Scorpion King has been taking care of our family for the last few years and at two different properties. They are so knowledgeable and take extra time to get to know our needs and personalize the best service for us. Cannot recommend them enough! Great service and great prices!

I’ve been a customer of Scorpion King for years. Their product is very effective at preventing scorpions, spiders and all kinds of other insects! I have to say though, that their customer service is my favorite part about working with them. My regular spray guy even made friends with my doggies who would run up to see him every month.

So yesterday I called Barbara and I told her my problem, Barbara asked me if I had house plants? She asked me to email her pictures I did, she got back to me right away after she got the information from Robert, Barbara told me it's my plants from the pictures I sent her of the gnats, that my trap had caught. Barbara informed me what I must do. Got new potting soil repotted all my plant, I could see the gnats and the larvi after removing the plants stuck to the inside of the pot, I scrubbed my pots clean with all-purpose cleaner. Well, I took all the soil off my plants down to the roots. And added all new soil, the traps have not caught anything and my plants and family are happy. Thank you

I have had Scorpion King Exterminating servicing our home for about 6 years now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with keeping us safe from scorpions and other pests! Robert is our guy and he is always so courteous and makes sure our back gate is securely shut before leaving, which is a huge deal to us having pets! I have never once had an issue with them and I recommend them to anyone I know! Recently between services we noticed some wasps flying around our property and right away Robert came out and took care of them. We love this company and will continue to have them forever!

I’ve been a loyal Scorpion King customer since 2020 and will continue to use and recommend their services. I’ve had them on service for two different homes, both in high-problem areas, and I’ve never had an issue with scorpions. Their technicians are always friendly, and the staff communicates exceptionally well. In a time when reliable service companies are hard to find, Scorpion King stands out as honest and dependable.

I purchased a home that had been sitting vacant for the better part of a year with no pest control during that time. Of course, this made my property the Scorpion Hilton. There were issues with scorpions in the house, garage and outside. I used not one but two other pest control companies but they didn't solve the problem. Finally a friend recommended Scorpion King and I'm so glad they did. Eric was timely, professional and very informative as to what was going on with my property and how to solve the problem once and for all. Since I've used Scorpion King, I have not seen any scorpions anywhere, inside or out. They do a great job and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We had another pest control company putting a scare in us that our neighborhood is experiencing termites. I called our pest control company Scorpion King that we have had now for over 5 years, Robert and Eric came within a couple of days to do a very thorough inspection. We LOVE this company how they explained everything to us and reassured us we have no termites. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Scorpion King and Eric Godinez are amazing. I have used several other companies and we still had scorpions in the house and around the yard. Welcome to AZ. I live in a large housing area and they all recommended this company. Eric came out and listen to our concerns, did an entire house inspection and no more scorpions. I started services in Oct 2023 after moving in. I chose to keep the same services as the previous resident since it worked for them which was bi-monthly. Scorpion King is always respectful of my property and has never canceled or missed a date of service. The product they use is effective and I will maintain loyalty for as long as they maintain quality. My home backs up to a wash so there is plenty opportunity for pests and all kinds of crawlers to enter my property but I seen none unless it’s coming due for my bi/monthly service.

