Made an appointment, they didn’t show up. Called them back and they said they had no evidence of it and I could make one for two weeks later. What am I paying for if I can’t get them to come look at an issue?

Despite what is said on the website, Active Pest Control will NOT remove snakes from your property. Don't waste 30 minutes on hold.

They worked here for several hours with an electrician as well and took care of everything in the crawlspace for a dehumidifier. Really appreciate them.

Active does a good job at keeping my home pest and mosquito free (as much as summer in Georgia allows!). If I need additional service, they are quick to reply and they show up when promised.<br><br>My technician Mark does an excellent and thorough job! He asks and listens for any info on where pests have been spotted, and makes sure to effectively treat those areas.<br><br>He also was kind enough to remove my pet’s water bowl and bedding out of the way of his work. That kind of care is rare and incredibly valuable!
