Mile Hi Roofing

What can I say about this company and where do I start? I first met Macson when he came to my house to bid a job to redo our attic insulation in July, 2025. The price was OUTSTANDING for that job and the team was fast, efficient and professional. After that job was done I was just casually talking with Macson about my major deck rebuild project and the bids I was getting for that. Macson asked if he could bid the job as well. I was very surprised as I didn't know that they even did this kind of work. But I said absolutely! After a very detailed bidding process and vetting about a dozen other contractors, Mile-Hi Roofing got the job to rebuild our back deck with adding a roof cover. The reason why they got the job and the others didn't is 100%, strictly, and solely because of Macson. He wasn't a salesman at all whatsoever. It was like he was my project partner every step of the way. Macson is communicative, professional, and is the ONLY contractor I have EVER worked with that actually followed through with EVERY single thing he said he was going to do. The project started on 10/21/2025 and was expected to only take a few weeks to complete. However, the CIty of Westminster had other plans for us! Dealing with them was beyond a nightmare but Macson handled everything with the city. We had numerous changes throughout the project including turning the basic deck rebuild into a complete scrape and rebuild, including the concrete underneath. Again, Macson was INCREDIBLE throughout this whole process. At the end of the project (which was 2/3/26), the construction crew refused to come back and fix the final punchlist items but needless to say, Macson "handled" THAT situation! :) Not only did Macson handle issues with the crew, he actually was the one to complete the final punchlist items. There are seriously NOT enough good things I can say about Macson and Mile-Hi Roofing. The integrity and level of caring he sowed for this project and to me as a customer are absolutely unparalleled wityh ANY other contractor I have ever worked with. And believe me, I have had experience with A LOT of contractors. SO if you have a roofing project, remodel project, or any other construction project you want to have done, just make one call to Mile-Hi Roofing and ask for Macson. I'm not one to post reviews very often -- wanted to thank Florian and his entire crew, including Rudy, for the great job they did on our roof, windows, paint, etc. Mile Hi served as general contractor on this multi-trade job. They did what they said they were going to do--and when; plus they accommodated our schedules. They dealt with our insurance company (a royal-pain) on the many estimates/issues. We fired our first contractor due to lack of progress -- it was great that Florian stepped in and took care of things for us. Bottom line--if we need a new roof/etc in the future, it's an easy decision who to call. Thanks much!

Had Mile Hi out to look at roof damage after hail storm. Inspector called me afterwards and said hail damage was virtually absent and there was no need to worry about the roof. I really appreciate a company that has that kind of honesty and integrity when most companies are trying to replace every roof they can. Will definitely use them again when the time comes. We replaced our roof this year with Mile Hi. The quality of the job was excellent. The crew worked very efficiently and within the time promised. They cleaned up very well, even returning a second time to double check anything missed. Macson managed our job from beginning to end and did an amazing job. He was very personable. He communicated clearly and often. Macson helped us navigate the insurance process throughout and really acted as an advocate for us, making sure we got everything we needed included in estimate and payment. He did a great job of offering us best options from material quality to best color esthetics. He was also a big help in managing our solar removal and reinstall. We highly recommend Mile Hi for roof work!

Mascon and his team did an excellent job. I used Mile Hi to replace my residential home roof in Denver, my dad’s home roof in Englewood and two rental properties roofs in Aurora and Englewood this year. A total of 4 houses. They are excellent with the quality of work. Mascon is great with his communication and his customer service. He is punctual, polite, nice and respectful. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to replace a roof.

They did great work. Kept me updated as to their progress and provided pictures and videos. We live out of state and they always kept an open line of communication to answer any questions we had. My POC, Macson was easy to work with and came out and met us at the house after the job was done and we were back in town to share a 🍻 and admire their work and to collect a check.Looking forward to the next hail storm. 🤪

Had this company come out for a quote and the first thing the guy asked for was my insurance claim. I told him I will deal with insurance myself and will not be providing that info to any roofing contractor. When I refused to give him this info and told him I wanted an honest quote he accused me of insurance fraud. He didn't even get on the roof to inspect to see if I actually had damage. So our business went to another roofing contractor who actually got on the roof and inspected and gave me an honest quote. What is sad is all the elderly people in our neighborhood are using this company.

Floruin was great. Enjoyable to work with. He helped me contact my insurance company to get the ball rolling. He was here when the install was taking place and made sure we were happy with the way everything was going.
