Excellent service and timely installs. Installers that came were extremely professional and courteous. They took their time and made sure the work is done perfectly. One of our windows had a manufacturing defect which is getting replaced. If it wasn’t for that I would have given 5 rating

Had a poor experience of having a window replacement bid appointment with these guys. I didn't want the bid really, but the door-to-door salesman said it would be fast, so I said ok.<br>I felt like a hostage in my own home. The door to door salesmen made it sound like the appt would be short, and a quick bid... it wasn't. Don't get me wrong he was very professional, but he was set up to fail.<br><br>The appt took over 1.5 hours before I even got a price on replacing just 6 windows.<br>Their appt would have been longer than 2 hours, but I cut it short as I mentioned how I felt like a hostage in my own home/taking this much time is disrespectful. The salesman was going through ridiculous amounts scripted content such as "value statements", "about us as a company", and why they think they are the best around with a slideshow on their tablet. It was just way to much un-needed info.<br><br>K.I.S.S. = Keep it stupid simple, I don't have all day.<br><br>Then at the end when I finally get a price, they have the nerve to say you get our "best" price if you pay today, but wait until later to decide our price goes up. Huh? Don't hamstring me into a decision.<br><br>- this is the fastest way for me to send you packing, complete loss of trust, I will not be rushed in any financial decision -<br><br>Like seriously guys, could have been WAY better to approach the appt this way instead:<br>Take needed measurements, talk details for 5-10 minutes, show proof of work quality by images of job done, go home and crunch some numbers, then send me an email.<br>It's not that hard, you'll meet many more customers this way.<br><br>Needless to say I have already had bids on this work and they came a decent amount higher. They may try to sell you on "Our quality is better" stuff, not so sure. Their commisions are probably higher. I am sure they are a legit company, just the higher end of cost. Having been a salesman before, I just think their presentations annoy people into saying yes.

I would have to say these were the nicest group of guys to come out to our house and they did an awesome job from start to finish. Great product and so far we love the new windows.

Beni and Gabe were excellent at installing four doors and 10 windows. It was a huge job. They did excellent workmanship and used excellent doors and windows.

Power Home Remodeling was performing work in our community over the holidays and knocked on our door during their standard neighborhood walkthrough. Professional and courteous through and through, they helped us schedule a free inspection later that week. The rep completed her walkthrough quickly and had a great sense of humor along the way. From there, the process was well communicated, the options were clearly explained, and we scheduled replacement for several windows in need of repair on the spot. A second walkthrough was done to confirm and then it was a simple wait for installation day. For each appointment, expectations were communicated ahead of time and consistently met. The crew performing the install was kind, courteous, and efficient. Everything was left clean, tidy, and in perfect shape. The icing at the end was our final QA manager walkthrough, with a fine gentleman who not only checked the earlier work, but gave our house a quick once-over for any upcoming work we might have. Pleasant, kind, and fun to work with at each step. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience with Power. I already had an interest in getting my windows replaced, so when that sales rep showed up it was a great timing. Next day I received a thorough estimate which was way cheaper than the competition, and only a few weeks later their crew came in and installed all new windows in one day. Very professional, clean and efficient. I can only recommend these guys for any projects around the house! If you a tired of dealing with just basic roofing contractors and want a quick and professional job with all the ease of shopping from amazon, then these are the guys to go with. The product they have for roofs sold me, but the people really closed the deal. They were always extremely friendly and did not mind chatting a bit. The roofing crew was very friendly and in all honestly did a great job, I'm just a little bit overly picking compared to your normal home owner... I would have given 4.7 stars if that was an option. Thanks crew!

Micah came out and spent time educating us on windows and how the Pella windows are built. After listening and seeing the quality of the product, we committed to new windows on our entire house. James and his crew arrived in the 20 degree weather and professionally installed all of our windows. They cleaned as they went and everything looked great. My experience was really good with Power Home Remodeling. Everyone involved was very professional. The windows information and installation process was explained to me thoroughly by Jory and Daniel. The workers did a nice job also. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up all of the debris afterwards. I am overall pleased with my windows.

