We were impressed with the process and the workmanship. When the finished product was a little different than we expected, the company immediately sent the crew back to make sure we were happy with the final product. I would recommend them.

Excellent attic insulation removal and upgrade experience. Corrie did a thorough inspection, providing photos of all the key areas in the attic that needed to be addressed. Walked me through the various insulation options - and notably I did not feel pressured to go with the most expensive solution - she indicated for our type structure it wasn't the best path. On the day of the install, the team was on time and knew exactly how to proceed. Minimal interruptions, and again when complete, they provided many photos showing before / after. Team also performed the tests needed to qualify for the Xcel rebates and everything passed successfully. Excellent experience overall - highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Koala Insulation for our attic insulation project. Their team removed the old insulation, sealed up air gaps, and installed new insulation up to the recommended levels—including in a tight, hard-to-access attic space. From the start, they offered multiple options and quotes, were responsive to all our questions, and communicated clearly throughout. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure to explain every step of the process. Even the blower-door follow-up was scheduled quickly. Every person we dealt with was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Now that summer is here, we're already noticing reduced heat in the house and enjoying the energy savings. I would highly recommend Koala for your insulation needs, I met with multiple companies for quotes after our pest control company found mice. Koala sent Kayla over and she was the only person that got in the attic and did a true inspection. After comparing Koala’s quote with all of the others, they also came in the cheapest and seemed very knowledgeable without pushing one specific product. The gentlemen that came and did the work were all very polite and professional, they made sure to lay down tarps to keep our house clean and prevent damage and they kept me updated as the work progressed. I will recommend Koala to anyone who needs insulation work.

Of 3 companies, Corrie was the only one who actually got into attic to thoroughly assess, take pictures, and explain the scope of work which included insulation removal and home air sealing not recommended by other companies.Yet their estimate was competitive for a higher quality of work. Scheduled within a week of accepting work. Workers took great care to protect room and contents that had access to attic. Company cam showed the before and after pictures of a job well done. Koala Insulation did a great job with my blown-in insulation. Free consultation revealed I only had 2” in my attic in a bunch of places, and Sean was able to talk me through my options. Cost was the middle of the pack compared to other quotes, but everyone I worked with at Koala was nice. They cleaned up most of the mess made (a few things here and there that slipped behind doors), and I had to reschedule my appointment once, but overall the work was done to my satisfaction and my upstairs bedrooms are lots cooler now!

Koala Insulation gave me an estimate that was about half as expensive as the other estimates I received and then they showed up on time and completed when they said they would be done. They did an excellent job of covering the attic in an even blanket of insulation.

This company originally promised to blow insulation in our entire roof in conjunction with our new roof getting installed. Sean acted like they had done this type of job before and that it would be completed in a few hours without a problem. Since they had good reviews online, I trusted they were legit and would do a good job. Unfortunately, they did not do what they promised (and what was mutually agreed to), and then they proceeded to threaten me. On the day of the install, Sean’s guys came to the house and only filled 70% of the ceiling. They did not do the entire insulation job as signed in the agreement, but instead, tried to leave the house early. On top of this, they left a complete mess at our house, with fiberglass insulation all around the yard. I and my roofing company were at the house to witness this, so there are numerous people that can bear witness to this. This insulation project was super important because our house does not have an attic, and the opportune time to get insulation in the ceiling is when the roof gets replaced. I told Sean from the beginning this mattered, but he clearly didn’t communicate that to his team. I never agreed to a partially insulated ceiling; I signed an agreement for the ENTIRE insulation in the ceiling. Instead of apologizing and offering to finish the job, Sean demand I pay and threatened me with a lien (see attached photo). I did not want to leave this review, but when Sean threatened me, i felt that other Denver homeowners needed to be aware of this company. I would highly not recommend them. They do not have “outstanding workmanship backed by a satisfaction guarantee” like their invoice claims.

They came and blew in the insulation without any issues!

First off, the crew they sent out was great, communicative, professional, and the only reason they are getting 3 stars vs 1. Initial scheduling was great, however they were unable to complete the job and needed to re-schedule. Then the day of that install, they had to re-schedule again. If you are taking time off work for this, be ready to take several days for a 1 day job. I asked for Air sealing of the cam lights, and removal of random old insulation pieces removed from atic. I was charged for this but neither was completed (just covered up with insulation) Had I not gone up after to verify this (had to dig through insulation a bit) it would never have been competed but they would have still billed me for it. I specifically asked in e-mail if the cam lights were included, yet they insisted on charging me an additional $200 to have this done. This felt like extortion as it would have cost me a lot more to have done after now that the new insulation had been blown in. If you use Koala get all details in clear writing, and verify everything is done. Sean was our project manager, and failed to take accountability for the incomplete work and do what was promised for the price that was given.

