The folks at Eden’s Guard are great. I live in a new neighborhood and when contractors start digging they stir up ants. EG comes out same or next day to take care of the problem. Customer service is excellent.

We were having major issues with ants and looked around at our options and decided to go local. It was a great decision because Thomas was quick, professional, and informative.<br>After spraying our yard, house, and crawl space he placed down some bait gel. Almost exactly the next day we couldn't see anymore ants in our house and months later still have not had anymore issues. I will be using them in the future for any other problems and regular prevention maintenance!

My house is a new build and I was battling bugs left and right. I finally caved because whatever I was doing wasn’t working. Harrison came out and explained everything they do. He was incredibly kind and even entertained my son who is a talker. Seriously he is just the nicest man who will alway return if you have any issues between your quarterly service. The price changed to $200. He was not able to pull up my previous billing. Something about a change 4-5 years ago. I last used the service 2years ago. Not sure why it went up so much. Thought I could count on them again but I will have to go another route. 🤷‍♀️

Nick, Thomas and Harrison came out from Eden to spray my home inside and out. They were very thorough when spraying inside and outside of our home. They sprayed every room, bathroom, closet, garage, porch, etc. They explained everything including the bugs, spiders, wasp etc the spray kills and they were very knowledgeable. We are pleased with their service and look forward to them treating our home again in the near future.

Richard was very helpful and reassuring in taking care of my pest problem. He listened to my concerns and let me know he was using the very best product to treat the pests. Wanted to support a local company that is close to Sunnyvale, TX. First visit went well and had the inside and outside of our home serviced. Wanted to have them return for quarterly service but they were a no show on the date stated they would return and our credit card was charged. Have tried to contact someone this last week with multiple voice mails and email and no one will contact us. Cancelling service and asking for a refund.

I'm new to the Crandall area and needed to get service quickly for my home. When I spoke with Scott, he was very informative, friendly and quick to schedule the next available appointment. Eden's Guard has great customer service. Scott, Thomas & Harrison were quick, friendly and highly professional. They are also willing to come out on the weekends each month which works out perfectly for teachers! I would highly recommend Eden's Guard.

I paid for the service which includes them coming out every 3 months. They showed up when I called but I didn't have any issues within the first year of the service. I called them out for an issue where I was hearing something between the first and second floor. He came out and said he didn't see anything. Two weeks later I could hear a family of birds. He came back out and said the will be gone in a few days and call him when they leave. After 3 days passed, I called them for 4 days with no response leaving messages each time that the birds were still there and getting louder. After that, I called another company to resolve the issue. Then I called to cancel the service. And he responded right away to cancel the service since I paid someone else to do their job. I let a month go by before posting this because I wanted to see if they would at least try to credit be back some of the money since they didn't do the job.

Had our house and yard done. The chemical doesn't smell at all. No allergic reactions like the stuff I bought at Lowes. I don't see any bugs, mice, rats which I had. They took care of it all. My Christmas decorations in the attic are free of bugs and mice. I highly recommend Edens Guard.
