After getting 6 quotes, I chose Green Attic because Ian has been the most accommodating rep ever since we started. Their pricing beats their competitors by a large margin. I was skeptical at first but the overall value in the work completed couldn’t be overlooked. I got the radiant barrier installed, attic insulation top off, and solar attic fan. Ian explained how each variable plays a role in maintaining home temperature. With rising electric utility prices, I wanted to maintain the temperature in my home without overworking my AC units to death. Save yourself the headache and don’t bother getting as many quote as I did without getting one from Green Attics.

I recently interviewed 4 companies for a full scope job: remove old insulation, clean/sanitize attic, replace all ductwork and add new and improved insulation in a soon to be 30-year old home. Green Attics have been prompt, thorough and excellent to work with. Juan provided a free energy audit, and he was very helpful and honest in his assessment of what we need (and don't need) to optimize our heating/cooling cycles. 2025 Update: Green Attics added blow-in insulation to our attic last year, and we've seen a big difference in our heating and cooling times with the additional insulation. Ansley and the team also provide our regular HVAC tune-ups to make sure everything is running properly. They regularly go out of their way to address anything that could impact our system (even trimming a bush that was dropping leaves into the outside unit), and explain everything in detail. This is an exceptional company!

I recently had a full attic remediation done with Green Attics. Old insulation removed, new insulation added, a section of room foam insulated, a radiant barrier installed and a new solar attic fan installed. They also replaced a defective vent that was found during inspection. Ian and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! They did a great job on an attic remediation in McKinney for me. When I moved into the house, it had a severe rat problem and lots of droppings in the attic. They very thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the attic and replaced the insulation and installed a solar fan. So far I have noticed that my air conditioner is running about 3 hours less per day according to my thermostat. The garage and house are also much more comfortable. Sales approach was informative without being high pressure, which I appreciate as a homeowner. Overall fantastic experience and I would happily hire them again.

A 5-star review for a 5-star company! These guys are great, and the entire process of working with them from quotation to job completion was about as pleasant as could be. This was due in large part to Ian who came to my house twice to both quote and go over my questions and concerns about the work to be done and possible issues that might arise during the install, as well as being very communicative throughout the entire process. For perspective, I wanted to have radiant barrier installed in my house built in 2023 (because the builder couldn't even provide that), and got estimates from five different companies. Not only was Green Attics the one of the lowest quoted prices, but they threw in several extras that showed they are here for the customer. For example, other installers quoted 1 solar fan and 3-4" blown-in insulation added, whereas Green Attics quoted 2 solar fans and 6" blown-in insulation. And again, this was with them having a low price than most their competitors. Pricing and value aside, their installers are very good. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and completed the job very professionally. Their work speaks for itself. On top of that, Ian was also on hand to ensure that the concerns I had during the quotation process were addressed on the day of install. This is in contrast to many service providers who are more than happy to say they'll take care of you, but leave you to their crew on the day of install. Finally, the radiant barrier they installed is already working as advertised. I have a wireless hygrometer set up in the attic and the attic temperatures are already noticeably lower than before, with a 10 degree temperature difference. This is comparing two days where the ambient temperatures were about the same outside. I can't say enough good things about this company, and highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business for your insulation needs. *note: some of the pictures show the radiant barrier after installation but before additional blown-in insulation was added. The final results were beautiful.

