Great communication, skill and professionalism! We had an issue with rodents and the insulation was missing in parts of the attic. Alex and his team replaced the insulation and sealed up gaps and holes where the rodents were likely entering as well as setting traps. Also repaired a poorly installed bathroom fan vent. Finished quality work in one day and the returned for a follow-up visit to check for any rodents. Provided lots of pictures of before and after. Highly recommend!

WARNING: “R-49” promised — measured ~8–14.5” — dispute escalated to lien + court I hired Attic Crawl Inc. for attic work including R-49 blown-in insulation (stated in writing). I trusted their proposal — and I regret it. After the job (9/27/2025), I measured insulation depth in multiple locations and found ~8 to 14.5 inches in many areas, uneven coverage, and no depth markers. I shared photos/measurements and asked them to bring the attic up to the promised R-49. Instead, they said the attic was larger than estimated and would only add insulation if I paid ~$1,472 + tax. I obtained a third-party correction bid for $2,917.20 to air-seal and bring the attic to R-49 with depth markers, indicating additional work is needed. Because Attic Crawl would not correct the insulation without extra payment, I withheld final payment while trying to resolve the issue in writing. After that, the situation escalated into a small-claims filing and a mechanic’s lien (which I dispute). Regardless of how anyone views the dispute, the result was this: a homeowner raised a documented workmanship concern, asked for correction to what was promised, and ended up dealing with court + a lien. Bottom line: I do not consider this a reliable company and would not hire them again. If you’re considering Attic Crawl, protect yourself.

What an amazing job! Alex (the owner) was more thorough and communicative than I think any contractor I've ever hired! Answers all questions and clears up any confusion. I am so happy that I contacted Attic Crawl to address the rodent problem in our ceilings. Other companies were not willing do the most difficult part of removing existing instillation, sanitizing and then replacing it with new. Attic Crawl diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Jesse was the consultant who came to my home, explored the attic, roof and outside the house to determine where the rats were coming in. He wrote up a detailed plan explaining their process and it was very thorough. He was professional and polite. Alex and his crew of seven who did the work were amazing. Danny and team did a great job cleaning and replacing insulation in the crawl space under the house after a rat occupation. The work area and surrounding spaces were kept very clean during the project.

Very thorough exclusion job requiring hard, dirty work. Clarity on what was needed, what would be done, fair price ( I had several other proposals). Follow through as promised. Attic Crawls turned a scandalous mess by another company that made believe they were doing exclusion into a neat and solid, sanitary barrier against pests. Professional and friendly in every way. They took great care to protect the other parts of the house that were en route to the attic, and to clean up thoroughly.

We had squirrels in our attic. Despite sealing up all access points, the squirrels chewed their way back in. We contacted Attic Crawls, and Jesse came out to inspect tte attic. He found multiple nests, and he found likely openings. The crew came out, inspected the outside of our home and found two new openings. They resealed the exterior and removed the nests. Their team members were great. They were hardworking, friendly and professional. And Melissa, the office manager, was great to work with in scheduling our work. Attic Crawls is a great company!

Alex and his team were awesome. After dealing with some ongoing rodent issues in our attic spaces (multiple low-ceiling, hard-to-access crawlspace-like passages) we decided to get a few quotes for sealing and rodent exclusion work. A couple of pest control companies gave us exorbitantly expensive quotes for insulation replacement and exclusion work that didn't even include roof inspections. Meanwhile, we called Attic Crawl and they were able to come out for a free inspection within just a few days. They confirmed that we didn't need new insulation, spent around an hour inspecting the crawlspaces and exterior, and gave us a quote that was ~4 times lower than the pest control companies'. When Alex and his crew came out a week later to do the job they were extremely thorough, left everything feeling very clean, and followed up via text several times over the next few days to see how things were holding up. Whenever we do need new insulation, we'll definitely be calling Alex back to have his team do it.

My husband and I started hearing noises in our attic, and called a pest control company to come setup traps. We quickly realized that the traps would not really work, if they could get in and out of the attic. We called Attic Crawl at the recommendation of a friend, and they were great! We usually compare 2-3 vendors before picking one, but as this was urgent we went with Alex right away. They did a full interior and exterior inspection (including the roof), found and sealed all of the access points that the pest control company had missed, and did more exclusion work in the attic. They worked for around 5 hours and were extremely thorough, and they left the attic way cleaner than it was when they started. Their pricing was very fair, and at no point did they try to upsell us. Meanwhile, a pest control company quoted us over five times as much money just to replace the insulation, with no roof inspection. Alex noted that we did not even need new insulation, and created a scope of work that was both efective but not overkill. Because we have a 100 year old home, some of the wiring in the attic is old. I was very concerned about people working around it. They were extremely careful and did not damage anything. I would highly highly recommend Attic Crawl if you have an old home, or a pest emergency!

A hidden gem as their company didn't show up well in search results, but they did an insulation and crawl space makeover for me, plus helped resolve rodents / pest control. I began by reaching out to Attic Crawl (and others) for quotes, and these guys were very quick and responsive throughout the project. They came out to do an inspection, their quotes were very competitive, and they were flexible with scheduling me in. We had a bad rodent problem, odors, and a crawl space that required a lot of work. Writing this review after Alex finished renovating my duplex’s attic and crawl space a few months back. I just purchased the place not too long ago, and we had issues with mold and rodents. Alex was very helpful in explaining the renovation process, and outlining a plan that made it very affordable for my family. A friend of ours who is also working on remodeling the duplex saw the work and was very impressed. Alex was very honest and professional. I recently discovered that a couple of cardboards supporting insulation near our crawl space vents were dropping. Alex showed up in a couple of hours and did throughout inspection of my crawl space anyway. Found out that nothing needed to be done, but he told me what to do myself in case of blockage. It was very pleasant to work with him and I would definitely contact him again for my future projects. Highly recommend him.

