There was a misunderstanding about time to start and complete job. Workmen were courteous and considerate. When we first contracted the service, we were told we had rats, snakes, possum and possibly other varmints. As a result, we signed. No rats, no possum were captured. A mouse was in the crawl space stuck to a glue strip as well as 3 small snakes left in the crawl space by our son-in-law. We caught one mouse in the house. As far as we know, your capture system did not capture anything. The thought of all things indicated running around our home, was terrifying, causing me to have sleepless nights. While the work was done to close entry ways, there was really no removal. No cement or concrete was the done at the ac/heat unit. I am happy we got the house in good shape, but I’m upset with thinking I was going to wake up next to a rat or possum. Clearly you sealed the house. Also, clearly you did not capture anything varmints. I think some reduction in cost is warranted.

These guys are the gold standard, just call them and stop looking for another service!! Kevin was here promptly the morning after New Year's, spent time with me to inspect the house and provide excellent service for rodent removal. Will be referring any of my friends here in the future.

The company rep, Eli, came out to our house, to inspect our attic for possible rodent infestation. After he inspected, the quote was emailed and reflected (20K) "base" fee for the removal/preventative measures. The quote included a two (2) year warranty; the warranty thereafter would be a charge of $100 per month for inspections or voided. This quote seem unusually high, so I wanted to do my due diligence, and get another quote. The additional quote was 7k-10k cheaper for the same removal and included additional products (solar ventilation fans) and a lifetime warranty ($200 per year charge). I did not know exactly why the second quote was cheaper, so I decided to get clarification from Eli and advised him of the lower quote. Eli said he had to speak to his manager. After a day of waiting, Eli called back, and stated that he would not budge on the quote because there work is superior. I subsequently asked to discuss the work, because I didn't know if they were doing something the other company was not, and ask for a complete breakdown of the 20k worth of work. This was per a home-inspector's advice. Eli did not break it down, and stated that it was because they were better, which I cannot just take his word, because I need to protect my investment. I even sent him the other company's quote, just to be completely transparent. Instead of explaining, Eli said he was just going to pull the quote, which I thought was very unprofessional. When I was just questioning, the work. The reason for the inquiry was because, if a company places steel within attic vents, and blocks off certain constructions gaps, this can subsequently cause ventilation issues. So, I wanted to know the companies that were sub-contracting and licenses numbers. Eli said the work was done by only their company, which contradicted what he conveyed to my wife during the initial inspection. On a positive note, he did provide a great crawl-space company that was very professional and provided a great quote for conditioning.

Technicians are very eager to help us with the Bat removal and prevention to keep Bats from coming back. Their work is good and considerate of the home owners property. The gentlemen answered every question I ask without hesitation. I would recommend them for future work.

Wonderful people. After calling them for their assistance, they were immediately at our house the next day fixing the problem. We had two squirrels stuck in our chimney. Not only do these guys know a lot about what they're doing but they also have respect and love for wildlife.

Kevin B. located our squirrel infestation entry points, and assessed the damage they had caused in just a couple months time. He also identified mice issues in our attic and in our crawl space. He explained very throughly the damage, how the company remediates the damage and the products they use to keep animals from being a future problem. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the animals and their behaviour. The quote we received for both squirrel and mouse remediation was reasonable for the time and effort involved in the removal, repairs, and cleanup. My recommendation is to use this reputable fair company and act early when you have animal problems. The damage can become extensive and expensive very quickly.

Do not go with this company. I had rats in my crawlspace and they told me they would get rid of them and my house would be rat proofed. Years later I have rats again. I had another company come out and they told me what complete animal did didn't help at all. Once the rats chewed through the crawlspace vents they had open access to to my subwalls. I also found out from another company that I have 3 layers of vapor barrier in my crawl space so there's no way their enzyme spray got rid of the scent of rodents. The rats have done so much damage to my duct work that the cost of hiring them to do nothing has put me further in debt. So basically I've had rats in the crawlspace since they "rat proofed my house"

We had a large rat snake curl up in front our business and Complete Animal Removal came out promptly and removed the snake and relocated it. They kept me updated on ETA of their arrival and got to the location quickly. Will not hesitate to use them again!

