Isaac was so wonderful to work with. We had to deep clean our townhouse because my allergies and asthma were giving me serious issues. I called him and he was able to come same day and do a full cleaning of all our air ducts. I really thought he would fix my inefficient duct installation which was from the original builder, Shea homes. Told me what he was going to do to solve it, run 2 new larger ducts, and only did 1/2 the job. Cost was $2152 and took him about 3 hours, which included a cleaning, which itself was very poor. He even drove out to Gold Canyon the night before to get a $1500 deposit. I do NOT trust this person to be in the best interest of a customer, he is pure GREED! And yes, I STILL have a cooling problem!<br><br>Response: I text you MANY times and you kept putting me off, YOU had NO intension of helping me, then you stopped replying to my concerns, that is the bottom line!!<br><br>Be very aware of the positive views, this is a scam! GREED!

Issac was very professional, educational, and thorough; he took his time ensuring everything was done correctly and carefully. He went above and beyond, not only cleaning and sanitizing our HVAC, but also pointing out issues in our HVAC that the home builder clearly didn’t care to properly install, like a duct opening that leads into the attic that was not connected to anything, and would let in dust. Issac also repaired a fallen and torn part of the tubing free of charge. Would definitely hire again.

Had Mr. Duct on 2/7/2023 to clean my dryer vent. He was personable, thorough and knew exactly what he was doing, even as I pestered him with questions. I asked him if I needed him to come back next year he said "No, two years would be all I needed." Honest!

Had problem with duct that I thought was more than a clog. Expecting an expensive repair, I contacted 4 people, Mr. Duct was the only one who bothered returning calls. He was prompt, professional yet friendly, and best of all, he said it was just a clog. He could have told me the vent was broken, which is what I thought and could have charged me a lot, but he was honest. I appreciated that. He also made some suggestions for better airflow upgrades that we could do ourselves. Excellent overall!

His pricing was fair and he left the area clean and neat when he left. Absolutely will not use them again. Zero stars if I could. They use Groupon as a means to get in the door. Then upsell you to a $800 service. Or Bait & Switch!<br>They failed to complete the job. Had to come back a second time to clean the intake after our AC refused to cool. (Picture) Was told as the reason why, they don't do older systems as it can cause other issues. When they finally cleaned the duct. They broke the wiring to the condensation switch. Which put the blower in low speed only.. After they left, I found that problem, I then found two vents not removed or cleaned. When they reassembled the air handler. They didn't seal the unit as well. Which only sucks more attic dust up into the system. What they quote and list on their website is not what we received for service.. They also jammed up our coils and damaged them with a cap that was sucked up during their "cleaning " I asked for refund. Was told no. After many excuses, and I mean many.. I see why he didn't want to text, as it leaves a paper trail. Owner refuses to communicate further. They also took pictures of the inside of the house without our permission.<br>After more research, they don't have a license in Arizona. But a number is listed on their website. And now seeking other avenues for refund. If a business wants you to pay by zelle. That's a bad sign. Apparently after the fact, we were told to pay zelle so we wouldn't have to pay taxes. I will also be leaving these reviews on other social media platforms to warn others.<br>Do not use them.....

I just bought my first home which was used as a rental and nobody took care of the basic maintenance. Dirt clumps we’re stuck to all the vents, walls, shelves, etc. The owner of this company was able to come within 24 hours of me calling and give me a quote. He was extremely thorough and detailed in getting pounds of dirt and dust out of the entire air duct system in my house. His pricing was more than fair and he was able to come on short notice on a Sunday, before I moved all my stuff in. This guy is a true professional and has mastered his craft. I highly recommend his service!<br><br>UPDATE: I really wish I could give him more than 5 stars. My dryer stopped working so I called Mr. Isaac and he came out the next morning (on Mother’s Day no less) and fixed all of my issues, again! I really miss these sort of small businesses where you get people who are extremely good at what they do and seem to enjoy their work over the big businesses that are only there to turn profit and it shows. This guy is hands down the best in AZ and is exactly what your looking for! I will continue to use Mr. Duct Cleaning service as long as they’re around.

The man was very friendly but I’m not too sure what I paid $35 for. I guess a quote for the cleaning of my dryer vent and to install one air filter that I supplied myself. The quote I got was over $600 because my whole house needed to be cleaned and my dryer vent was severely clogged. Pretty frustrating. I ended up paying another guy $60 to clean my air and dryer vents.

We needed a specialist to come and clear our dryer vent duct since it was blocked with some items. He came on a Saturday and was very good, got it fixed quickly. He was really professional and competitively priced. Highly recommended.

Isaac was absolutely wonderful!! He was on time wearing a mask and was completely comfortable around my parents German Shepherds. He was also able to help clear out a difficult dryer vent from the center of the house and the clothing loads are now drying in less then half the time. 2020: Called Isaac to come back to disinfect vents and clean my dryer vent. He discovered my dryer vent was clogged, went on my roof & spent +1 hour making sure the vent was unclogged & everything was working properly. If you want top notch , honest service call Isaac with Mr Duct. He inspected the vents, intake and dryer vent and explained to me what needed to be done and showing me before and after pics of the issues he found. We have been working with Mr. Duct going on three years. His work has been fantastic! We had moved into a new house but I was having severe respiratory issues including two bouts of upper respiratory infection. My lungs were inflamed and irritated, which caused this condition.<br><br>Thinking of what to do, we wondered if the ducts were clean and decided to call Isaac to have a look. The amount of debris we saw him take out was unreal, and it was apparent that they had never cleaned the ducts and had a very hairy dog that shed a ton. Mr. Duct thoroughly cleaned up the ducts and vents and also added a disinfectant to the ducts. He also cleaned out the dryer vent and the dryer performance improved considerably.<br><br>My breathing issues cleared right up after that. Also, the house did not have the funny smell it used to have. It was reasonably priced and totally worth it! Since then we have called Isaac in to clean ducts at least once a year. He's friendly, fast, honest and professional.<br><br>If you live in an old house and have breathing issues, give Mr. Duct a call, it might change your life!

I have used Mr. Issac 2 times now. Both times he has been on time and so nice. He has great prices and is very efficient and quick while working.