BEST Scorpion and Termite Exterminating Service (Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek area)<br><br>January 2024 - I recently found the start of a termite tube in the garage wall. Scorpion King Exterminating confirmed it was a termite tube and were able to get me scheduled for treatment within a few days. Amazingly, they checked the entire home even though termite tube was in the garage, furthest away from living space and very small. I appreciated the thorough inspection as it put my mind at ease knowing a professional took their time to make sure nothing was missed.<br><br>I was so thankful Eric carved out time in his already full schedule to take care of the termite issue promptly; thank goodness, as I heard from friends it can take 3+ weeks from other termite companies.<br><br>At time of treatment, Eric and John (?) identified areas of concern and drilled & treated perimeter of home, noticeably getting every corner, door area(s), in addition to perimeter of home. After treatment, cleaned up & put everything back where they drilled, and even re-patched a wall.<br><br>Afterwards, I compared my home termite treated areas to a friend’s home (friend hired a big-name company). We saw noticeable differences: My exterminator (Scorpion King Exterminating) provided a prompt thorough inspection and service, hers did not. My guys scoped and treated a garage wall w/termites, drilled/treated entire perimeter of home, including all doors, patio door, and outside corners of home, which her exterminator (big-company name) missed or did not perform.<br><br>So, overall, I made the better choice. If anything my exterminator did a thorough review inspecting inside and outside the home, going the extra mile (or sq. ft) to ensure treatment covered every inch to destroy these nasty home destroying pests!<br><br>In hindsight, I wish I had requested Scorpion King Exterminating to provide termite preventative treatment as these home destroying pests are no joke; something I will request in the future right before warranty runs out. But right now the treatment I purchased to eliminate termites comes w/a great warranty! I've always been happy w/the service Eric's provided, as he is knowledge of all pests. Eric (exterminator) and Barbara (scheduling and payment) have been amazing and provide top-notch service that can’t be compared.<br><br>Older post (specific to scorpion treatment by Scorpion King Exterminating):<br><br>After arriving in Arizona several years ago, my family and I were unaware of the dangerous little pests that lurked in and around our new home. We just so happened to move into an area that saw a lot of scorpion and spider activity, rich farm soil some say - Gilbert area.<br><br>We came from a cold northern state and the pest there, well you can see those coming. I have young girls (and pets) and we just don't tolerate the smallest insect, so this became an issue (we found a recluse spider and scorpions inside the home - then it became a safety issue). I did some research and took a chance calling Eric w/Scorpion King Exterminating, a small local business vs. the "industry known" guys.<br><br>Eric came out to the house in a day and performed an inspection and treatment to the whole house and the outside perimeter. I've been using the same pest service since 2016 (outside treatment every month) and that says a lot! The cost of the monthly service has been minimal and totally worth it! I have to say, since starting with Scorpion King this spring I have not seen any live scorpions (or other critters) roaming. Anything that I do find is dead. My tech (Robert) has been wonderful to work with and is very knowledgeable. With my previous est control company I had a nightly ritual of scorpion hunting and would kill several each night. Needless to say my hunting days have come to an end. I STRONGLY urge anyone looking for pest control to contact these guys to manage their property.

We just moved to STV and we found scorpions inside and outside our new house. It was bad enough that my wife was considering moving out. That is when Scorpion King came to the rescue. We were using another company GoFrolly but they didn't do anything but take my monthly payment. The owner and tech came to my house and inspected the inside and outside, they advised what was needed and we ended up doing the Jtrim seal, attic fog bomb and monthly service. It's been a couple of months and not one Scorpion!! If you're looking for a pest control company look no further.

We bought a “new” home that has a bit of a scorpion problem. Scorpion King came and sprayed twice. Unfortunately a scorpion entered our home and stung my daughter. It was the day after the second spray and we were told it takes a few days to kill the scorpions. That little bugger must have been in the process of dying. We bought a black light and there were no other visible scorpions on the property so it seems like the service is working. We are having them come next month to seal up any holes. Hopefully we won’t have any more encounters! Edit: originally I<br>Gave 4 stars but I lowered my rating (years after the fact because I realized I never lowered the rating when I stopped service with Scorpion King.) The front desk gal put a lot of pressure to cut down our climbing bushes and spend thousands on a sealing up service. We had another company come and spray without doing those items and rarely saw scorpions. Felt like Scorpion king wanted us to spend thousands of unnecessary dollars to get rid of scorpions and the pushiness is what made us ultimately change service and leave the lower review.

Great company and great rates!!! Have been using them for years now and started using them on our new house in Queen Creek when we moved in in August. Have never had a single scorpion on the property and rarely see bugs inside or outside the house! Would highly recommend!

I'm not sure I would ever need to change my exterminator services. I moved to AZ from OH and the bug life is completely different. Not only did they take the time to explain what I should be looking for (or be scared of) but also walked me through all of their services. They are responsive, super courteous, and always willing to help. Even if I move...they still have my business.<br><br>Update: I'm moving and they don't service my area. As soon as they do I hope they call me.

I have been using Scorpion King for about 5 years! Their customer service is amazing! They are very knowledgeable about the products they use and the pests they treat for. If I call them and tell them I've seen a new pest, they will treat for it on my next service. Scorpion king is the best! They were always ontime and courteous. We used them for scorpion control, but when we started having a gopher problem they came out promptly and got the job done.

