The bid I received was not only very competitive, it was very professional. In particular, I appreciated listing references I could call, which I did. And the roofing job itself was excellent. Not only did they do a great job in a very short period of time, they went out of their way to do a new roof on an entry arch. I had not planned to re-roof. But I’m glad they did.

I do not know if someone was sub selling for them or it was one of their workers/salesmen but I have a no soliciting sign. I live in a complex & the HOA tends to decide who does our roofs, we had it done two years ago but finding their flyers on my door twice this week gets annoying. Please check with HOA's or community board members before placing flyers. Thank you

Unprofessional. Rude. Unwilling to fix nails sticking out that would cause issue in the future. The before and after photos online do NOT match their actual work. They reused flashing instead of using new materials. I had to hire a new company to redo my roof.

We are so impressed with this company. From one business to another, they know how to do business and treat their customers right. Andy G. Was our Project Manager and he repaired our roof and a few other damaged elements of our business in record time. We live in a state with all sorts of extremes from Hail, and High Winds to Snow and Extreme Cold - this company has a solution for everything we need in Colorado. I was impressed with how heavily networked they are with the best contractors and skilled crews. Andy really helped us out of a tight spot and we are happy to recommend him and his great company.

Andrew Graves turned a place we just lived into a beautiful home we are proud of. He was the best Project Manager we have ever worked with and when a tornado moved with hail and even a lightning strike destroyed what we had been building for years he fixed it and finished it in just a few months. He knew the products, he understood our vision, and overall he was a kind and humble man. We are extremely happy with our results, and we could not believe how well he worked with our insurance company. Trust with a home is very hard to place in just anyone - I highly recommend placing your trust in this company and this project manager.

I have never been happier and at peace. Andrew came and provided us with an incredibly calming and fair estimate. He put a plan together on how to help us and really provided a comforting proposal. Any leak, floor, roof repair, etc can be very hard to deal with and we are very happy that this company and their staff could get to us so quickly and put our minds at ease. I don’t usually review companies but maybe if I did I could have avoided this one. We had to have our roof replaced 8 years ago. I don’t remember much but this year when we had to replace it again I guarantee if they had done what they did then we would not have re used them. Worst experience ever, please if you are reading this stop now and look up the company Golden Sky Roofing. I promise you will be so glad you did. Having lived in a neighborhood that got hammered by hail, everyone had to get their roofs repaired and thus you could observe what companies did a great job and companies that just want your money but do not provide the service you are hoping. Unlike our neighbor who used Golden Sky Roofing, our roof repair started at 6:30 on a Monday morning and it still was complete by Friday. Our home was destroyed by this company. They took no care in placing tarps or covering our garage. There were tar marks on the side of our house. When they finished I noticed nails and screws, and metal scraps everywhere. I have 2 daughters and a tiny 15 year old Yorkie. I am not lying when I say this, there was no place to safely walk around our home. My husband and I spent hours picking up the wreckage. The neighbor’s company Golden Sky roofing let us use their magnet to pick up all the sharp objects. Apparently, this is something the company is supposed to do but never did; that is until we complained and by then we had done it all. I have attached pictures of some of the objects picked up and the damage. Long story short, if you use this company don’t expect good service. And I as a nurse would encourage you to make sure you all have your tetanus shots up to date before you do. I am told they are going to take care of us but have yet to see that.

Andrew was knowledgeable, professional and great to work with! He was thorough with our required roof inspection and honest about what needed repair and what did not. No upselling on our small job. He just handled the repairs at hand. Advanced Exteriors will be our go to for any future work we need done!

I have hired two different roof contractors in the past 20 years, and this time, I got the AE name off the El Paso County FIVE-STAR RATED handbook. The office assigned Sean Tillotson to us, and he thoroughly explained the Insurance claim process for replacing the existing roof, gutters, and some windows, among other items. The work took more than a year to complete all the hail damage claims. Still, he represented us in the fight against my insurance company to maximize our benefits and successfully resolved the claim issues. The work delays come from Insurance payment delays and subcontractor’s custom windows. Sean answers my calls and texts quickly and addresses concerns and issues promptly. I never had a problem or concern with Sean’s work performance. I appreciate that Sean and his office team made our claim process flow smoothly. Sean took care of everything and the work was done in a timely fashion. Had an issue with one of the gutters and they sent someone to fix it right away. Really appreciated that they took care of the paperwork and the fact that if I texted Sean always responded quickly. Would use them again.