I had Power do new eaves: facia, soffit, etc. The installers were very professional and knew their jobs. I have had a lot of my home improvements done by Power. I believe them to be very reputable and thorough. The roof is guaranteed for 50 years and transferable . That’s confidence in their product!

Definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish. Everyone we have worked with and talked to were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The fit and finish of the windows was amazing. We had one window with a defect from the factory. Already on the schedule to be replaced. Even some of the small things like marking each window with a sticker to ensure each window is replaced with the proper one, adds up to that 5 star experience. We would definitely work with them on any future project we might have.

They installed all new windows in our house and they are incredible. It totally changed the look of our house inside and out. Their crew was wonderful . The quality of the work.was beyond what we expected. From the first contact to the installation, to the follow up quality control you could not ask for a better company to work with.

I had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling. Their field rep took the time to complete the estimate, answer questions, educate me on what to look for when replacing windows, doors and adding insulation to the attic. I especially liked the demonstrations of the products they install and how they showed the difference they will make to my power bill. The company is professional and not pushy but tailors their services to the customer's home needs. I especially liked how the rep never spoke negative about any competitors. The install teams were great (on time, professional, considerate) and did a great job. Logistically they are well organized and always knew what to expect. I was very impressed and will use them again.

Great company and very professional employees. Only thing I would say that is not positive would be the long presentations. The presentation could definitely be completed within an hour. Most of, if not all of their potential customers have checked out this company before allowing them in their home.

I gave Power Home Remodeling 5 stars because they were on time, efficient, and the product is outstanding. They completed the project quickly, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything about the windows before they left.

We just had an awful experience with this company. We had a door knocker convince us to let in a salesman. After 1.5 hours he finally quoted almost 50k but then offered us a one-time best deal possible. We declined and explained our reasons. Then less than three weeks later some guy named Jake returns to follow up on his colleague. He re-measures every window (I guess the last guy can’t measure) then offers us a new better one time price along with some stories about how vinyl prices keep climbing with oil prices and how big companies have lower overhead (but somehow they can pay him and his colleague a salary to double check their ace salesman’s work. Total scam. 2.5 hours of jargon. Do not let these snakes in your home.

Power Home Remodeling was fantastic. Professional from the initial visit through the final quality assurance visit. Each of the employees that came to our home were respectful, knowledgable, and thorough. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility to sit and answer all of our questions. We found Power Home Remodeling through door to door solicitation and would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again.

I almost made a huge mistake in almost signing up for financing windows on my home. I guess their selling technique almost had me sold until I came to my senses and changed my mind. The two biggest red flags with this company is first off they don't value your time at all. When they came to my house for a free quote, they pretty much invited themselves into my home and spent almost 3hrs. Just to quote 12 windows on a single slab basic 3 bed 2 bath ranch style house. Also they weren't very clear on how long I would actually finance these windows which would come out to be 7 years or more. The lack of respect, and other reviews I've read will prevent me from doing business with them.

First time customer. I’ll try to keep this simple. We had 3 projects we got done. I felt the entire consultation was perfectly explained and I felt included through the entire job.<br><br>1. Materials being ordered, phone calls, texts, appointments and the process of what is happening during installation. Every member of the process is knowledgeable and personable. Just got new windows installed in my house and everyone from the salesperson, installers, and project quality control manager were great! They were professional and polite. I got a total of 8 windows and the guys got it all done in less than 5 hours. Would recommend them for all your house needs!