I live on an acre lot, off the grid a little bit. I used to use a nationally known company. I switched to Scorpion king this year. Year to date, compared to national brand, Scorpion King has been GREAT! I had about 50 scorpions last year with 3 getting inside the house and about 40 in the garage and rest outside on perimeter of house. This year, I have had 5 scorpions. Three inside garage and 2 outside of house on the perimeter of the house. All 5 scorpions were found dead. I am very pleased with Scorpion King and highly recommend them!!

Scorpion King is the absolute best! Their technicians are highly trained and certified, not people looking for a summer job. I have been using them exclusively for six years and have never had an issue! their techniques are knowledgeable and products are top quality! If you want results, go with Scorpion King, if you want cheap, you get what you pay for. Compromise elsewhere!

Peace of mind. That's what Scorpion King provides. We had several encounters in our home with Scorpions last year (for the first time in 12 years, and our prior exterminator did nothing to mitigate. As soon as I called Scorpion King and talked to Barbara (one of the owners), she explained how and why their service works: because SHE AND HER HUSBAND ARE ENTOMOGISTS. Because of their education, they know WHY and HOW scorpions and other bad bugs live and how to keep them away. We have been with Scorpion King for four months, but now we have peace of mind and I don't freak out walking to the bathroom in the night!

Just moved to Arizona and encountered my very first scorpion!! We found a scorpion in our home, and after seeing recommendations for Scorpion King, I reached out that night. Eric responded to me right away, and Robert was there the next business day! Barbarra was super helpful and answered all of my questions and took her time explaining things. I never felt rushed in our conversation, though I took a good chunk of her time (more than once). The same can be said about Eric and Robert. Both answered the questions I had, and never made me feel dumb or silly for all my questions.<br>Fast forward to when I thought we had rodents. Scorpion King is the best! We had a very tight schedule to work with before we moved in to our house and Dee worked with us to make sure our technician Robert could meet us in the time frame we needed. I have not seen any bugs and more importantly we have not seen any scorpions!

Any and everytime Robert comes out, he is amazing, if he sees me outside we’ll talk, when we first started he would tell me the importance of getting my yard done, got that checked off. If I write a note for him to get my garage he makes sure he gets it, hence today wasn’t feeling well opened my garage and left a note for him to spray my garage. They are super responsive, haven’t been happier. Would only add they should add a brush for them to be able to get spider webs if needed other then that love them

After my initial pest control company was taken over by a larger competitor and a huge price hike was instituted I cancelled and decided to look elsewhere. With my inevitable procrastinating and summer starting to arrive along with the scorpions I started my google search. I called Scorpion King and spoke with Barbara who was very informative and nice. I'd much rather deal with a Mom and Pop operation than a pest conglomerate. Eric, the owner, came out for the initial inside and outside treatmemt and was also very informative, and professional. I look forward to doing our monthly treatment with them to help keep our kids and pets more safe around our yard and home.

I'm not one to leave a review unless I am super happy, so take that as you will! This company is trustworthy, caring, and always going one step above the rest for the 3 years that we've used them. My husband and I split our time between AZ and NY, so there are times when we rent our property to others--not once have we had a scorpion complaint. Eric and Barbara are awesome, scheduling is easy, and the price is fair for the quality of service and peace of mind.

Eric showed up on property to examine what all needed to be done - primarily to reduce the scorpion population. I've spoken with several pest control services and have used a few and some of them seem to know less about scorpions than I do. That's not the case with Scorpion King. They're actually etymologists and they know their pests quite well. They put down an appropriate amount of product not just on the house, but where the buggers live and breed. Very professional, courteous and friendly - they formulate an attack plan and make it happen. I'm very happy to be working with them.

I found them on a Google search and I'm so glad I did! The receptionist is so sweet and so knowledgeable she guided me through the whole process and helped me identify a bug so they could specifically treat the areas that bug was known to hang out. They scheduled my appointment for the very same day i called them! I am new to AZ and scorpions, my tech Eric taught me all about them and when and where to be aware for them! I signed up for the subscription and will be using their services for as long as we are in the area! P s I haven't seen a bug since they've treated my home!

Highly recommend Scorpion King! We have been using them for 2 years now and haven't had one scorpion in our house since being treated monthly. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will answer any question you have.

