[CAUTION] I highly recommend looking at the other 1 star reviews as their experiences were very similar to mine and look for someone else to do a cleaning. They pressure you a lot into getting their subscription plan that’s over $1000 and the guy pretends to be on the phone with his supervisors and doesn’t leave till you give them a 5 star review. We used dryer vent wizards afterwards and there were way more professional and helped a lot more and were very patient.

Between mid-November 2025 and January 2026, we scheduled three different times with Levi Air Duct Cleaning Inc. to clean air ducts, dryer vent and chimneys in 2 houses. This entailed on our part, rescheduling and/or taking time off work to be available for their 4-hour window, moving heavy furniture and dryers to insure access to vents, and delayed use of the fireplaces over the Thanksgiving and Winter holidays. Each of these three scheduled cleanings were canceled the morning of the appointments due to scheduling issues of getting workmen to our home. Once, even twice, we understand. But three times is nothing short of incompetence!

They were very professional and kind ! They explained everything before they started and I appreciated that . They did a great job !!

Lev Air duck cleaning showed up with shop vac and a long hose. Had vents cleaned 5/6 years ago. IMO bait and switch 149$ cleaning for 1400 sq feet went to $1000 dollars right away. Beware. Several other yelp reviews on Lev Air duck negative , should have done some research.

They were extremely professional and personable. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure they answered any questions we had.

They showed us exactly the issues with our chimney as well as what needs to happen to fix the issues. Cleaning and repair were quick and multiple check-ins occurred to show before and after the work occured.

This company uses bait and switch tactics and I recommend staying away from them and finding a BBB accredited air duct cleaner that is actually NADCA certified. They lure you in with a $99 maintenance cleaning deal which sounds amazing. Once the servicer arrived on site, he explained it would actually be $900 to clean our air ducts. We refused the service, and so he thus explained the cancellation would be $69 (+$45 in transit costs which we were informed of) or we could go with the maintenance cleaning of $99 (+$45). We paid for the maintenance cleaning ahead of the services being done (mistake on our part). The servicer communicated he would check in with us after the work was done, but shortly after we left him to do his work, he left. Upon inspection of the area, it was clear he had done nothing and we had obviously been scammed. Do not use this company!

Expect them to show up half an hour late and tell you they will do a "Maintenance Cleaning", as you were expecting, and then they will tell you that no matter what they find, no matter how little the buildup, their definition of Maintenance Cleaning is to remove only 5% of the debris present and, if this isn't what you expected, you can pay most of their fee as a cancelation.

Dan and Lian were great today. They made sure I understood the price and procedure for getting our chimney back to safe. We set up the Gold package per their recommendation, and they even repaired the mantle! Great service, we'll use them again.

They maintenanced two fireplaces in my home that had not been used for years. When they completed their work, my fireplaces looked like new.

This company has the most dishonest false advertising, the $99 unlimited air duct cleaning is just a lie. They promise over the phone that they do air duct deep cleaning ,even I have recordings,when technician came he said he will charge $700 dollars for air duct deep cleaning. I don't mind paying that money, but I hate dishonest people who just put the price for marketting purposes. Please don't waste your time with this company especially when setting up service with the one on the line called Casey . What they tell you on the phone is just total lies.

The quoted prices are very misleading. My FIL signed me up for them to come out and clean our dryer vent as our clothes have not been drying well. He spoke with the rep who quoted the $69 price or whatever. My FIL told her it would involve 10-15 feet of pipe to clean along with going to the roof. She said it was no problem, would cost a little more. The team arrived and was very nice. When I was quoted over $900 for an air vent service, I told them that was a bit steep. My FIL came over and found out how much they were charging compared to what he was quoted. Once finding out how much he was quoted compared to how much they would charge, I told them they were being dishonest and did not feel comfortable with continuing any service. Lian (the owner's wife) then said that "karma is real and I will get what is coming to me". When asked if she was threatening me, she said "yes". She then got her husband (the owner) on the phone - when I told him that she threatened me, he asked "Am I supposed to be scared by you telling me that?" The other tech (Dan, Lian's cousin) was very kind and even understanding when I told them to get off my property. Needless to say, I will never, ever use or recommend this company. Let me respond to Mr. Lev's response. I have just enough hearing with two hearing aids to not be completely deaf, so I depend on reading lips often in conversation. When others are speaking English as a second language, it makes it hard for me to follow them in conversation, so I depend more on things in writing. I let Mrs. Lev know of that. When given the contract, there are a number of components on the top of the contract which makes the $900 a pretty good deal. However, when talking with 75 year old father in law about what he was quoted on the phone and finding out that I was misled, the deal was considered void at that point. Once the threat was made by Mrs. Lev, I felt even more uncomfortable and demanded they left my property. Mr. Lev, if you or your wife felt intimidated by my large stature, I'm sorry about that. I however will not let you intimidate me or my family over this interaction. I consider this interaction complete and will never happen again. I am placing this response because I feel it is very important that I was almost taken advantage of in a situation involving an elderly person as well as a disabled person. I am willing to let this end here.

We had not had the ducts and dryer vent cleaned for many years. I could not believe what they pulled out of our ductwork and how clean they left everything. It was not cheap, but I think the price was fair for just how hard they worked for many hours.

I cannot praise the team that came to my house. I was horrified at what they found in my vent and ducts. Apparently no maintenance had been done in a decade. It was disgusting and explained some health issues my kiddo had. They were professional, kind, and thorough. They even brought in my groceries for me. Amazing!