My neighbor requested a quote for their home from Green Attics. I heard the fair pricing and time line to do the job. I had them quote me as well. Straight to the point, I asked for a quote for blow in only. That's what I got, a quote for blow in only. I was asked by the sales person Juan if I needed anything else and I said, nope. I didn't get a bunch of high pressure sales B.S. and was 100% happy with the job done. There was a few delays due to the cold weather and that was it. From quote to job done was less than a week. We had a fantastic experience on revamping our attic with insulation and radiant barrier from start to finish. We have worked with Green attics twice now and they are absolutely amazing! It’s hard to find a company that truly treats their customers well and go above and beyond. When they did some work in our attic and that night a storm was causing us some problems. They came out in the middle of the night to make sure everything was ok. I really had a good experience with Juan, but I was disappointed with the team that was sent to remove and install our insulation. It is not a cheap process to do & the main reason why we were doing it was because we had a rodent issue in the roof with previous tenants living here. I didn’t want to be breathing in any rodent excrement & that was the main reason for pulling out the old insulation, was to have it cleaned. Well, when the team came, they sucked out the old insulation, but there was still plenty of poop left in the attic. Instead of vacuuming it all up, they sprayed chemicals over it with a spray bottle and called it “clean”. I went upstairs to check after they sprayed and saw the poop with my own eyes all scattered in various places. When I asked if they could vacuum it out, the team lead said there wasn’t anything left upstairs and asked me where I saw it, and I had to go upstairs again and show how it was everywhere. Keep in mind, I have a toddler in the house, so going up to the attic wasn’t easy for me to do. They were very reluctant to vacuum again, even though this is the whole reason why I hired them. And the negative attitude and reluctance of the team made the whole process very uncomfortable for me, and I wished I was sent a team that understood our situation and was willing and eager to help. Obviously, had I not gone up to the attic to check, I wouldn’t have known because newly blown in insulation is white and looks clean & nice. But, since that was my main concern & I did go check… it honestly was just 5-10more minutes of vacuuming, but the lack of attention to detail and lack of willingness to address the concern, really made the experience less than stellar. Even my kids could feel the negativity in the room when the insulation team left. After they left, we also had to clean up some insulation pieces left inside our house and on our lawn. Overall, it was taken care of, and if you don’t have any similar issues in your attic, you’ll probably have a great experience. But if your attic needs some little extra care or attention, I feel like this team isn’t always willing to give it.

This is one of the best things I did for my house after replacing the roof. I had that old insulation pulled out and replaced with new blown in insulation - it was about 17 yrs old.. Thank goodness I did. It reduced my electric costs by about 22%. Juan was so professional and helpful. They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. Arrived a little early and finished quickly. One sent a super salesy rep to close me on why they were the best (quote was 2x as high as green attics). Green attics rep came out and talked to me like a person trying to help another person. I got a solar fan, radiant barrier, and more insulation installed in March but waited until I got some summer data in to leave a review. According to my utility, I used 18.6% less electricity in June 2024 than in June 2023, despite the average temperature being slightly higher (85° in June 2024 vs 83° in June 2023). That's true even though I've been keeping it a few degrees cooler in the house. The customer service and install process were great, but Green Attics delivered where it counts: lower bills and a more comfortable house. This was well worth the money.

Do not I repeat do not buy nor allow them to install an ac unit in your home. After install we had so many problems, water leaks that stained walls and ceilings, poor install of thermostat and they didn't install an evac for CO2 while running heat. They ran a wire and drilled a hole in the middle of my floor for thermostat (didn't know until I pulled up carpet and got wood floors installed). Don't use them you'll regret it. Juan was awesome but everything else👎

I had an outstanding experience! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Ian’s technical expertise AND his ability to explain the problem and the pros and cons of alternate solutions. He shared industry standards and actual lifespans, refuting distorted numbers from other contractors designed to instill fear. Instead, Ian created trust. Like many people, I am weary of working with service repairmen, feeling on guard against being scammed, but I felt confident in the solution, pricing, and plan moving forward. Green has earned a new loyal customer. Also - Baker Bros provided a quote for far more work than needed to solve the problem . I highly recommend getting a second opinion when working with Baker.

Ian was great to work with. He was clear about the options and costs without giving me a hard sell. In my case I wanted all of the old blown in insulation pulled out and replaced. The team showed up and pulled all of the old out in about half a day. I looked through the attic and it was very clean with all nooks and crannies covered despite some hard to reach areas. The new insulation was blown in the next day and took about half a day, and again the attic was fully covered including a specific spot that had suffered freezing pipes in the past. Overall I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them.

After several estimates and a range of recommendations, I selected Green Attic and I am very pleased with my decision. We chose radiant barrier and an attic fan to reduce our energy bill and had all duct work cleaned. From the initial meeting for the estimate to the completion of the project their team communicated very well, stayed on schedule as promised and were extremely professional. We had one very small incident with some drywall and I would not mention it other than to say they had it professionally repaired within hours and to find that level of responsiveness and accountability was refreshing and I think speaks to the character of the company and their team.