Overall, I think Scorpion King is a great company. They are polite and knowledgeable. Only issue is in terms of scheduling, especially if your own schedule is rigid. While you will always know the date they are coming, if you own a home that does not allow for backyard access except through the home, then you may experience some issues with scheduling. But when I used them, they did try their best to accommodate, unfortunately it just did not work out.

We noticed bees near electrical boxes when getting our internet installed after our recent move to San Tan Valley. Scorpion King was very responsive and Eric(owner) came over the same day to evaluate the situation. After inspection a huge hive in the Wall was present. They will 🐝 coming back Saturday for removal. I also asked them about the monthly/bi monthly pest control in which they have a few options to choose from at a great price. Robert came out the next day for my first treatment. He was amazing to work with and very thorough. Barbara was extremely informative in regards to the process, and explaining everything to a T. I love that they have text reminder etc to keep you in the loop with payments and appt times. I would highly recommend Scorpion King. They are amazing!!!

This place has always been amazing!!! The first time we got them was last year for scorpions. Unfortunately around October I had to cancel but definitely regretted cancelling because the bugs were all coming back including scorpions. Called them and they came within an hour and thoroughly sprayed inside and out. What I appreciate about this place is that they are very knowledgeable and they don’t force you into adding anything they just let you know that there are other options if you need them.

Amazing company! We had a scorpion problem, and were using a different company. It felt like we were constantly calling them back to respray. We did some research on different companies, and came across Scorpion King. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable with the species, and their products that they use. I waited a few months to write this review to see if they could fix our scorpion issue. We were seeing them almost everyday in our house before switching to Scorpion King! Eric has been awesome helping us getting the scorpion problem under control! We tried different companies but still had scorpions inside our house. We have been with Scorpion King for a year, and this is the first year that we haven’t had uninvited scorpion guests inside. (Knock on the wood! Sorry that I have to say that as I do not like scorpions!) Anyways, their service is always thorough and professional. I really appreciate that.

We have been using Scorpion King for over a year and have been very happy with their services. We have seen no scorpions since using their service, and our neighbors have warned us of sightings on their property. We have easily reached them when we had a question or concern. I called them and they managed to fit me in that day for a scorpion spraying as well as an inside spray to help with the crickets that are awful here in Arizona. They also sent me up to come out once a month but did tell me that since the scorpions might get worse from the spring for the first two weeks if I don't see any change after 2 weeks to call them and they'll come out and do an absolutely free spray. They were courteous and kind they were super responsive. And they understood my horror with finding a scorpion in my laundry that my daughter was carrying. They also explained how it worked and the danger to my pets for the first 30 minutes. They explained how they get rid of the scorpions and the amount of work that does go into it. I can't think of enough for how responsive and kind they were.

We have used Scorpian King for approximately four years. They provide high quality service, as well as excellent customer service. They always respond to any correspondence, or phone calls very promptly.<br>They have taken great care of us and kept our home pest free, at a very reasonable price. We had been seeing more and more scorpions and other bugs, so we decided to use pest control again.<br>We had previously used a few different companies with little to no results, so we were skeptical, but a close friend highly recommended them.<br>We are so glad we listened! We’ve been using Scorpion King for a few years now and are absolutely impressed with their services. In addition to their monthly services, we decided to finalize “sealing” our home. Prior to sealing our home, we would find around 6-7 scorpions dead in scorpion traps yearly. Once in a while we’d find one alive in the garage. Since sealing, we’ve successfully passed two full scorpion seasons with NO scorpions sighted (dead or alive). Immediately after sealing, they had set the expectation that “we may have sealed those that were inside the house, in”. Essentially prepping us that we may have a few stragglers. We had none. Instant improvement. AMAZING! I’d highly recommend you have them walk you through what they can do to seal your home off. It’s such a great feeling to not have to worry about our small pups or family getting stung. Bravo, Scorpion King, thanks for giving us our peace of mind.

