This was the worst service I have ever received. The job was never finished and no one is returning my calls or text. Curtis keeps saying he’s coming, but never shows up. I recommend no one use their services ever!

I don't usually do many Google reviews, but Curtis hit me up to give him a review on a job from 5 years ago and so here is my HONEST review:<br><br>I had a mostly positive experience with Curtis and his team. We had a water leak that needed some extensive renovation. Curtis took care of pretty much all of the steps and was knowledgeable about the process.<br><br>The only drawback to the overall experience was the contractors they chose to use for the renovation. Sections of flooring were left unfinished and the cabinets were installed sloppily to where you could see supports/screws.<br><br>I would use 911 Floods again, but would probably use my own contractors to do the repair work to make sure the results were up to my standards.

I needed my home rechecked for mold as well as other allergens since previous treatments by other companies had proven ineffective. Although my request was outside the scope of what they normally do they were kind enough to find someone who could and did help and I appreciate them taking the time and making the extra effort to get me the help I needed. Professional integrity can be rare and hard to find. I am very grateful to Curtis for his help in resolving my problem.

The river in my back yard flooded and filled my basement with water! I called 911 floods and they showed up an hour later! Within a couple hours they had my basement clean and even removed the smell! All at a great price! The workers where pleasant and very kind to! Great company!

We had a flood that our insurance said was not a big deal. When we called Curtis, he had his team over within hours. He assisted us in getting our house a better adjuster who advocated on our behalf. My master bathroom water line errupted and my house was flooding. I called 911 Floods R Us and they showed up in timely matter and got the job done. I was very pleased with their services, they were professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call this company back if I have another emergency.

Never again.... they will treat you well until they feel they have you locked in as a customer they took out unnecessary walls and carpet in order to charge the insurance company more and once they started the job demolition was fast after that it took over a month of living in a construction site to get things back to normal. Curtis will say that he's on the way then goes ghost and you'll hear from him 3 days later. The easiest way to contact him was when he knew that an insurance check was there .

This company did work for me couple months ago they were absolutely terrible. They came in started removing a lot more then they need to probably to get more money from insurance. Took over a month to get my place back. I was living in a construction site over 45 days waiting on these people. Do not listen to the owner named Curtis he is a used car salesman and a liar. He will tell you “ He is on the way” then not answer his phone for two days. It wasn’t until I threaten to go with another contractor when finally showed up sometimes. He also treats is employees awful. Just how he runs his business. Choose any other water mitigation company.<br><br>I hope the best for you during this tough time. Please don’t make it tougher.

Terrible service they don’t follow up with clients on pending quotes and refuse to take responsibility for their slow and inconsistent service.

I called 911 Floods and advised them of the issue I have with the water damage. They came to my location and worked on getting the mold out and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend 911 Floods.

Do not use this company. They are horrible. They don’t know what they’re doing at all. They never once took a moisture reading or an air quality test. I had 3 contractors come in that were shocked at the poor job they did. They drop off a bunch of laborers and the supervisor sits in his truck and plays on his phone. And those are the days they show up. Curtis also thinks it’s appropriate to call and text late at night. He once called me at 9pm to yell at me that I didn’t have my adjusters report yet, so I wouldn’t allow them to demolish my cabinets. They no called, no showed for multiple days. When you call in you just get a call center that says they’ll call you back, but they never do. Overall a water remediation job took 2 weeks and was not completed. We had to get a supervisor out to the job site (Curtis) who promised to supervise the end of the work, he also No called no showed. We feel taken advantage of because we were in a vulnerable position. We gave the company many opportunities to make it right and they chose at every turn not to.

They were quick to respond to my call, but ever since the first consultation the company proved to be unprofessional and non-communicative. They arrived late for subsequent service appointments and were not up-front on costs.
