ETHAN was fantastic! Not only was it easy to move up my service when I saw bugs emerging after weather warmed up - all done through email and text. Ethan texted when on the way, reminded me to unlock gates, showed up on time, he's thorough and friendly and genuine. I couldn't find the key to my side gate so he offered to have me text him when i find it and come back (they cannot bring outdoor treatments through interior of home). He also did special treatment for sugar and in garage with traps! We've been very happy with Safe Pro for years now!!

10 stars! Had a (small) rat come in my house today when I opened the door. After three dogs and two cats couldn't track it down, I called SafePro because we are on their quarterly plan. Ryan came out within hours, explained the traps to me, and when I went to start putting food properly away in the pantry I spotted the little bugger! I helped Ryan chase it around the house until we finally got it to run outside, and he did all this kindly and patiently. Thank you Safe Pro!

Always polite and punctual. Mentioned we had sugar ants in the kitchen and he took time to treat the area. Next visit, he checked to see if the issue was resolved and seemed genuinely excited to hear that there were no issues.

He did inside for moths and other pest ( attic and garage too) and outside inspections for rodents.<br>We do our own treatments and he said keep doing what we are doing, (with moth traps) told us where to look for the source and was not forceful on treatment and only told us plans and prices if we change our minds.<br>The plans were very reasonable too…!<br>We are seniors and as we get to the point where we have to hire a company I wouldn’t think twice to hire Safe Pro…!<br>Ryan was a total gentleman well versed and the cost for his time ( like an hr. ) was $0.00…!<br><br>They truly are Professionals…!<br><br>Thanks Ryan & Safe Pro for being so helpful and honest…! I have lived by the lake for 6 years and the spiders and wasps have taken over. I have young grandchildren and we couldn't be on the porch for fear of getting stung by wasps or bitten by spiders. They’re always friendly and have good knowledge of my house (one of the service pros was able to tell me about the full history or service with them and past pest issues my house had from years prior). There was too much work that I would need to finish, before Safe Pro could begin servicing. But the tech was upfront and honest. You rarely see someone in the a service company give you advice on what you should do that doesn’t include their company.<br>He made me aware, that the other companies I had come out for quotes were way too high for the problem I was experiencing.