Juan came over to the house on-time, and performed an audit of my property. I knew my doors were not sealed properly, but I wanted to make sure my attics and garage were set up properly (they got really hot in the summer, and very cold in the winter). Juan set up his machines, did his testing, and then walked me to every part of the house where there was a noticeable leak. Although they don’t do garages, he did check the attic and gave some ideas on how we could better arrange AC lines and insulate. He was very informative without being pushy, and I felt like he had our best interests in mind. I’d recommend Juan to anyone!

Juan Cruz came out to give us an energy survey. We were rung the day before to confirm, Juan rang to say he would be arriving at 1.51 pm but actually arrived at 1.50 pm. Juan was very pleasant, knowledgable and thorough, not a draught was left undetected. He sat with us before starting to let us know exactly what he would be doing and included us both in the whole process then sat down with us to discuss his findings and how we could make the necessary adjustments. Attic of the home we bought had very limited insulation. Green attic came promptly and provided a fair quote and came to perform the install of a radiant barrier and insulation a few days later. It was a mess before and smelled bad when we first moved in but now the smell is eliminated and our A/C is not working so hard! They were very communicative from the initial consultation to the day the work was done and with the quality inspection afterwards. Everything started on time and was done thoroughly and efficiently.They took good care and were respectful of our home and belongings while working and cleaned up afterward. Our A/C has been running significantly less and the temperature remains stable in our home now. My only complaint would be that the cover to our attic space is scuffed and banged up now so I will have to repaint that area so it matches the ceiling and doesn’t look dirty like it does now. They could have taken more care with that piece, but otherwise we are very happy with the job done and would highly recommend this company!

We had a wonderful experience with Green Attics! Great customer service, knowledgeable and professional staff, and a pleasure to work with. Our home feels much more comfortable now - especially upstairs. So far, our energy bills are down about $50 a month! Highly recommend!

I used green attics because of the great reviews. Juan Cruz was very good and worked with us and they got us on the schedule very fast. We got the removal of insulation poly seal all penetrating holes from attic to living space and install of new insulation and radiant barrier. The crew showed up on time and did all that. When they removed the insulation and installed the radiant barrier they showed me and after they install all the new insulation they showed me again. It looked very good and I was happy. Later on we showed and turned on our bathroom exhaust fans noticed that they didn’t sound right and insulation was coming out from them i then inspected and noticed they didn’t polyseal around both bathroom fans and also didn’t install the ducting to the roof vent. I then proceeded to keep looking and noticed they didn’t install around the holes where the electrical wires went and that’s what Juan said they would also seal. I was able to talk to Juan annd he was very sorry and he was able to get the crew back out to fix issues. The crew came back out and when the installer came in he looked very annoyed to be back and then was asking me what the issues were I told him and showed him pictures he then started to ARGUE with me about the ducting was like that when he was doing the work and it didn’t go anywhere and that they don’t seal around everything and that the sales people just say that. I know that they we’re connected as I saw them before they did the work For me I just want the service I paid for and done right. The crew lead came in and then asked me what were the issues so I told him and showed him pictures and he was very understanding he located the exhaust off the roof and told the installer they then found it and installed ducting they then moved the insulation from one side to the other to show and make sure everything was sealed and then they moved some of the insulation were the fans are. They sealed those and that was it so I know they still didn’t seal were all the electrical wires were but at that point I didn’t care I wanted them to be done and out. If you use them just make sure you stay on top of it.

Great experience. Had the Green Attics folks add ventilation to my garage - intake vents (air hawks), solar fan and radiant barrier. Very reasonably priced. Service was great, from sales and estimate through installation and f/u quality assurance. And the results? Wow! My garage had been so hot - especially in the attic - that the shingles were at risk of melting. The garage temp now is consistently 10 degrees below the outside temp. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend.

The Green Attics team did a killer job on my friends radiant barrier and I look forward to calling them in to my new home to do the same. Their team was punctual and great at communicating through the entire process. I still can’t believe how much better my friends attic looks! I will be suggesting them to everyone I know and the upsides of radiant barriers. I definitely suggest doing the energy audit first so they can tell you exactly what you need to make your house the most energy efficient.

