Great service. Attentive to details around our home and explained the observations and treatment that he put in place.

Justin always takes care of me. I have been in my home for 6 years and I have seen maybe 2 spiders and no mice. I never have to have him come back.

Justin was on time and did all the weed spraying while I was on a work call. I thought he had left before talking to me. He came back to answer my questions and let me point out the bad areas.

William (Bill) Smith is great at keeping me informed as to arrival time and there has never been a problem with me rescheduling since the system automatically does the appointments, which usually doesn't work with my schedule and I have to change it. So far my scorpion problem has disappeared which I couldn't be happier about!

I got an inspection done in 1-22-2026, I’ve reached out multiple times to get my estimate/report ready. Very time I call they say they will get the technician to send me the report. I have not gotten anything, when I call I get told the same thing every time. “ we will reach out to the technician and the manager but still no report.

Lewis has been our technician for almost a year; he always informs us ahead of time our date and time frame of service as well as list description of what he will do during service. He let's us know when he's finished, what he's done, any findings and or issues if any. He's been polite, attentive and seems knowledgeable of his job.<br>We've experienced some growing pains (and pricing) over the past couple years with multiple mergers of companies, hoping that has settled and that we will continue to receive the satisfactory customer service that Lewis has provided so far.

Jilberto is extremely responsive. Service is great. Goes above and beyond. I haven’t had ants since ai started with Terminex.

Terminix does a great job keeping pests away from my house and yard, specifically those large water roaches.

Today, the technician was performing the annual termite inspection & verifying bait stations. He was most pleasant, professional and efficient. He took time to explain what he was doing and what a used station vs a clean station looked like. He also asked if I had any pest issues inside. I genuinely appreciated his effort and concern . Termites. The person that inspected the house said they would dig around the house and pour Termite killer in the trench . Drill holes in the garage and inject insecticide under the house and install bait killers around the house. Total $1,300. What they actually did was only put bait traps around the house. They suck big time.

Had the routine pest control completed today by Lewis from Terminix. Lewis always does a great job. He inspects the entire property and applies the appropriate pesticide needed to take care of any pests. Lewis is professional and friendly doing the job the way I have asked him to do it. I would recommend Terminix to take care of your pest control.

I was in the middle of moving and could not be here for the work but did meet Chuck who was very nice and professional. What really impressed me was the job he did. I have artificial grass and he put it all back you can't even tell that it was disturbed. Excellent job its great seeing poeple take pride in a job. The technician Justin is amazing !He not only accommodated the time I could have him do service at 6am, but he made sure to put the lock on my back gate before he left. I have 3 dogs that can easily push open the gate if not properly secured! He also took the time to find all the areas of concern with ants! Thanks for superior service Justin!

Charles was awesome. Super nice and didn't mind my dog and cats in the backyard 🤣 between making an appointment, coming out for an inspection and installing the termite baits, it was like four days total. And a holiday weekend ! Josh came out to check for the termites (they were so bad) and I felt bad because I had made an appt on Monday (memorial day) not even thinking and his next appt wasn't until June but I was worried because of how bad the termites were so he came out on Saturday. I appreciate it so much. Especially because I'm like an hour and a half away from where the main office is and where these guys work out of.

Chuck is very courteous and professional, very respectful, it's clear to me, he knows his job well and has great customer service skills. He gave me a few tips to help better discern termite activity and he's very reassuring, confident and kind, I think that's important dealing with termites can be stressful situation to homeowner.<br><br>I appreciate his professionalism, so I request Chuck and I'm willing to wait a few days or so, until he can come out to treat/ inspect if need be because he's quite knowledgeable and really knows what he's doing,, and i appreciate his responsiveness, he gets me on the schedule first thing next day he shows up, I really do appreciate it.🙏

The orders placed never make it to the inspector on time or with accurate information. They take the “lead” and don’t send any confirmation and by the time the appointment happens it’s too late. Completely a broken system. I’ve scheduled 10+ inspections with them and over half have been messed up.

We use Terminix and have overall had a decent experience. My review is concerns regarding safety and the phone system. The phone system does not allow you to talk to anyone and will hang up on you. It’s bet difficult to contact customer service.<br><br>For the “safety “ part we’ve come home every time with our back gate swinging open because the techs are too lazy to simply put the brick back to keep the gate closed (we have a key code lock so it doesn’t latch and we put the brick there to keep it closed during the times they come to spray). It’s really not that hard to put a brick back.<br><br>I wasn’t even planning on writing a review but after attempting to call multiple times I’m just over it.

We made a Terminex Western Multipoint Inspection appointment and were pleased with the fact that consultant Brittany checked a few days ahead of time that the appointment window was still convenient for us. It was, and on the day of our appointment, we received a text from Brittany with her estimated time of arrival. Brittany was on time and was friendly and professional in our inspection interaction with her!

Justin is the best! We have been invaded by gophers!!! Our yard looks like a war zone because of these creepy things. He's always there and ready to gas them when we need them. He's great to work with!!! Also his boss Michael is great too!!! Thank you guys for always being there!

Called for inspection and set an appointment. No call, no show. Called back and asked for an update, call center told me they couldn't reach their own technician and didn't know where he was, wanted to reschedule me for a week later, but were able send their commercial tech a few days later instead. Weird, but ok, I get it, miscommunication happens sometimes. The next month I called for another inspection, set another appointment, and the exact same thing happens. Attached screenshots of the messages I received two days later, on Wednesday. Apparently there is just no guarantee Terminix can keep your appointment. Totally unprofessional.

