn't check or replace the glue boards, didn't knock down the spiderwebs. Definitely not we pay for. When I spoke to them in the office, they said they'd pass the information along. We are definitely looking in other companies.

Brian Stanley from invader pest management Was just out here to my home and he Is so great very polite and professional , he even let me know about an app to download called Picture Insect that lets me take a picture and it identify any bug I come across, very cool he even went as far as getting all the spider webs from my garage. Adam and Brian are very good technicians. They knew what they where doing. Asked if I had any questions concerns recommended apps to identify species of bugs recommended tips around the house to help prevent bugs. Very informative and did a great job would recommend to anyone looking for a pest service.

We used them initially for our weeds which were out of control. Immediately effective killed everything big knocked down all the weeds our yard looks amazing and the guys were so friendly and professional - even when our puppy made an escape to say hi. Then, as promised six months later they called back to set up the follow up visit. The tech was timely and called to give us a heads up so we could lock up the pups! We love them!

We've been using Invader Pest Mgmt for about a year now, and they're excellent! They're very thorough and knowledgeable, and did a great job doing the initial service of our house. He started with a tour of of the home and then it was on to work he went. I can't thank Aaron and the entire Invader team enough. From prompt inspection to scheduling and all of the hard work performed. If you need termite inspections and treatments, Invader is the way to go!!

Have used Invader Pest Management services for over 20 years. Their services, their office staff and their technicians can't be beat. Today, 7/19/23, I met technician Aaron Johnson for the first time. He was well prepared for the visit, aware of, and responsive to, of all the special circumstances that needed attention this visit. I was impressed. He readily identified the live worm-like critter I'd saved in a jar. I was worried because so many of its kind had been found inside the house. He reassured me that it was harmless...a caterpillar...possibly a pollinator. He took the caterpillar out of the jar, housed it in a special place in the Invader truck, intending to relocate it to a safer environment. I am so touched by this gesture....this kindness. We had our yard sprayed for weeds for current and to prevent weeds from coming back. Great service we have used them before. this was our first interaction with Josef and he was awesome and very friendly.

This company and experience has been great all around. Nicole, one of the phone reps, was so kind in answering all my questions on 3 separate occasions and was very communicative. John was the sales rep and did the initial investigation. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was very upfront with the quote and showed me all my options. They gave me a very fair price. Will was the tech that did the work. He was great and exceeded my expectations. He completed the work in a way that I would have and I was very impressed with his conscientiousness.

Unfortunately we had pests come and try to make home in our attic and I had to utilize an exterminator service. Invader was the only call I made...excellent customer service, addressed my concerns immediately and provided same day service! Joey has been our technician and he is exceptional! Always great service. Recently we discovered ants in our kitchen. Joey came out the same day and was able to quickly find where they were coming from. He took care if it immediately. He is a great guy who really know his stuff. Customer service at it’s best!

Great company! All the workers have been so friendly. Office people have also been great about scheduling, reminders, etc. Happy with the level of control for our pests, particularly ants.