On December 2, a Power representative knocked at my door…. It seemed late but I enjoyed his vibe and agreed to speak to another representative later that evening…. I already knew that I needed windows and my neighbor had positive things to say about this company and their work. After speaking with the sales representative, I agreed to proceed…. the price seemed fair and I agreed to having 5 windows replaced. Upon installation, other windows and there conditions were bought to my attention…. I ended up with a total project…( combined project 1 and 2) at a fair interest rate and I’m now Window DONE…. All windows have a lifetime warranty and the ones that are done at this point look Amazing. My old windows didn’t open due to rot … these new windows function So well that I just know that I’ll enjoy them in the Spring and Fall… cool breezes…I’m also hoping to save a lot on utility bills in the short future…

From the moment Josh knocked on our door to the final inspection, Power has been top-notch. Trippe answered all of our questions before we made the decision to buy new windows for our home - 22 in all. Bas made sure everything was installed perfectly! We couldn’t be happier!

We installed 40 windows at almost $40,000 6yrs ago. Now most of the windows have leaked the gas out and when we contacted them they said the manufacturer of the windows went out of business and the new owner will not warranty the windows. But we can pay an additional $700 + per window for new sashes. We don't have a warranty with the manufacturer, our warranty is with Powers they need to step up and replace our windows! The only good thing about this company is the people they hire to do the installation. Do not use Powers for anything!

At the time of my window installation, it went very smoothly in 2018. Supposedly a lifetime warranty. I have one window (2025) that has a broken seal and called the company. They told me that they no longer make that window and it would cost me X amount of dollars to come out and replace it. I said, wait a minute, what about my lifetime warranty??? They gave me a big song and dance and no solution unless I pay more money. I still would like it to be replaced but not money out of my pocket. I already paid a lot of money for the windows. And, they did replace another window last year that had a bad seal without any cost.

Great people, great company, very informative, very thorough, and the job done was fast, clean, and easy. We feel very confident in trusting their product and their quality of work on our home! We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling!

Mr, Trip and Mrs, Lee were both really great help when it came to getting our Gutters installed. Mr, Trip walked us through the whole process while also helping us get a good price that worked for us, and Mrs, Lee walked through after the work was done and made sure that everything was done properly. The work itself was done fairly quickly and we are overall happy.

Our window installation was great from sale to after-inspection. It feels like we are living in a beach house and I wish we had done it sooner! Everyone was friendly and professional. The value will prove itself over time, but we feel great about this investment.

I am extremely disappointed with Power Home Remodeling. My home has a lot of windows. I would say they’re nearly 20 windows in the house. The seals have failed top and bottom on two windows already. They replaced one window and it’s failing again a year later. I have also discovered that I have three other window windows where the seals are failing.<br><br>The so-called “lifetime warranty” is a farce. I’m being forced to pay $180 per sash and $360 per window for replacements of a product that was promised to last a lifetime—definitely not what I expected after just a decade! Their immune to any complaint you have about the situation. And it’s laughable that they feel like this is an acceptable resolution. There’s obviously a problem With the product and I feel like they’re not standing behind their promises nor the product from the manufactured that they chose to use. The person I spoke with today said seal failure is a common problem. I could see one or two windows, but when all the windows are slowly failing. It’s not a common problem. It’s your product problem. And I’m sure you don’t tell people on the front end that you charge for these windows that you believe it’s a common problem or you find it to be an acceptably common problem<br><br>I urge anyone considering Power for their window needs to think twice. The quality and service are subpar<br><br>Keep reading these reviews long enough and I bet you’re gonna see similar complaints on this topic.

Truly a 5-star service! The windows in our house were single-pane, 38-year-old wooden windows. Best roofing and window experience. Brad stopped by first and gave us a bunch of quotes. The entire process was explained throughly and all the work was completed in a timely manner. Daniel nailed all the measurements and everything was precise. Jared stopped by after the final instal and made sure that we are all set. May purchase a door in the future. 5 STARS! This company is the most reliable and comprehensive company I have worked with.

