the worst company ever that will keep on charging you money without your consent .<br>I had called them about 5 months ago to cancel and stop charging me . They say they have no records of that . I called them again yesterday after being charged on Nov , which i never authorized. i asked them to stop charging me without consent and cancelled my membership with account services . They Again charged me $150 without my consent after cancelling . WHAT KIND OF CLIENT RIPPING COMPANY ARE YOU GUYS ??<br>I am reporting this to fraudulent transactions<br><br>Very SCAM LIKELY BUSINESS . From what I remember , the person who first came to my house only said it would be a one time transaction and made me sign something really long . He said there would be complementary maintenance visits . I never realized they were charging me the entire time .

Worst pest control ever!<br>They said it wasn’t auto renew what they call it is a “auto reschedule” that puts you back to a year contract with them. They constantly miss things around the house that they say is done in a basic package. Also they never let me know a time frame when they will be here to get the inside of the house and you have to be home for them. I work in the city I live in I can easily come home to open the door and everytime I rush back to open the door they are already gone here for 5 maybe 10 min and they leave.

He was professional and patient to explain and patient working around our unraveled home. Great service!

Cyril was nice and engaging. I was not at home when he first arrived and there was a card in our front door. I saw him as he was leaving the back yard and we spoke for a moment. He was very nice and professional. I saw a few problem areas before he got there (wasp nest, etc) and he saw them and took care of them without my having to say anything.

They broke glass of one of my window 2.5 months back while treating my home. claim department was in touch till 6 weeks back, sent someone from ACE hardware couple of times to have estimate etc but no response after that in last 6 weeks. I sent multiple follow up email but no response. Called couple of times and have been told that supervisor will call back but no call back after that. Very unprofessional. Avoid services from moxie paste control.

Moxie Pest Control sent Zach, an inspector, to go through the attic to check for rodents as with several neighbors due to new apartment construction. I joined Zach and followed him around noting new or special editions added since construction of home. He was thorough in his inspections noting only older indication of rodents including a bat or two. The insulation had in 26-years shrunk and providing a low R-value. We discussed two options of an addition their insulation or a total refresh. I have both estimates and in the spring I’ll go with the refresh.

All of the technicians that came out were nice and on time. Unfortunately, I canceled my business with that company for several reasons:<br>1) The product used in the yard for ants did not work, problem never solved<br>2) After notification of termination, I was told I owed nothing more, four months later I get an email saying I owed $150.00.<br>3) After speaking with two separate associates, not only were they rude, but were like "you owe it, dont care what the person told you even though I gave them her name and info on the discussion.<br>I ask to have a manager call me back and the young lady that I spoke with upon cancellation, neither of which has bothered to return my call.<br>For this reason ,I would not recommend this company for service of any kind. Not because of the technicians, but the people working inside the company.

I wish I could go zero stars. These people are a sham. Never killed an ant, wasps kept coming back, I had to use the warranty call outs repeatedly. I never had so many fire ants in my yard. For the first ten years I lived here, no fire ant problem. They Just go to Home Depot, get the broadcast fire ant killer, treat it yourself twice a year and you'll have much better results for much less. Called and was repeatedly told they need to come out and treat again (with the same stuff that wasn't working). I am convinced they were putting fire attractant in my yard. Five days after the sixth visit, three huge fire ant mounds in my yard. Save your money and run these shisters out of town.

Katricia came to our house today to complete a re-treatment after the rains brought out a lot of fire ants. I came out of the house to greet her and she was already on it, looking to identify any signs of ants. She was hustling around the yard like she was on a mission, but when she saw me she stopped and explained everything she was doing to fix our problem. She is extremely personable and professional and is obviously a hard worker. I appreciate Moxie’s customer service and their attention to detail when hiring such great technicians.

John was excellent today with my service. From the time he greeted me and my wife, he was very polite and professional. His knowledge of the work he was performing showed that he was very passionate in what he does for a living.

