Sleazy sales folks with high pressure tactics and info gathering. Felt almost criminal. Clearly had no knowledge of physics of insulation. Beware!

David Clark with Ameritech Windows came today to review new windows with us. This is the second time, the first time was a few years back, we purchased 3 windows at that time. David was pleasant, not pushy, and patient, he gave us time to discuss the purchase amongst ourselves. The windows are great, a great product, and why we went back to them for the remaining windows. Here I am again, July 2025, for the third time! I live in Parker, and Ameritech has handled all my window and door replacements. This time, it’s my exterior door, and I have to say I’m back because they do an outstanding job. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and products are top-notch. I can’t recommend them enough. In the 7 years I’ve been working with them, they’ve always come through for me. I opted for triple-pane windows and doors because they face west, and the summer heat can really be harsh. I’m excited for the next project, and after one more sliding door, we’ll be all set. So far, we’ve had a total of 5 windows, two sliders, and one exterior door replaced.

I’ll tell you what as someone who’s been in the window industry for a while there is no window that comes close to what these guys offer are they a little bit expensive yes but once you factor in the difference, the fact that they do 40 year non-prorated warranty compared to every other company Not having a true lifetime warranty, but they tell you it is Nothing comes close to this product. Triple pain is definitely the way to go especially with The fiberglass they put in the frames to reinforce the window. They are worth every single penny. No gimmick no BS. These guys offer the best product in Colorado. You have to make sure you get the right product otherwise you’re gonna spend tens of thousands of dollars and have to do it all over again. We live in Parker and realized we needed a new door and all of the windows in our house replaced (we still have the original build windows from 2006). We set up four companies to come out to give us quotes, and Ameritech was the second company we met with. Austin was our project manager and immediately wowed us with his professionalism, friendliness and expert knowledge of his company and their products. After he finished his visit with us, we were so impressed with the incredible warranty, the unique windows and products tailored specifically to Colorado and the fair prices that we cancelled the other quotes and ordered through Ameritech! I 100% recommend Ameritech and Austin for any window and door replacements!

Well I gave it a year and two service calls. I removed window world windows that were hollowing. Payed a fortune for new Ameritech windows. They creak and groan in the wind and Ameritech’s answer is to mansplain why I should accept that as a properly functioning window and they can’t fix it. And a second window sags in the middle. they “fixed it” but I can’t open it for a month. We’ll see after a month if it is really fixed. And one they have no intention of fixing. So much for 40 year warranty. The windows that I had were not creaking and groaning. Now I have the joy of being woken up every night in the middle of the night by creaking and groaning windows. Also air is getting thru because I am getting frost on the inside. Don’t buy these windows. Update: I was told to expect to hear noise in the wind because the glass and vinyl will move in the wind.

I'm a current customer of Ameritech working with Austin, who is my project manager. I live in Larkspur, CO and Austin was always prompt and spent as much time as was needed to answer all questions and concerns. I would recommend Ameritech to anyone who wants a product built for CO conditions.

The windows and sliding glass door look very nice. They keep the noise out. They awesome keep the heat in and it stays cooler. Great investment.

Had insulation added to our attic in Bailey CO. Less heat loss in the winter and cooler temperatures this summer. Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend this company!

I’m very happy with the quality and performance of the windows. I love that they are easy to remove for cleaning or letting more air in. They are very solid and block noise and heat transfer very well.

Got windows to the upstairs floor 2011 from ameritech, we love them! Triple pane, cuts down on noise, great insulators from weather. Now we are getting new windows for downstairs as they have held up so well. Great customer service. Update 4/23: had a window replaced by Lalo. Windows have been installed in my Park Hill home for more than 10 years, and I am very happy with them. They replaced some old, very drafty windows in my dining room and kitchen. Made a huge difference in keeping things warm in the winter.

The sliding back patio door I got has made a world of difference in my kitchen. It's not as scorchingly hot or freezing cold in there. They did great work.

