I 100% recommend this company. I had a fire at a property and needed the repair work done. Valley Services Restoration to the rescue! They handled the work professionally and timely. The VSR Team battled thru all the fights. HOA, City Permits, asbestos abatement, and Insurance. I'm pretty sure they did not charge enough to deal with the insurance company :) VSR kept me up to date with issues so I could address what I needed to handle thru the process. I had the Team install a ceiling fan and fan switch. I ordered this from Lowes and they picked the material up. I had an issue where I ordered the wrong fan switch from Lowes and they just "took care of it". What that means is no hassle for me, and they got the right parts to complete the job.<br><br>VSR was great from the Project Management, Onsite Repair Team, and even Accounting was great. It was all very straight forward.<br><br>The craftsman even noted that they caulked the two bathrooms and kitchen, free of charge. No last minute change orders to up the price. This probably took a skilled tradesman less than an hour to do. I would have happily paid for the labor.<br><br>I had VSR add in a water line from my kitchen sink to the refrigerator on the other side of my kitchen (galley kitchen design). They had to go up into the ceiling and back down. They got this done and now my refrigerator has automatic ice. A small price to pay for the convenience.<br><br>When I researched Valley Services Restoration they had an A+ rating with the BBB Better Business Bureau. This was important to me.

We are very impressed with this company! The mediation team, Rigo, Nathan O., and Nate, were very professional and competent. They arrived within an hour of being contacted and worked tirelessly to remove baseboards and underlay, then install fans. They checked in with us daily and kept us well informed .<br>Steven Reidy, the adjuster, is amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, explaining the process clearly and making sure we were totally included every step of the way. He interfaced with the insurance company very effectively. His communication skills are excellent.<br>Thank you very much to everyone we have worked with so far. Called Valley Restoration services for a water line break emergency this morning. I had a plumber out to get the pipe fixed then Marvin was the tech that came out. So glad he was the person they sent. He was great! Friendly personable and looked at my emergency in a way not to totally destroy everything in the process. I can’t tell you how really expected to get a line about how the whole house needed to be torn apart! That didn’t happen! Another nice thing was that he came prepared to take care of everything! If you have a problem that needs attention I’d personally ask for Marvin.

I contacted Valley Services through our insurance company after an A/C company collapsed my roof during an HVAC installation. For various reasons, it took several months to begin the repairs but once they began the work, it was completed very quickly. The communication with our project manager, Dean, was very professional and he kept us informed as each phase of the repair was completed. This company does excellent work. Nathan Org did an excellent job repairing the walls in our kitchen and washroom. Drywall repair can be difficult to finish properly. Nathan was able to do such a good job, you would never know there was a repair completed in our home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and most of all responsive to our needs and the job at hand. The work was completed on time and looks great.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service provided by Valley Services following a flood caused by a broken faucet in my kitchen, dining room, and living room. Initially, the team was prompt and efficient, leading me to leave a positive review. However, my case was assigned to Steve Reidy, who assured me that the job would be completed within a week. Unfortunately, communication was severely lacking. I often waited for their arrival, only to find they never showed up. Steve continuously changed the timeline, giving excuses with each delay.<br><br>I was in a hurry to get the repairs done since the house was on the market, but I had to take it off due to the ongoing delays. Initially, my insurance approved the removal of cabinet panels for rebuilding. However, Steve claimed the cabinets were in good shape and opted to only fix the bottom and replace the toe kicks, vowing to credit me for the savings. Additionally, my engineered wood flooring was glued to prevent shifting and noise, but when I walked in during the installation, I discovered they had already installed half of it and had not been glued, leading to shifting issues.<br><br>Steve promised to send a cleaning company for my furniture, which had accumulated dust during the demolition. However, he never scheduled this cleaning, and by the time the movers took my furniture, it had not been cleaned. He assured me he would credit me for this inconvenience so I could hire someone for cleaning at my new place. He claimed I would be reimbursed about $16,000 for work that was said to be unnecessary.<br><br>In the end, Steve sent someone to clean the house, and the next day, he asked me to sign a document indicating that the cleaning was completed so he could pay the cleaner. I believe this document falsely stated that the entire job was done, and I feel he took advantage of my busy schedule, which included managing the move and dealing with various parties. I never received the reimbursement that Steve promised, and upon reviewing my claim, I found that they were compensated for work that was not completed, effectively stealing my supposed reimbursement. I contacted the company, clearly stating that I was not looking to receive the supposed compensation; I only wanted to be credited for the cleaning of my furniture. Kris, who answered the phone, informed me that she would email a manager and arrange for them to call me. However, I never received a call.<br><br>I strongly advise against hiring Valley Services, and I want to be clear: I will not give this company another chance. Please do not respond with apologies or requests for a second chance!

