[Abridged Review: I'm fair but also critical of home improvement projects. This team is not the usual; they are the exceptional. Highly recommended company with excellent communication and attention to detail. ] Details below. HHPro's had been recommended by our neighbors and we were able to see just how the HHPro team worked on the neighbors home and how Wes and his partners communicated with us for our quote we were impressed. The amount of detail was critical to our decision. Aa an example, where everyone else including the big guys were saying here is your roof quote, Wes was pointing out how siding and flashing "really" needed to be done correctly and how they would do it, down to new siding and painting it in order to do it, and here is how we will address the rot on the chimney trim, and here is how we can address an issue with the 3 season roof that was done incorrectly to begin with; all of which I was aware of but waited to see what the people quoting it would communicate. HHPro's were the only ones with attention to detail. HHPro's were not the cheapest (the guys who don't even look at your attic or climb on a roof), nor the high, but truly in our opinion a value when you consider value as being, done correctly, at a fair price, with excellent craftsmanship and quality materials. Lets point out that the work was not 18 guys and one day which to me seems like a formula for fast, cheap, and low value, as too many hands in the pot so to speak; it was closer to 5 guys taking time to get it right over 4+ days.

The contractor, Wes Smith, did an excellent job of stopping a roof leak. He responded quickly and solved the problem as well as a couple of other roof issues in a friendly and professional manner. I strongly recommend this contractor. He offered fair pricing.

I tried to hire a different contractors to repair the damaged shingles, gutters, gutter guardian and chimney until I met Wes and he told me that he can take care of all these with a reasonable cost. His team did their job very professionally and they fixed all noticeable damages with the high quality of the materials. I really appreciated what Wes and his guys did for my roof and chimney. I will definitely use his team again whenever there is a need.

We had a tree fall on the house, and as a result had to do a partial roof replacement and got skylights put in at the same time. They did a good job handling the insurance side of it, but the sub contractors they hired to do the skylights had to be called back because the boxes were uneven and didn't look professional. Since they made good on fixing the work, I didn't feel the need to post a review. However, the quality of any sort of roof work really shows itself over time. Here we are two years later, and we're having issues with the roof and a leaky skylight. The first time it happened, we called Wes to come take a look because we noticed the down spouts weren't property installed causing water to pool. He agreed to fix them, but blamed the issue on our gutters (even though we have them professionally serviced). So he did the work and charged us for gutter cleaning and it seemed to address the issue at the time. Now it's like 6 months later, and more leaking... Same skylight, same area. This is a relatively new install, so it looks like just shoddy workmanship. For context, we have a bigger skylight installed in a different part of the house that was not put in by Heavenly Home Pros, it's older, and we've had zero issues. So, I would think twice before selecting them for your job.

Stay away this roofing company, trust me you will saved yourself a lot of trouble. They charged my roof two years ago and recently I have roof leaks. According to the contract, I got 10 years warranty, spoke to Owner Wes, he promised he will return and take look the leaks problem but he never kept his promises. Called and leave text message still not returning my calls and messages.

My house is beautiful, the service was amazing, they cleaned up, even all my leaves in the back yard. When they advertise gutters and insulation in the price, it is no joke, they really did it. I will NEVER utilize another roofing company and can not recommend Heavenly Home Pros enough!!!

I can't express enough about how grateful I am that I came across this business! Michael Glenn made sure that I knew clearly what to expect throughout the entire process. On the day the roof was getting replaced, his crew showed up on time and worked diligently through the day to ensure the work was completed as scheduled. At the end of the day, they cleaned up after themselves and left my property in better shape than they found it. With so many companies out there...looking for an opportunity to take advantage of consumers...or cut corners on the work that was agreed upon, etc..., it felt good to be doing business with a company where you felt as if they had your best interest at heart..made things feel much more like a partnership. They left a real bad taste in my mouth. They sent me an estimate, then tried to up the price on me AFTER I accepted it. SHADY BUSINESS! And then the guy had the nerve to get rude with me when I question his actions and unprofessionalism. They pride themselves as a "Christin" company, but don't exert Christian values...

