Toilet backed up and flooded bathroom and bedroom. PuroClean showed 3 hrs after it was reported to insurance company. Their people were great very knowledgeable and did the water removal and dehumidifying and kept in touch with us to talk about the status of the job.

Adjusting my review to say I did receive a call back & was provided with the info I requested. They did come out quickly initially & did the best they could with the cold, water & fire damage. Communication could definitely have been better.

Update- you commented saying there's no record but within minutes I have a notification from my insurance company that the estimate was sent.... hmmm🤔 Was looking forward to working with this company as they were quick to respond and coordinate. Sadly, after the contractor came out to look at the work, he never gave anything to our insurance company. It's been almost 3 weeks with no communication. I'm pretty disappointed.

This company may be good at what they do, but the contractor I got was a joke. He subcontracted the actual deconstruction of my project, the subcontractor tracked mud all over the carpets. They called to come out and clean the carpets, missed their initial window and then gave me a vague timeframe and left me waiting for hours. I would not recommend this company to others as it seems they took on too much work and just outsource the work to others.

Chris and Luis were so professional and finished cleaning up my basement after a flood this weekend. They were very transparent, explained every part of the process and finished the work quickly and efficiently. They had to tear down my ceilings, walls, and floors but they did it in less than a day! Chris is great to work with and he was so kind and helpful. They really made a stressful situation so much better and I am so thankful they came out to help.

Once again, PuroClean provided expert water mitigation service for my kitchen maple floors. The team was prompt, knowledgeable and totally professional. From the initial assessment of the situation to the installation of drying equipment, Incencio kept me informed of every step, as well as daily progress updates. Administrative side of the business is equally professional. Respect for my property and all the equipment installed is clean and not “shop worn” which says attention to detail. I cannot give high enough praise for the professionalism and expert service PuroClean provides. 100% satisfied.

Inocencio and his partner were very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me and put my mind at ease. From scheduling with Rose and dealing with Jesus as well, everyone I came in contact with at PuroClean was great. To top it off, their response times and urgency were exceptional.

DO NOT use this company for your mitigation needs. I called them to deal with a minor intrusion of ground water through our foundation. The bid included a large scope of work which included fan and fluid collection along with removing a wet carpet pad, base boards and dry wall for further drying. Their employee’s estimate was that all of this work would “not cost over $2000.” The initial equipment was placed and carpet pad removed. They returned three days later and determined that no further work needed to be done. I assumed that since half the work was not done that the bill would be much less than the estimate. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. The bill was over $2000! Their itemized bill was stuffed with egregious charges for labor and supplies as well as ridiculous markups. They then informed me that they bill for the time it takes them to drive back and forth to their warehouse and included a “labor minimum” on top of that! In addition, the charge for the removal of a small carpet pad was over $300! $200 was for a “disposal fee” which surprised me since the dump charges the rest of us $20. After exhaustingly challenging them on these charges, they eventually capitulated to only minor decreases in the bill. This is an unethical company who takes advantage of those in need and pads their bill. They underbid the project to get you to choose them and then load their bill with bogus charges in the end. I would strongly recommend that you choose a more reputable company for your mitigation needs.

We had a minor basement leak. Thought I could get under it and dry it myself, but started to worry about kids and mold and decided to call PuroClean. After calling, Jordy & Ulises from PuroClean showed up within 2 hours(!). They were both super helpful and professional. It was my first time dealing with a water problem and they explained and walked me through the process and did it in a way that made it feel much more manageable and less stressful. I would recommend PuroClean. You are in good hands if Jordy and Ulises are helping you

Do NOT hire these people. They charged over 10k for a leak in my kitchen and all they did was put down a few fans and dehumidifiers you can rent from Home Depot. HIGE WASTE of money. Make sure to get a quote and micro manage them. Bad idea, I will never hire a water mitigation team again

These guys are the best in town! So friendly and a pleasure to work with. Jesus helped my partner and I with a mold issue in our bathroom and did an amazing job. I would recommend using these guys over anyone else!

Puro lean has been an amazing resource for our customers with mitigation and restoration with all the rain we’ve recently had!