We contacted CAR about a foul smell coming from our crawl space. A technician was sent out the same day an discovered a dead raccoon. The very next day a technician was at our house to remove the carcass. Within 5 days they had made certain that all pests were gone, disinfected and deodorized the crawl space and permanently sealed the vents. Kyle and Mike were great and the supervisor Daniel was very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with Complete Animal Removal and would not recommend this company to anyone. I contacted them for help with a skunk in my basement. From the start, they gave me an outrageous quote of nearly $10,000, which included unnecessary "preventative sealing" of the basement—despite the fact that my basement was already sealed. They charged me $500 just to set up traps, which failed to capture the skunk. When their initial plan didn't work, they tried to push an even more expensive solution to lure the animal out. At this point, I realized they were more interested in looting me than solving the problem. Frustrated, I stopped their service and called another animal control company. This new company captured the skunk within ten minutes and resolved the issue on the spot—for only $200! The stark contrast in professionalism and effectiveness was eye-opening. Complete Animal Removal seems like a total scam, preying on customers with overpriced and ineffective services. Save yourself the headache and money—look elsewhere for help!

James initially came out to assess the wildlife problems I was having. He listened and then explained how each problem would be remedied. He took pictures in the attic (I won’t go up there!) to show me what was going on - they don't pay him enough! These guys jumped on my project immediately. Everyone who came out to the house notified me they were on their way in advance, and did exactly what they said they would do. They even found problems I didn't know I had. Work was tidy and effective (so far so good!). The trappers were great, too, and explained their process, including their ethical release process. Love the critters, but prefer they live elsewhere!

Do not use this company. My wife called for assistance trapping and removing a skunk that had made itself a home in the crawl space of our new construction. That’s all we were asking assistance for. When the salesman arrived (cause that’s what he was), I think he thought my wife was an easy target. He began quoting her all the work he could do around the house as far as making crawl space doors, replacing vapor barriers, duct cleaning, etc. We made it clear we called an exterminator, not a home contractor. He stated he would not go under the house and confirm the presence of skunk or feces, but that we would need to completely remove and reinstall our vapor barrier to remove the skunk feces. Keep in mind— new construction home. Our vapor barrier was installed less than a week ago. He then quoted her $700 to trap and release a skunk. Absolutely ridiculous. This company looks to take advantage of its customers. I do not recommend. We ended up handling the skunk issue ourselves. **upon reading other negative reviews that have been left, it seems company policy to gaslight and discredit any kind of criticism. So I want to reiterate that this an accurate account of our experience and their prices, we are not unique in our negative experience, this is the correct business, and we are not business competitors. Our inspector was Tanner, and I have attached the quote before fees.

Tanner was very professional and I appreciated his honesty. We did not end up having a rodent issue but instead a roofing issue. He did not charge me anything and referred me to another company to help with the roofing problem. Thank you!

We had a bad squirrel invasion in our attic. We called Complete Animal Removal. Shaun came out to give us our estimate, We had a couple of other guys that came out to put the trap up and to apply scent to the roof. Josh Hayford came out to closed everything up for us so that they couldn't get back in the attic. He also sprayed around the house so that they won't come near the house. We would recommend this company anytime. They were very good with communication and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you all for all of your help to get rid of our critters. Honestly, I had the worst experience with this company: a weekend call resulted in almost $800 bill. The service was just to come and inspect for 15 minutes, saying a skunk was in crawl space. It costs another $700 to install some galvanized steel mesh to block several holes on my AC unit. The material cost is about $5, time take would be 20 minutes. Then it costs $5000 to fog my crawl space and remove insulation. It would cost $16,000 to reinstall insulation. It would cost another $3000 to install 16 crawl space covers. Anyone who is reading this review, please quit your job immediately and start an animal control company!!!! There is not a single business I know that has better profit margin than this business. They now responded by saying the above are not their prices, but they are. The truly screwed me. They sent me on the wrong course, stripped out all 2500 sq ft of insulation, but it was not necessary. Then I tried my best to course correct, but still ended up spending $10,000 on this animal in crawl space situation that could be resolved with maybe just $1000 in total spending.