Valley services restoration... When you need a company like this it's usually not the best time. I can't speak for all the employees however I can say Rigo Dominguez is one of their golden assets and is an absolutely remarkable individual. Not only did he help get my wife and I out of a mess he truly cared about every aspect of us and the job from the moment he stepped in the door. He took consideration to the dust and my pregnant wife as well as keeping me informed throughout the process. I'm not sure if this guy owns the company but if not he should as I would prefer never to work with anyone but Rigo in the future. I could go on but bottom line if you want to work with someone passionate, upfront, educational, caring, and wildly talented at their craft I would recommend working with Rigo for that experience that gives you hope for the world and future.

We had a terrible time with this company and with Bryan. What was supposed to take 30 days turned into 4 months. And work is still not completed. He has a crew working for his packing and unpacking and they were just throwing things in the boxes which were mislabeled so I made arrangements to do my own packing with th paying myself and daughter at least minimum wages for doing our own work. They were trying to say 5 people packed our bedroom when there was only 2 and they charged $14,000 to do this and failed to pay myself and daughter for the work of packing and unpacking 1 bedroom. Office, living room and family room. The paint job was really terrible with dripping showing on the walls. They continued to paint all my floor boards the same color as the paint on the walls instead of leaving them white. They failed to extend our time with the Airbnb and we were thrown out in 1 hour. And had to go back in a hotel with 5 dogs. I bought all my boxes and packing paper for packing which i was supposed to be reimbursed but was not. My daughter and 3 grandchildren had to stay with relatives due to them only reserving a studio hotel room for the majority time other than when we stayed at a Airbnb that we had to leave because he failed to extend our time there. This company is the worst restoration company. I would give no stars if I could but had to put 1 I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was forced to pay $32.000 for a job that I was quoted $29.000 for and was not refunded my money. They had to replace 2 vents because they painted over them and they replaced them with plastic ones instead of medal. Bryan was always late in meeting with me to discuss anything regarding the work repairs. Not minutes, but hours. This is the worst 4 months I’ve ever had to go through. Terrible, terrible company.

Do not use this company. They would rather argue for two years about whether installing tile a half inch or so away from the wall and whether lowering baseboards to meet the tile after removing old tile and a layer of asbestos and other flooring are appropriate for a homeowner who’s insurance company Allstate paid for. They also left handles unattached and floor trim improperly installed and they left nails shards of tile and wood all over my floor and dirty handprints throughout my house. They used my windows to pass tools and tile over my kitchen and bathtub leaving dirt and debris.<br><br>I was referred to a third party company Alacrity who I contacted several times for assistance but was met with silence or a message that a contractor tried contacting me but they had not. I had no emails no texts or voicemails and I was dealing with a couple of male employees who treated me with disrespect by asking me to go out party and called me girl and who yelled at me and told me the work they did wasn’t good enough for them but was good enough for me. Valley Services also sent day laborers who didn’t speak English to my house to do the work the company was contracted for through what should be a regulated insurance company and a third party manipulator for profit or whatever they are. I’ve spent years trying to resolve what should be easy fixes but this company refuses to do the right thing.<br>Not only that but without any reason twice they tried getting me to sign something so they could put a lien on my home which is not warranted with insurance claims. They also told the ROC representative that the contract was completed in June of 2022 but I have documentation showing I didn’t sign a completion document until after February 2023. I don’t know if trying to improperly place liens and lying about completion dates is an acceptable business practice and I don’t think the work meets compliance. The ROC representative closed the case because Valley Services says the tile was installed over two years ago but they did not install the baseboards until way after that which falls under the time allowed to dispute this. The baseboards do not cover the ends of the tile.

