Attic projects did a great job on redoing our attic! We had moisture seeping through our ceiling when the roof would freeze, mold, mildew, rats, all of our insulation was wet and moldy. They cleaned everything out and got everything up to code how things should have been before having problems, installed a smart attic fan to hopefully fix our ventilation problem and have a cooler summers in the house. They also had good payment options! Armando who did her estimate was very thorough and took his time inspecting everything. He did a great job explaining everything to us and never made us feel pressured into doing anything, and never made us feel like we were being deceived or anything. He was great to work with!! I would definitely recommend attic projects!

Ramon, Giovanni, Elio, Jaime, Jacob, and the entire crew did a fantastic job. We had them replace all or our attic and crawlspace insulation as well as mold remediation and rodent proofing. We also had them blow insulation into our walls and they were extremely professional and respectful, completing their work with high quality. This morning, Nathan Woods from attic projects came at my request to look at an approximately 600 ft.² attic space to add insulation. I thought it would be a simple pretty cut and dried thing however, Nathan discovered a number of issues that I never would’ve thought of and will be a great help to me in solving the problems I have in the attic. So far, I am very pleased with the service from Attic Projects. My project manager, RichardHe arrived on time, introduced himself to my dog and I, and listened to my concerns attentively before conducting a thorough inspection of the kitchen and crawl space. Once completed, he went over everything with me, providing photos of what he found, and explained carefully what will need to be done to fix the problem I have. He treated me with respect and kindness. I will provide an update once the work has been completed. It has been about a month since my initial review, which I wrote on the day of the first inspection. The work in my crawlspace was completed about a week later. It was done in a single day, and Elio and Rosendo were clean, efficient, and communicated well throughout the process. They removed any debris left behind and were professional in their work. However, just two days later, early one morning in my kitchen, I saw two mice—one caught in a trap and another that ran behind my stove. When I pulled the stove out, I discovered a fairly large hole that had been missed during the inspection. I called the company, and a technician came out about 10 days later. During that visit, a few additional holes were found and sealed. I did not purchase the package that included a warranty, as it was nearly double the price of the package I chose and simply not something I could afford. That said, I was grateful they returned even without the warranty. This brings me to my current concern. Recently, I’ve heard mice behind the kick plate of my dishwasher. I removed it to inspect the area myself and found two more holes. From my own research, these are known and common entry points for mice, which leaves me wondering why these areas were not inspected in the first place—and why, after paying so much, I am now having to find these issues on my own. I hired this company because I believed they were experts in identifying and resolving pest problems. The cost was very high for me—as a single mother on a tight budget—but I chose them based on their experience and reviews. I am extremely disappointed. I genuinely and perhaps naively believed that once the work was completed, this issue would be resolved.

I can't say enough great things about Attic Projects in Everett, WA. Our inspector, Richard Barnes, took the time to provide us with an accurate estimate to remove mold and add insulation to our attic. Our installers, Jamie and Danielle, were courteous and performed the work as described in the estimate. We will save money on our monthly heating bills thanks to their hard work. Highly recommended!

We called Attic Projects to help with mice living in our crawl space. Richard did an amazing job inspecting inside and out, identifying where mice were getting in and prepared a detailed plan for closing up the access points, cleaning their droppings, and installing new insulation. He was professional and did a thorough job. We signed up to have them do the work and really look forward to having the problem resolved. The 10 year guarantee provides comfort in our decision. We had our above-garage bonus room reinsulated, the team had to work around everything in our garage to reach the area. They did a wonderful job, even reattached a furnace vent that had popped loose. Right away we could feel the difference in that room, it's warmer and we'll be able to use the space more comfortably. We had a good experience from first phone call to final payment, highly recommend this company.

He is bery humble and listened all my issues and made sure I had all information needed to make a decision. He was very patient and able to answer all my questions. Each stage of the project went smoothly - clear communication, detailed and ontime schedule and quality work. We hired Attic Projects for the second time - they insulated our new home in N. Everett. Great service overall - Richard came and spent an ample amount of time crawling around in his super suit under and over our house to determine the best plan to insulate our home. He gave us a fair price and was able to start work very quickly after the holidays. His crew arrived on time, friendly and explained the process to us - we had to make a quick adjustment but it was taken care of with no issues. Armando is so thorough in examining our attic and crawl space with various kinds of issues that other folks didn’t. The pictures they took were incredibly informative to show the root cause and their suggestion to fix is on the top.