We had a bad squirrel invasion in our attic. We called Complete Animal Control and JB came out the next day to evaluate and give us an estimate. We decided to go ahead and have them do the job. They dispatched Joe to come out and do the work to get the squirrels out and then seal up all of the possible entry ways to the attic. Joe is a Very hard worker and Very diligent and he spent many many hours working on our house to seal up all of the possible squirrel entrances to the attic. Joe is a Great guy to have work on your house and he is also very personable and polite. I Highly recommend him. James and Matt also did some great work on our house too, doing the fogging and other tasks to the attic. Overall, my wife and I are Very satisfied with Complete Animal Removal service, so far. Even though it was expensive, we needed the work done,and it seems worth it, so far. We did opt for the Monthly Check Ups as well, (for an extra fee) , so hopefully those will all go well too. And I hope that if I have to contact their Customer Service line for anything, that they will respond to me quickly and efficiently. We’ll see.

What a great experience for what was an nasty experience. A skunk decided to make our crawl space his home. Then at 5:30 am on a Sunday he sprayed. It was the worst smell ever. We called Complete Animal Removal and Nick Davis came out and removed him for us. He was so kind and knowable. I would highly recommend Nick and Complete Animal Removal.

This company was contracted by my HVAC company to remove two cats under my house. First a gentleman came, looked under house, and reported he saw NOTHING then preceded to try to sell covers for vents under house and a wire cage around AC to prevent entry. Then two days later 2/15 at 7 PM another gentleman can and set up trap. I advised the tech that the two cats were spotted outside and a vent had been knocked out for their escape. Monday 2/19 I called the HVAC company and advised the trap that was set was NEVER checked and again that cats were spotted outside the house.. I then asked when the trap would be removed. If a cat was trapped on setup date it would have sat four days in the trap. The company sent a third gentleman on 2/20 to remove the trap.. It would have been animal abuse should the cats have been trapped and not removed over five days.

Shaun Southworth arrived on time and looked at the areas of our concern regarding mice and squirrels. He explained things clearly and gave us a mini class on animal behavior! He gave us a couple of trusted referrals. We appreciate his integrity and knowledge!

We just wrapped on an inspection to get a quote for work that needed to be done. Bob was fantastic! He was thorough and we feel much more educated about the options to fully secure our home, while also cleaning up the mess from an existing problem. We look forward to moving forward with the work. Shaun & Nick were so helpful. We thought there were birds nesting in our chimney. They did a full inspection and thankfully we’re in the clear. They recommended we install a new cap on the chimney flume, and gave me a referral for a company that could help us with that. They were prompt, thorough and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

I've had concerns for quite a while about noises coming from the side of my house and attic and called Complete Animal Removal. Bob the inspector came by today and did a very complete and professional assessment of the entire outside of my house and the attic and offered several treatment options on how to keep the critters away. He answered questions I had with a knowledge and experience of what he was talking about. I was satisfied with his inspection. I have used Complete Animal Removal in the past and highly recommend them for getting the job done

We have never had to use an animal control company before, so we don’t have a lot to compare to price wise. We think the price we were quoted is reasonable considering what they will be doing. (setting trap for skunk and securing our HVAC system so skunk or other wildlife can’t enter our crawl space). James was who came to our home to complete the free inspection. He shared all the options for their services and did not pressure us or guilt us to choose an option we felt we couldn’t afford. He answered all our questions and came up with a plan of action. James was punctual and communicated well with us. We’ll do another review after Mr. Skunk is captured. BTW- James is the one with the great looking beard!

I wanted to highly recommend John from Complete Animal Removal. He has been more than helpful in getting this problem resolved. We had skunks getting into our crawlspace and dying. They removed the skunks, sprayed a neutralizer fog, and are coming back to seal up any areas on the outside of our home where animals can get in. We needed to order a new crawlspace door from them as well. John went above and beyond on his own time to make sure this problem was solved as quickly as possible. He was also great at communicating, listening, and responding to concerns I had.

