Gann's Pest Control and Termite Control

It was a pleasure to meet and spend time with Pat Gann discussing my rodent problem. His knowledge he has gained from many years of being in the pest control business is very evident. He pointed out to me many areas on my roof where the rodents have made their way into my attic. I have had a couple other men over to solve this problem but the rodent problem returns. I am looking forward to working with Pat and hopefully having a successful outcome. I have an appointment scheduled soon. His assessment with photos and a thorough explanation of the work to be done is very impressive. The bid he gave me for the extensive job is very reasonable. Gann's Pest Control was highly recommended by several of my neighbors & online.

We used them for years on our Personal residence in Westlake, and in our 18 rental properties in Southlake. Today they waited till the time that they were supposed to be here to cancel and say they no longer work with houses with tile roofs. As a business owner, I understand you can choose to no longer service certain segment of business. Why in the world would you wait till the time you’re supposed to be there? Inconsiderate unprofessional, and now not only did you lose our personal residence, you lost 18 other houses.

I met with Mr. Gann this morning for a centipede problem we're having and honestly just wanted to talk to the guy for hours. One of those folks who has the candor of a friend you've known for years but is also just downright genuine and kind hearted, something you don't see a lot of these days. I wish I would've started with Gann's instead of with a few others in the area, and the google reviews seem to indicate the same. I'll be using Gann for any pest control needs I have moving forward, would advise any in the area to also do the same!

My favorite part about Gann's is that they are local and each employee I have interacted with has always been friendly and helpful.<br><br>Gann's automatically schedules me and sends me a text and there is no phone calls or long waits. When he knocked down an old wasp nest on my porch in front it left debree on the chair, could it not be cleaned up? They were here all of 10 minutes.

We have been customers of Pat Gann's for close to 20 years. Pat brought Kandace as a trainee; and she is now celebrating her 1st anniversary with Gann's Pest & Termite Control. Kandace has been well-trained (as are all of Pat's technicians) and she is fabulous. I love her can-do attitude. Kandace is thorough and professional. She even caught a stowaway pink salamander (also known as a Mediterranean gecko apparently) off of one of my houseplants and carried it to safety because "those are our friends". And let me tell you -- anyone who catches a reptile in my house and takes it outside -- is my friend, too!! Definitely 5-star service!

Right from the beginning, Gann’s was easy to work with! I was able to communicate with Michelle via email to make an appointment and even sent pictures so they could see the problem. They were able to make it out here the very next day.<br><br>The technician, Phillip, was not only on time but called to see if we were available about 1/2 hour early. It was very interesting to hear about why they do certain things and what to look for going forward. He was so patient and took the time to answer my questions! It was also nice to hear that he thought so highly of Mr. and Mrs. Gann.<br><br>We will definitely use Gann’s Pest Control going forward!
