CHOSE THIS COMPANY EXPECTING PROFESSIONALISM AND FOLLOW-THROUGH. THERE’S A REASON MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE OVER A YEAR OLD<br><br>AS A BUSINESS OWNER, I UNDERSTAND THINGS DON’T ALWAYS GO PERFECTLY. BUT HANDLING ISSUES LIKE AN ADULT AND TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY GOES A LONG WAY. THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN HERE.

We loved the service Dwayne gave us. Very punctual, experienced, and completely handled our raccoons and possum problem quickly. We will use the company, pest gurus, anytime we need an exterminator for any reason.

Working with pest gurus was a great experience. Dwayne is super knowledgeable and a great communicator. We used him for a termite service, then later opened up some our foundation to do plumbing, he came back and serviced the open floor. Just to be thorough. Next time we have pest issues I wont even waste time looking around I will just call Dwayne.

I have used Pest Gurus for almost in a decade in both residential and commercial capacities for a variety of pest issues (ex. Ants, roaches, mice, wasps etc.). They have always been professional, courteous, timely and informative. I would hesitate to recommend them for any job no matter how big or small.

Great company, honest & prompt

I can’t recommend them enough!<br><br>Yesterday, I was doing yard work on the side of my house and found what I thought were large bees near my A/C unit. I called this company to remove the bees and they told me they’d have someone there in 15 minutes. Trevor arrived in 12 minutes. I was trying to show Trevor the bees and he quickly urged me to back away because the bees were actually solitary wasps!<br><br>He explained that solitary wasps have huge stingers which feels like being hit by a baseball bat. Well, I’m glad I didn’t find out! He sprayed the house thoroughly and I haven’t seen another wasp since. Trevor was very personable and professional, and I’m glad that he took care of my issue.

Dewayne's son (I believe his name was Trevor) came out to help us today with a horrific smell that had been lingering over the weekend. He had to clean up someone else's mess, and did so without complaint! He was so informative and shared with us that there are humane ways of getting rodents out instead of what was done to our house before they were called to do this job. He even went the extra mile to dispose of the trap for me since I was unsure of what to do with it and was worried it could cause harm to my pets or my neighbors pets. He went above and beyond for us today and I will always call on them if I need any other services done. Call Pest Gurus today, guys! You WON'T be disappointed.

Great service as always! Years ago we ran into an issue with termites, but after DeWayne and team addressed the issue we haven’t had any issues.

I called Dewayne he came same day to retrieve this frog out of my garage. He is always so courteous and professional and gets the job done. He moved all of the things out my garage to find this frog for me I was so greatful he is my forever pest control guy!

Uncomfortable with quality of service and results. Had issue with me wearing a mask. Areas not done that I felt should have been.

Located through google based on reviews. Should have notice all reviews are over 10 months old. Service to remove rodents was a $250 charge for a month of trapping and clearing traps. This was done a total of 3 times. Also extra $400 paid to “seal” up attic where the rodents were entering. Last visit was 20 minutes late with no call. we were the first morning appointment. We had to reschedule to later that day. After that appointment , 18 days went by with no call or date set. When questioned why return was told “ we should have called”. Why would we call when we paid for a months service? After text exchange was told they would return to check and see if they could help. Where was this when we initiated service.

We recently noticed rat activity so we called Pest Gurus. Dwayne was really knowledgeable and showed me all the areas the rats may be getting in at. He set traps and came back every 2 or 3 days to check clear and reset the traps. First week we had a flurry of kills then it died off and got quiet. So far so good. Dwayne was professional, friendly, honest guy. Glad we found him by shear luck. Would defintely recommend him to friends and family in the future.

I called Dewayne for help getting raccoons out of my attic and he came the same day. He was very knowledgeable about how to get rid of the raccoons in a humane way. He also took me around the outside of my house and showed me all the spots where animals could get inside my home. Dewayne is very nice and courteous, and I will use him again for any pest issues with my home.