Aware that I received service yesterday. Nobody came to the door and I swept my front porch this morning and none of the cobwebs or bugs were dusted off from around the entryway. I honestly couldn’t tell you what they did. That is not true of just this supposed visit. I have never received good service. Not like I have with other pest control companies. I feel your service technicians should be trained better.

Rahkeim came to our home today to complete our quarterly service with Moxie Pest. He did a great job and I feel secure that my home will remain pest free! He sent notification via text when he was on his way to my home and rang the doorbell to let me know he was going to begin the service. Nocked on my door very polite and explained the service he was preforming and even went as far to offer to demonstrate how the product works and what he is looking for to assess the treatment of my property and further serve my needs as customer. I've had plenty of techs come by and John was by far the best I've had!

Mr. Johnson was very cordial, informative and was professional in all mannerism. He made himself known on his arrival, providing reasons for his visit, although Moxie had reminded us of a technician's scheduled treatment. Mr. Johnson treated the exterior portion of the house first then knocked on the door to announce his process for treating the interior of our home. He wore his protective shoe covers and once complete, he asked if there was anything else we needed. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being completely satisfied, i would rate Mr. Johnson an 11!

Katricia did an amazing job! I wasn’t home when she provided the service. (Which I hate not being home because people like to cut corners) but I reviewed my security cameras and it showed Katricia being very meticulous with everything! She sprayed 6 ft up and 6ft down, throughout the perimeter of the house. She cleared all spiderwebs and bees nest! (Even some hard to reach nest about 12 ft high) She spread in every weep hole. And she treated my grass! Amazing job!

She was fantastic, we had a fire ant issue in our backyard despite October treatment and came out the same week. Re-granulated the yard, treated each hill, and sprayed the exterior of house. Hope this helps because these fire ants are ruthless! If it doesn't work it's nice to know we can call back for another treatment, fingers crossed!

I regret ever signing up with Moxie. The salesperson was extremely pushy and wouldn’t leave me alone until I agreed, even promising they could solve my ant problem and handle outside insects with special equipment. Once I signed up, I was told I couldn’t cancel without big penalties.<br><br>The first service didn’t work, and even after an “emergency” revisit, the ants were still there. On the second visit, all they did was put down some bait and gel—nothing effective. The ants never went away.<br><br>They also promised to remove insects on my balcony using a long cleaner, but every time they come, they claim they “don’t have the equipment with them.” On top of that, they keep canceling scheduled services—sometimes the same day, sometimes the day after. Their yard service even damaged my grass in the front and back.<br><br>I called to complain about the poor service and the price I was paying, and while I was told someone would follow up, I never got a call back. The only calls I’ve received since are attempts to schedule a termite inspection, which I refused.<br><br>This company has been nothing but disappointing. Between broken promises, constant cancellations, poor results, and zero accountability, I will not be renewing after my contract is up.

Bryan was great, very friendly and knowledgeable! He thoroughly inspected my yard and outside of my house for wasp nests, he found 3!! He took pictures and showed me where they were, they were full of wasps! He sprayed them, killed them all and knocked the nests down! Hooray! I have little kids, so a big rain we got moxie is for the hornet/wasp control and the anti pheromone thing. Soo was pretty pleased to have him take care of that! Also we have it because bugs are disguising in general and I don’t want them in my house. Anyways, Bryan was great- very thorough, and I thought he did an excellent job!

We had a wasp nest under the eave above the front door. We called Moxie Pest control since we use their service. They are hard workers, professional and with great manners. Before they arrive, they will call and text and let us know that they are coming. Mr. Bryan took care of the wasp nest this time. He asked us to stay inside. After he’s done with the work, he took a clear pic and showed us it’s gone! We appreciate his work and professionalism!

Michael M. did a great job! He scanned the front of our house for pest before he even came to the door so he was aware of some of the issues we were having. Then he went to work and got rid of our ants and wasps. He did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend recommend Michael and Moxie.