I used LeV Air Duct cleaning INC yesterday. I think they are not transparent with their prices and they are really expensive. Of course they said the cleaning price is $69 but or course they are going to tell you you need a deep clean which start at $900! So be prepare. If you do not do it you will need to pay the $69 anyway! After that, they ask for a review, which they do themselves. That is why ,I am writing this second review. I have to say they did a good job. But I am sure someone's can do it for less. No would no recommend a company that is not transparent with the price! Anyway. I recommend do your price research first, before calling this guys.

😱We Schedualed a $129 service special when I arrived 7min late they said for the price was now $173 & I was aware of the late fee. But found for that price would only go 5 ft into the dryer vent & the vent needed more so I asked how much extra to clean the dryer vent all the way & they said for $361 would cover everything. I said okay. I want a few houses down to talk to the neighbor when I came back they were packed and leaving & said they would email everything. When I went into the house they had not done the service special😱, they only clean the dryer vent for $361

Dan and Lina were awesome in helping me, a tenant, clean the vent of the dryer. they worked for three hours super diligently and solved the problem of the dryer shutting off due to heat. the hose to my washer came loose when they were workin on the dryer, and they came back and reconnected it promptly. i had a nice experience and they were super professional. they also vacuumed all the lint up. my dryer was not easy access because its on the third floor of a townhouse, and they got the job done! thank you!

Husband and wife came to our condo on Sunday tried to push us into a full dryer vent replacement right away. We asked for just a cleaning first which they did not do. They didn’t even bring any equipment with them for inspection. They tried to convince us cancellation fee would apply if we didn’t comply. They also said they were the best price for full replacement which turned out to be untrue as well. We agreed to the $69 inspection fee only and then they forced us into considering giving a tip even though they did no work. We had another company come out today. They did the full cleaning for us, and our dryer works great again, nothing else was needed. I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone else. These people were clearly scammers. They even left us a follow up email with no link to leave review in it. Do not go with them, we wish we could get our money back.

Lian and Dan came to our home today to look at our dryer vent and relocating it. They were very honest and knowledgeable. They noticed our dryer vent was very clogged and was eventually going to cause a fire. We would happily recommend them again and would happily use them again.

Horrible… avoid at all costs. Pay attention to what they don't say like your dryer line repair only includes inside line… they up charge to finish the job to the outside. Tried to tell me I needed a new flex pipe to the back for the dryer which had been just replaced by the dryer repair guy. $200 extra for a new flex pipe. They had no interest in customer satisfaction and just pointed out the website does not include entire line only inside. So how does one clean only the inside but upsell you for the 3 inches for the outside cap. The warning signs were there but I fell for the five star reviews . They say they recorded me which sounded like a threat. All I wanted was my short little dryer line cleaned. It was a battle to get them to leave and the customer service rep was unsympathetic

Google reviews are paid for by offering discounts on the work with proof of a review prior to beginning the services. Payment is made upfront before services begin, which seems strange. First appointment was scheduled 9am-1pm and they called at 12 to cancel and reschedule, after I took the day off work to be there for the 4 hour window. Pricing is ridiculous. No quotes without an inspection. 5 minute visual inspection costs $50 per unit. 3 chimney cleanings quoted at $19,800! $150 for the 3 "inspections". Price was lowered to $3500 for 3 chimney cleanings as an "amazing deal, 86% off". When I said no, the technician said he would call his supervisor to get the price lowered and asked for $2500. When I still said no he asked what's the most I would be willing to pay (red flag) and lowered the price to $1200, this time without much discussion at all with his supervisor. No discounts for certain professions as advertised. I asked for the 10% discount for Engineers as advertised and they said they could only offer the discount on the full price of $19,800 for 3 chimney sweeps, not my "highly discounted" price, that was still well above average pricing. Sales tactics were very pushy. Won't take "no" for an answer, "do you want something cheap that will put your family in danger, or pay us a little more for a safe result that others can't give you?" The cleaning was not any better than others that I've paid half the price for, after 3-4 rounds of negotiations and pushy sales. They asked for a tip twice, after I already told them the maximum I could pay for the services. Dan and his wife were friendly and did a good enough job cleaning the chimneys. The technicians are fine, but pushy with sales and try to get away with outrageously high prices. The corporate pricing structure is gimmicky and scammy and looks to take advantage of anyone who doesn't know what the going rate is for the services they need. I would be interested in meeting Dan's supervisor or the company's leadership to discuss the original quote of $19,800 for what should be maybe a $1000 service, and the paid Google reviews to falsely raise the Google ratings. I would recommend a more transparent and honest company with fair upfront pricing listed on their website, or with quotes available over the phone for standard services. If you enjoy haggling and know what you're willing to pay, you might be able to get a reasonable price after negotiating.

I had my Air Duct inspection they told me the price and I was impress of how much it was going to be and Dan help me out with the price he call talk the supervisor and they gave me a great deal, Dan wife Lian was so honest about the the air duct cleaning and she explain everything they where going to do. Lev air duct cleaning called right after I submitted my quote request on Google and they were able to schedule an experienced and very professional dean the technician who arrived on time with his assistant, his wife. They spent a good 1.5 hours just looking at everything, taking pictures and videos and consulting with the office to ensure we got the services we needed at the best price. They worked tirelessly to clean and disinfect every component of the system.
