Been with this company over 10 years. Our current regular tech Jacob L. always arrives with a friendly demeanor. Every service asks if there are any issues with the property. If so, the issue(s) is/are addressed on the spot or scheduled to be addressed in the near future. This has also been the case for past regular service technicians. If you're shopping for an extermination company, Addison Pest Control has been great for us.

Addison Pest came today for a scheduled treatment. We weren’t home, but the security cameras showed that he did everything we expected. After he finished treating our yard, he left a detailed report, including a note that he locked our gate. We’ve been with Addison a long time and they have always been dependable.

We have been using Addison Pest Control for many years. The office staff and the technicians that have been here (Jeff, Payden, Jacob) are all very professional and responsive to our needs. We appreciate the annual discount with regular quarterly service. Scheduling is easy. We never see any of the usual Texas pests in our home, and recently they came and quickly helped us deal with some rodents that were in our attic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our family has used Addison Pest Control for almost 30 years now. We were introduced by my mom. They are meticulous in their work, and use only the most human and animal friendly chemicals that are available. We have a great admiration for the company and all of its staff, and are very loyal!

Addison PCT was recommended to us by trusted friends and we called for immediate treatment of biting insects. Not only were they able to get out to us first thing the following morning, but they had the best prices I could find. No obligatory year-long contracts, no subscription charges with weird numbers where I couldn't follow why the price was that way, and certainly not exorbitantly expensive like many of the other quotes I got! Along with being affordable, they use products that are safe for my family and my dog. That was important to me when calling around. We are still due for our follow up appointment, but I am so far very happy with the service we received and would recommend to my friends and family. Regarding personnel, the woman on the phone (forgive me for not remembering your name! It has been almost a week!) was also kind and very easy to communicate with. Mike came out to the house and was courteous, considerate, communicative, efficient, and friendly. Looking forward to seeing him back for our follow up treatment!

We do call the techs back once in awhile after a service was completed if the issue is not resolved but are not charged extra for the return visit because of their service guarantee. We have used Addison Pest for many years. The owner serviced us the first time and was very thorough in explaining our problems and his services. Since then we have had two different employees come to rebait traps at our request and both have been very helpful and professional. I like that we don't have to sign a monthly contract and the one-time rate is reasonable. Addison Pest is prompt, knowledgeable, and does the job quickly with a smile.<br><br>As an update, I just had Addison Pest come out to bait the rat traps (July 2016) and my experience is the same as its been since 2010: quick to respond, friendly, and courteous. They worked me in the day after I called. I trust the company and its employees and feel that I am treated very fairly.<br><br>2018 - The person who rebaited the traps also knocked down some mud dauber nest and a couple of wasp nests. As usual, responsive and helpful.

Quick and great service and a really friendly and efficient team. We had a bug problem we were sure were termites but Addison Pest Control inspected and said just fire ants. They could have told us it was termites and charged a fortune to "get rid of them" and we would never have known but they were honest. I recommend them for your pest control.

Addison Pest is a company we have used for several years now. They are always on time, very trust worthy and extremely knowledgeable. Customer Service has always seemed to be priority #1 with them.

They do not honor their work. In less than 4 months, we are right back to the same rodent issue we had when we hired Addison Pest. I no longer recommend this business!!<br><br>We hired Addison Pest Control in Sept 2016 to bring a solution to rats in our attics. They sold us on their plan for $800 of placing 8 bait boxes around the home, traps in the attic and sealing up the house to ensure no entry ways into the home. Warranty was a big selling point for me as I was told that there was a warranty on their work as long as bait boxes stayed baited.<br><br>In mid-Nov, the technician showed up at our home. After about 6 minutes, he said he checked the traps in the attic and no movement and he check bait boxes and all were untouched. Then he handed me a bill for $90. I disputed this bill as we did not agree to quarterly services and advised that we would use our pest control guy for that.<br><br>In December, we have found several rats around our home and in the garage dead. My husband and pest control guy are keeping the bait boxes baited and checking attic. As of this week, my husband checked the attic and there were 4 dead rats and 3 dead mice.<br><br>I called Addison Pest to have them come back and reseal the house as clearly this was not done correctly the first time. The bait boxes are working as the rodents are dead. Corey refused to honor his warranty since I didn't pay the $90 in Nov, even though his guy was just here and checked the premise. The warranty is valid only if we agree to their quarterly service. I do not have any documentation on warranty (mistake on my part), thus only going by what I was told. Even though I was wrong in my understanding, Addision Pest should have made some sort of effort to keep a customer simply for the fact that we were a new customer, we did everything they told us to do and their technician had just seen the premise less than two months ago.<br><br>So, in less than 4 months.....we are right back to the same problem we were in Sept. I no longer recommend this business.

Addison Pest Control was responsive to our initial call, came out the next day at the exact time that they said they would be there, and then diagnosed our issue quickly. Corey took excellent care of us, patiently describing the problem as well as the solution, and came back the next day to take care of the pests!
