The worst company I ever. Put down products in the rain and snow and then get a 50 calls to come back and redo. I’ve never seen somebody put dilution down in snow. Customers give you a hard time. Then make you work in the dark with a lil tyke flashlight. How you see what you doing? How can you properly handle bugs in the dark? I wouldn’t trust somebody around my house after dark. Safety concern. This company is slow.

Tried their services for several months and sadly did not work. Called them out to retreat our yard with no improvement. Cancelled their services and was hit with a $299 cancellation fee. Not sure why I'm getting a cancellation fee when their services didn't work in the first place. Don't waste your time with this company!!

Unfortunately, I scheduled an appointment last week, no call no show no nothing. Their customer service has not been great. Scheduled for Monday, I called Wednesday and said no one has called or talked to me. The supervisor Benjamin said “well we can get to you next week”<br><br>Asked for the branch manager Aaron to call me- they stated 72 hours.<br><br>Being with Moxie for over 2 years I am disappointed on how they treat customers now. I will need to look for another company going forward.

Jason came to do our first service. Loved that he was patient and answered all our questions! I did notice that there are alot of wasp nest that were missed. There were also cob webs inside the house that were missed. When I first signed up for this I was told by the rep that our outlets would get removed so that our walls will get treated. Jason let us know that this isn't a service you guys provide. It's a bummer because that was one of the things that led to me signing up. So far tge experience has been decent. I'm looking forward to hearing back so I can schedule our follow up appointment(it'll be a month on 12/03).

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE after the initial service. Noted webs and several wasp nests in roof eaves around the house as well as front and rear porch areas. I requested to have those areas to be treated thoroughly (specified Webs to be removed). The technician was in and out in less than 5 minutes and stating he has completed the work . The technician and customer service assured they would be swept and taken down. I trusted them but they did not. I would rather go to a store, buy my product, spray and treat my home myself instead of spending $$$ for a service that’s not being done. Disappointed

Chandler was awesome. He came out to address some ant mounds in my backyard. Showed me to easily identify if fire ants or not (they were). And he took some additional time searching for other mounds I maybe missed and found some more and treated those. Well done!!

This company is a total scam. I would not recommend to anyone! If you see them knocking on your door save yourself the headache and don't answer. They tricked us into a contract we had no idea we were agreeing to. We were under the impression it was a one time thing. Now we're stuck paying for services that don't even work, they come and they're in and out in less than 5 minutes and not only that but when you make an appointment for them to come out they cancel last minute(has happened several times) after you've already cleared your day to wait on them. We had an appointment and they sent a message they would be here soon and next thing you know they said they couldn't make it out. But funny thing is my husband was outside and saw them pass by. Who does that? So unprofessional. I have NEVER ever left a review good or bad but this company needs to disappear. They're nothing but frauds and I hope people stop falling for their stupid sales tactics. They will trick you into a contract you don't want any part of. Please don't fall for it! RUN! I would give them zero stars If I could.

I would stay extremely far away from this company. Called yesterday to get info on how they operate and pricing. I specifically told Shane I would call back in a few days if I had not found another company. Not even 24 hours later do I receive a call on services for half the cost Shane provided. So the first day was about ripping me off with asenine pricing. Because I chose to look around they call back with a new special that somehow occured overnight. Due to his lack of understanding and waiting for a call back they blow my phone up. I asked to speak with a supervisor and am on hold for 25 minutes by Bianca just to be transferred to Shane whom would not allow me to speak with a supervisor because he thought he could correct a problem he started. I specifically told Bianca I only wanted to speak with a supervisor. The ignorance that follows is ridiculous. Wasted my time, energy, and buisness. Shane could not let his ego go so I hung up and called back. Spoke with a new lady whom I won’t name because she did her job and transferred me to a supervisor. On hold for two minutes and had a supervisor on the phone. Filed complaints against Bianca as well as Shane. These two are going to cost this company loss of buisness due to the way they operate. I now look at the company as pests themselves and will let others know how things went with them. Way to fail at your jobs! 🤦

Chandler with Moxie Pest Control just gave us the most awesome service! The weather was ugly and getting worse. He came out for an emergency treatment and went way above and beyond to help us with an additional problem we found the day before. He solved the fire ant problem straightaway and could have left it at that. Instead he figured out what was going with a new rodent problem behind our shed. He took more time to solve the problem properly. He even called me back to explain how I could do a few more things to prevent it from happening again. Thanks Chandler! 10/10!!!

