These are the folks to call! I can’t say enough good things about our experience today. It is always alarming to find evidence of mice in the home, but I am completely confident that we’re in good hands. More than that, they responded quickly, were very sensitive to our family situation (which includes residents with dementia) and communicated everything I said on the phone to the representative assigned to our case, AJ. When he arrived, I discovered he not only had dementia experience of his own, he was a thoroughly lovely person and an excellent communicator. I am extremely pleased, and recommend this company whole-heartedly.

Tommie was amazing! He was friendly and professional. He explained the process taking the time to answer all my questions. I have spent hundreds of dollars on mice traps and poison and repellent to no avail . The first week after he came I didn't see any signs of mice. The 90-day warranty makes me feel very comfortable that they completed their mission and I am now mice free.

Update: 1/12/2026 Pest Arrest is still the best! Really easy to communicate with, supportive, and really nice to talk with human customer support and not an automated AI Bot. I feel this company genuinely cares about their customers. I got an inspection done for possible mice problems in our attic. They were so kind and provided a lot of information through the phone as well as in person when they came out to help. AJ was respectful, thorough and incredibly helpful during the entire process. He even gave us budget friendly options that we could do to fix the problem ourselves if we didn’t want to pay for their services. We ended up working with them anyway because I want to support this business. It really seems like they want the best for the customer, not just the money which we have had problems finding. I am very pleased with the service that Pest Arrest/Mice Masters performed today in my home. Although I was initially concerned about the cost, I had a very smelly BIG infestation that required lots of effort, bait,etc. 2 weeks later the house smells good and there are no new mouse signs in the house. I now have 3 months free service to take care of anything more that show up. Very happy with the results and the technician AJ and the company.

I have a young child and we had deer mice which carry hantavirus. I’ve been exhausted trying to catch mice and clean up after them daily for weeks one end. He did more than necessary to clean up so didn’t have to see and handle the dead mice. I cannot recommend a better technician or person than AJ. We are so grateful!
