Our laundry room experienced a burst pipe that took us over a week to find out. We ended up needing mold inspection and mitigation. Obviously, none of this was a fun experience BUT the best part of our dilemma was working with Best Option Restoration. Ryan and Jesus, removed all the moldy drywall and wet flooring. They were super friendly and efficient! We homeschool and the guys weren't bothered by my kiddo's watching and asking questions about what they were going to be doing in our home. Marcus, the owner I believe, was absolutely wonderful to work with as well. He went above and beyond to help answer all our questions. We felt super comfortable having them in our home. They did a wonderful job and gave us a great experience in a not so great situation.

Marcus and Justin rescued my friend from being locked in the bathroom! We called Best Option Restoration because our house flooded from all the rain. They came at a good time and got to work on the water. We were all hanging out in a different area and our friend went to go to the bathroom to change on the other side of house. She was gone for about 30ish minutes and we thought she was just taking her time. Then Marcus and Justin came and told us “Um, we hear someone banging and screaming for help somewhere in the house.” We find out our friend was trapped in the bathroom because the lock got jammed. She was stuck and screaming for help in there for 25 minutes and no one heard her because of the cleaning machines! But then Marcus and Justin heard her screaming and then informed us. So glad we chose Best Option for our water mitigation needs! The supply line to the toilet tank burst and was spraying water like a fire hose. I messaged the company after hours and got a response immediately! Bob worked around my schedule and came out to inspect the damage. He sent Remington and Jesus, who were polite and cordial, to remove baseboards, drywall & the vanity, and set up fans and dehumidifiers. And they did excellent work! Even the contractor who came out to assess the drywall repair complimented their work!

Worst experience my client has ever had when it came to assessing the damage to make sure a claim needed to be filed. my client had claim forgiveness and a super low deductible since they ever have to file a claim so they knew they would be filing the claim. James was the person who came out and was complaining about going out to Buckeye multiple times in front of my client. Also said they needed to get a plumber for the leak, instead of saying that they have a trusted plumber that can help. Never gave my client an estimate on what the damage was.<br><br>Bob tried calling me and tried insinuating my 73 year old client was trying to do insurance fraud and tell them to charge the insurance company a certain amount and then pay the client the rest which is so laughable knowing my client is well off and doesn't need to do that and just wanted the job done professionally. Bob was only trying to protect his employee, which is why he reached out to me as the insurance agent, before I could reach out to the person I deal with their company. Also tried implying that he drove out there when he didn't, it was his employee James.<br><br>Overall terrible experience and I will never refer anyone to them again. I only keep companies and professionals that I can trust, and I have never had a client come back with this lack of professionalism from one of my referrals. My reputation as a trusted professional who can recommend good people to help my clients was hurt because of this interaction with my client. Will most likely file a complaint with the BBB because of this

Over the course of those two jobs, we had a lot of interaction with Markus, who managed the jobs. We really appreciated his responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism, and that he was able to get a crew to our home so quickly. He helped make this stressful time feel manageable with as minimal disruption to our home and family life as possible. Would definitely recommend Best Option Restoration. I recently contacted them for a mold inspection after an unscrupulous door knocker informed my elderly parents that their attic was full of mold. They came out quickly, did a thorough inspection, and showed us pictures where there was no mold present. I was impressed with their professionalism and honesty. He was extremely communicative on his arrival times, what work he was completing that day, and what to expect for the night after each round of work was completed. I recently had a flood in my AZ rental house due to a sudden and accidental plumbing failure. Tenants were present inside the property. A restoration company is not the company you get excited to have to hire, but when things go wrong in your home it sure is nice to have a company that does solid work and is trustworthy. If you end up needing restoration services I HIGHLY recommend Best Options, the owner Bob and his amazing crew. They were quick to respond, super friendly, super courteous to our family and respectful of our home. The employees were extremely friendly and personable and made sure to communicate well with us. They also left our house as clean as possible every day. I ended up hiring them to also do duct cleaning for us and they did an extremely thorough job on that. They even found a way to change HVAC filters that my normal service company said were too high to reach. The contractors they referred for repairs were also great.

We found a small bubble in our kitchen and called out Best Option Restoration Bob met with us and walked us through the process we would go through to pull the moisture from the ceiling and upstairs floor and was very good at communicating throughout the process. While they were working we found that our small bubble was caused by a bad wax ring on our upstairs guest bathroom. Upon inspection of the floor in that bathroom for any growth we found that the previous home owners had water damage as well from their washer (just outside said bathroom) and there was growth cause by it. Rather than having restoration out and fixing the damage they laid a second subfloor on top of the first subfloor sandwiching the growth they had and sold the home. Thanks to Best Option Restoration being thorough, we found this and got it all taken care of and treated to have us back in our home just in time for our baby being born. Thanks to them we got to bring our baby boy to a home that is safe and growth/mold free. I can not thank them enough for being so on top of everything.

We had water flowing into our kitchen, bar, hallway for over 2 hours after a plumber installed an RO but didn’t do something and we left only to we discover the water everywhere when we returned. They quickly dispatched a crew who were professional, courteous , and obviously knew what they were doing. They explained all options and recommendations, including how to minimize damage to the walls and solid wood baseboards. Highly recommend if you need any kind of damage restoration.

He had his crew at our home the next day to start demo, cleaning and remediation. We left town and he and his crew handled everything swiftly, smoothly, ethically and with the utmost care. We communicated with Bob regularly while we were on vacation and he handled everything for us. My water heater cracked and in the process of replacing it, Knock Out plumbers discovered the platform was rotted, from the pervious owner. They got a hold of Chris at Best Option Restoration, who arrived within the hour, Chris discovered that the walls were also damaged, we got my insurance on the phone and Chris's team were there that day, tearing out everything, setting up equipment to treat, and cleaned out all dry rot. They came back several times to check the drying process, submitted everything directly to my insurance, which made the nightmare ordeal seem painless! Awesome, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly in these types of situations, prompt!

They responded quickly, were onsite within hours, and immediately started working to mitigate the damage.<br>They continued working while I was on vacation, keeping me constantly updated throughout the process. They brought in a mold specialist to ensure everything was fully tested and safe, removed / replaced the damaged infrastructure, and coordinated with my plumber to install everything and had it all back in working order by the time I got home from vacation.<br>Really great team and service. After reading the reviews I cannot agree more that Best Option Restoration in Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert is truly the BEST OPTION. I have known the owner professionally for several years. I can tell you that he holds his team to a high level of expectations on how they complete the work and treat their clients. Most likely after you become a client you will then consider this team a friend. That is how they handle their business. For Best Option Restoration they don’t treat you like this is a one and done service. Although they obviously hope that your need for their service does not happen often. But if it does happen again or if it happens to a friend. Best Option Will make it clear that they should be your #1 call or recommendation.