From our initial contact, to the follow-up after completion of the work with our Spray Foam insulation job, we are very impressed with Green Attics. Everyone was easy to work with and genuinely concerned about getting things done correctly. We were able to notice the difference afterwards that the foam made stopping the drafts and sealing the areas that were sprayed. Juan also used his thermal image display to show us where the cold air was coming in before and the positive results after the the work was finished. We definitely recommend them.

We had green attics do spray foam insulation installation on our house. They did an amazing job of removing the old insulation and then applying the new. They were polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for future services.

I reached out to two other companies for a quote and Green Attic had the lowest price out of the three. I liked that it was a quick process from the moment I received the quote. I had the old insulation removed, a solor attic fan installed, radiant barrier, and blow in insulation. I immediately felt the difference in my attic and in my home. Their crew were professional and did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company.

I got a quote from Green Attic and one other company with similarly high reviews to come and take a look at my attic. Both companies essentially ended up recommending the same thing. Radiant barrier, additional blown-in insulation, and a solar attic fan. My HVAC service guy also recommended an attic hatch tent so I had that added to the estimate too. Green Attic ended up being cheaper so I went with them. The guys doing the actual installation work were excellent. They showed up within the time window I was given, answered all my questions, did their jobs quickly and professionally (from what I could tell at least), cleaned up, showed me the results, and left. Now for the part that loses them a star. While the guys doing the actual installation work were excellent, their sales and office staff leave a bit to be desired. First of all, to their credit - the sales guy gave me a discount on the attic hatch tent since he (in his words) failed to bring it up during our consultation. The day of the install - the install guys informed me that they ordered the tent, but it hadn't been delivered by the morning of the install and someone will reach out once it's been delivered and set up another install time. The sales guy also called me later that morning to tell me the same. Like I said before - the install crew finished, they did a great job. I went up to take a look around after they were done and noticed that they had moved one of the air ducts a little to where the slot in the HVAC air handler where the air filter goes is now partially blocked and I wasn't able to pull the old filter out (and replace with a new one). Not a big deal in the immediate future obviously. But I sent a text to the sales guy I had been in touch with telling him as much (wrongly thinking he would communicate that to either the office staff or the install crew), and to please reach out when the attic tent gets delivered so their crew can come back and knock both out at once. To which I received no reply. 2 weeks go by without any contact from Green Attics, until I reach out to them telling them basically "hey if you guys don't need to get paid or whatever - that's cool just let me know if you're not planning on coming back out to finish the job so I can make other arrangements". Long story short - the same ace crew came out to adjust the air duct location and to install the attic hatch tent. Long story short - doesn't matter how good the people doing the work are if their office staff doesn't do their job. This part is on me because I don't have much experience with stuff like this - don't believe the sweet lies of salesmen, once they have your sale in the bag, you'll never hear from them again despite their assurances otherwise. Overall - Green Attics did a good job but it would have been great if I didn't have to do their job for them and chase THEM to see if they still wanted me to pay them...

The crew did an amazing job!! I had a radiant barrier and insulation installed. They were very efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed. Very professional company! Megan answered any questions I had throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Green Attics because they are true professionals and very friendly and responsive! A top notch experience!

I had my insulation from my attic removed and replaced with new insulation by Green Attics on Dec. 17, 2021. Green Attics was not the lowest bid for the job, but my experience during the assessment process influenced my decision to go with them. The job itself was extremely swift, and I really liked how they allowed me to see the attic when everything was pulled out, and for final inspection. They even took the time to vacuum the area below the attic access. After a bit over a month after the job, I noticed that my bill was actually a bit higher (or around the same) relative to the same month in previous years. I also noticed that my master bedroom was always cold. Green Attics sent someone right away on Feb. 1, 2022 to take a look and they realized that the duct going to the bedroom was unintentionally crushed by their crew. They offered to address the issue for free, which was eventually completed on March 1, 2022 (the delay was partly due to winter events that led to the business having to shuffle around their jobs). My advice to anyone considering this company is to have the knowledge that the initial work will be completed quickly so that the company can get paid. If there are any issues after that, it will be on you to be proactive about making sure it gets addressed in a timely manner. My other advice is to check all of your ducts to make sure nothing is crushed. My inspection was mainly checking to see that every portion of the attic looked insulated. Kim and Megan were very patient with me while I expressed my frustrations. They were highly professional the entire time. Despite my unique situation, I do recommend Green Attics overall.

