Whitmore Pest & Wildlife Control provides excellent service. Their entire staff is responsive to questions, clear in their explanations, accommodating in scheduling visits & (best yet) a local company, not a distant national franchise. The fellow who came out for the assessment, Kellan, & the tech who followed up with house protection, Brandon, were both excellent representatives of Whitmore's strong service delivery. We've used them for big wildlife pests & pesky small mammals & been completely satisfied with their service & solutions. You can trust Whitmore.

I had a great experience. Keller came out to our home for an inspection and was fantastic to work with. He arrived right on time and was effective in identifying a few problem areas around the house. He clearly communicated the go-forward plan and designated a specific strategy to upgrade and seal the vulnerable entry points he found. I’m happy to be making forward progress on the issue at hand and highly recommend Whitmore if dealing with pest issues.

Very friendly and I guess did good work but I didn't go up on my roof and inspect it. I feel their prices were very high however!

Very knowledgeable, and had good pointers. The mouse in the video was too light to set off the live catch trap. Will try to anchor down the peanut butter to see if that works.

Prompt and efficient service. Second time we have needed wasp control. Really appreciate how quickly Whitmore responded.

I ended up cancelling my appointment the morning of because I had a huge emergency electrical problem at my house and had several utility trucks working on it early that morning, digging a 6-ft hole to get to wires, etc. It was a mess. Little did I know, Whitmore has a cancellation policy where they charge for cancellations within 24 hrs. This wasn’t explained when I made the appt or when I cancelled. They sent a confirmation text with a link that showed the policy. Never mentioned to look at it. And why would I? Appt was confirmed. And they didn’t mention it when I cancelled. They just sent me a bill. I emailed explaining the problem and they said they were sorry to hear about it but I still owe the cancellation fee. I will pay it, because I owe it. But they will NEVER get business from us or anyone we know because of the way they handled it. Shame on you, Whitmore, for not being upfront about your policy. I hope that unnecessarily burning bridges is a strategy that works for you.

While he was 40 minutes past the latest window he text me and I asked that he call me when he got there, he did. Went over the areas that still seemed to have a problem since the last spray. He then text me before he left to tell me what he found.

Jon is so knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what is going on with the situation (woodpeckers) as well as how the stucco patching works. He also gave some tips on other things we could do to deter the woodpeckers, plus warned us that there is a second nesting season (end of Nov-end of Dec). He did a great repair job too. Whitmore is always who I call for any pest or wildlife issues. It is a great family owned local business, which is why they really focus on customer service.

Rob was very kind and explained the process to us well. The whole process was very quick and easy. He seemed experienced and knowledgeable and we saw a great reduction in pest activity after the spray. We were told that we had a pretty significant spider problem, so we were offered a secondary spray as was expected due to just a bit more residue activity. Based off of the significant reduction of spiders (and other annoying pests like earwigs- a big plus) that we saw the first time we are confident that this last spray will be very effective in getting the rest! Glad our dog will finally be safe from Black Widows and I’ll be able to walk into our bathroom without being worried that a spider will crawl across my feet! Thanks Rob!

I love it when a company answers their calls promptly, keeps in touch with you before the appointment, and then does a professional job of explaining the work to be done and the estimated cost. Keller, the tech, answered every question I had so that I know exactly what is going to happen when they begin the “raccoon trap campaign” and then do exclusion work to keep the animals out for good. The driver crashed into a parked car came in to my front yard, back up his truck, and it started to leak engine oil everywhere and they just left it there with out cleaning it up this is so unprofessional, now there is oil in front of my house and it looks all ugly thanks to the driver that hit a parked car, probably on the phone or texting, when I talked to him he looked drunk smh.

Jon was outstanding!!! I've used John and Whitmore Pest in the past for a woodpecker issue with great satisfaction. Numerous trips and different applications. This need involved a female racoon and her new brood who gained access to the interior of the house (basement ceiling) Jon's expertise and flowchart of how this would be executed was spot on and resolved the issue within 24 hours.