Armando came to inspect a mold spot that appeared on our ceiling. He was very thorough and detail oriented by going up into the crawlspace above to look for any leaks, moisture in the insulation, and for any potential rodents/pests. Even though the root cause wasn’t related to any of those, it really helped us rule out what the source of the mold spot could be. Additionally, he provided advice on what we could do as next steps. He went above and beyond to provide us detailed information and a game plan to tackle our situation.

I had two estimates before Attic Projects, so seeing their price made my stomach drop. This took a deep level of deliberation, because I still considered them due to their consideration of their employees as well as making sure I am addressing my problem instead of selling a random solution. Having chosen and worked with them, I do feel at ease having them done the work. Every person I interacted with has cared about the details, taking pictures, building clarity, and maintaining a high level of standards. To compare, my previous two estimates, had an estimator waltz in, peak in the attic for 5 minutes, give a rough idea of the work and tossed me a number. Nathan came over, suited up with ppe, and sat in my attic for 30 minutes taking pictures, and came down to gather our requirements before proposing his solution. Their numbers also included labor to handle dust prevention, which the other companies did not. On the two day job, I had a Ramon and Giovanni come out, greet us, and again rehash the plans to make sure every party was clear on the scope of work and what to expect. The day went better than expected, with meticulous work done at every phase, from staging, execution, to cleanup. The attic insulation looks pristine and the wall work was handled with extreme care to our occupied space. They showed willingness to accommodate our concerns around dust and cover management with much care. I was repeatedly impressed at all of the little things they did to make sure a job was done to best practice: saving holes cut for patching, covering fans, pictures for evidence. This company sets an extremely high bar that puts them in an incredibly tough place. There are many contractors out there that will surely outbid them because they don't exercise the same level of conscientiousness Attic Projects has with regards to employee safety and craftsmanship. There's literally no comparable competitor to help people understand the level that they're at. It's also harder when they refuse to bend rules around codes or rebates to find ways to make things cheaper. My payment and work with them is a bet that this company will outlast the rest due to their quality and I will call on them again in the future when I want a job done by the best. I'm actually waiting on their report to show off the photos of their work as well.

Great work & employees but man, you're gonna pay through the nose (double) for the 10 year guarantee which you may or may not need. A few things were promised by the sales person that didn't get into the contract. Hired them for rat issue in my attics & again, great efficient work but insane cost, questionable promises/communication.

Richard came by to check a broken fan and give us a quote on a whole house fan. He was extremely easy to talk to and walked me through our options. Great experience overall!

Ramon and Giovanni(sp?) from Attic Projects in Everett did a great job replacing the insulation and rodent destroyed flex heat ducts in my difficult attic with tiny spaces behind cathedral ceilings. They were here for over 8 hours (not a huge home, ~ 1700sf) and provided lots of pictures of the finished work.

It was very easy to work with Nate from Attic Projects. He did a free inspection of the crawl space to check if there was any water damage or accumulation after the heavy rains. Highly recommend! Did a thorough job!

Ramon and his crew did an excellent job doing a full attic upgrade for us recently. He took the time to explain the entire process to me and took detailed photos of the process and the steps they were completing. They took care of a full clean out of our attic and the existing insulation that had a mold problem and treated and cleaned up everything perfectly. They then proceeded with rodent proofing and sealing up all the light fixtures and gaps. They also installed a new smart attic fan to help with the moisture and humidity that was causing the mold problem. And finally they added brand new fiberglass insulation throughout the attic space. When Richard Barnes showed up to do the inspection on my attic I was at a breaking point with all the issues I had with my attic. After a thorough hour long inspection he went through everything that Attic Projects could help me with. I wanted to cry as this has been a two year long nightmare. We recently had Attic Projects remove, sanitize and replace the insulation in our attic due to rat and ant activity. They air sealed the space, blocked off entry points, taped up electrical wires that had been chewed by rodents. When they accidentally knocked some drywall off the ceiling they scheduled quickly to have it fixed and repainted, matching our ceiling color and texture well. It was a big job, well explained by Will who initially gave us a quote and walked us through the process after thoroughly inspecting the space. Ramone, Aaron, Ellio did an amazing job installing our crawl space insulation!! It was a super wonderful job in a tight space because our house is older. We have had three companies send inspectors to our home to assess our crawl space. Richard was by FAR the most thorough and detailed. He spent double the time of the other inspectors. The analysis and work necessary for our home was very complete and easy to understand.

