Always have a good experience with Pest Arrest! I had a visit from AJ today and he was polite, respectful, prompt and did an excellent job setting down spray in our apartment. This is the same experience with everyone I've interacted with at Pest Arrest. I'm always happy with their service and respect of my house.

AJ was great! He came out the day after I called, inspected our property, and gave us an estimate on the spot. We were able to get on his schedule for treatment within a few days. He's knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend Pest Arrest.

Had a box elder problem, due to the warm winter we've been having. AJ knew how to solve the problem, sprayed the entire house inside and out and found exactly where the problem originated. Haven't seen one box elder since. Great job, highly recommend!!

We called Pest Arrest Lakewood office to address an intermittent pavement ant problem. We wanted a local firm instead of a national company because we wanted true local service. Worked out great. My wife and I agreed that AJ was the best service contractor to visit the house ever. AJ was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. He explained the Pest Arrest approach to exterminate the ants and answered all questions. No more ants. We are thoroughly pleased with Pest Arrest and AJ and highly recommend them to all who need pest removal services.

We needed a report for a VA loan and had some trouble finding someone to do this. Tommie was able to come out the next day and we had the report in less than 20 minutes. We would definitely recommend them.

Pest Arrest is great. Everyone is friendly and communicative and it’s easy to schedule appointments with them. I was able to get an appointment quickly to have my house looked at after some yellow jackets made it inside. The technician who came, AJ, was friendly and helpful. What I really appreciated is his honesty. He told me that an expensive treatment wasn’t needed, at least not at this time, and that I was likely experiencing a one-off issue. He advised me about things to look for, and explained to me the scenarios for which I’d need to call them back out. This honesty and integrity is so valuable, and I will definitely be going to them if I have future issues.

We had Pest Arrest out for an estimate for a wasp invasion in a tree in our backyard. I was so impressed with the exterminator, Tommie, that we hired him to do the job. He said he would be back at 3 that afternoon. 3 o'clock arrived and no Tommie. At 7pm I got a message he'd be here in 30 minutes. He told me when he makes a commitment he keeps it. His previous jobs had taken longer than he thought. He donned his space suit and sprayed my tree twice. He gave me a detailed explanation about how hornets and wasps behave. The infestation had been so bad we couldn't use our backyard. The next day the hornets were gone. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Our small dog discovered a tiny mouse in our house and chased it under the sofa in the family room near the kitchen. We called Pest Arrest and on the same day within an hour, AJ arrived at our door exactly on time. He went to work, after a brief conversation, examined the area in question, then lifted the sofa where he discovered the mouse hiding; he quickly captured it. Afterwards, he proceeded to look over the entire house, inside and out for all possible areas mice might gain entry. Can’t say enough good things about Pest Arrest and our service technician Tommy. We called on a Sunday because of a big mice infestation in our garage and cars. Tommy arrived two hours after our call, investigated and provided a solution. There was no upsell for continued services. He placed traps in the garage, which worked and promised to follow up two weeks later which he did. Highly recommend this company.

Calling and booking an appointment was easy. Caleb showed up within the time frame quoted. He was very friendly and professional and made sure to put on boot covers as I previously requested since we have crawling babies in our home. He was honest and did not sell us a treatment we do not currently need. He was quick and knowledgeable. We LOVE this company. We’ve used them twice in the last year for two different pests. The first was a sawtooth beetle that came into the home in commercial flour from the grocery store and then recently after all the rain, we’ve had a sudden influx of springtails. These guys always work us in quickly, they are professional, knowledgeable, respectful of our space and animals, and they regularly review the products in their arsenal to be sure they have the most advanced sprays, etc. They have a 60 day guarantee which came in handy last year because those sawtooth beetles were a hardy and difficult bug to kick. Michael was our technician today and he was awesome!!!! Highly highly recommend.

Pest Arrest Pest Control is great to work with for several reasons: (They do mice control for me) 1) In a time when AI voice automation is happening, it's nice to talk to an actual human to get my questions answered. She's always so pleasant too! 2) I had a minor scare when my 8 week old puppy was finding dead mice in the yard and the tech got back to me right away to answer my questions and to ensure me she was safe. That was much appreciate. 3) They are always timely and good at letting you know what needs to be done and what you don't have to worry about, so they aren't just trying to get you for all the services they can. I appreciate that. If you're thinking of getting any sort of service done with Pest Arrest then you should.