Five stars across the board! I researched and located this company online and decided to try them based on their great reviews. Well they did not disappoint! I called Green Attics to get a quote on adding insulation in my attic. Surprisingly, they had availability the same day and within a couple of hours, Juan was dispatched to come out to our home for an in person quote. He was very thorough, detailed and explained everything to make sure we understood the process. There were no hidden fees and he didn’t try to upsell us on anything. We really appreciate his honesty and expertise on the quotes he provided. We decided to move forward with the quote, and the job was completed within the same week. The team showed up promptly at 8am to start the installation, and completed the job within a couple of hours. Afterwards, they walked us through what was done and answered any questions. We’re so glad we chose Green Attics and highly recommend them.

Just want to say...WOW. We recently moved in March and bought a home that had virtually 0 insulation left (looked like no updates since the home was built in 76). We had a quote done and the man that came was so professional and gave multiple options and opinions. There was no pressure at all. We called and scheduled what we wanted and the person in the office was extremely helpful. After we decided what was best they came and completed a radiant barrier installation, 10" of insulation, solar fan and duct seal all within 6 hours. They were incredibly professional and I'd recommend them to everyone. The day of the installation my house is way cooler and the AC isn't running as much. Can't wait to see electrical bill difference.

Green Attics ventured way out to Waxahachie to spray foam my attic in the dead heat of summer. This was a VERY difficult job btw. I know because I crawled around in the attic the week before, vacuuming out 1000lbs of fiberglass insulation...nearly had a heat stroke. So, they wrapped up the job after a couple of days, awesome! After the fumes cleared, I discovered that they missed a couple areas, so I notified the inside team. They came back out (with great attitudes!) to finish the job right. Hard to find a company like this these days. Thanks GA, you guys & gals rock! I'm very happy with the outcome.

I really appreciate green attics. I had Radiant Barrier installed. The team was very responsive, worked with me through all my questions, installation was smooth, and communication was very efficient. Even post installation I had some questions and the team was still very responsive. I would/will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Great company...insulated the garage ceiling which made a positive difference in heating & cooling the rooms above the garage. Sound was also decreased from the garage to those rooms. Also impressive...I asked for an estimate a yr later on the attic. Russ told me due to the vaulted ceilings and steel frame construction, costs would be prohibitive. Thank you Russ!

UPDATE: I cannot speak highly enough about Green Attics. Their price, quality of work, and most especially, their level of customer service goes beyond 5-stars. I had one very minor issue with a few existing wires that went behind the radiant barrier they had installed last week. Within a day of me calling, they came back out and assured me that they would make an adjustment. And they did what they promised. I will recommend Green Attics to any of my family and friends who may need attic work in the future. Yesterday, they removed the old insulation. After the original crew worked through the morning and realized how much work still had to be done due to the size of the house, they came back after lunch with a second crew and completed the job without potentially disrupting our evening/dinner time. Today, they installed radiant barrier, sanitized, and installed a new solar fan. The crews have been professional, treating our house with respect, and very communicative.

Green Attics is an amazing company!!! When we originally got quotes from various companies, they went above and beyond to not only get us the same work another company quoted, but they even blew their quote out of the water. They worked hard to get us the most value for our money. Kim was very helpful and responsive in answering the many question that my wife and I had. Juan, the quality assurance person, was incredibly knowledgeable. Not only was he able to make sure the work was done right, but he also was able to make sure the right work was done for the specific issues we wanted fixed. He took the time to explain everything and he did it in a way that anyone who was not an HVAC expert could understand. We most definitely recommend them and will gladly use them again.

I had Green Attics add to my air return ducts and also install a solar attic fan. The staff was organized, prompt, and efficient. Everything from the free estimate (Juan Cruz was awesome) to the installation was performed with the utmost professionalism and respect. Ben was the lead installer; he was very polite and professional. Explained everything to me and was so quiet and clean during the installation, I couldn't even tell when he was coming in and out of the various rooms!

