Friendly, professional and do amazing work! Thankful this was the company that was used!

I recently reviewed 911 restoration and gave them two stars. We had had water damage previously and our insurance company recommended them to do the work. We had a great experience with everyone that was in our house. For the most part I was extremely happy with the job they did however there were issues with the way the floors were laid. I was frustrated that after a couple of years in every room the floors were coming up and various other issues. It had been two years and was not expecting anything from the company but Phil, the owner contacted me in a couple hours to set a time up to see how they could fix it. It’s been a few weeks and the team came yesterday to replace some of the boards and fix the baseboards that should have been done differently. I can’t speak enough of their professionalism and their work. Not only did they fix what was not done right, they identified an issue we may want to get checked out. So we are incredibly happy with the work that was done.

Aaron has been diligent, professional, detailed in explaining every portion of the job, punctual in arrival, cleaning up after every portion of the job, and very friendly and overall easy to work with. We are still in the process of finishing up this kitchen leak…

This company did a fantastic job from start to finish. They answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Chandler, in particular, did great work and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend their services!

911 Restoration did a great job. Aaron was at the house within 30 minutes of calling to give us an estimate on a leak from our toilet. They had two techs out the next day to start the mitigation and they did a great job. Chandler was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in our home while the work was being completed. The other tech did an amazing job too but I didn’t catch his name. I would highly recommend them.

Chandler did amazing, was informative. Checked on our house every day. Kept every clean and we very professional.

I called USAA this last Monday after a tremendous thunderstorm hit our area on Saturday and caused significant water damage in our master bedroom thanks to a roof leak. Our claim was referred to 911 Restoration of Glendale.<br><br>On Tuesday morning Chandler showed up at our house and immediately started remediation. He and his partners worked effectively and efficiently (tidily too) to get things ready for the drywallers and painters to come in to finish up.<br><br>Barbara and I would recommend 911 Restoration, and especially Chandler, to anyone needing restoration services.

911 Restoration of Glendale and Tyler who they sent out was amazing. Tyler came on short notice to help us with water mitigation and was quick to communicate, coordinate, and show up within hours on a Saturday. He quickly assessed and got to work taking care of the problem. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very professional. Because of him we will be sticking with 911 Restoration of Glendale for any future needs!

They were great! Tyler and chandler were on time, easy to work with and did everything easy as possible in our nightmare of water damage.

The monsoon storms are fantastic to experience but Chandler and Tyler were over-the-top fantastic as they quickly and efficiently helped us with excellent mitigation measures after the monsoon got the better of our roof and master bath.

We had an in wall pipe leak in our daughters room that unfortunately leaked out and onto our brand new cabinetry we had installed 3 months prior. Our insurance put us in contact with Chandler of 911 Restoration. He was on top of everything, showed up when he said he would, communicated very well, was very careful in disassembling the cabinetry to be able to salvage what we could and was above all, quick and efficient. The same can be said of his colleague, Tyler. I highly recommend these guys. It’s a hard place to be when you have water damage, so people like these 2 make it much better to deal with.

Chandler and Tyler did an excellent job. We’re sensitive to our needs and the disruption this is caused, and we would recommend them to anybody.

Chandler and Tyler did the water mitigation after we found a leak in our wall. We foster Great Danes so they are always so loud and nosey when people are here. They were great with the demo- very clean and patient with all of our questions and also made sure the dogs felt comfortable with them as well.

We experienced water damage when our soft water equipment failed in our garage. Water made its way into the house.Chandler and Tyler were here the next day. They assessed the damage and immediately went to work. They explained every step that was going to happen, which we appreciated. Overall great service. THANK YOU!

I have used this company twice before and paid out of pocket both times. I had a leak at the end of November and in the six months following I have had negligent remidation and zero restoration of the damaged laundry room and bedroom. There is a bad smell coming from both rooms, multiple repairs are now needed as they did not prep the damaged areas correctly and now they must be serviced such as peeling paint from their tape, multiple staples in the frame of walls and doors, marks and scuffs on the tile that won't come out. But lastly a restoration company that doesn't do restoration is a bad business. My lawyer and I will be filling suit against this company for multiple violations. In addition they left their air purifier on the property for 6 months now, this shall be resolved in court. I wish they would allow photos on their reviews so I can show just how incompetent this company and it's employees are.

EXCELLENT<br>Chandler, Anthony and Tyler did a great job. They came within a couple of hours after my call and removed some water from the carpet and someone wall base boards. Moved piano, books, and bookcase. Maintained excellent communication at all time Left 15 pieces of equipment. Only things not provided was earplugs.

Very prompt arrival on night of flood in my carpeted closet, master bedroom & bathroom. Chandler Noel, Tyler Franklin, & Aaron saved my sanity. They got the job started right away-& were very calming

After a week of water leak behind the fridge, Aaron came out the same day to assess the damage. He was professional and personable and knowledgeable! He immediately called in Chandler and Tyler to set the fans and start the drying process. The stress of coming home from a vacay and finding this damage was overwhelming, these professionals made the transition bearable with giving pertinent information and being personable and professional. As my kitchen was disassembled, Aaron brought in Anthony to help remove and place safely in the garage; my island countertop. Paul came to work on the plumbing and was super helpful. ALL of the people from 911 Restoration were total professionals. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your damage needs.

We had a flood in our bathroom and Chandler and Tyler arrived in less than a hour. They were extremely professional and friendly fellows who did an excellent job getting our home dried and safe. Highly recommend this company for their swift and reliable services.

We were so relieved to have Chandler and Tyler come to our rescue! They were very professional and responded quickly to remediate the mold issue in our bathroom from a toilet leak under our tile that went unnoticed and spread to the vanity and wall. They removed the vanity, mirror, and cut out the wall and inspected other adjacent walls for mold. They took pictures of all of the damaged areas and then took photos after they completed their work and submitted the photos to our insurance, saving us the hassle. They treated the area with an anti microbial, ran a de-humidifier, and sealed off the bathroom in plastic so we felt very safe. They are both very friendly and quite knowledgeable guys who know how to do a thorough job. We highly recommend them!

Great company. Ian Campbell went far and beyond to make sure my bathroom got done quickly. They did an awesome job and turning an old bathroom to a beautiful up to date one. And any problems I had Ian had them fixed quickly.

We worked with 911 through our insurance provider for bathroom demolition and rebuild. Both Richie (demo) and frank(build) were professional, told me all I needed to know and were thorough in communicating timelines and costs. They even used booties to cover the shoes while entering our home.<br>I will go back to 911 restoration in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone needing emergency repairs around their homes.

Recently had some roof damage repaired through my insurance company and the claim was assigned to 911 restoration after complications with the first repair company. Ian was in touch with me the next day, kept me informed on progress regularly and got a crew working quickly. He even got his paint crew to repaint more than what the insurance claim covered just so my house stayed 1 color. The paint crew, Daniel and Anthony did a very professional job and cleaned up their work area nicely when they were done. I would definitely use these guys again.

It’s always frustrating when you have issues at your home. What makes it even more frustrating is when your “help” arrives and the quality is sub-par. I did not experience that with this company. Very professional and Ian helped ease my mind with his professionalism and timely arrival.

We had a water leak in our master shower, I am highly satisfied with the demo and mitigation for the mold that was growing under the shower. The entire staff has been a pleasure to work with, very polite and always informed me when on the way.

Well what can I say Phil left me speechless. I had a flood in my house water running down the hallways and out the doors and walls some spots 5 inches deep.