High-pressure sales organization owned by Private Equity. Find a local business instead. I made an appointment to have them quote some windows I needed replaced. I had 3 calls within 24 hours to verify the appointment. Each time they insisted that my spouse be present at the time of the estimate. I told them she might not be available and during the last call the guy got REALLY pushy. I told him that I would be here and they'd have to be happy with that. If not, they should just cancel the appointment. He interrupted me and said we should just cancel then. This reaks of a high-pressure sales tactic and I'm not falling for it. I'll happily work with a different, local company that isn't owned by private equity and singularly focused on short-term profits.

Bas was great. But the companies warranty is LIFETIME. The products that the companies used are top tier. The clean up is GREAT. They are very professional and honest. The company also comes out to verify that the work was done correctly. I recommend the company to all.

I have been a long time Power customer, We had our windows replaced in our previous home about 10 years ago and were very excited to see the previous homeowner in our new place had used Power for the window replacement. We proceeded to have our grand entry ( front door, sidelights and large window above the door) replaced along with our patio door. Our next project was siding and gutters, we are fully invested in this company. Fast forward a year or two to the covid epidemic and everything fell apart. I understand hard times, I understand that things shut down, what I don't understand is why the customer service had to go in the tank. I have trouble with the windows delaminating and have had them all replaced at least once. Now on the second round my 100% lifetime warranty is no longer what I was promised. I have to pay $180 per sash, $360 per window since they are double hung, to replace the defective product that was supposed to last a lifetime, not less than a decade!<br><br>The front door lasted 2 years and started splitting. My beautiful door with a woodgrain texture and mahogany finish. I had multiple people out to look at it and said it should not have split, they "placed the order" 3 times. Finally 2 years later I was told the manufacturer had gone out of business and they were trying to figure out how they were going to take care of the replacement. By then the finish had faded and is blotchy and the door is still split. The solution was to replace the unit with a new door that is still a 6 panel but a smooth finish, it is baby poop brown and I could have gotten the door at Home Depot with a better service experience. I can only hope that my gutters and siding don't need attention. Please don't waste your money with these folks!

Please make sure to read all the one star reviews before proceeding with this company because they are 100% accurate.<br><br>They have a super aggressive and pushy sales team that have been targeting my house and inconveniencing us. We have spent hours talking to these sales reps on multiple occasions (one with me which I was receptive to, then they came back and cornered my boyfriend who had no idea I had already spoken to them) they play it off like they “were just in the area” when they were NOT they are actually targeting my home because previous home owners hired them and keep showing up to my property.<br><br>This is disgusting and predatory sales behavior. How dare they disturb us at 7pm on a weekday especially after we’ve already talked to the first sales rep.<br><br>They will not take no for an answer either. I called to say I was not interested in an appointment, they called to try and reschedule it and I said no. Then he proceeded to try to convince me to still keep the appointment.<br><br>This is so pushy and untasteful. As a business owner myself- If you want to keep customers this is not the way to do business AT ALL! Since previous homeowners have used them before, I was considering getting a quote (when I was ready) but now after experiencing their bordering intruding sales team I have NO interest in ever using this company- unless to fix the damage from the last project they completed through warranty.<br><br>10/10 don’t recommend unless you want your home targeted by sales people. I don’t get bothered easily- so for me to take the time to write this shows that it was really a bad experience.

While I am happy with Power on previous installs I’m disappointed in their treatment of repeat loyal customers. Power replaced three floors of windows in my home. Then they upgraded my attic installation. Next Power did new gutters. Lastly I had them replace 12 windows in my sunroom. Naturally Power was my first thought when it came to my next project. Unfortunately, Power used the pressure tactic…”we have this rebate but you must make the decision today.” No you’re a loyal client so we can give you 1-2 days to decide.<br><br>Exactly a week to date, another Power salesman shows up unannounced to my door with the pitch “we’re doing an install for you neighbor ….” I told them about Powers visit the week prior.<br><br>Then the back to back phone calls. After explaining my frustration with Powers lack of loyalty to repeat customers , another appointment was made for another Power representative to come to my home. The phone representative even said that she put it in the notes about not being pressured into a “this is a today only deal”. Sadly the representative shows up, does another estimate and tells me that if I want to get the “Flexible installation program “ discount, I had to commit to the job that day.<br><br>I wasn’t asking for serious cuts in the cost, just a 24 -36 hour period to look at my budget to make a sound financial decision. Of course the original deal - that they DID NOT leave me in writing is “no longer available “ and the next deal wasn’t even close to the first.<br><br>Additionally, I sent an email expressing this several weeks ago but have not received a response.<br><br>So does Power really care about its loyal customers? You want my business and referrals but you can’t give your loyal customers a couple of days to make a significant financial decision?