Heavenly Home Pros really knows their stuff! They guided us through the whole process, working with our insurance company, making our experience effortless and anxiety-free. Our new roof has a life-time guarantee. I'm just sad that that means I'm unlikely to be able to use them again!

I am very please with the quality, workmanship, and knowledge Heavenly home pros provided me with for my roofing and gutters. I have worked with several roofing companies in the past few years and have never had the quality and knowledge of someone like the HHP folks. They also do gutters and other household items, I HIGHLY recommend HHP, even if they are a little higher price because they will 100% do quality work. I've learned the hard way, dont go with the lowest bidder!

Wes, the owner of Heavenly Home Pro, takes a personal interest in every job. There were three places with noticeable water damage in my house. I saw an ad on WSBTV for a free estimate and thought...why not. Wes came out the next day and he was thorough, professional, honest... and just a good guy. He determined there was no damage to my roof. All that was needed was caulking. I will definitely recommend Heavenly Home Pros to all my friends and family.

Wess and Michael where great and easy to deal with! They are very knowledgeable and go over options! They worked with my insurance company and got me more than the agent first quoted ! My house rather my home looks like a newer one thanks to them! They have stopped by a couple times to follow up! Treated us like family!

I appreciate all that Heavenly Home Pros did for us. Our son was deployed in December not long after he left his home had a water leak. He couldn't tend to it so he left the major decisions to us. We went with HHP because Wes was very thorough with us about what his roof needed. He was patient with me because I was wanting to make the right color choices for my son's home. Wes was very knowledgeable about everything needing to be done to ensure our water leaks stopped in the chimney. We had them completely rebuild the chimney with new plywood, house wrap, siding etc. they got the job done very fast and we didn’t even have to bring up that a few boards needed to be caulked again, when Wes and Kevin came for the final inspection they ensured everything was done to the T! Will definitely be calling them when it’s time for a new roof in the future!

Excellent quote and service. Wes broke everything down into layman’s terms so that I understood what was needed, what wasn’t needed, and why. In my line of work and at my company, we pride ourselves on offering the best service in the industry, and that’s what I expect when I deal with contractors at my home, quite honestly. Name says it all. I needed roof inspection done for selling my house. Called Heavenly Home Pros. Mr. Wesley Smith answered my call. He told me what services included in roof inspection and how much will costs me. Price for the services he was providing me was very reasonable. Setup an appointment. Came on time and and took long time to inspect the roof. Show me the report with the pictures and explained me all the pictures in simple language. Mr. Smith fixed some minor problems at no charge. I was very impressed with Mr. Smith's knowledge on roof and pleased with his professionalism. I strongly recommend Heavenly Home Pros for any roof work for your home or business.

Would never recommend Roof service from this company. Whey did my roof repair around the chimney due to leaking in July 2018, -two months later leaking to my living room started again, -I contacted responsible guy - Wes Smith about it and got a response that he will reassess it later ( because of rain) and never heard from him again. I had to hire another company (Dr. Roof ) and they fixed a problem....but it did cost me twice more what I paid to Heavenly Home!

They repaired my 10-yr old gutter that was bowing out. Wes gave me a very reasonable estimate and adjusted based on my preference. Scheduling did take some time due to rain and it was a small job, but I appreciated Wes and team keeping me updated. I'm glad I went with them - Wes takes pride in his work and it shows. He also fixed some other stuff without me mentioning it. I will use this company again.