I have been a Pest Gurus customer for over 3 years. Dwayne is the best! He is very thorough and does a great job. No more ants in my house or my yard! Communicates well. Easy to schedule. Very professional, conscientious, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

0 STARS DESERVED!!I called for a quote and was going to move forward with it. His available times were to be Monday and Wednesdays. I wouldn't be home those days. I asked the guy if they did background checks on the people that come out here. I got 4 kids and a wife at home. I dont want some pedaphile or physcopath to come in when im not here. The guys asked if it's a joke and hangs up on me. Very professional sir. No you won't EVER get my business.

Very conscientious, kind, and not pushy. Just wants to help. We used him in a rental to get rid of ants a few years back and there were no recurring problems.

Dewayne came today and treated my problem. I had carpenter ants inside of my window. He was so professional and nice. I recommend him most definitely.

I have dealt with DeWayne maybe a few times or so. He seemed like a stand up guy. But today, 4/20/2017, he lost a valued customer. He was very disrespectful to me not once but twice on the phone after I had to reach out to him for running behind on his 10am service call only for WEED CONTROL. 1.) did not even get a courtesy call for running behind - basically made an excuse for not showing up. 2.) Then I reiterated that this is only for WEED CONTROL just like I originally informed his assistant and she confirmed my appt. Somehow DeWayne thought he was doing both WEED & PEST CONTROL. I told him no sir, we are good on the PEST CONTROL. Then he stated then I'm not coming down just for WEED CONTROL then. I'm like WTH. 3.) Then I was honest with him about the reason why we hired someone else for PEST CONTROL. Then he started making more inappropriate side comments. I really wanted to curse him out badly. I am big on customer service and DeWayne showed me his true colors today. If you were a good businessman you would try to make things right. Sorry folks, I will NOT recommend DeWayne or this company for any service.

DeWayne was awesome. This company holds customers in the greatest of care. He came out on behalf of my neighbor hearing noises in her wall, but the wonderful (But Sad) coincidence was that I was having the same issue at the same time. Needless to say I was losing it, because I'm a big baby when it comes creatures that moves just as fast as me. Well DeWayne inspected her home immediately then took the time to ease my fears, and told me what the issues were with my home. I NEVER realized that there were entry points for critters inter my home. He even told me all the solutions for the problems. He was a God sent in the moment of stress and fear. Thanks DeWayne

I called DeWayne for help ridding the attic of roof rats. He came out the same day and handled the problem for me. He was courteous, professional and thorough. And his bill was reasonable; I would have cheerfully paid twice what he charged me. Although I don't often review service people online, I'm writing today because this guy really is exceptional.

We have their pest and weed control services, and could not be happier. Communication is spot on, price is great, and service is second to none. Any issue we have had has been taken care of promptly and I recommend their services to anyone that asks.

Wow ... What a great job DeWayne did at my home. He trenched around my House and Building at the foundation Put the termite controll down and has been termite free 3 years. I do recommend him often not just on occasion.<br>You will not go wrong, you will be totally informed and a fair price to boot!

DeWayne and his crew came to cut down two cedar trees on my property, one which was infested with a bee hive that had been there for quite some time. They used the utmost care and safety cutting down the tree and did not kill the bees. DeWayne told me that the bees would remove the queen then move the rest of their hive but it would take 2-3 days. The bees did leave exactly 3 days, almost to the minute that he said they would. DeWayne knows what he's doing and I recommend Pied Piper to anyone.

We purchased our home in august and the seller referred DeWayne to us. The GRASS WAS BEAUTIFUL when we purchased the home! Going through the winter months we didn't need his services but now that it is spring we didn't have to even think twice about who we were calling. after the first initial contact with DeWayne, he explained everything in detail about what they will be doing and educated us. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and trustworthy!

Let me tell you that DeWayne provides the best pest control services hands down! He is very knowledgeable and professional explaining everything completely and concisely through the entire treatment process.