Our experience has been good thus far. The only issue we have had was with the communication on getting the windows installed due to a delay in shipping. We love our new window in the foyer, it has reduced the amount of sun/heat coming into the home. Johnnie was our consultant and he did a good job with explaining everything initially. Installation went well, the team was knowledgeable, cleaned up after they finished the project. Leigh was our project inspector, she also did a great job with listening to our concerns and providing additional feedback with projects we may need to complete in the future.

We had such a great experience with our new window installation. The entire process was easy and the service, staff and crew were fantastic. We’re very happy and will definitely use Power again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Professional people were very respectful and knowledgeable. Work done quickly and efficiently. We’ve only had window for 24 hours but so far so good! We can definitely tell a difference in heat. The windows look so much bigger now! Great repair work too!

Sales person was great. We had windows, a sliding glass door, and a door installed. Everything looked great at first. Problems were revealed after installation. Dealing with customer service was and is a pain. What's a warranty if they won't honor it? The door came with a deep scratch/dent that Power claimed would be replaced when the manufacturer had it in stock again. Close to 3 years now. Molding around door is warped. Still have the same scratched/ dented door. We have more windows to replace but will Never use or recommend Power to anyone. They are not honorable and I hate we gave them any buisness at all.

Cory was my remodeling consultant and he made sure to answer every one of my questions fully and concisely. Power helped me to find a solution for replacing an old worn out 29.5" door in a very tight frame. The installers were top notch. They were professional, polite, efficient, performed fantastic work, and left the site so clean it was like they were never there. Every part of this process was straightforward and stress free and the work is warrantied for life. I would highly recommend this company for any remodeling job!

Extremely efficient “swat” team of installers showed up at 6:30 on the morning and were done, cleaned up and off the property by 2:00 pm. Excellent quality materials and system. Involved sales process but all questions answered to high level of satisfaction. Would definitely use these people again.

My original review was 5 stars 6 months ago for the siding but that’s absurd to leave at this point. The installers have costed me another $700. I’ll leave the original comparison photo because the siding looks good but I ran into another expense from the installers messing up the flashing on my chimney during the renovation and I had to pay a roofer $700 to come repair. That doesn’t mention the ceiling drywall repair that needs to be addressed. Roof was over 5 years old and out of warranty. The images you can see pulling off the old siding crumpled the flashing kick out and they tried to put it back up but then once the siding was installed it was completely gone in the completed photos. This company’s sales reps are nice but the work being installed needs to be tediously watched, as with any company. They will fix rotted wood on the side of the house during install if you ask them but they may not notice if you don’t bring to their attention. The gutters we had done is in a separate review because they were originally the only problem we had, bad cuts, leaking, cheap material, ect. We had hired them again during the “inspection during install meeting “ to replace a door and that’s the only project that hasn’t cost additional money so far and I am pleased with. If you hire this company watch their work. Take plenty of before and after photos before any company does work.

SCAM ALERT! Agent damaged my ceiling during an estimate inspection. Now of course, I can't get in touch with anyone to address the issue. I keep getting the run around for customer support but they have no problem HOUNDING me to have someone come out for a free estimate. As if they haven't been out here already. I have also reported them to the BBB. DO NOT let these people in your house. They give you one price, then will continuously knock the price down if they see you are hesitant. Claiming they need to "check" to see if they can offer you a better deal. Of course they can because they start off with in aggressively exaggerated price to begin with.

