Ed was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I was having a huge communication issue with my last rep with truly Nolan and once Ed took over, the past issues were quickly resolved. He followed through on his word and would not doubt him if he becomes your Truly Nolan rep.

Unfortunately , my attic had become home for a tree rat problem!<br>Today,The Technician, Eric, that came to my home was very thorough & diligent in all the steps that I had been told would occur. Also, he was so very courteous, respectful & neatly dressed.<br>Upon my initial meeting w/the Service Coordinator,RC, I was impressed that he was so very helpful, clearly explained what likely was occurring in my attic ( which I already had some awareness since I had a wildlife expert check it out last month)& he was understanding of my current situation.<br>I Greatly appreciate Truly Nolen's ethical standards.<br>RC's knowledge, inspection of attic + outside all of my home & presentation were major factors in my deciding to stick with Truly Nolan.<br>I believe they will solve the problem in my attic again!<br>I need to add that I have a EXTREME phobia of rodents so they're sensitivity Care & concern were also paramount in my decision to stick with Truly Nolan<br>UPDATE: I HAVE BECOME DISAPPOINTED IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS.IT SEEMS THAT THE THOROUGHNESS THAT WAS INITIALLY PROVIDED HAS WANED. We decided to try a new pest control service that has been advertised in our neighborhood group. So glad we made the switch! Gage with Truly Nolen was incredibly thorough. He spent quite a bit more time inside, out and even in the attic for a regular pest control service. We were very impressed with his customer service skills. Gage came out today to treat the exterior and interior of our home. He did such an amazing job, was very informative and friendly! I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends!

Came and sprayed. Let the spray residue run down the front door and got all over the key code padlock. Wasps nest were knocked down and left around the perimeter of the house. No scrubbing of the nest residue to prevent future nesting. Left insulation on the floor that was tracked from the attic back into the house. I mean a service was performed but the disposal and attention to detail were lacking. When you get paid to do a job take pride in your work.

Gage did a thorough job treating our home. He is very friendly and explained the application to us. He took the time to clean cobwebs from the outside of the house around the eaves, windows and doors prior to applying the outdoor treatment. He also showed me the results (dead ants) of the ant mounds he treated in my yard. We will definitely recommend Gage and Truly Nolen to our friends for pest control needs.

Ana went above and beyond today! We had a dead possum wedged between our fence and the neighbor’s fence — not exactly an easy situation. Without hesitation, Ana climbed up onto the carport roof, carefully shimmied the possum to where she could reach it, and removed it quickly and safely. She handled everything with such kindness, professionalism, and a great attitude.<br><br>This was absolutely not an easy job, and she didn’t just get it done — she saved the day. Ana turned a gross, stressful situation into a smooth and even uplifting experience. I can’t thank her enough for her incredible effort and genuinely kind heart.<br><br>Highly, highly recommend her!

Ty came to us a couple days ago - super sweet, personable, knowledgeable. Asked us who we had for pest control, since we had so many spiders and other bugs all over our driveway, porch, etc (lol). He beat Terminex’s pricing by one THIRD. I’m paying $100 less for more treatment. Yesterday, we had Gage come out and spray the exterior. I wasn’t home, but he left us a note with detailed findings and treatment plan. Ty also reached out to ask us how things went. Y’all. These guys are professional, thorough, and completely kind. Gage was friendly and did a great job explaining the service before he got started, including what is included in the contract. More is included for less cost than my previous service, which is great.

I hired Truly Nolen years ago for bed bugs and James our tech was amazing. He was thorough and efficient in helping us be completely bed bug free. Never had an issue again after our treatment plan.<br><br>Now I am a return customer for pest control maintenance. We also had ants in our closet and in the matter of 2 days they were and are still completely gone! James communicates fast and efficiently, he listens and helps you understand what needs to be done. He always does what he says and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. I have never had any issues with them.

I had Nolan come out for a rat infestation in my attic. Robert was very informative on what needed to be done!! They came Saturday and sealed all the holes that they could be getting in and set out traps in the attic. I feel very confident they will resolve the issue !!

We previously used a nationally known company for 19 years but they kept raising prices every year. We had used Truly Nolen for pests in our attic and decided to try them for general extermination because we really like R. C., our contact locally. He is great! We really like Austin too.It is great knowing that Austin will be our regular person to service quarterly.