I was impressed with the presentation & had all of my windows & sliding glass doors replaced. Initially, one of the windows was left at the warehouse so it was another month before the last one was installed. Then I had some issues come up. The company sent me an email which I never got. This led to delays getting my issues fixed. When the contractor arrived he fixed the issues without any problems & was finished in a short time. Now I can open, close, lock & unlock all of the windows without any problems. I recommend AmeriTech.

We bought windows from Ameritech over 12 years ago and we still love the quality of our windows and the craftsmanship of the installation.

David came over and gave us a very thorough demonstration of their windows. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and gave us detailed information of the estimates for the windows. He was very informative but didn't pressure us.

We had our windows installed some time ago. It was a nightmare from the start. The measurements were wrong, but the windows were installed regardless. Installation was done poorly, most of our windows leak. From the first winter we've had snow leak in under our front door. Our sliding screen door started falling off within a year. The glass door never has locked. The caulking has browned and become grimy over the years, nothing cleans it except scraping it off. We started with complaints that were swept under the rug, every time they call to check in we're told there's "no history of complaints". Now there's even more new staff calling to ask about our satisfaction, when we share all the issues it's "new to them". They want $200 just to send someone to look at what the issues are, but are happy to waive that if we buy more products from them. If you get a good Installation I imagine they are a decent product but quotes to fix these issues from Installation from home contractors is well into the thousands. We just now paid them off, and we're already looking to replace them. Again.

Our doors are great! We don't hear street noise.they definitely keep the air out as well. Nothing fades in the kitchen by the south facing patio door. The front north facing door is like a vacuum so snug!

We reviewed several companies for window upgrades and chose Ameritech because of the high quality and construction. Also, they worked with us on timing and installation to do the work in phases, which was a wonderful addition to an overall great experience.

We had a windows replaced Almost 9 years ago and they still function beautifully. There’s no drafts, We are staying, cozy and warm, warm through the winter and cool in the summer. The organization calls once a year to check to see if there any challenges, changes or any needs. I appreciate the detailed service.

**the company has now threatened to fine me up to $30K for this review as of 3.18.24 This company has predatory sales men who lie about financing options. I declined their services and they continued to call, the last man that came to review said, "I guarantee you if I walk out that door, we will not be doing business together." I am a single woman and I felt cornered. I ordered with the understanding that the loan was interest free, but after the first year, the interest is 20.99%! This company took over 120 days to install my windows & front door. I called many times for a status update and was repeatedly told "your order is on the next truck." They refused to provide an itemized price list and only gave "bulk pricing per job." The manager yelled at me on the phone when I challenged the above, stating if I took him to court, I would not have a leg to stand on. Do NOT use this company if you need new windows/doors. *no one has tried to reach me, but I cannot reply to their reply - clarifying there has been no call or text to correct.

We had 80% of our windows replaced by Ameritech almost 5 years ago. They were quick to get us schedule, were professional, & clean. Windows are easy to maintain & clean. They’ve helped with our heating bill & provide that much needed barrier against the Colorado sunshine. There staff is professional & worked with us on the financing.

Chase was very helpful in explaining the benefits of Ameritech, including years in business and rising costs of doors. He recommended a steel exterior door for our side door which will be sturdier in hail storms. He patiently went through different pricing scenarios as well.

I had 28 windows installed. After installation, I immediately put in a service request as my house felt draftier than ever before. I could feel the wind come around on the north facing windows. It took almost 2 years to get an Ameritech tech out to verify my complaint. The tech took the flashing off a couple of windows and yep they were not insulated!!!! I never even got an apology for the poor installation!! If you have Ameritech windows and Brad installed, I would be verifying that the job was done correctly.

We had a problem with a window a year later and the installer came out immediately and fixed it. He checked all the other windows and doors, found another issue, repaired that also, and cleaned the windows. We’re very happy with the windows and doors. The only thing that was annoying about the experience was the long and pushy sales talk. He would not give us the price until we listened to the talk for almost 2 hours.

We love our windows. We have saved hundreds of dollars in utility bills. Levy, our representative, followed the project through from beginning to end. They have excellent customer service. The process took five months from start to finish. A representative came to the house. looked at the windows we had and gave us an estimate. We have a highway behind us and the noise is almost gone. We still hear sirens and such. The house is much warmer in the winter. The best investment we have made.

