Best pest control company I’ve ever had. Alex always does a fantastic job and never have any issues whatsoever. They also do my entire families properties and they haven’t had an issue once either! My mother had a huge problem with pantry moths and had pest control companies come out and could never solve the problem. T-Rex came out and immediately got rid of that problem first visit. My grandparents had a squirrel problem in their attic and where they chewed up the outside of the house to get in. They did an amazing job and they have no issues whatsoever. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Very happy with Alex and the work he did for us today. We thought we might have termites. He inspected and assured us we did not. However we did have carpenter ants and fire ants and some wasps, so he treated for them. Alex was very personable, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. The price was reasonable and I would have Alex back again. Highly recommend.

Our service was exceptional today! We were very impressed with Shayne and his professionalism as well as the time he took to inspect our home for rats and mice. They’re always clean and willing to answer questions.<br><br>One of the things to convinced me to switch to them was their willingness to come out on a Saturday afternoon to look at a wasp problem. My service at the time said they wouldn’t be into come until Monday afternoon.

T Rex is the one for you if you’ve been seeing rodents/rats ants etc. John came out promptly, is very courteous and did an excellent job. Treated our property for the rats, also preventative measures to keep them from coming into our home at points where they can get in. Found carpenter ants in my bathroom and a friend referred T-Rex. Called their office on Thursday and by 9:00 am Friday their exterminator Shayne Silvey was at my door. Extremely knowledgeable about pests and treating, explained how he was going to treat our problem and what to watch for the next 7 days. Very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use T-Rex again.

We have been using T-REX for over a year. The first initial treatment inside and outside neutralized the ANTs problem we had for years. Wiped out the black widows as well. Book them !!! New homeowner here in a new build community. I called on a Tuesday at 3pm and they had me on their schedule the next day for my first initial deep spray inside and out the house. Absolutely affordable first time pricing and then I pay like $40-$49 a month to be a client they come spray again every two months. Jenna always answers the phone and emails when I reach out she has always been so kind personable informative and professional. Reid has been the same man spraying since we moved in and even when I am not home, he takes the time to explain what process he is doing and what to expect. He is awesome too. I woke up one day to two huge spiders in my garage and didn’t know if that was something I call them to take care of ( I was not going to touch those guys) and they were pleased to help and came out as soon as possible at no additional expense.

I was worried we might have termites or carpenter ants on our playset. I called T Rex and they had me send a picture. Told me it was regular ants 😅. (In my defense they didn't look like regular ants). But, they didn't try to pressure or sell treatment if I wasn't interested. Great service, quick response, and if we do actually get termites this is who I will call!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my service after a few years with them if having quarterly<br>spraying. I still gave them a 5 star because they deserve it, but my reason for cancelling was the turn over of people and the poor spraying they did by coming snd going in 20 minutes.<br><br>The workers that come to my home tell you one thing and do another, which is why I have to go out and check to make sure everything was completed.<br><br>They are very timely, efficient and make sure to keep you posted on arrivals and upcoming visits. I just wish their employees would not cut corners. I do have to say that the owner does take care of the issue right away I just feel that I am a “pest” no pun intended because at times have to call them back after a visit and I feel I am a bother. I would recommend them with no problem, maybe it’s just my area that has had the less than desirable employees that cut corners.

Reid came and removed the wasp nests from around our house. He said there were many nests, which he knocked down and then sprayed something to deter them from rebuilding. While walking the perimeter we saw a few nests he had missed, and he removed them immediately. He told me if they begin to rebuild again to let him know and he would come retreat. John came out to treat carpenter ants but also took care of general pest control around the interior and exterior of the house. He also spread some granules into the grass to help provide additional protection. What I like about Trey is that he doesn't just know how to kill bugs. He knows the reason why certain products are used and I can ask him about maybe some solutions with other pest problems with my chickens and he can advise me how to go about doing it or not doing it. He knows the how and why which allows me to have intelligent conversations on tailoring the service to my needs.

After contacting T-Rex Pest Control about active carpenter ants, John came out to work my issues. He answered every question I had about the process. He explained what he would be doing not only for the carpenter ants but for the rest of the pest control services I requested. He worked inside and outside the house for quite some time. When he was done, he told me what he found and what did. He suggested that we do a 30 day follow-up because of the active carpenter ants. Excellent communications and outstanding work. We took a chance on T Rex pest control when their employees were out knocking doors. We’re not usually ones to give solicitors the time of day, but they had such a cheerful demeanor that we actually flagged them down to ask them what they were selling. We decided to take a chance on them and are glad we did. Since moving to Texas 5 years ago we’ve tried several pest control companies, but the others couldn’t keep the fire ants at bay. I’d been told by neighbors and friends that there’s no way to really keep the fire ants from coming back after a few weeks, and after our personal experience with the ants and other companies we believed that. However, I haven’t seen a single fire ant since trying T Rex over 6 months ago. We even went a whole summer without seeing any fire ants. That’s truly a feat T Rex has accomplished! For that reason alone I’d highly recommend them. It also helps that they’re easy to work with and keep the other bugs away, too. I love that we don’t have to worry about ants in the grass when my kids want to play outside. Thanks, T Rex!

We had a fantastic experience with these guys. We had an ant problem that could not be solved with a can of ant raid so we had to call in the big guns. Really glad we went with T-Rex! Scheduling was an easy, the appointment was quick and our ant problem is gone.

These guys have been great to work with so far. Starts with the office staff being friendly and having great communication, then the techs follow that up by continuing to have great communication and friendly personalities and professional demeanors. They’ve serviced my home a few times now and I’m glad I went with them. It’s funny because when I was looking for peat service, I googled providers in my new town and reached out to several. I've never had an issue with the pest service or Trey's customer-centric approach to ensuring my home is pest-free. I'm on a quarterly service plan (about 2 years now), but appreciate their willingness to come outside of the service window if needed.