I seriously thought spiders and wasps had claimed my place as their summer home. I honestly thought the spider and wasp situation was just my life now like, rent-free roommates I didn’t ask for. I tried everything, and nothing worked. No matter what I did, they just kept showing up like they owned the place. But then, plot twist, I found out you can actually get sprayed for them. Like professionally. Mind = blown. Ever since it’s been a total vibe shift. No more webs in random corners, and the wasps got the eviction notice loud and clear. Fewer bugs, more peace, and I’m officially living my best bug-free life. Couldn’t be happider (yes, that’s a word now).

They are always gracious, helpful, prompt, knowledgeable. Ashley came out in place of normal tech (who is also amazing). They come and treat seasonal ants outside that make their way in as many times as it takes! Otherwise normal service keeps our bugs away, totally!

I haven’t used this company, but their employees clearly have no respect for people’s property. They ignored posted “No Soliciting” signs and walked straight through lawns instead of using the sidewalk or driveway. Homeowners take pride in their yards, and this kind of disregard is unacceptable.

Eric and RC were amazing. Very knowledgeable and took the time to help answer all our questions. They were quiet as a mouse but definitely took their time to make sure all pests were eliminated!

Even with a No Solicitation sign on my door, their rude employees still knocked on the door and rang the doorbell. Caught on camera saying double it up to annoy my home. I will be calling a supervisor and the police next time it happens.

UPDATE: After numerous attempts to speak with the office manager, Ashley, the issue was not resolved. Ashley scheduled times to call and canceled on 3 separate occasions. The next week I spoke with a rep in the office where I was told I would be receiving a refund and cancelation due to my experience. After a week with out seeing the refund, I contacted them again. Ashley responded via email stating they would not refund me. This is 100% a scam.<br><br>I started service a little over a month ago. At that time we didn't have much of a bug issue but fleas in the yard and wasps around the eaves of the house.<br>Less than a week after Truly Nolen came out for the first time I have had bugs of every kind in my home and outside! We now have a roaches (the big ones) which we have not had an issue with. We also suddenly have a massive mole issue in the front yard now! Moles destroy your yard to eat....BUGS AND LARVAE! It's almost like what ever they used ATTRACTED bugs!!! The fleas are still in the yard and the wasps are still everywhere.<br>To top this off 2 weeks after service I was charged AGAIN! when I signed up I was told I would be charged quarterly- because that is when they treat. When I called the number I was given- to both cancel service and request a refund- they informed me that i would be charged monthly AND to cancel it would be an additional $175.00!!! I asked to speak with someone else to try to work this is and the rep said the local manager would be giving me a call to fix the issue. It has been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for that call.<br>This company is a complete scam!

Justin from the FW area is great! When we’re on work calls at home, we can just leave him a note and he does everything we need! He also leaves his own note letting us know what he did, which is so awesome! 15/10 for Justin!!

I have squirrels in the attic. I called two other places first, but they quoted a much higher price. Truly Nolen was able to take care of the problem. RC, Erik, Jeff, and Hugo were very helpful and informative. I recommend them to anyone with rodent or pest issues.

Billy Hughett came over to do inspection for us. Led us through the process keeping in touch start to finish. Jared came out and completed all the work in our contract, texting before arrival and explained what he was doing upon each visit. We had rodent removal completed. I would recommend their service, I felt they were very professional.

Been using Truly Nolan for over five years and we are happy with their service. Today Darren Donaldson conducted our yearly termite inspection and did a superb job. He inspected every area of the home both external and interior with an in-depth in the attic. Darren was very professional and explained every thing highly recommend TN.

We had our regular preventative service today, but we also had a new/recent indoor concern to address. Justin came in, took a look, and explained what he believed the pests could be and how they will continue to look into it after today’s visit and get back to us. Not only that, but he found another issue (spiders allllllllll in an outdoor window screen) and took care of it outright. We've been using Truly Nolen for a couple years now. We never seem to have a bug problem and the techs will come by and do the service and on their way. All good. No complaints. The most recent service I needed to talk to the tech guy, I had a few questions. It was Erik that was servicing my house/yard that day. Never met him before, but I couldn't imagine that there is a better person representing Truly Nolen than him. Very personable, very professional. He answered my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Just had my first treatment by Truly Nolen pest control service. Service Tech James Reed was “truly” amazing. He actually showed up early, but called first to make sure it was ok. He was very thorough, extremely friendly, and totally professional. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. He encouraged me to call him personally if I had any questions or concerns. Going beyond the normal expected service he even returned 10 minutes after he had left to treat an area I had forgotten to tell him about. Justin & Truly Nolen did a fantastic job. I had wasps, spiders, and ant hills - they took care of all of it. He was professional, kind, informative, and educated me on the process of how they’ll protect my home from critter all throughout the year.<br><br>Communication was fast and I can’t praise them enough.