I submitted an online request to Attic Projects in the evening for an estimate in regards to upgrading the attic insulation in my home. The next morning, I received a call from Jasmine, who kindly scheduled the free insulation inspection. Then I received a text from Attic Projects Branch Mgr, Branden, to answer some important questions. The company sent Richard to inspect not only my home's attic and also crawl space. Excellent staff! Richard displayed outstanding customer care and service throughout the inspection process. He was very thorough and took lots of pictures of issues that needed to be addressed. He is knowledgeable, efficient and detailed. He answered all my questions and concerns and even gave me options for things what were not mandatory for a great result. Ramon and his crew, Will the sales crew and Vidal and his crew did top notch work for us with a large rodent problem. They were great and continuing Quality Control until we had absolutely no activity before re-installing insulation in the attic, in the crawl space and vapor barrier in the crawlspace. After discovering an infestation in my crawlspace, Attic Projects was able to quickly schedule an inspection and complete work within a couple weeks. They took pictures to show progress before, during, and after; allowing me to see what work was done without needing to enter the crawlspace myself. Mason was able to give us a good idea of how bad the infestation was during his initial inspection, then the team identified multiple entry points and sealed them with a combination of wire mesh, concrete, and closed cell foam depending on the entry locations. They also sealed air gaps between the house and crawlspace to prevent future entry into the house. Oswaldo was able to confirm a few days later with his quality inspection, and even identified one more area where rodents may enter. Finally, Ramon and Manwell were able to install a new vapor barrier and insulation to bring the crawlspace up to code and make it look like new. They offer a warranty on their work, so I'm confident I won't have additional costs to clean out the crawlspace again, and they offered good financing options to help reduce the burden of this unexpected cost. Following up a couple months after the initial work. The rodents didn't want to give up their home. They tried to dig through some drywall around a drain pipe in my garage, but the wire mesh held up and kept them out. I had a warranty inspection, and Nate came out to take a look. He confirmed the wire mesh held up, but they chewed through the foam insulation. He added some concrete over the wire mesh to fill in the space they dug out and added wire mesh on the outside of the opening. It is tucked away behind a furnace, so we weren't concerned about having the mesh on the outside of the crawlspace.

I recently used Attic Projects for a job through my work (property manager). I had an excellent experience all around. They were extremely communicative, showed up on time when scheduled and did a dryer vent cover on for one that was broken at no additional cost. They had fair/competitive pricing and even honored a special promotional price that had already expired. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely use them again in the future!

Ramon and his crew did excellent work air sealing and insulating our home in Seattle. He went above and beyond to ensure our home stayed clean while the old insulation was removed (a process that involved removing 100+ years of old wiring and roofing debris), and we can already measure the impact of his work. This company has been fantastic. The first time I used them they did a fantastic job, and fixed some things that the roofing company we used right before them said they would and didn't. Mason specifically is part of the reason I went back to them. He came out in a timely matter, was super helpful and professional, explained everything that needed to get done and gave me unbiased explanations on extra services that he didn't try to push or upsell me on. If I ever need attic or crawlspace work done again they are definitely the company Id choose.

I am super happy to have found a single company who could handle my attic (rip out old insulation, disinfect due to rodents, install new insulation, put mesh in to prevent rodents in future, air sealant, etc..) AND my crawlspace in basement (new moisture vapor). Mason was INCREDIBLY helpful to me in walking me through the options available and helping me to select those which are the best match for me. He is very knowledgeable and professional! The work done comes with a 10 year warranty for keeping out rats, yay!!!!!

