Love these guys, I do high end finishes and texture, and my clients always comment on the quality of the drywall. Fast and complete work on time.

Wow! Jordan was our Project Manager and as a PM myself I was impressed. We were looking for a company that would be able to do a turn key project (1 stop shop if you will). Remove all insulation in our attic, remove all drywall and insulation (ceilings and wall), and then put it all back. Once cleaned they re-insulated the entire space, installed all new Drywall, taped and textured. I made a project plan that included other trades! Jordan work rite along side of me throughout the entire project. This project was 2 hours from Denver in beautiful Grand Lake Colorado at Sunny Side Cottages which is not always easy to coordinate with that kind of travel for crews. His crews were on time, did quality work in a very timely manor. Even though they were ahead of schedule Jordan stuck to the schedule. The quality of work was more than we expected. It is rare (unfortunately) that we find a contractor that is that responsive and actually cared about the quality of work they deliver. I would recommend Jordan and Innovative Solutions Insulation and Drywall all day long.

I can not recommend Innovative Solutions Insulation and Drywall enough! My kids tore apart our unfinished basement walls leaving the insulation heavily exposed. The team came in and made it look brand new! They were quick to get me scheduled, attentive, professional, respectful, efficient, and made it a safe and enjoyable space for my family again. No question asked, they will be my only phone call for any drywall or insulation needs in the future. 5 stars isn’t enough!

After having to relocate our furnace flue during a bathroom remodel, we contacted Innovative Solutions Insulation & Drywall to obtain an estimate to insulate and enclose it. Jordan. the project manager, returned our call the same day and organized our project immediately. We were scheduled for the repair that same week. Rafael and Emanuel were the professionals assigned to our job and both were prompt, friendly, and completed our project to our complete satisfaction. Problem solved and total "eye sore" gone! After filling out the online form for ceiling crack repair and water damage repair, I received a timely response. I began a brief phone tag with Jordan, the project manager, but he made certain to get us connected the same day. He came and reviewed the project the next day and had an estimate that afternoon. We had the work scheduled and started within a week. The Drywaller was punctual, systematic, consistent, professional, clean, and attentive to our needs. He even suggested patching over an electric box for speakers that was unused. He did a very good quality job. I would absolutely call Jordan again should I have any additional drywall work in my home. I look forward to calling in a painter and enjoying the absence of the drywall issues.

I had a great experience last week with Innovative Solutions. I had a relatively small drywall job (one car garage), and they did a great job. I found that they were responsive and communicated well. Jordan was great to get me a reasonable quote quickly and stay in touch in coordinating the work. Their technicians were friendly and punctual and the project turned out great. Really happy I decided to go with Innovative to replace some water damaged drywall for my place in Golden! They were quick to respond, Jourdan was easy to work and schedule with, and Emmanuel really did a great job! It was a pleasure working with the company, they were very reasonably priced based on the other quote I got, and I would absolutely hire again!

Having dealt with many contractors, I have to say that Brian is by far one of the best contractors I have engaged and I would highly recommend him and his team. They take care to understand the scope of work and are very professional, hardworking and courteous - delivering exceptional quality workmanship in a timely manner. They really went to bat for us when my wife had an unexpected medical issue. Brian and his crew pulled out all stops to complete not only the contracted work but considerable additional work well ahead of schedule, so that my wife would have a peaceful uninterrupted recovery at home. The work, done all the while we were living there, involved demo and reconstruction of several existing ceilings’ drywall & framing with sound and fire rated drywall, installation of HVAC access panels and painting. They designed and installed sophisticated effective dust mitigation and protection systems for finished surfaces such as hardwood floors and stairs, natural stone tiles and countertops, closet organizers and furniture. A special word for Rafael, he was just amazing – very polite, considerate, extremely hard working, knowledgeable, always cleaned up after himself and did excellent demo, drywall framing and installation, dust mitigation and protection work.

After a bad experience with another drywall contractor I called these guys. Darren showed up on Thursday, had a quote by Friday morning, and was able to get guys out to my house on Saturday. Adrian and his guy showed up, were extremely respectful and helpful for me to understand potential complications on minor details and helped with no additional cost solutions that worked for both of us. These guys made it clear that they weren’t just here to get paid, they were there to do the best work possible. Not very often does a contractor show up and clearly CHOOSE to do things the right way. They had plenty of reasons to make excuses since I did all the work before them and it definitely wasn’t perfect, but they made no excuses and worked hard, with a good attitude, to get me the product I wanted. 100% would recommend this experience to anyone and will be coming back in the future.

We had a great experience with Jordan and the Innovative Solutions team! We had a bit of an urgent drywall repair after a hot water heater blew a hole through our wall. They were able to come the day the fans were removed by the mitigation company and took great care of us. The walls look great and we appreciated how quickly they got it all repaired. ISID did outstanding work for my major kitchen, living room & dining room remodel which involved adding spray foam insulation for my cantilevered subfloor to maximized r value, increased attic blow in insulation, and new batt insulation for exterior walls, along with drywall and stomp texturing for new walls and ceiling - that matched existing texture perfectly. Innovative Solutions Insulation installed blow-in insulation for our 1999 home which we found had only limited insulation. Innovative Solutions did a great job filling our attic, all while being clean and efficient. We also found their price to be very competitive.

I was beyond happy that I found Innovative Solutions. I moved in to a house with a crawlspace and old insulation! Brian's team expertly removed the old insulation, put up new, plus added more insulation in my attic. There has been a noticeable difference in the temperature of my main floor, as well as in the house overall. The insulation looks great, performs great, and there was absolutely zero mess after they were done. Highly recommend!

This is a great drywall and insulation company! I’ve worked with them for years and it’s the only company I use for these services for my design and contracting business. I have also used them for my own home.

I was in a pinch and needed some drywall work. Jordan communicated quickly and was easy to work with. When they showed up to do the work, they were on time and prompt. The actual texture work is the best match I have seen. Will be using them again for future projects.

I was disappointed with this company after I noticed that the newly painted walls had been damaged with the mud used for repairing dry wall. My expectation is that after a service is completed, areas of the home that do not need work will be left in the same condition it was found in. Unfortunately this was not the case. My newly painted walls had a gray tint to them and after voicing my concern I was told to wipe it off. I shouldn’t have to work to fix something that shouldn’t have been touched in the first place. The technician should have taken proper precautions to cover the walls. In the end, the walls will need thorough cleaning and more paint which is frustrating as a customer as that requires me to spend more time painting after just finishing painting the wall.