We had birds in our gables, and they had them out and our gables screened to keep them out in 3 days! James was awesome when he came to give the estimate on Tuesday, and Hunter and Daniel finished up with the screens on Friday. Very professional and fast service.

Would absolutely recommend. Because of a miscommunication, I had another service come out to fix a bird in dryer vent issue and then Nick from CAR came the next day. He was super helpful still, asked about the situation with the bird, gave his thoughts and recommendation, and totally understood the mix-up. An injured/sick raccoon took up residency in my yard today, and I called Complete Animal Removal for assistance. Their offices quickly scheduled a same-day appointment for us. Their technician, Josh, was highly professional. He kept us informed throughout the process. He humanely trapped the raccoon and even fed the poor animal a snack. Great experience and I highly recommend the team out at Complete Animal Recovery. Ask for Josh : )

We had a bird(s) inside the duct for our stove exhaust fan. The (plastic) protective flap on the house exterior had warped, providing access. I called Complete Animal Removal in Franklin< TN, on Tuesday. They made an appointment for Thursday. Nick arrived right on time to evaluate the problem. Climbing a ladder, he examined the duct and found it completely full of nesting material, much of which he was able to remove. He called Josh, a tech, who came within the hour. Josh was able to remove the rest of the material using a special vacuum. He also was able to directly examine the duct down to the fan itself with a flexible scope. He sprayed the duct interior to remove traces of contamination and installed a new flap and a secure metal mesh cover over the duct opening in the house exterior, permanently preventing any recurrence. We are relieved to have the problem resolved. There is no way we could have done this ourselves. The service was entirely prompt, personable and professional. I hope we don't have any bird or animal invasions in the future. If we do I will call Complete Animal Removal.

Everyone who has come out to our house has been very friendly and professional. They've also arrived as scheduled so no complaints on either of those ends. We had to pay over $4,000 up front before they even started any work, which also seems strange to me. They removal process was delayed because the technician installed a squirrel trap instead of a raccoon trap, causing the raccoon to be trapped inside of our house. The company was very apologetic and professional and did everything to rectify the situation, but it did cause extra sleepless nights with the raccoon making noise all night right above our bedroom. I understand that people make mistakes, and that animals can be smart and tricky.

We engaged their help to address squirrel(s) in our attic resulting from an incomplete job by a landscape lighting contractor who left holes in our soffit for over a month — allowing entry for the squirrel(s). The process started with Michael, Inspection Manager who performed an initial inspection based upon the areas I identified showing squirrel activity. He provided me options on how to move forward and has been available & involved as our project has progressed. He cares about the end result, not just the initial ‘sale’. All of their technicians are customer service focused and go above and beyond to help. They always give a courtesy call to share they are stopping by the property to check the trap. A stand out example is Technician Payton who spent extra time to perform an attic inspection on the day he was tasked to simply remove a trap. He heard my concerns, worked diligently to inspect the attic, and found another possible entry point which was then addressed. Another stand out is Technician Tyler who is a ninja on the high roof of our home as he installed traps and one-way valves (allows the squirrel to escape, but not re-enter). He also takes the time to talk with me, learn if I have heard activity, and then assists with next steps. At the time of this writing, we are still working to fully resolve “Squirrel Gate 2023”, but I am confident the team at Complete Animal Removal will again come through for us to protect our home. This is not the first time we have engaged Complete Animal Removal. In fact, it is our second positive experience. We engaged their help in the Winter of 2020 at our rental home for a Groundhog who had dug around the AC unit and gained access to the crawl space. Complete Animal Removal provided services for: - Trapping & Removal - Home Repairs/Exclusions - Restoration of the Crawlspace including - replacing the vapor barrier - installing fresh subfloor insulation Pics 1-3 are from the Winter 2020 Groundhog service.

This poor hawk was not reacting to human presence as one might expect. Upon venturing towards it, it did not react. According to some elder fellows who had seen the hawk earlier in the morning, it had hardly moved. I reached out to Walden's puddle who put out an APB to rescue the hawk (I was too afraid of its talons). Josh came out to our part of town and heroically saved the hawk and got it to Walden's Puddle. We should all endeavor to emulate his bravery, thank you Josh!