Got some windows done that were good. Also had them quote out a door and almost went through with it until unforeseen things came up. Didn’t have any issues with them and they were very professional about it.

I started with my north windows due to the draft and cold coming in. I loved them so much I've had every window, slider and storm door done. I got a call from “Jamie” at Ameritech Windows asking if I was still interested in getting a quote for older windows to be replaced in my home. When I said we were not ready to do so just yet, he hung up on me. This is probably not a reflection on the business itself, but on its call center employees. It doesn’t make me want to hire this company.

We got some replacement windows back in 2020. The windows still look new and function well. Our main purpose for the windows were to help block heat from the sun and these have been great. They are a big upgrade from what we had. The installation and service was great.

We purchased the replacement windows in 2020 and are very happy with them! They helped with stabilizing the temperature inside and provided great sound insulation. The installation was quick and efficient. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Ameritech designed and installed a beautiful new window in our living room. The existing window was over 50 years old and had a great design that they copied with a better quality window. The window is architecturally pleasing and does not look like a regular, boring window. The room is much cooler in Summer and Warmer in the winter. Our neighbors comment on how nice it is to look at. It was installed in one day and was a great price.

I recently got my new windows installed and love them. Apart from product, I want great service in a company. I worked with Jeff Hakins and he was great. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. He was there to answer all of the questions I had and made sure everything was done correctly. Happy in Littleton! We decided to go with Ameritech for our replacement windows after getting a few other quotes. Our salesperson, Scott, was fantastic, and the installation team led by Brad were great. We’re planning to do the second half of our windows with Ameritech in near future.

Jeff and Ameritech can in with a quote under what I was expecting based off my research. Once we agreed on terms it was another short turn around for the installers to be on site and installing their product. We got Ameritech windows for our entire house a couple of years ago and still love them. We felt an immediate change in the temperature of our house when we changed from our old (aluminum framed) windows to our Ameritech windows. Our house is much cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I love the double frame feature so that we can open just the top portion of the windows while keeping the bottom closed.

We bought a very expensive window in 2019. The window sill now leaks, so much so we have to keep washcloths in the sill to soak up the water. We contacted Ameritech to come fix the "life-time warranty" window. After trying to reach them, we finally go a response, they sent a sales person who drive from Colorado Springs because he was told "they want to buy more windows" -That was a poor joke. How about you fix the one we have now instead. We contacted the company again, we were told the repairman was going on vacation for 2 weeks. We contacted the office again. They said "we'll try to find someone to fix this". That was a week ago. Now we have been ghosted AGAIN. The monsoon season is upon us out here in Colorado. I can't keep putting something in the sill to soak up water 3 times per day. We have done all the tips and tricks to resolved this issue that they suggested.... We want the window replaced. It is a faulty window and its damaging the wood around the window frame as well. Don't believe these clowns when they say "lifetime warranty" they don't stand behind their products or their work.

We love our windows. They kept the heat in; our temperature was set to 65 all winter, and we were always comfortable. When we needed a window adjustment, the customer service was prompt and excellent. Ask for Milo for all repairs - he's the best on the face of the earth, yes, that good!

The installer Eugine was very knowledgeable and fast, did great job. very good personality and knows what his doing. very happy with my 3 windows that installed today 3-15-2023.

Absolutely unprofessional. I scheduled an in-home estimate with these guys, & they called to confirm the day before. 10 minutes before they appointment they cancel. They knew exactly what products, how many i needed, the status of my residence and where my home was located at the confirmation call. Robert offered no reasonable explanation for why they canceled on me. i drove from denver to summit county for this meeting and i wasted 1/2 my day for nothing. can not recommend

I booked an appointment for a window estimate at the Denver Home Show. They told me that they recommend 90 minutes, but agreed to a 60 minute appointment. I received a text confirmation the day before the appointment. They also shared: they want to make sure both me and my husband are available, and they 'ask' for 90 minutes of our 'undivided attention.' Because I can't commit to the time, they just didn't show up. It certainly feels like a hard-sell type of deal. Go to someone local.