Had a water heater fail and flood the garage and an adjoining closet. Everything was soaked. Went through insurance and they sent out Valley Services as a preferred vendor. Couldn’t be more happy with them. They were on time, attentive and answered all of my questions. Jaden and Anthony spent the time doing the job properly and really saved us a lot of stress from an obviously already stressful situation. They ran fans and a dehumidifier and didn’t try to force unnecessary work on us to just get paid more. I thought for sure they would have to cut the dry wall out but they just drilled holes and used a less invasive process. That still provided us with the reassurance of not having mold but didn’t push into more extensive work.

Wonderful staff to work with. From the office staff to the clean up crew to the construction crew. Loved their work.

Very impressed everybody! I’ve had a lot of different janitorial companies over the years and have never been super impressed. The super cheap guys always do a super bad job, which shouldn’t come as a surprise!<br><br>Clean choice was priced fairly and so far so good. My office is looking great and more importantly smelling great. At the end of the day, we are all just too tired to do this ourselves and it’s nice to go away and come back to a clean office every day

This company was fantastic they came out quickly to resolve my flood issue! Evelyn helped me schedule my appointments quickly and was very knowledgeable. Jayden and Anthony were who came to my home each of them was extremely informative and compassionate to our situation! They do quality work to ensure no future issues from the damage occur!!! I will definitely refer others to them!

Valley was amazing after almost a year of us trying to get flooring replaced after a flood. Our experience with them vs other contractors was night and day in the best way. They were not only reliable and consistent, but they also went to great lengths to get in contact with our insurance when it felt impossible. Josh and Angel and the team were great!

Anthony was awesome. He’s was very knowledgeable, respectful and honest. I couldn’t tell right from the beginning that he’s was a great choice for the job and I am very appreciative to have had him as our mitigation specialist. I had valley services out to paint the exterior of my house a few years ago. Recently they helped me get my new floors. They have been a pleasure to work with! I will be using them again without a doubt!

Giving them a 1 star is too much ! Horrible experience from start to finish.<br>It took almost 4 months to get my small bathroom repaired, communication was horrible, they wouldn’t call me back. I had 3 different project managers & had 3 different people reject the job because they (valley services) didn’t want to pay what they were asking. They actually did more “damage” from tape being ripped and what not. Their painting was not professional. Not a company I would recommend or work with again.

After a pipe burst behind the wall in our shower, we had 2 flooded bathrooms & some water damage in an adjoining hall. Valley Restoration was recommended as a company that could handle all the phases of repair. Our project manager, Miguel, was great at working with us & advising us on the job at hand. Leo who was knowledgeable & adept at all kinds of repair work did a great job on rebuilding both bathrooms! We were very happy with the work that was done! My hot water heater burst on a Saturday and I was at a loss of who I could call! I found Valley Services and their water mitigation tech, Miguel, was out in less than two hours! He was friendly and knowledgeable! I needed drywall repairs also and was happy to find out-They do it all! Start to finish with one amazing company! My home was back to normal in no time! Valley Fire and Water made a very stressful situation much more bearable. They were wonderful to work with and exceeded our expectations. We had to do a full restoration - all of the flooring throughout our home had to be replaced and most of the cabinets. We had to move out of the house for 4 months for the construction - they worked with our insurance helped us through all of our concerns and frustrations. Great to work with!

After a Bathroom flood Valley Fire & Water Restorations helped our family restore our bathroom to an even better than before result. Donnie who helped us is very professional and helped us through the entire process worry free. Awesome work by him and his team.