Great experience with Complete Animal Removal. I called yesterday for an appointment and was surprised that they could come so quickly - 10:00 this morning. Sean and Adam showed up exactly at 10:00 and went to work. Their inspection revealed where animals had tried to enter my attic but were unsuccessful. They made suggestions as to how to protection my house as well.

Shaun and Adam came out and did an inspection in regards to the scratching noises I've been hearing in the attic. They were prompt, kind and informative. They found evidence of mice in the insulation and took photos for me,& offered a service quote which would take care of them. They were very helpful. My first contact with the office to schedule our inspection was easy and no nonsense. Changing the appointment a week later was easy as well. Nick Robinson showed up, on time as scheduled, to survey our Bats in the attic. The solution and pricing were straight forward and reasonable . Josh and Ash came to do the job, again on time as expected, and did a professional, neat and clean job. Unexpectedly, two days later, Tyler called and wanted to stop by to do a Final Inspection. I was in need of repair to damage done to my home by squirrels. I had a large opening and four other returns that required attention. Kevin and Chad were assigned the repair to my home. While Kevin began the repair of the large opening, Chad began the repairs of the returns. Both did an excellent job, taking the time do ensure the repair was done correctly. Bob was nothing but professional, courteous, and efficient in the work he did to remove a raccoon that had met an unfortunate end under my house last week. We had a rodent die in our crawl space and he was able to remove the animal and give us a quote for having the crawl space cleaned up as well as sealing off the entry points so this doesn't happen again. Living in the country you expect to see all kinds of critters - BUT a really long snake skin hanging off my back porch roof with the tail in the soffit- NO - JUST NO. Called Complete Animal Removal about a problem with squirrels in my attic. I live in a log home and woodpeckers had created a hole that allowed entry for the squirrels. Shaun came out and evaluated the problem, offered solutions, and arranged for the work to get started. He did an awesome job explaining all his recommendations and the cost for each. Very pleased with this company! An armadillo has been destroying our lawn for over a year and all of our attempted deterrents failed. Isaiah took extra care in talking with us and determining the best place to set up a trap and then a tremendous job of designing a funneling system around the trap. (Armadillos are very hard to trap because you can’t bait them.) The armadillo was caught on the second night. I especially appreciate the humane treatment of the animals and every tech has been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I am in step 3 of the 4 step plan and can say these folks have been great. After 7 weeks, they have caught 8 raccoons, 3 possums and one neighbor's cat. All critters were relocated/released and the cat was released so he could go home. Josh, Emmanuel, Red, Kevin and David have been so patient with me, answering dozens of questions and reassuring me constantly. Mark has been fantastic answering all my after hours calls. They are always timely and caring. And they've done a great job of seeing all the critters are out of my crawl space and all entry points are repaired and sealed.

We have new construction going on next to our neighborhood in Hermitage. I noticed a snake in our crawl space and was referred to Complete Animal Control. We scheduled an inspection within a day or so and Nick came by--he was early for the appointment (kudos). Very professional in his detailed inspection of crawl and attic space. He took time to explain what he was looking for and what I should look for going forward--most helpful. Although there was not enough evidence for treatment at this time, I will not hesitate to call them back if the "critters" reappear or prove to be a significant problem.