Nice guys but they didn't find the mold. They didn't really seem interested in looking for it, which seems bad for business. I took them into a room that clearly smelled of mold. They looked at the walls with an IR camera, checked a few places with a moisture meter, shrugged their shoulders, and tried to tell me it was sewer gas we were smelling. Even though the sewer lines were taped closed. I insisted it was mold, but they weren't having it. Guys, Josh from Golden Bear came over the next day and found the source of the odor in about 10 minutes. He pulled up a corner of carpet and showed me mold. So 5 stars for Golden Bear Alleviation, look them up if you have mold and want to hire someone who truly wants to do a good job. Puroclean, on the other hand, gets 2 stars for coming out, but they didn't really show up to solve my issue.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at PuroClean of Central Denver & PuroClean of Central Colorado Springs & Golde for the inspection of my home after a pipe burst and flooding of the house. The team was professional, courteous, and dedicated to doing a great job. They provided me with a free estimate and an accurate assessment of the damage caused by the flooding. They also set up air dehumidifiers to help prevent any additional damage. The team worked diligently and with great attention to detail. They were able to accurately assess the damage and provide me with a thorough report of their findings and recommendations. They were also very helpful in providing advice on how to best mitigate the damage and restore my home to its pre-flood condition. I am extremely impressed with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them for any inspection or remediation work. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that my home was safe and secure and that I was satisfied with the results. I am very grateful for all the hard work and dedication they put into inspecting my home.

Detail oriented and great to work with!

They were very responsive and came the same day within just a few hours. I felt like they were super honest with me and saved me several hundred dollars in services I didn’t need that another company tried to quote me for.

This review is not for the technicians. The techs that came to clean up the water damage in our basement were great. They worked efficiently, explained everything, and were very kind. My review is for the people I dealt with afterwards. My insurance didn't cover the claim so I was on the hook for paying for it. I was reviewing the invoice and saw I was charged 6 hours of labor when, generously, the techs were there for 2 hours over 3 days. I pushed back on this and asked for the invoice to be adjusted. After a few back and forth of arguing my case I get a call saying they have adjusted the invoice for labor but "oh by the way there were two things we originally didn't charge you for that now we ARE charging you for, so your invoice is more expensive". I'm paraphrasing, but that's the gist. It wasn't even professional, it felt so vindictive because I dared to question my bill. I don't mind paying for services I used, I just have an issue with the fact that I wasn't going to be charged for it until I asked for the labor to reflect what was actually done. I definitely won't be using this company again.

My house was smoked out by the Marshall fire, along with all of my neighbors and the houses around me. I heard nothing but "less than spectacular" stories from my friends and neighbors who used mitigation and restoration companies other than PuroClean. 10/10 would recommend. Excellent work, even in a time of massive surge. Thanks so much for helping me get back on my feet.

I would like to thank your staff, Jesus and the two gentlemen working on unit 106. They handled the situation with professionalism, courtesy, respect and efficiency. Jesus took the time to answer all of my questions (there were many) and educate me on the restoration process. I would also like to include Cristina as she was also professional and readily available to provide information and clarity regarding the billing. Your team handled the job extremely well and expeditiously ensuring the best results.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly, caring, hard-working team of people for our smoke remediation work. A complete cleaning of the interior (walls from ceiling to floor, furniture, windows and doors, framed pictures all taken down, cleaned and rehung), attic (insulation removal, thorough cleaning, and new insulation installed) and exterior (walls, windows, decks, even sidewalk pressure cleaned). All this work done efficiently by a crew of men and women that had a great attitude! It was truly a pleasure working with them to get the job done! Very highly recommended!!

All of the crue were amazing they were very quick to get to my home and were already getting the water vacuumed up before I knew it. Very nice people to deal with and they explained everything they were doing and what was going on.

My insurance agent recommended I call PuroClean for some help with a kitchen and basement full of water. I was frustrated the first two days, because all I could see was the immediate need to start removing water. Tomas needed to know the source of the water, which necessitated a wait for the plumber to diagnose and fix the water leak first. Then, Tomas needed to make sure that the ceiling material in the basement and the flooring material was not asbestos. Then there were also papers to read and sign. After these things were out of the way, everything seemed to move along smoothly. Looking back, I think Tomas did a remarkably good job. Tomas, arrives to a disaster in a home, where peoples belongings are under water and emotions are running high. While Tomas is very good at explaining everything that is happening and what could possibly happen, it can be a bit overwhelming for the homeowner and tenant at the time. But ultimately, I suppose it is better to know the many possibilities that might need to be confronted, and dealt with. I found that I was kept informed daily about what was going on, the humidity levels, the moisture levels and when Tomas and crew would be at the house working. He was very competent about drying out a house, knowing where water hides behind walls, cabinets, paneling – and how to draw the water out of those places. He was very reassuring that mold would not be growing in the house. I am having a hard time with the star rating. When your house is physically torn apart (which has to happen before it can be put back together again) it doesn’t feel like five stars. Reflecting back on the job Tomas has to do; I believe he did exactly what needed to be done, in the most efficient manner possible.

After water damaged most of my family's home it was comforting to have such a knowledgeable, hardworking, competent team of people work to restore the house. This family-run business worked tirelessly for over a week to save what they could, remove what was destroyed and dry everything out so that repairs could start the next week.