SCAMMERS! I have no idea how they have a 4.7 star review. They tried to charge us $25,000 for a $12,000 service. We had someone else come out and they quoted us 12k for twice the work and told us the truth about our situation and laid traps and fixed outside squirrel holes (we have a lot of trees and squirrels) and got a good idea of what was going on.<br><br>These guys go door to door playing on people’s fears of rats.<br><br>We don’t have a rat infestation and Moxie made us believe we did and tried to price gouge with scare tactics saying our neighbors had a rat infestation and told us we most likely had one too. This is SO UNETHICAL. The guy went up in our attic and found “rat poop” which was actually squirrel poop. Told us our insulation had black mold (it didn’t). He also made me believe they were booked way out and tried to offer a $2k discount if we booked an open slot.<br><br>They pulled all the punches on scare tactics and unethical practices. Please please please get another quote before you do any work with these guys. We live in the DFW area

The two visits I observed were exterior-only and lasted about a minute each. No one entered the home. When I called to cancel, I was told there would be an early termination fee of $300+, which I was not informed about upfront. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

He was informative and very knowledgeable, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns- I had many. Outlined a resolution step by step plan along with varying options. The pricing is surprisingly reasonable. Everything 100% guaranteed for a lifetime. Work will happen as early as tomorrow. Will update after completion. Moxie Pest Control's quarterly services seemed fine to me. They did an extra visit between their regular ones, at my request, free of charge, just like they advertised.<br>Their website is user friendly, and easy to review your account history and details.<br>Their customer service on the phone was also fine.<br>However, I had two very problematic experiences with their complimentary inspections.<br><br>1st, there was the attic inspection.<br>For context, the quarterly services found evidence of rodents up there before, and put traps up there. But neither they or I ever actually saw one, and they said that the droppings were probably years old and no current activity was apparent.<br>A month or two later, I receive a notice from Moxie for a free attic inspection, so I figured "why not?" and opted into one.<br>The inspector came by, looked around the attic, and then stood in front of my wife and I telling us about how we've got a full blown infestation up there, and that in the upcoming summer months, all kinds of rats and roaches are going to breed like crazy in our attic and be everywhere.<br>He wanted us to get "discounted" $10K+ Attic disinfectant and insulation replacement project done, and before even discussing potential alternatives or our willingness to sign on to it, he just asks us if one of the next few days would be good to schedule it.<br>When I brought up cost concerns, rather than discussing alternatives, he just happily told me about their financial assistance plans, as if we'd want to go into debt over this.<br>I eventually got him to leave by insisting that we don't make large financial decisions the same day we find out about them.<br>The next day, I scheduled inspections from two other companies. Neither of them found anything particularly urgent, and we ended up getting one of them to address the potential rodent problem (as no one ever actually saw one) by simply getting all the potential entrances and exits professionally covered with metal barriers, which only cost us a couple hundred bucks.<br>Also, they had the exact same attic cleaning/re-insulation option available for about $6K, not that we needed it.<br>When I texted Moxie's inspector about it, he told me the access prevention method would never work and that we were gonna have a huge mess on our hands. That was months ago, still never saw a rodent.<br><br>2nd, there was the termite inspection.<br>The termite inspector comes and checks everything out. He shows us pictures of termite damage to some of our fences, mud tubes, a little video of a bunch of tiny termites in the dirt, and points to the mulch bed RIGHT outside the front of our house, saying we've got them, and that's where they are. He then jumped into immediately trying to schedule a Two Thousand+ dollar extermination project, but we declined.<br>I looked around the mulch bed myself, but didn't find anything. So I scheduled another termite inspection from another company, thinking I couldn't probably get rid of the termites cheaper elsewhere. The other company's termite inspector shows up, checks all the same stuff, and... turns out, we don't HAVE any termites. The fence damage and mud tubes were old and dried out, and he spent like an hour double and triple checking around the house and especially in the mulch bed trying to find ANY termite, and did not find a single one.<br>I can only wonder about the little video of termites crawling around that the Moxie inspector showed my wife and I while implicating our mulch bed, because it certainly didn't seem to be from our dirt anymore.<br><br>So, due to Moxie Pest Control sending us predatory salesmen that led my wife and I to a lot of unnecessary anxiety, and trying to convince us to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary projects using overhyped, misleading "evidence", I cancelled their services.