My wife and I have all of our windows replace with Power. All 17 of them changed to sliding and double hung windows. We are impressed they were able to replace all of the windows and install the exterior framing all in one day. Mason and his partner were extremely detailed with all of the features and protections and the windows provide. We were given the options to choose between all the select styles they had including custom options catered to your home. Tyler handled the pre-install inspection and ensured no mistakes or surprises would be found on install day. We knew what to expect and we were prepared for that day. Our home feels brand new. The windows change the visibility, the look, the temperature and even the noise that we experience. Ligh came over after the inspection to confirm everything went smooth, that we know how to use the features and to assisted with any questions have on the financing and/r warranties. This is a company I would recommend to any home-owners even our neighbors asked who did our windows.

Power was super pleasant to work with through this entire process. They came to their appointments on time, and their work was top notch with our siding, trim, gutters, and door installation. Power did a fantastic job! We initially had a back door installed and we were so pleased with their quality of work and the craftsmanship of the Pella windows that we ended up doing several windows on the next round. After we had the worst of our windows done, we weren’t planning on doing any more very soon. As it turned out, though, I was taking Christmas lights down and noticed some damage near several upstairs windows. By no small coincidence, Power had called the next day and had a sale going on. Jordan came out and gave us such a great discount that we decided to finish the job and had the rest of our windows replaced.<br><br>I will say that one of the first windows we had installed- a large picture window- arrived with a scratch in it and they had to install it because it wasn’t observed until it was unpackaged after the original window had been removed. Their customer service was amazing and they ordered a replacement and two supervisors came out to do the work to replace the scratched window.<br><br>Everything about their professionalism, quality, customer service, lifetime warranty and follow up care is exemplary in the remodel industry. Posting a separate review for the gutters alone (we have 5 stars for the whole experience with siding and all prior to the gutters). I could be biased because I was upset that Power could not replace my siding without replacing my gutters. My gutters were only 1 1/2 years old and I had hired Leaf filters company to come out and replace all the gutters and add the filters for $8k. I’m not sure the price with Power as it was bundled with the siding. Power does not offer any gutter filters and is very particular on which kind you can install onto their gutters without voiding the warranty. (Leaf filters can be placed back on the gutters without voiding the warranty but now we have to pay them another $700 to do that)<br>Now to Powers install. I am disappointed in the quality of the gutters. I had black gutters previously and wanted black as my new gutters. The new gutters are only painted on the outside instead of solid black material. The quality seems less than best and I am hoping they have some sort of coating for longevity of them. Power did a great job installing my gutters with a slope for water to go towards the downspouts and not hold any rainwater but the finer parts are sloppy. The peashooter I have is jaggedy, the downspouts attachments to the side of the house were done better on the old ones and where the downspouts meet the gutters at the roof don’t sit flush under the gutters. Images attached.<br>I have to say I was disappointed in the quality of the gutters since the siding was done so well and of such high quality. Passing along my experience for information to anyone who may need gutters get them same time as siding or you will have wasted a lot of money. Also if you have any underground drainage connected to your gutters you will want a filter on your gutters so you don’t end up with clogs in your pipes. I would not reccomend Power for doing just a new gutter install. If you need new siding and new gutters i would recommend them (with the exception of any kind of filter for them, as most void their warranty.) If you need JUST gutters, I’d recommend a different company with something a higher quality.

This entire experience has been really above and beyond! From scheduling the estimate, pre-install inspection, inspection and even a thorough quality inspection - everything has exceeded all expectations. This company cares about you and what your family needs. Zero pressure, and the finish product is stunning!