Green Attic did a fantastic job. I could immediately tell a difference in my heat and now my cool air. My energy bill is down. My wallet is happier. They provident excellent and trustworthy service. Hands down one of the most professional companies I've hired. From the time Jeff came out to look at my attic a week ago , until the crew completed the work today, the process has been seamless. Jeff was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He sent me an estimate immediately after our meeting explaining a breakdown of the costs. I decided to go forward with most of his recommendation. He did not pressure me about the rest, answered a few questions, and sent me an updated estimate with the work I chose. Kim was so friendly setting up the appointment. I received a text this morning letting me know Aldo was on his way. Every single crew member was on time, polite, professional, answered questions, efficient, cleaned up after themselves , etc. I had an issue with rodents getting into my 1940's attic. There was so much to clean up/deodorize/disinfect. The crew completed the removal, disinfected the space, sealed up gaps and replaced my old batt insulation with 18 inches of blown in recycled fiberglass insulation. Jeff also sealed off an old duct for me that was doing nothing but wasting energy and money and also installed a duct for my bathroom vent. The entire process took about 5 hours. I recommend these guys hands down for any insulation work! I work in real estate and It is rare to experience such a professional. seamless process with home improvement companies. Thank you Green Attics! I now have a clean, energy efficient attic and I'm looking forward to seeing a huge difference in my energy bill! Green attics did insulation for my house and rental house. They did fantastic job in both houses. The price is very very good!!! The people are very nice and responsible! Juan and Jeff are both wonderful people to work with. They are very knowledgeable and really think for customers. They do quality check after a month. Our rental house has problems cooling down in summer. After they did the attic insulation, they check the wall insulation, duct work, and provide a detailed report for free! We are very happy with them. We will always use green attics.

We have been looking for several months for a home energy audit after purchasing our home. We wanted to understand our home's deficiencies and have a plan of action to improve not only our "green" score, but ensure we are maximizing and protecting the appliances we already own while saving money. We found Green Attics in the Home Concepts magazine. Russ and Victor came out yesterday and performed their CPR inspection. Before getting started, they explained the process in detail so I knew what to expect. The inspection of our home's exterior, as well as interior was very thorough. The whole process took a few hours and was well worth it! The end result was a detailed account of their findings, including photos, as well as a correction plan of action and associated cost. They took the time to walk me around the house to ensure I understood and answered all my questions. Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole process, their findings, explanation and course of action. Travis and his team were awesome! We originally contacted them to get a quote on spray foam insulation. After coming out he let us know that the current insulation was so good in our new construction home that adding spray foam would be a waste of our money. Instead he suggested solar attic fans which would help regulate temperatures and reduce our utility bills. They installed the attic fan, added cellulose insulation above our garage and decked 3 of our 4 attic spaces so we could use them for storage and did an amazing job. Plus they gave us a great deal. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and spent less than we expected. They were on time, nice and respectful of our new home, communicated great and always sent us the names and photos of the guys who were going to work on our job. That was an added security feature that was unexpected and appreciated. We won't hesitate to contact them again in the future if we need more work done.

I requested an in-home inspection and estimate after an extremely high estimate from another company. Had a very pleasant experience with Travis as he explained every aspect of the inspection to me. All options were given to me and I felt no pressure to choose the more expensive option. My services are pending so will update after service. Update: The team from Green Attics just finished with the work on my house and I can’t say enough good things about them. Ansley, Juan, Justin, Kobey and Jose’s Insulation team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. They even fixed issues with my doors that should have been corrected by my locksmith. They took the time to explain the things they were doing and were so helpful and friendly. Russ just left my home after completing a CPR on my home. He was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions and concerns and you can definitely tell that he really knows his stuff! He was very kind and understanding about my non stop barking dogs and my 3 kiddos who were interested as to why he was at our home. Bradley helped getting me on to the schedule and I loved getting email and text reminders about my appointment. They both were easy to talk to! The whole experience was great and the wealth of I received on the report was extremely thorough. I learned a ton about attic insulation and what would work best for my home and never felt any pressure to make a decision about what products I might need and on what time line I was hoping to complete changes on at our house. I can't wait to work with them when my husband and I decide which option is better of our duct work and home insulation.

Amazing service! Travis and his team were awesome, he was not only meticulous about the installation of our Air quality system but also educated us at every step in our energy audit.
