3 stars because the staff here is super cool and helpful but if you’re delivering beer with an 53 ft trailers it’s hell .. and ima driver but this place gave me a hard ass time .. you will get here and notice soon as you get here. May as well not try to set up for a sight side just blind side in

A truly great experience. My home is so warm In the winter and I know it’s because of the insulation Austin Co. put in my home. Not to Mention the gutters are top notch. No rain escapes from them. Do your home a favor, call Austin if you need insulation or gutters.

Austin worked on my mobile home at the request of Blue Ridge Community Action. They replaced the old underlayment in my kitchen damaged by water damage. They also replaced my sliding glass door with a regular sized door. The men are on time and professional and polite which is a plus. I wish I couid give more stars but I'll just compliment them more.

Austin originally installed my gutters and I was pleased. Several months ago a tree fell damaging one gutter. I got a quote from them BUT NO ONE EVER CAME TO MAKE THE REPAIR! And today I RECEIVED A BILL FROM THEM AND WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO BILLING NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!

I called three times to get a quote and all three times the receptionist was extremely rude. The third time I called, she actually hung up on me. The company never returned my call to schedule a consultation and just lost my business. Sad to see this level of poor customer service. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Did a great job insulating my new home using a combination of foam, batt, and blow in. Best price quote I received too.

Austin Co. came to my home they went under my home to replace plastic. Turned water tank off to my well. I ran water notice was was very very low.I contacted Austin Co. they came out to finish work turn switch back on. Same thing happened Contacted Austin again spoke with Lou Ann and Matt. they sent Darby well co. out they said it was trash in my line and I had a 2" well and nothing they did caused me to have very low water pressure and my well was old. But I've been living here since 1999.And never had a problem. Except purchasing a new tank. Now they refuse to take the blame.I asked for ower no. They keep saying he's never in. But won't give message to him. But be watchful of bid co. Now I'm stuck with very low water pressure until I search other avenues. Don't know what else to do waiting on WBTV Channel 3 to do my complaint.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Mislead by salesperson. Did not deliver what was agreed to. Did not follow up on calls and did not effectively communicate with client. I do not recommend this company.

Anthony and Alfred came to my house and sprayed foam this morning. They were on time, courteous, answered all the questions I had and took a lot of care to cover all the walls, floors, and appliances. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and would recommend them to anyone doing this work. Very honest good group of guys.
