The quality of their windows is beyond amazing. The problem I have is in the installation, and that the double lifetime warranty they promise you is a scam. About a year after I had the windows installed some of them started leaking. Around the trim. I contacted the company. They had me do an online warranty. I submitted pictures. Then nothing. Last year I called them again. They set up several times to come and look at the windows. Then never showed up. Then after a while they quit answering my messages. This year the problem got so bad that when it was -20 below the heart in my house couldn't keep up. I finally gave up and hire a local company to come and fix the windows. The guy pulled the trim off the inside. There was a 3/4 gap around the window. They didn't use any foam. Just a bead of silicon that had cracked. Was all that was sealing the windows. So now because they obviously are not willing to stand behind their products. I am going to have to have the trim pulled off all of the windows so that I can put foam in them like they should have done on installation. And according to them if they don't do the work it will void the warranty. And at this point I think it is safe to say they have no intentions of ever doing the work.. So I would strongly recommend that anyone stay away from this company. While the quality of the windows them self is great. Odds are you will be like me and spend more money in the long run then if you just use someone local that is willing to stand behind their products.

Very friendly and very professional. I got my siding and my gutter done. They did a very good job.I am happy with it. I recommend to all my friends and family.

Energy Solutions came to my door to see if I needed siding for my house. After checking out their company had meeting and discussed all options and material quality. I went with siding replacement. The work was done well by knowledgeable installers and the site was cleaned up and old siding removed. I would recommend Energy Solutions for such projects.

We are very satisfied with the window and door products we received from Energy Solutions. We had to wait for several months as they are very busy, but with the exception of some caulking that cracked (and has since been replaced) we have been very happy. They are easy to clean and we love the storm doors too!

We had all our windows replaced in January. One of the windows was broken when installed. Almost all windows had defects like black plastic between the panes. Ugly eyesores. Very poor quality. We have contacted the company, the salesman, and the installer numerous times. It is now the end of September and the broken windows and the defective windows have still NOT been replaced. I suggest you DO NOT do business with this company.