We've absolutely adore Lewis Kelly. He's been our tech for years. He's friendly, knowledgeable, does a good job and cares about our pets. Good man!!

Brittany, the company's Representative, did a fantastic job inspecting our house throughly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Her excellent service deserves a 5 star rating. She responded to my call in a timely matter and took care of things right away! The first technician who came to our house named Kenneth did not complete the job and lied to my face. Today I was relieved when Operations Manager Mike, along with Charlie and Tim, stepped in to make things right. They not only met my expectationss but went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed properly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. I truly appreciate their hard work!

On site technician was great very professional.<br><br>Terminix scheduling is rubbish.<br><br>Operators were good but I felt their hands were tied on what that could do to solve the total scheduling miscommunication. It’s not the first time this has occurred.

Sebastian is a great tech. Take pride in his work . Made sure everything was sprayed and we had no concerns. Cane in sprayed inside as well. Great job. I told him we had not one bug inside the house our old service was not as good so glad we switched.

Salvador was on time efficient and didn’t hesitate to acknowledge my request to come inside. He explained the habits of some insects and thoroughly sprayed inside and out. I greatly appreciate the service he provided!

We have used Terminix for almost 20yrs now and between 2 homes here in Chandler, AZ and we have had no issues whatsoever. They do a fantastic job! They are always on time. They notify you when they are coming and they provide an update when they are done. There are never any critter issues to address. They assess the landscape well and clean up well. Thanks for taking great care of our yard!

Shady company!!!! I made an appointment for termite service with Terminix but canceled a few days in advance after deciding to get another quote. After canceling the service I was subjected to a badgering phone call followed by a pages long text message out of the blue a few days later.<br><br>Because of this harassment I called and asked to have my credit card information be removed from the account and the person on the phone told me about the Sunday appointment. At first I was confused because I’d canceled one for last Saturday but the woman I spoke to said it was for this coming Sunday. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE they were going to show up and try to do work on my house.

I have had very good luck with Terminex services for 20 years, for both termite and pest control.<br>Many years ago, I noticed signs of termite activity in my garage. As it turned out my nextdoor neighbor did as well. Terminex generously credited my account, when my neighbor also hired them. The initial treatment was relatively costly; but whatever treatment protocol they have is very effective. The thoroughness became evident when they drilled holes in the areas where sidewalk surrounded my home. I have only had to have one chemicals application; no termite activity has been observed since.To have a continuing warranty for any new treatment at no extra cost, I am required to have one annual termite inspection.The warranty also covers any potential termite damage to both my home and it's wooden contents.<br>I am have also been happy with Terminex's pest control services. For 20 years, their treatment protocol on the outside perimeter of my home has kept the indoor area of my home pest free. I do not like the idea of having pesticides in my house. The outside treatment is required in only every 90 days. The technician will make extra visits any time pest activity becomes evident. There are some exclusions of coverage for certain pest types i.e. mosquitoes, scorpions.<br>On one occasion, during a 2 month period of time, I did have an unexpected pest challenge . My assigned technician was ineffective in solving this new issue. However, after requesting a technician reassignment, I was extremely pleased with the new technician, Sebastian. He was a specialist who had a high level of expertise for the particular pest issue. I think it may be no of coincidence when Sebastian told me he was promoted to a training capacity with Terminex. This suggests to me that Terminex will go the extra mile when issues are not being resolved ; but perhaps in bringing this problem to their attention, they later may have implemented additional staff training to optimize services going forward.<br>Except for this one occasion, which had a positive resolution, my services from Terminex have been excellent.

Christopher is always prompt! So polite and always asks if I have concerns with any specific pests. He is very thorough and spends time doing a great job! Terminix is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! Terminix is a great company! Would highly recommend!

Christopher Morones was our technician. He always arrives on time, has a smile on his face, and always shakes my hand. He’s polite, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable.<br><br>He explains what he is going to do, asks if we have had any issues inside or outside and then when he was done he explained what was done and if we had any issues, to contact the company and he would be happy to come out again.<br><br>Our last technician, Stephen was just as exceptional. Your company is obviously doing something right and are to be congratulated. I think Christopher deserves an increase in pay or some type of bonus.<br><br>Keep up the great work

Terminix has by far exceed my expectations and have been part of my success. Brandon is always on time and professional. We have worked together as a team to make my reports and my binder exactly what my team needs. Jesse has been able to help me through some billing questions. I have been able to confidently refer Terminix to my business neighbors. In short I am extremely pleased with the service they provide!

Terminix installed bait stations around my house during the winter. Now that summer has arrived, I discovered that the bait stations punctured my irrigation systems water line cause flooding around my house. I’ve been trying to call them and no one returns my calls. They advised I would be contacted in 24 hours and it’s almost been a week. I had to call another company to address the problem because they won’t respond.

Techs were super friendly and knowledgeable. Had the previous company we had a contract with out multiple times to no avail. Tech Christopher Peterson right off the bat gave me more info and reassurance the problem would be taken care of. Glad we spent the extra money and got the multi year plan. Piece of mind is great. Will definitely be Terminix customers for a long time. Thank you!
