Great job and on time!

They were hired to take out old insulation and replace it with new, deeper insulation. They didn't tell us until the day before that they were coming and were significantly late showing up to take it out, then left us for 4 weeks with NO insulation in the middle of a cold winter. They were significantly late again when they put the new insulation in. Their work did not pass inspection with the city since they did not leave a certificate of insulation with information and did not provide a dam to keep the deeper insulation from falling out of the attic. They came back to fix these issues and were late a third time, by over an hour, again! No call, no apologies. Workers were nice enough, but for such a simple job, it was not done well at all.

Had information i needed

I would say no stars but they wont give that option. The people they hire are gang related and are ready to fight random people on the road cause of their road rage. I would never use a company that let's their employees be so aggressive to possible customers from the advertising on the side of the truck.

Kent is the owner and he went above and beyond to help me and my family out. I have zero doubt he'd do the same for anybody else.Hes a good man and wish I could ever repay him.

I would leave zero stars if I could, I had the pleasure of having one of their employees ruining my brand new 400$ tool harness by the guy spraying foam all over it along with my company boomlift .. all I got in response was “oh it should scrape off” , I called the owner only to get the run around and no returned calls. spoke with another employee at their shop only to hear they wanna pass the blame onto me 🤔 WOW!

wow, I am impressed, they did a great job and it was definitely worth the money spent. The men were thoughtful and checked to be sure I was happy with the work before they left. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Horrible unreasonable and reliable

WOW! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for them to remove my insulation. They were supposed to come tomorrow 4/19/17, my husband took a day off work to be there. I just called (4/18/17) to find out what form of payment they needed when the job was complete and was told they cannot do the job. I tried calling on Monday to find out the same info and the phone rang and rang and no one ever answered. Now I am in a bind I have the company coming to install insulation on Thursday 4/20/17. Bad customer service. Excuses are not acceptable!

Absolutely horrible! 4 weeks later and the project has never been completed. In fact, they did not show up for their appointment and when I called I was told I would get a call back. NO I did NOT! I spoke with Kent the owner and he promised to call me back later that day and its been over a week and he NEVER called either. Spend you money with someone who cares about their customers. The WORST customer service EVER!