Unfortunately this service did not work for controlling the wasps on our property. Their technicians have been out twice this summer and we've seen no reduction in the number of wasps in our yard. I'm sure they would be willing to come out a third time but I don't think it would do much. One of the techs recommended spraying the grass which I was not comfortable with, so that could be part of why it doesn't work, but I am seeing many wasps landing on surfaces that they treated and still, over two weeks since the last treatment their population has only grown. The technicians and the staff at the office are very nice and prompt with communication. I think it's a fairly priced service to, it just hasn't worked for us. However, they do have a practice of offering discounts for 5-star reviews prior to service, and I mention that because their perfect Google reviews were a strong consideration of why I went with this company, but now I understand that many of these reviews may not be genuine. I still think they're a good team of people, and probably great for other pests, and even wasps depending on your situation and what you are comfortable with them spraying.

Technician Gavin made our experience simple he's extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable and awesome communicator. Veteran owned company with no pressure for sales. Highly recommend! Definitely using their service again.

We have used other pest control companies in the past, but, usually did not see great results and all of them required a contract. I did a google search to find a pest control company as wasps and flies are taking over our backyard. Pest Arrest came up and when I read they are veteran owned I called the office to schedule a consult. They were able to get someone out within a few days. The scheduler was great, and, was even willing to put me on a cancellation list to get someone out sooner. Caleb arrived right when he said he would and we chatted about my concerns. He did a walk around our property and gave me a price to do a spray right then and there. I agreed and he was done in 30 minutes or so. The process was great from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We've had consistently positive experiences with all of the technicians from Pest Arrest. Last year it was Joseph, this year it was Gavin. They were both exceedingly friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Scheduling was easy and fast, and the work was efficient. Their customer service is so good that it leaves you with a happy feeling for the rest of the day. AND of course the treatment is very effective. Living in an urban neighborhood, certain pests are just part of life. Last year's treatment was still working but we called them back just to stay on top of things. It's worth every penny!

Gavin was very prompt and responsive to an issue I was having with carpenter ants, answered all my questions and completed treatment on the spot. Wow! Very impressed with Pest Arrest- Denver! I own a property in Lakewood and my current tenants have noticed an abundance of spiders at the property. I called Pest Arrest less than 48 hours ago (and another vendor) for quotes. The other option had a set/flat rate based on the Sq ft of my house while P.A. offered a free estimate. For peace of mind, I scheduled for the next day. I was given a 3 hour arrival window (9:30-12:30). The individual text ETA at 9:15, and was there at 9:33! Caleb assessed the property, called and provided a thorough review and suggestion for corrective action. He was NOT “sales-ee”, did present extended coverage and even quarterly service options/m- but was very friendly and knowledgeable. For the record- I will be spending a bit more with Pest Arrest (compared to the above mentioned competitor), but the timeliness, customer service and peace of mind is worth every penny. I have a fly infestation in my house currently. Michael very quickly identified the problem and was super thorough in explaining it to me. He answered every question I had and never rushed the inspection. I highly suggest this company! They absolutely care about their customers and don't price gouge like these large companies, all while using the best products on the market. I never felt pressured into having the services done either. Let's hope I don't need them again, but if I do - they have me as a customer for life!!!!!! 12/10 don't hesitate to use them! REVIEW #2: Gavin just came to my house to relieve me of my ant problem. I had swarmer ants in 3 rooms of my house (those guys are aggressive and annoying!!) Joseph did an excellent job for us and I’d recommend Pest Arrest. Joseph arrived on time, assessed the situation, quoted a great price, and completed the work same day, within an hour. He also went above and beyond in removing a large wasp nest from our attic (while minimizing damage to our ceiling drywall) and also secured our entire roofline to prevent additional wasp entry in the future. So far, so good! They treated for spiders almost 2 months ago and we have not seen any more spiders so that makes us very happy! The technician they sent was friendly and very professional.