Could not be happier and more impressed from the knock on the door, sales presentation, project manager, install team was amazing and quality assurance follow up. Top notch from start to finish. Full house of windows installed in 12 hours…Highly recommend. Not for the faint of heart pricing wise but worth every penny! Quality of windows is amazing just for the sound proofing aspect. My husband and I just had our facia, soffits, wood, and gutters replaced with Power Home Remodeling and WOW, we are blown away. Every appointment we had was on-point, timely, very thorough, and we never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Power Home Remodeling came out on Friday, June 5th, 2024, to replace four (4) old windows in our home.<br><br>Our installers were Mikail and Pedro and they were fantastic!! They arrived on-time to the appointment and were incredibly professional. They got right to work after the arrived and were easily able to take out and replace our own damaged windows. They were both incredibly efficient and had the project completed in 3 hours. The cleaned up their work, put in new sighting, and cleaned the windows before they left. Absolutely love the work they did and the windows look terrific!! Plus, both of the guys were very attractive. ;)<br><br>Mike was our Quality Assurance Manager and he came out to inspect all of the work and talk with us on Monday, June 8th, 2024. Power Home Remodeling recently reroofed my home (July 1). My roof was old and leaking, had split and separated decking, shingle damage, no drip edges, lacked any meaningful ventilation, etc. Whoever put on my original roof did a horrible job. Power's team came early (~6:30 am) and got to work right away carefully tarping over my gardens vegetable gardens and landscape plants. I really appreciated that. By 3:30, they were finished and gone. The roof looks great (Fortitude architectural shingles) and has a lifetime warranty for both labor and materials (all high quality). The entire process was smooth, and their reps kept me informed and updated. Everyone was completely professional from the initial door knock, to the sales rep, to the installers, quality assurance manager, etc. The roof looks great, and the house is already 10 degrees cooler now that the attic is properly ventilated with both a ridge vent (not on the original roof) and power vents that run the entire circumference of the house. I ended up putting in an order for all new windows as well. I got a fair loan with good terms and payment plan I could afford. I can't wait to replace these original 1978 steel windows with those Pella beauties in about a month. All custom made, too.

We are so happy with our service, love our new windows! My only complaint was how much caulk was used and not enough wiped away. Otherwise, the install guys were quick, efficient, worked diligently and did a great job with cleanup. Over all we had 14 windows removed and 11 replaced.

My experience with Power Home remodeling has been exceptional! This is my second project with them. I had my windows done 4 years ago and now the siding. Every step of the way, the staff has been knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.<br><br>We did have an interruption to our internet due to removing the box. The crew immediately apologized for the inconvenience and ensured I would be reimbursed for the technician dispatch fee.<br><br>Upon completion of the project, the walkthrough was very thorough, and all of my questions were answered in great detail no matter how small. I got the best Pella windows today in the color brown. I really love the look and style they are just as pictured on the catalog. Everyone says they look great. The installation team was quick and extremely respectful of my home. I would use this service provider again.

Excellent service and personal customer support. We just had our gutters and facia done with the 6-inch wide gutters. They were able to retain the original color of the previously painted gutters when we bought the house. All the gutters are not painted and installed correctly. The building team came by on time and completed work over a 2 day period. Power Representatives stayed in contact and ensured the project was completed to exact specifications. Would definitely ask to do more projects. Financing was of great value. I am looking forward to more projects in the future.

My experience with Power Home Remodeling was exceptional so far. The windows were installed on the first day they were scheduled and Alex and his crew did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, did not make a mess inside nor out, wrapped the exterior frames in aluminum and showed me how to open, close and clean the windows. Since my order included black windows, the screens were full window screens and the company sent someone out the next week to alter the full screens to half screens. So far I’m very happy with the performance of the windows. They are definitely more energy efficient and have great sound deadening performance.

From the sales process to the final delivery and install we are very much satisfied<br><br>The communications were very clear about the day of install and all the other information related to it.<br><br>The quality of the windows are really good and we can obviously see the improvement in the room.<br><br>The install was clean, the team arrived on time and the team were professional in the install.<br><br>The next day there was quality check by another person checking if all the install was done perfectly.<br><br>One feedback to the company would be to shorten the sales cycle pitch.