The first couple services were good but then it progressively got worse. They were never available during our scheduled time. It was very inconvenient to schedule anything while we were home. They showed up several times unannounced only to do the outside and would avoid scheduling service for inside the home. The last treatment was never completed. They never called us back or answered when trying to reschedule. I disputed my last transaction with them since I did not receive any services and was not able to get a refund. My husband tried to call them and they would not answer and then they blocked his calls. This was not handled professionally at all.

Carlos came today and gave us amazing service. I am so impressed by the quality of the customer service of this company. Carlos was a wonderful example of an attentive worker, thorough in his job. and very polite. He explained everything with a lot of patience, details and answered all of my mom’s questions. Moxie used to be really, really good. I have been using them for at least eight years but now their customer service is just terrible!!! I can not stand dealing with them. I signed up for their mosquito service but it's like mosquito city here so all I wanted to do was cancel that portion of the service but the Customer Service rep says she can't cancel and I need to speak to a manager and of course, there are no account managers available.

Moxie shows up with barely a 30-minute heads up and calls it notice. They claim to offer a warranty, but what’s the point if the pest issue never changes? All it does is waste your time while nothing gets fixed.<br><br>Canceling is even worse — they want to charge 80% of the contract, which is unreasonable given their pushy sales tactics. I only wanted a one-time service, but was told that wasn’t available. They had me sign a contract they already initialed for me without letting me read it, assuring me it was a “discount.”<br><br>They’ve been to my home four times in a month and the pests are still here. Their answer is always, “call us back if you still see bugs.” I don’t want my property sprayed every week — I don’t even know how healthy that is.<br><br>And don’t trust these reviews. They pressure you to write one on your first visit — I was even told, “that’s how the tech gets paid.”<br><br>The people are nice, but the service is terrible. You end up paying for something that never gets resolved.

Chandler did a great job servicing my property. He was efficient and friendly!<br>Although I am not always pleased with the service I receive from Moxie as I typically need to call for a reservice within the same week. I was pleased with the job Chandler did.

Terrible experience with Moxie Pest Control. I signed a 12-month agreement on 5/24 and had 4 technician visits in less than 2 months — and I was still seeing ants, spiders, and other bugs around my yard and house.<br><br>Their technicians barely did the work. One even showed up with a zip-lock bag of granules, stayed just 10 minutes (confirmed by security cameras), and skipped most of the yard. I had to explain the same issues multiple times, and even direct the techs myself. That’s not what I’m paying for.<br><br>Despite poor service and no results, they still charged me $387.10 to cancel — even though I called twice for warranty work and gave them multiple chances. Customer service and their account manager Vickie was dismissive and unhelpful.<br><br>The pics attached are the ant mount I had to treat after the 4th tech came out.<br><br>Save your money. Don’t sign up with Moxie.<br>I have also filed a complaint with BBB. If you want to see their response to my complaint, all correspondence is now on the BBB page.

Hi, I noticed numerous webs and several wasp nests in roof eaves, garage door, front and rear porch and gazebo (I had specifically requested the webs be taken down from the gazebo area). Sales person assured they would be swept and taken down. Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive feedback at this time. Sorry.

Adrian was awesome! He was very thorough and efficient with his work. He is a very respectful and well mannered young man and we had a great conversation as I was outside mowing the yard when he arrived. Thank you for having him out, no doubt he is a great addition to the movie team.

This crew. No words, exceptional!!!!!! Like I have no words to say about these young men. Give them all a raise- they’re AMAZING. The customer service is out of this world. They did the removal swiftly and cleaned up better than my OCD mother! Our sales man logan was amazing soooo informative personal and explained the issue in depth without being pushy. 5 stars recommend.