After reading some of these other Google reviews, I must say I met and spoke with Wes personally and was given NO reason to believe any of the awful reviews on here are true. I used them for a small job of some soffit and facia repair and he still went above and beyond to get us the repairs we needed within our budget. They worked longer than anticipated and needed to do a little more repair than originally quoted once pulling some damaged boards down, but he only charged me for materials to repair as to stick to his original quote as closely as possible. I went through four other companies that gave me quotes, scheduled times, and then simply didn't show up or cancelled for some reason. Finally, a neighbor recommended these guys to me. I submitted a form on their website and Wes responded via text the same day and scheduled a visit for an estimate. He showed up when he said, gave me a fair quote and we scheduled a day for the work. Wes kept in touch as a few scheduling issues popped up and was easy to get in touch with if I had additional questions. Wes was honest with me about what needed to be done and what didn't. I would absolutely recommend Heavenly Home Pros to anyone who asked me for a roofing/repair company company. Glad to have these guys on my contact list. WARNING!!!See the photos attached to my page...the true nature of the owner in his own words! BEWARE!!! This company is the worse experience I have ever encountered ever. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND GRIEF. The owner whom I had to research to find his true identity has been harassing me and my family. THE POLICE, THE COURTS, THE STATE, FRAUD INVESTIGATION all are now involved. I called HOME ADVISORS to get a referral for my roof, they gave me Heavenly Home Pros and the bad thing is they also give your information to the company, the owner Wes Shepard aka William Smith aka William Wesley Smith aka Wesley Smith contacted me he came out to my home and it went down hill from there. Because this is an active investigation I cannot give details but beware. This person has harassed me and even after being asked by the police not to contact me he continues to do so. I wish I could give them no stars it was just that bad. HEAVENLY HOME PROS aka Heavenly Home Improvements (Enterprise) has changed the name of the company several times after leaving a trail of unsatified customers the former company owned by them recieved an F from the better business bureau so they changed the name opened a new file with one FAKE review. I will write the full review after the investigations have concluded. But this company is truely bad. I will send photos and evidence to anyone who wants it, ANYONE I have no reason to lie about anything and if I couldI would up lod it to the internet. Please beware!!!!! Look here on this page see the reviews from Wes Shepard and William Smith both of those review was done by the owner. Sharita Jackson is fake as well. Still checking into the rest of these reviews but several are proven fake!

Wes has worked on both houses we have owned now. He replaced the full gutter system on our old home, and we called Wes to clean the gutters on our new home as the roof is very high. He came out and completed the job the same day. He went above and beyond by clearing off our deck and sidewalk. We can always rely on Wes to get the job done. Not only does he do good work, but he also really has a good eye for design and color choices. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

I needed some repair work done on a roof at a rental property that I manage. Wes promptly responded to my request and actually went over to the property the same day to assess what needed to be done. I got a detailed quote along with pictures later that evening. He went out the next day (Sunday) and completed the job. He sent me pictures of the completed work. I was extremely pleased with his dependability and honesty. Would definitely recommended him and will call on him again if needed.

Heavenly home pros are the real deal! These guys have repaired my roof twice, installed new gutters, and repaired storm damaged gutters from the recent tropical storm Irma. The prices are fair and the work is excellent.

I highly recommend this company for roofing, insulation and remodeling. Tgey are very professional and customer oriented. They installed a new roof on my house, blew insulation into my attic and remodeled my finished basement. All projects were done professionally and we couldn't have been more pleased. I definitely recommend them for your home improvements needs.

We hired Heavenly Home Pros to repair termite damage on an interior wall, add onto our deck, and install a 220 outlet for a hot tub on the lower deck. We were quoted a week timeframe of the job being completed. The only work that got completed was the interior termite damage and adding onto our deck which ended up taking about a month. The time for that to get completed did not bother us as it was mostly weather and staffing issues that slowed them down. The 220 outlet has still not been installed. Wes kept making excuses and we were very understanding. The project was scheduled to be completed early Dec it is now almost July. I feel we have given Heavenly Homes ample time to correct the issue. They no longer answer my calls and still have my garage door opener from the work that was done earlier. The work that was completed was good however the lack of professionalism and honesty from Wes ensures we will never use them again nor do we recommended his services. One of the excuses for not completing the project was he quoted wrong and could not do it for the price. My husband (an engineer) offered to help lay the conduit and help with any other small electrical tasks to cut costs yet they never came back out. We were promised one week after the next that it would get done. Sadly I still don't have a hot tub because of this issue. Be forewarned do not give them any money until all services are rendered.