There was a communication mix-up resulting in less insulation than we paid for (the work order had some wrong details), but not only did Ramón do a great job on everything else we had done, but he came back as soon as the mix-up was resolved to finish the job, and did a great job again. We are so grateful to have found Will and Attic Projects! We had another exterminator company notify us we would need complete replacement of insulation in the attic and crawl space. Attic Projects was our comparison estimate and even during the estimate process it was clear we wanted to work with them! Will actually spent time in the spaces then went over the recommendations in detail, taking time to answer all our questions and offered a 10 year warranty on rodent eradication!! No one else offered this. They also offered a discount if booking within 24 hours which we were happy to do as we wanted the problem solved as fast as possible. We have kids with asthma so having a company that promised to solve the problem for good and got us on their schedule within weeks was important! They also recommended removing the mold that was starting and installing a fan to fix circulation issues that had existed since the building of the house. They worked with us even though our house is older and the spaces are difficult to access. Other companies just made excuses for why they couldn't get it done and couldn't guarantee the work. Attic Project gave us financing options and were willing to work with our schedule as we travel for work frequently. We are so happy we found this company to fix the problem!

I called Attic Projects about installing some blown in cellulose and a radiant barrier in a house we just moved into. We had used attic projects before in our old house and were impressed before. Mason and his team were brilliant. He came out, offered great suggestions and helped guide the project where it needed to go. While waiting for our installation window, we noticed cracks in our ceiling plaster that were there on move in got worse. Attic Projects was able to reschedule us on short notice with great communication as we fixed the problem. Beyond all that, Mason saw me struggling with a dresser that was way too heavy for me. He helped me haul it up into the attic where it will never be moved ever again. Ever. Absolutely above and beyond my wildest expectations.

Nate was so very helpful, patient and informative! Pleasant as well!!! Just yesterday, Conner, Steven, and Juan finished up our four day project. We could not be more pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. We very much appreciated how they kept us informed as to the status of our project. After buying our house we realized that some pests must be getting into our attic, and Richard came by and thoroughly inspected our whole attic. He also agreed to check our tiny crawl space under the house and, sure enough, there were signs of raccoon infestation and damaged walls. He was able to show pictures and walk us through everything and although it’s never fun to spend money on pest eradication, it seems like they’ll do a great job and we will never have to worry about this again. Also looking forward to our house being more energy efficient with them addressing the lack of insulation. Richard was super kind and answered all our questions.

When I woke up this foggy morning, for the first time I didn't have to turn up the heat to get my house to a comfortable temperature! Due to the recent installation work done by Attic Projects Company, my house was able to retain most of the warmth generated from the day before. Couldn't give a higher recommendation! Working with the various team members, I was most impressed how everyone was on the same page to give the highest quality at every step starting with Mason, the Project Manager. Mason not only wrote a very detailed, clear proposal meeting all of my needs, but he was also on call if I needed him throughout the process. Georgi, the Office Manager, was the one who set the date and was my go-to-person in the office when I had an issue with scheduling, billing, etc. Ra'id, the Lead, and Bleu, the Crew Member, did an outstanding job of taking down and installing the pipe wrapping, rodent protection, and installation. Given Ra'id's extensive background in construction, he was able to clearly communicate what he was doing and why at every step. The whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable while paying attention to every detail so the project was completed to the highest standards. .

We recently had William out to our home to inspect and give us a quote. First, I just wanted to say communications with this company is spot on! He text the morning of our appointment and he was right on time. William is very friendly and my husband and I found him to be very genuine. He was not hurried through his inspection. He took a lot of, time and date stamped photos of our attic and crawl space. He was so thorough pointing out entrance points where rodents are entering. He explained in great detail every step that this company will do for cleaning, sanitizing, removing and replacing insurance. He was very patient answering all our questions. I just hired them to do attic insulation replacement after rats got into the attic last year and also duct sealing in the crawl space. The work hasn’t been done, yet, but Richard has been fantastic to work with on the sales side, so this is a 5 star review for him! I will come back and update the review after the work is done, but if the rest of the experience goes as smoothly, I expect nothing less than 5 stars.

