Sol did a complete pest control service professionally and efficiently. He inquired if I had any specifics issues I wanted addressed and proceeded to explain how he’d take care of them. I was very satisfied with the service he provided. I thought the cost was high, but so is everything today.

She (bravely!!!) went up in the attic and showed us the photos of what is going on with the rats. She explained what would need to be done and assured us that Barrett will take care of the problem. Berrett Pest Control always does impeccable work. Since starting their services my home no longer has issues with hornet and wasp nests, ant mounds in the front or back yard, and spiders are no longer outside or finding their way into the home. I would highly recommend their services. The price for the amount of work they do is well worth it. It doesn’t break the bank and keeps my house big and insect free.

We’ve been with Berrett Pest Control for years. Trey did our service today and was very friendly and thorough. I deleted my previous review, because right before the new year I was lied to. They have deceptive reps/techs. I made an appointment to have a pest removed, as a current customer, and then they called back to say they were going to charge me. I told them no one told me that when I made the appointment. A trap was left in my yard and the animal was in it. The repercussions claimed it was past the date, no it wasn't because they removed a previous one and left a new trap. Even so, it's not my fault they your company didnt keep up with that. I told the rep not to come on my property of you are going to charge me. He said that they wouldn't charge, but will release the opposum in my yard and retrieve their trap. I said no you will not release the animal in my yard. I have a concern about those animals because I have a small dog. He said he will consult with his manager and I told him do not send anyone. The Call ended. Later a tech calls ans tells me he's on his way to pick up the pest. I begin to tell him about the phone conversation, he interrupts me and says he doesn't have anything to do with that. Then says, he will call to find out and call me back. He did and said that they will pick it up and not charge me. I said are you sure and he reassured me. The trap was in my backyard, so I had to let him in. He gathered the trap and left. Later, I received an email with an invoice for $81. I replied and told them they they lied and if they charge my account they will hear from my attorney. Since it was the holidays, I went on vacation. Today, I see an email with two invoices for $81 and $76.19. I have yet to speak to anyone, because I return tomorrow but I was lied to and I think this company should be ashamed of themselves. They messed up, not me. What should have happen or the best customer outcome, is pick up the trap and animal, then say this is the last time, next time you will be charged. Don't lie and tell me that I'm not and then try to charge me. Terrible. Do Not use this company. I can't wait for my extended warranty to be over.

Sina was absolutely perfect. He placed traps around my home and we caught the rodent within hours. By the time Sina came back the next day we had already disposed of the body and he was extremely helpful and replaced the trap in case there was more rodents. I would absolutely recommend this services to anyone that has a pest problem.

TLDR: Took care of my roach (German roach) infested apartment in 3 visits. Super professional and thorough. Really great experience.<br><br>My husband and I moved into our apartment in July, only to find that it was infested with roaches (German roaches). The pest control hired by our complex did not do a thorough inspection and was overall inefficient. That's when we called Berrett. Jamie came by, and his initial inspection was already 2x as long and thorough as the other company (which spent less than five minutes).<br><br>Jamie did say that because of the type of roaches and size of infestation, it would take a couple of visits (all of these were covered under our quarterly plan) to get rid of them. 3 treatments later, they were GONE. Any bugs I did see were dead on their backs.<br><br>He just stopped by for our quarterly treatment to be proactive and to make sure that we weren't having problems.<br><br>I also appreciate the professionalism we have experienced (at least with Jamie, we haven't seen anyone else). As a woman, it can be a bit scary having someone come over when you are by yourself. But Jamie is so professional and respectful. He asks what is needed, does his job swiftly and efficiently, and heads out.<br><br>I know this is a lot and sounds cheesy, but the peace of mind Berrett gave us after living in a roach-infested apartment for a month is priceless, and I am really grateful for the work they have done in my apartment!

Per their information left they knocked down spider webs and put out poison to take care of ants. I just had to go behind the bushes in my front yard to put out ant poison and I still see spider webs. I think 2 stars is generous.

Finally we are back to being super satisfied. We were about ready to cancel our long time relationship with Berrett because of another tech we had for a few service calls. But they were great at responding to my concerns when I voiced them and assigned Tylor to our account. We are so pleased with how thorough he was and how effective his treatment was. I had a very positive experience with Berrett. The scheduler I spoke with was very helpful and friendly and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. She also took the time to call me back as there was a cancellation and she could move my time up. The technician, Mack , was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what the plumbing problem was and gave me the options of what I could do to fix it without trying to sell me things that weren’t necessary. He was able to take care of the issue quickly. Both of them had excellent customer service and I would definitely use this company again.

Did not call 30 min. before as stated. He called once he arrived to say he was at the house. Did not get rid of all nests, despite being told where they were. Left sprayed, knocked down hives on my front walkway and on the back patio, knowing we have a dog who goes out there. Also spotted an additional next today that was not treated and is alive and well.<br>I have had to call and complain to request they send someone back out, but apparently this company only has ONE TECH for the whole area. The ONLY upside was that the tech was polite. I am not please at all.
