The staff was polite, kept me informed, and handled insurance with ease. The only small problem was a slight start-up delay brought on by high demand. Strongly suggested for trustworthy restoration of water damage.

5 Star experience today with social distancing and top notch cleaning support! The team communicated well, didn't try to sell us on any add ons, we got all of our air ducts/vents cleaned, + dryer vent and all of the carpeted rooms in the house cleaned! Everything feels like bran new! Very happy. We have used them before and will continue to use them again!

Set up an appointment to have air ducts cleaned 5 days previous for a 12 to 2 window with them saying they will call 30 minutes before. When the day came, I received no call and when calling them they apologized saying they didn't have an appointment and next available is 2 weeks out. The home closes in 3 days so that won't work. Will never call or recommend a company with that kind of service. Beware when dealing with them, have no idea how their work is but my guess is who cares.

I have been using champion carpet for 10 years. Dj always does top notch work. I have used him for carpet cleaning, vent cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and gutter installation. He has always gone above and beyond what I contracted him for. When cleaning my air vents the first time, my dryer vent came undone. On his own accord He crawled into my nasty crawl space and reattached it. Brenda is always friendly and professional. They are a fantastic family owned company that I highly recommend.