Duane, Allen and Eric did a good job safely removing squirrels from our attic. We have a metal roof and when it was installed the roofer did not install dip edge flashing, thereby leaving gaps between roof and fascia allowing easy entry for anything to gain entry. They closed the gaps on the roof and also all other points of entry around the foundation. Before each visit they called to let us know they were on the way, how long before they arrived and left a message describing what work was performed. It was a professional job done right. We hired Complete Animal Removal to identify and seal up all of the potential entry points on our home after an issue of squirrels in the attic. Duane came out right away and gave us a very detailed explanation of the issues and how they were going to fix them. When preparing the estimate on the phone, Diane was very pleasant and wanted to make sure that my concerns were addressed. With hope this well intended company can learn from a mistake and change their practices. The guy who came out first, Gabe, signed up the order and took my credit card (which all should have been done online or by phone beforehand), but he also went ahead and put out a trap for this groundhog under my foundation wall. When I asked him why he was not observing the practices I had read about (gloves on hands, camouflaging trap), he said groundhogs are easy to trap and don’t need such care. OK. The next day I took a photo of the groundhog sitting next to the trap and sent to company. Then came Duane, the “real” trapper, who told me that Gabe had been just a marketing guy and knows nothing about trapping, and that groundhogs are in fact one of the trickiest animals to trap. Duane used gloves and set two traps with camo. He came by every few days for a week and a half, escalating the bait from fruit to peas— no luck. Duane then set out a camera for several days and after viewing the photos told me about visiting cats, raccoons, and deer, but no more groundhog. So we agreed that groundhog seems gone, and I will now fill the groundhog hole with gravel and concrete. And I have to acknowledge that we were starting some loud activity clearing out areas not so far from the groundhog hole, which could tend to make the groundhog leave. The company sent Gabe, so the company is responsible for “spooking” the groundhog or at least missing the first best chance to catch him. I hope they learn and quit jumping the gun having the marketing guy set up the first trap. But they did earnestly try later, with good methods, and they told me if the groundhog somehow returns to give them a call.

Complete Animal Removal was one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and reliable companies I have ever hired. Their service was impeccable. Corby came out to give us an estimate on removing snakes from our attic and preventing them from entering in the future. He took his time explaining the process and what needed to be done. Isaiah was super quick to get us on the schedule. Mason, Tyler, Dale and Emmanuel were the technicians who worked on our house over the course of the project. We had a momma bird build a nest in a vent high up on our house. We called Complete Animal; they came out promptly-assessed the situation and gave us a proposal for removal. The schedule worked so Josh came out the following day. He was able to remove the birds, the nest and fix the vent(s) to prevent further nest building. He fumigated the area. He was polite, friendly, and was able to get everything done on one visit. Would definitely recommend Complete Animal-not inexpensive but seemed worth it.

Our son woke up early one morning to loud scratching noises coming from the walls in his bedroom. A call to CAR yielded a quick response and a very thorough evaluation of the problem. Flying squirrels and mice in the attic is what was diagnosed. Once over the shock, Michel went to work prescribing options that covered the gamut from removal only to removal, mitigation, treatment and even insulation replacement. By having a range of options to choose from we were able to address the issue while staying within a reasonable cost range. The service technicians were excellent, on-time and thorough. The process though took longer than planned (2.5 months) due to poor weather. Overall, an excellent experience although one I hope I do not need to repeat anytime soon.

What a great company! We started with an issue of having squirrels come down the chimney into our fireplace. Complete Animal Removal was called and in a few minutes “Moose” came out and got the squirrels out in such a caring and professional way. It was like watching a nature show on TV. Mike did a complete evaluation of or house and presented us with a plan to block and seal off any possible ways animals could access the house with the exception of doors and windows. Traps were set. Cracks and vents were screened and reinforced. Tony even repaired some of the aluminum overhang where squirrels could build nests and access the house. All of the workers who came to complete the job at our house were outstanding. This company truly reflects Christian virtue in the way they do business with professionalism and integrity. We had a plethora of raccoons, mice, and squirrels coming through rotted gaps in the house, I called a few other places and they were too busy and overbooked but CAR came out in 2 hours with a quote and trapped some whoppers right away. Over the course of several weeks they meticulously patched and caulked to keep new ones out, yet narrowing the escape route to make sure none are trapped inside. The job required multiple visits given the size of my house and the complexity of working on ladders 30 feet in the air to install the required "bat proofing" materials. We had an issue with a skunk that barricaded himself in our dumpster enclosure and we need it removed quickly. We contacted Complete Animal Removal after having some issues with snakes in and around our home. In the end it was determined we had some opossums nesting under the house and they had, unfortunately, destroyed the crawl space.