I contacted Attic Projects in regards to the crawl space in my home which has had an ongoing rodent issue. The company responded to my request immediately and sent out Richard Barnes to inspect my crawl space. Even before the inspection Richard displayed excellent customer service he communicated early and arrived exactly when he said he would. To kick off the process, we gathered bids from several companies specializing in attic work. Ultimately, we chose Attic Projects based on a combination of factors that made them stand out. The key differentiator in our decision was Will, the project sales manager. With a limited budget, we needed someone who could clearly explain what was feasible and what wasn’t, given our financial constraints. Just as important, we needed guidance from someone well-versed in building codes to ensure everything remained compliant. Finally, Will offered thoughtful insight into how we might prioritize different elements of the project—helping us understand the trade-offs and focus on what would deliver the greatest impact for our investment. Fortunately for us, Will is also a certified home inspector, which added an extra layer of expertise to his guidance. He worked closely with us to outline a project scope that addressed nearly all of our goals for the attic—something we may not have pursued without his insights. A prime example was the plywood platform for storage, which he identified as a smart and practical addition within our budget. We appreciated our experience with Attic Projects! Will was great to coordinate with when we were getting a bid and was thorough in his inspection and answered all of our many questions. The crew, Ra'id, Nick, and Victor were on time and worked the full day until the work was done, which ended up being a long day. They were polite and communicative and seemed to work well together. After they left and we were able to more thoroughly inspect the work, we noticed that new attic hatch trim that they put in didn't seem to be the standard that we expected. When we reached back out, they were quick to send Derrick back out to inspect the work. He ended up redoing the trim, agreeing that it wasn't up to his standards, and took care of other pieces that we noticed hadn't been completed. He was apologetic and efficient. We're happy with the final result and really glad that they took the time to make it right. Overall this was a 5 star result but a 4 star experience simply because they had to come back to fix the work. We would recommend Attic Projects as they were thorough, respectful to work with and held themselves to a high standard of work. This project was done in May of 2025.

Will from Attic Projects arrived for a free attic and pest inspection for my home. He was kind and courteous throughout the visit. I appreciated his respect to my home, especially when he put shoe coverings on without asking if he needed to do so. Will was communicative, prompt on arrival, and efficient in his work. I was thankful that he kindly listened whenever I explained our situation without interrupting or trying to talk over me. We just had Will, out from Attic Projects. He checked out our attic for rodent activity after we found and sealed up an outside entry point. He did a thorough inspection and took pictures for us to look at once he was done. Luckily no rodents were found and all looked good, which was amazing news! He also checked out our outside roof, and our crawl space for peace of mind which we appreciated a lot. Will was able to show us that we have a few wasp nest in one of our outside roof vents, we can now take care of those before they become a problem. Will was thorough in his work, friendly, and honest with what he found even though it meant that no further work from the company was going to be required. They did an excellent job and provided photos throughout the process. The crew that did the work were very professional and they were focused on doing the job right. We contacted several crawlspace cleanup companies and went with Attic Projects based on the presentation and details provided by the project manager Will, pricing/availability (they were able to start the following week!), and other reviews we read. Background: We have a 3 year old home and found standing water and extensive mold in our crawlspace. The original builder installed an inadequate vapor barrier, and no mitigation for the water that enters the space every rainfall. Our crawlspace looked like a bomb went off... The Supervisor Manny and his team Victor and Rigoberto were assigned and they were amazing, they spent 5 days under the house cleaning, mitigating mold, reinstalling insulation and vapor barrier, and sump pumps with drainage system. They did amazing work, our crawlspace is now dry, CLEAN, and has left us finally happy with our home. I can't say enough about Manny and the team, they did meticulous work and were professional and very careful with our home. Will was very accessible and responsive during the entire project and kept me up to date on progress. We just have the pump plumbing pending but will be done in the next few weeks. I highly recommend this company and the team assigned to our job!!

Ricardo, Crew Manager, Ronnie and Anthony arrived on site and we found each to be customer friendly, polite, considerate, and respectful. Ricardo provided a detailed overview of what was going to happen and they immediately went to work establishing a containment barrier and protection over carpet and flooring. Throughout the process Ricardo maintained regular communication with texts and pictures. We were amazed by the quality of work and progress made during the two days. I'm so impressed with Attic Projects. We used them a year ago for a crawlspace clean out/rodent proofing, so when we started hearing a rodent in the attic they were our first call. They ended up discovering mold issues we didn't know about, so we hired them to do a full attic clean up including rodent proofing and mold remediation. They were so careful about coming in an out of our home, building a clean path that you can see in the pictures. Fred and his crew did an excellent and thorough job cleaning up our crawl space, removing and hauling away all the old insulation. The entire job took 2 days. Removal of insulation, moisture barrier, hauling away, and spraying the moldy spots on day 1. Moisture barrier and insulation reinstallation on day 1. The crew even replaced the air duct insulation which was damaged by the mold, which is awesome. Great attention to detail, timely arrival on the job site (with a text informing us the team is on the way), great communication about the process, and a great group of people to interact with. Attic Projects (Everett location team) was great to work with. I got a quote for a sump pump install in my crawlspace, and replace a vapor barrier, and they honored the quote seven months later when I had the money to move forward! The crew was respectful, thorough, and careful. I appreciated their updates along the way, and the photos they shared during and after the project was complete. See some in my review. The Project Manager was easy to work with, and was super communicative about the Project, expectations, and financing options. I qualified for financing that offered 10% down and 0% interest for 12 months. (Terms based off of credit, and no guarantee that they'll keep doing this in the future.) I am willing to vouch for this review. I'm a real homeowner who compared other businesses before choosing this company. They dug a trench, for rid of the bad vapor barrier, replaced it with a new one, installed a sump pump, and taped it up to finish.