They perform a very full service, whether you are watching them or not, and adjust their strategies accordingly if you report a problem. And, really good people. A small, personable company that appreciates their customers enough to provide consistent good service. Scorpions have vanished. Eric and Barb are so friendly and have been servicing my properties for about 5 years now. They are about integrity and results. A non BS aproach to extermination and preventative maintenance. They will not hassle or pressure you for add ons and additional service unless it is absolutely necessary. I cannot begin to explain how amazing this company is! From the moment we called to set up our initial service with them, I was blown away by the amount of knowledge they have about different pests in Arizona. You could tell they really knew what they were talking about; I really appreciated that they took the time explain and share their understanding with us as well. Our biggest problem was scorpions, we would find a lot of them in our house and garage during the summer. We’ve gone through numerous other pest control services before and nothing really ever seemed to address the issue. At one point, we were essentially told that nothing could really be done about Scorpions and they just had to deal with it. But when I called to establish service with Scorpion King, I was really impressed that Barbara knew a lot about scorpions, including the kind of environment they tend to like, how they typically get into the home, etc. and knew exactly what needed to be done to repel them. By the time we got off the phone, I felt like I had learned so much more and was better informed as a homeowner. After our initial service I was impressed because I saw that the product they had used had really had effect on the scorpions outside our house. I’m pleased to report that I’ve have not seen a live scorpion in my house since we started service!<br><br>THEN things only got better from there. Earlier this week my landscaper told me that one of the trees in my front yard was infested with termites. Naturally, as homeowner, the word “termites” is the last thing you want to hear. I was totally at a loss as to what to do and was really worried that if I didn’t do something soon they might start attacking the house. My landscaper suggested I go to Home Depot and that they could help me find products to kill the termites. But even after doing some research I still had no idea if buying a product would even work, or if I was gonna kill the tree by spraying any kind of chemical on it. I also worried that even after going to all that trouble, they might have already spread to the house. While I was getting prepared to leave the house and go down to Home Depot today, my daughter suggested I call Scorpion King and ask if they had any suggestions or knew of anyone that could help address the issue. I called, and not only did Eric make suggestions on what might need to be done, he said he was would be at our home within the hour to check it out. And, as promised, within the hour he and our service technician Robert came down to the house (on a day that wasn’t even our service day) to check out the tree for themselves. They inspected it and were able to identify that it was not termites but old house boar beetles that are slowly eating away at the tree. I was really surprised that they knew a lot about what caused the beetles to come to the area and even explained why they had seen a greater level of activity with this part of Arizona overall. They told us what needed be done to address the issue with tree and were really helpful with the information provided.<br><br>I really can’t thank them enough! It was such a huge relief for us, and saved us a lot of time and hassle. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. They are not just professional and knowledgeable, they are kind and very helpful. It’s such a pleasure to talk with anyone of them in person or on the phone, and what they do WORKS. Plus, it makes you feel good to find out that they love their work and what they do, and that they aren’t just after your business.And, you would be surprised to find that after all of that, their price is more than reasonable.

I moved in to a townhouse with a SEVERE scorpion problem. I had used another service for months with no results. I started my search for an exterminator and Scorpion King was my first and last call. I spoke to Barabra and she explained EVERYTHING to me, which I appreciated! She was super nice and very professional. There was a little hick-up with the first scheduled appointment but she made it right!! The tech (Eric) came out and also explained everything to me and was very thorough. I watched him take care of the outside, and man he didn't leave anything untouched. He was very kind, professional, clean and covered himself for COVID-19. The very next day, a scorpion was found in my home, which I believe he came out of hiding due to the indoor spray. We’ve tried many pest control companies and all of which just couldn’t fix our scorpion problem after many attempts and numerous solutions . I saw Eric’s truck in my neighborhood and thought I’d give him a call and see if he could fix the problem and he sure did! We have been using Eric and his company off and on for the last year. Fantastic company. I moved to AZ a year ago and of course new nothing about exterminators or scorpions. I did some research and called several companies and always felt like I was getting a little bit of BS. My last place was Scorpion King, I talked to Barbra and she explained things that made sense and no contract and made me feel at ease. I wasn't there yet we were moving in and Eric went out to the house and did a walk through with me on the phone because I was still in MN. explained what he saw and recommended a treatment plan. I have been using them ever since. there are people that will advertise low cost monthly service and I know many who signed up, but they are always seeing pest, I have never seen one since we moved in and we are in an old orange grove. You can't go wrong with Scorpion king. Very knowledgeable and not out for quick cash grabs. We had a big problem with scorpions and a small issue with roaches. Scorpion King pointed me in a more cost effective, "do it yourself" treatment to kill the roaches and it has been working!! They could have charged me hundreds more than I needed to spend to have them do it but they didn't. They used their poison process for the scorpions and the rest of the bugs and we have not had any issue since. We will be customers for as long as we live in AZ.