John came to my home for annual termite trap inspection. John called when he was headed to my home. He arrived at my home within 15-20 min of the phone call. He checked the traps as required. He was very pleasant to work with, informative and communicated well. He did a great job!

*** they charged my account$100+ again after not being in use for months, we had closed the account. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION.<br><br>Hired and came to treat our property twice. The first time, it was obvious the house was treated, it smelled like essential oils. We had these black beetles come out of the rental from everywhere! The company came back three months later, did their job and there was no smell afterwards no issues with the black beatles. Within a week or two wasps were beginning to start nests in six different places! I called to get help and they said they would stop by and treat the area but they couldn't do anything about the nests. They are not exterminators. They also claimed that the treatment takes 10- 14 days to work. The outside of our home was invaded by wasps! They even set up in our bushes. I'm also seeing termites which in the three years we have lived in this home there have never been any at all! Their product doesn't work in fact I believe it makes it worse!!!!<br><br>Edit they're trying to harass me that I owe money after we paid for the treatment that left no smell and attracted termites!!! Absurd.

Cody did a great job. I was on a conference call when he arrived and understanding that he was right to the service after I gave him a quick update of what I have seen and needed specific treatment on. When he was done gave me a short quick recap. Nice job in assertiveness and professionalism.

The sales person was very pushy, told me they could get rid of the ant problem & wouldn't leave me alone until I gave in & said ok, my mistake should have just gone inside my house. Once done signing up she told me I can't cancel without big penalties.<br>1st service was done, still had ants so they came back for an emergency service. Still had ants. 2nd visit all she did was put out ant bate & gel. Looked around my house the next week 2 bees nest, I knocked them down myself & the ants are still going strong. Called them to complain about the price for the service I received also told him their yard service that came out killed some of my grass in the front & back yard. He told me they would be contacting me, that was last week no call from Moxie except to try to schedule termite inspection, I said no. I am very dissatisfied with this company & will not be renewing after the year is up.

Truman did an outstanding job very personable and respectful.. The technicians with moxie have great customer service. Can’t say the same about the sales and office side of the house or the effectiveness of their product. But their technicians are absolutely amazing.

Great service from Lamar, he was very informative along with friendly service, knocked out a few wasps nest and even some that had started to form a nest in a crack on the siding of the house, covered all areas and did a even did a second go around to make sure everything was taken care if. I definitely recommend Moxie. The whole experience was cool from the Sales people, the follow up, and then the service from Lamar sealed the deal. I'll definitely be recommending them to any buddies and colleagues that need this type of service.

High pressure door to door salesman misrepresented services after I took him to my back yard and showed him and told him my issues- I had a sticky trap - he explained the what they would do and to give it time to see a difference. It’s been 2 months and it’s not better-when I called in they said that service wasn’t on my contract. After explaining our needs and he in depth explained how they would address our issue he sent over a contract for me to sign on my little phone - they kept calling to sign it while I was at with a house full for graduation. Very disappointing in looking someone in the eye and doing business with him and now knowing he lied to my face so easily so he could meet his quota and get $ for it. Now, they want me to pay to get out of the contract. Misrepresentation at its finest. They have Moxi I guess. Good job Spencer. I don’t want my grandchildren but. Hope you spent your money you made from me with a smile on your face knowing you were deceptive. I don’t know-but I couldn’t do that. My experience with Moxi is very disappointing and I’m sorry I did business with them.

My Technician Kevin was very helpful and sensitive to my Spider troubles. Spider nests were everywhere, but were cleared out completely. Moxie has serviced my suburban home for over 2 years now. They have done a terrific job of maintaining my home keeping it pest and rodent free. Whenever the seasons changed and pests (especially ants and wasps in my neighborhood) tried to move in they sent a certified technician to eradicate them, and reestablish a preventative barrier around our property.<br><br>Jason is hands down their best technician. He is knowledgeable about his craft, respectful to my family and our home, and he represents Moxie and pest control far beyond my expectations. I have had many exterminators in the past, but Jason’s professionalism and skills make Moxie my pest control go-to company.