Installation team was courteous and professional. Very noticeable difference in keeping the summer heat outside.

We had Bat insulation installed in our garage attic. The installers did an awesome job! They made sure I looked over their work and ok'd it. They cleaned up better then it was when they started. I highly recommend Koala!

If getting the job done on time is important to you, use anyone else. Working with these guys is like pulling teeth; they’re incapable of setting a schedule to save their life. The spray foam teams they send out are great, sadly the management and scheduling is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The work consisted of filling wall cavities and the cavities between a flat roof and attached flat ceiling. The work was professionally done on time and to my satisfaction. Judging the improvement on weather protection comes next.

They did a great job. It was super easy to get an estimate, the price was reasonable, and they did an excellent job adding insulation.

We received a reasonable bid to bring our home to R-60, and the area above the garage to R-38. The crew was good at explaining their process, and was very efficient at getting it done. I would highly recommend this company.

The guys were punctual and efficient. In difficult conditions right after the first snow, on Halloween-(the crawlspace was cold, cramped, damp and dark), the workmen without complaint wrapped and insulated the space under the house to be tight and tidy. Highly recommended.

The team did a very nice job to spray foam insulate my basement remodel. It is hard to protect everything from overspray or seeping through cracks but the bad spots were very minimal. They did a very good job of cleanup after the job was done and I am ready to move on to drywall. Recommend people consider spray foam for its long term benefits.

Crew was a little over an hour late starting, but the guys were quick confirmed how I wanted everything handled, and just generally did a good job. It was a pretty dang good price for the work and going up to r60 from about r12 in my attic.

I used Koala for a custom spray foam job. The experience was great from start to finish. I will use and would recommend Koala again.

We wanted to make sure our attic had enough insulation and these folks were quick to respond! No other company on my shortlist picked up the phone when I called. They checked it out, gave us a quote, and scheduled us for an appointment in a very reasonable time frame. My husband says the installation was professional, fast, and that they even went above and beyond by filling some gaps they didn’t see on the first check. Our energy bill is now lower than last year when the house was unoccupied! We are very pleased.

Kola is a very honest company. Our pest control company offered free quotes for installation, they said I needed to take out and replace all my attic insulation. I called Kola Insulation, because I wanted a 2nd opinion. Kola Insulation came out and we’re very honest. Kola told me I did not need to have the insulation taken out and replaced. Kola told me ways I could improve the insulation. Because of Kola being honest it saved me over $8,000. I believe in this company and know for a fact I can trust them.

Presented a competitive cost for the insulation work to be done. Very thorough and professional; knowledgeable installer went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied with each phase - blown-in insulation in exterior walls which required accessing the walls from inside as we have a brick exterior, and blown in insulation in the attic. Cleaned up all the drywall dust and insulation; covered all the furniture, etc with plastic sheeting. Very pleased with the final result; house is definitely warmer without furnace running frequently.

Crawlspace insulation and encapsulation work was completed. Crew was friendly, professional and did a great job. Will definitely be using them again on future projects.

Installers went out of their way to ensure insulation near the hot water heater and over the water pvc pipes. Structure is greatly improved.

Koala Insulation did a great job insulating my home and garage last year. They were friendly, prompt, and economical.

Not good. Broke my access door and gave me like 20.00 off the bill no one showed back up to clean up the mess, cant recomend.

On time both days. Did an amazing job and would hire them again.

They did a decent/ ok job, had blown in insulation in the attic, wall insulation and a full crawl space closed cell foam with some additional vapor barrier added. Few complaints would be attic wasn’t really all that even. The vapor barrier in the crawl space is as thick as a cheap shopping bag. It had cuts and holes all over it. Pretty bad. Over all, minor, but things to look out for.

Had insulation put in ceiling of the garage. They were bass professional and affordable. I would use them again.

The installation and the idea=great. The solar fan has only been in my roof for part of a summer. I’m not yet sure if it is worth the money.

Great foam insulation service. They did a large (500sf) crawl space that was difficult to get to. Knocked it out in less than two hours, including laying poly and tightening everything up. Clean, efficient, and very courteous.

Hired Koala in June -2021. Customer experience is important; and this business failed to follow through with their Koala Values. No one told me how long the install would take - it took a full day. And no one told us we needed to be out of the house for the install either. One person said 2 hours and the other said 24 hours; not feeling confident about either answer. The team didn't properly mask off the area or clean up that mess( see pics). Owner called to follow up and I expressed concerns. I asked for a discount for the issues and was told verbatim 'my margins are too small to offer you a discount'. To add, I did get a 4K quote for my basement - so the intent was to be a repeat customer. Not happening now.
