Glenn and Jonah came out in pretty short order to take care of a rodent problem that I discovered. They were very skilled professionals, read me in to everything they were doing, and maintained their professionalism throughout several repeat visits.<br><br>We had an issue where we set some bait/traps, and they came in also to do some exclusion work after locating the breach in perimeter. It is with admiration and much appreciation that I leave this review of Pest G.O.A.T.S. I was skeptical and much uncertainty existed when I made the telephone call. My trust factor is not strong in the business arena. Consequently, Neisha greeted me with friendliness and readiness to assist me with my wasp problem. Mr. Glenn came, performed the necessary task to get rid of the wasps and asked me to wait a few days. He assured me he had completed the work to eliminate the wasp. I waited as asked and can convey with certainty that Pest G.O.A.T.S. is a company that actually does what they say they can do. I have not seen any wasps and honestly feel my problem is resolved. I recently had a problem with carpenter ants. I contacted Terminix to come out and look at the ants. The guy who came out told me everything that needed to be done and then proceeded to push a nearly $2000 12 year bundle package that I did not need. He did not listen to me at all; I felt like he was just trying to get the commission from selling the package. I decided to find a local company to take care of this ant problem. Before contacting Willis Exterminating Pest Control, I checked the reviews and was impressed. I decided to send them a message, and I am glad I did. The response was prompt, courteous, and professional. Mr. Willis and Jason came out to assess the problem and give me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and they were prepared to do the work that day. Upon completion of treating the infected area, he and Jason thoroughly explained what they had done, answered all of my questions, and told me the next steps. Jason will return in a couple of weeks to assess whether the treatment completely got rid of the ants. If he sees any, they will treat the area again. As of the writing of this review, I have not seen any carpenter ants on my house. I am happy to say the reviews of previous customers were spot on. I look forward to having Willis Exterminating Pest Control treat my home in the future to prevent unwanted pests. Highly recommended.

OMG, If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would. Keaston and Jason came to my house and delivered the most impeccable customer service. A rat had taken up residency in my garage after being poisoned and could not be located. After locating this awful rodent, the technicians disposed of it and plugged the entry points in the garage as well as placing bait boxes on the exterior of the house. They were timely, courteous and extremely professional. They made sure that I understood everything that they did. I highly recommend Willis Exterminating for your pest control needs.