The Attic Projects team did an excellent job on the project in my house. Initially, we had a consultation with Brennan to increase the storage space in our attic. However, he discovered that the attic was filled with mold, which was damaging the wood structure. We hired the Attic Projects team to handle the mold remediation and add boards for storage. They completed the job in just two days, and we were impressed with the quality and how well they maintained cleanliness from my garage to the attic. After finishing the job, they took pictures and sent them to their quality manager for review. The quality manager even stopped by to address some minor issues that we hadn't noticed. Overall, I had a great experience with the Attic Projects Team. They were professional, thorough, and proactive in their communication to achieve good results. I used Attic Projects after our sump pump failed and caused flooding, black mold and damage to our insulation in our crawl space. After having a plumber and water Mitigator do some work Dokotea came with his team and worked meticulously for three straight days cleaning up the area and making it a space that I might not be afraid to go anymore! They tore out and replaced all insulation, covered any openings with mesh (had rats) and added foam insulation to keep air out around pipes etc…Dokotea called on his way out every morning to give me his ETA, communicated with me throughout the day as to how things were going; showing me detailed pictures along the way. (I’ve never been down there.) He and the crew would completely mask off a tunneled space every day so they could go to and from the crawl space without any mess to the house and preventing any bad vapors from entering. He also went way above and beyond by noticing that even after our sump pump was replaced, it still wasn’t doing the trick. So he took it upon himself to dig a sloped trench so the water would drain more effectively into the basin. I highly recommend this company and then ask for Dokotea and his crew! Pleasant bunch of guys who worked their tails off in a tiny space all day!

Brennan from Attic Projects came to do an inspection of our attic and was very thorough, patient, and kind with listening to our needs as well as presenting us with solutions to the issues that have been present within our attic for years. We had rodent issues, droppings, live wires exposed, and random boards thrown all over the place in the attic from the previous owner. It was also not insulated well and we had a lot of air gaps in our ceiling, meaning we were losing a lot of heat to our attic. Brennan explained in detail what they could do to help resolve a lot of these issues and reviewed how the job would be completed. Really highly recommend Brennan, Attic Projects is lucky to have him. I asked a LOT of questions and he really just took the time to make sure I felt confident about the job. The job was three days, and was not an easy job. The crew was Dalton, Ethan, and Mykola. The three of them were so kind, respectful, and HARD workers and they were going non-stop! Dalton communicated so well and kindly with me as I was working from home as well, even went so far to let me know when it would be loud up in the attic as I was working and even offered to take their shoes off in the one tiny section they didn't have a mat down (it was SO small, I told him not to worry at all). They found a LIVE WASP nest up there and removed it and sprayed it down. They took great care in the 3 days with our attic and our home. Our attic is like night and day. I'm telling ya'll it was a HORRID MESS up there. We went up there after the job was done and it was very clean, sanitized, wires nicely pulled together, the insulation was done really well, and the storage boards were very well installed-- we can actually walk up there now and put our stuff up there safely! I actually want to go in my attic now. I never went up there before because it was really just not safe. I do not have to worry about the health hazards with the rodent droppings, we will also save money on our heating bill because we were losing a lot of heat through our attic due to there being many air gaps in our ceiling that were not sealed. I so so highly recommend Attic Projects, particularly Brennan, Dalton, Ethan, and Mykola!! I can't thank them enough, truly. Here's what it looks like now.