My crawl space was long overdue for a clean out, to the point I was nervous about getting a quote- I assumed it would be a much more expensive and involved project. Alex came out and took a look, assuaged my fears and pointed out what needed to be done, and more importantly, he was honest about what didn't need to be done. I ended up having the (awesome, friendly, and hard working) crew clean everything out, restore the vapor barrier, insulate my HVAC ducting, and rodent proof every nook and cranny. The price was beyond competitive- I had received other quotes that were significantly more. I have zero buyers remorse- the quality of work and price can't be beat.

Alex, Omar and the rest of the team did a fantastic job fixing up our crawlspace. Things were in pretty bad shape down there from a former rodent infestation when we moved in to our new home a week ago, and the Attic Crawl team were able to very quickly come out for an estimate and get us scheduled for the work to be done. We had noise issues in our new roof. Not sure if it's rodents, squirrels, birds, etc. Alex came out here and did the inspection. He was very very thorough. I rarely spent time to write such a detailed review, but Alex and his team is simply deserves it. The work was done one month ago. There was some rat activities in my crawl space that destroys some pipes and air vents. I contacted several companies to quote, and Alex gave the best quote. In this first evaluation, he was punctual and showed me the evidence of rodent activities. He also educated me what need to be done and how. Very quickly, he sent me a quote that is very competitive. He is also very flexible in terms of payment method. On the day when his team came to work, they arrived early in weekend morning, and was able to finish all the job after 8 hours of work. They also found that there was minor water leakage, and Alex called a plumber to help resolve the issue. After replacing the insulation and pipes in the crawl space, it looked very clean. He also noticed I had mold in my attic space while inspecting the home due to poor ventilation. I decided to put a new roof on and replace the plywood that was primarily affect. After that I called Alex back to clean out the attic space, spray to kill the mold, paint the affected area and put new insulation. Alex also rodent proofed the area to prevent future problems and gave more air flow to the area. Alex has the best pricing around and great service as well (half the price of the big companies). He is very responsive and took great care of my home for the second time. If you need any attic or crawl space work this is your guy! Couldn’t be happier.

Jessie made sure our living area was isolated from where they were working with plastic sheeting covering several doorways. Jessie was very good with keeping me updated on the work progress and took photos of all their work to show me. When the job was completed, our house was spotless inside and out. Alex, Jesse and team came to replace insulation that was greater than 30 years old and seal the entire attic - including removal/installation/sealing in some very hard to access cathedral ceiling spaces. The team was friendly and the work was performed efficiently with quality results. Pricing was reasonable and beat competitors' quotes. Cannot give more than 5 stars or I would.

I recommend attic crawl, they are very thorough, clean, and helpful. We hired Attic Crawl to replace our vapor barrier in the crawlspace and to replace and fix the insulation on the Attic. Alex did an inspection, provided a free estimate, and gave recommendations according to our budget. The day of the installation the crew built a tuner to keep the habitable areas clean. They also fixed several broken vents and added anti-rodent meshes. At the end they cleaned up everything pretty well. Edit: forgot to mention, but they share pictures before, during, and after the process. That was pretty cool!

I got several quotes from different companies. Attic Crawl's quote was way less, and it covered everything to get the job done correctly, including making sure everything was cleaned up (dead rodents, droppings etc) and properly sealed. The other companies wanted more for rodent clean-up/sanitation, and to seal entry points. The job was bigger than they anticipated and took the crew a couple days longer (16+ more hours) to complete and they didn't try to charge me more. Amazing crew. We had quotes from other companies in the area (which these guys came from anyway) and Attic Crawl easily beat the price. They went above and beyond and everything was cleaned up afterwards. It was a full day job for 2 attics, a solar fan, and a crawl space. It’s at least worth having Alex come out and talk to you if you’re considering other quotes. I’ll throw some random pictures in here but the before pics were mostly 30 year old insulation falling apart all over the place. Everything now is cleaned up and actually insulating.

We are very satisfied with our service from Attic Crawl. We asked four companies to come and give us a bid. This wasn't the least expensive bid but after everything that was included it ended up being so. You see, we need our attic cleaned out of old insulation because we had a terrible rat problem that had been going on for years. It has gotten so bad they chewed thru the duct work and the insulation was coming out of our vents. Ugh! The Attic Crawl crew came and cleaned out all the old insulation, cleaned the attic and installed all new insulation all in one day. Then, for the cost of the duct work only, they installed all new ducts. That's right. The labor cost was free. Another company had quoted me $2,000 just for that part. Then they laid out traps in case they missed any rats and came back a few weeks later. Everything was good. Really great service. Super friendly. Everything was explained clearly and in detail. Attic Crawl did a great job cleaning out our crawl space of dead rodents and fixing the place up to prevent any more rodent activity. When bad smell started coming from our crawlspace I called few people and Alex was the only one who took out the dead rodent without any money or job guarantee just so that we don't have to smell it anymore.