We worked with Andrew Graves a few years ago and the project went smoothly and the work was professional and timely. Hail damage to our roof brought him back again recently and the repair was again very well handled. These folks have come twice after installing our roof three years ago to fix minor damage from storms. They were on time, polite and clearly know their business.

I cannot say enough great things about the service Mike Toth provided. I had him come out to look at our roof due to the hail storms, and not only was he friendly and professional, but also incredibly thorough. He was able to talk me through every step of the process of what he looked for, and pointed out other areas that had been damaged by hail. He then connected me with contractors for those specific areas, such as paint and windows, and has been immensely helpful in coordinating everything through my insurance company. Give Mike a call; you'll be glad you did!

He gave us advanced notice of his arrival, showed up on time, inspected our roof, skylights, and other roof components, clearly explained what needed attention, and offered multiple solutions—including how to prevent future issues. He was knowledgeable and never pushy. We really appreciated the clear communication and informative low-pressure approach. Advanced Exterior (AE) originally installed our roofing tiles several years ago. After noticing some issues, we reached out to AE, and their representative promptly assessed the situation. They coordinated with the manufacturer, identified the problems, and ensured the roof was replaced. The AE team provided excellent service throughout the process. We are extremely satisfied with their work and would gladly hire them again. I highly recommend AE for any roofing needs.

There were a number of ongoing communication and coordination / project management issues between Advanced Exteriors and their 3rd party contractors and myself which was painful at times (forcing me to coordinate with contractors directly for AE) otherwise I would give 5 stars for quality of end product/work and office support. I would use them again but request a different project manager.

Jack Defeo came out for an estimate for our full roof replacement. Wanted to see our insurance estimate which is at the discretion of the home owner to provide. We didn't want to provide it. Asked for a fair estimate that you would provide to any customer. Proceeds to not even climb a ladder on our roof to inspect anything and measure. Sends us an estimate after not wanting to answer hardly any questions or take any time with us for $18,000 dollars 2 minutes after he left. Terrible experience!

First time home owner, first time insurance claim. I was referred by a friend whom had used this company in the past. I was nervous at first, but advanced exterior took care of almost everything. It was great to go this claim with them on my side. I would recommend and use them again.!

They roofed one our neighbors homes. On the day they where leaving they put their sign up, then walked the neighbors and put a sign on the very corner of their property, making it look like they did both homes. Problem #1 you did not roof the neighbors. Problem #2 my buddy Christian, his company did the work. Problem #3 they hardly spoke English, and they lied to my face when I asked the about the sign in the property, classy!

From start to finish, Sean Tillotson and Advanced Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our hail damaged roof. From the teardown to the replacement to the leaf-guarded gutters, the work was quickly accomplished and professionally handled, every step of the way. Their cleanup was amazing. Advanced exteriors helped me get my grandmother's home repaired. i was surprised and grateful how simplified and streamlined they made the whole process, we had our whole roof and siding replaced, I will use again, and fully recommend.

Advanced Exteriors repaired hail damage on our home recently and they did a really good job on both the work and the customer service side of things. Ross Laman was our project manager and he was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. I am a very busy attorney and was slow to respond on some things, including missing the insurance payments that I was supposed to send to them (!!), but Ross and the team were understanding and incredibly patient with me which I really appreciated. I would use Advance Exteriors in the future!

My HOA hired advanced exteriors after a hailstorm. They did our roof which turned out okay. When they replaced our window screens, they clearly didn't care that the frame was bent when they put the new screen in, so there's a half inch gap, defeating the purpose of having a screen in the window, and it's been this way for over a week. It's not like somebody didn't notice the screen was bent and didn't fit the window!!!

If you need a company to do repairs on an insurance claim this is the company you should use. I used Advanced Exteriors for two of my properties in Colorado when they were damaged by hail. They did all of the repairs in a timely manner and in my case they replaced the roof and repainted both properties. What they quoted me was correct and I only had to pay the deductible. In some cases there was some money left over to do some additional repairs. Their office was always available and returned my calls in a timely manner. This company was recommended by my property manager in Colorado that manages four of my properties. This was an indication to me that they had a history with this company and that they were reliable which in fact they were. They communicated with the appraisers as well as those who did the work and the tenants since I was in California and was unable to be there personally. Again I highly recommend their services!

Sean Tillotson (our sales rep) was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process of having our insurance repairs done on our home…he had great follow through was kind and encouraging throughout the tedious process of working with our insurance company to get our repairs done. Tyler Martin and his team at Advanced Exteriors did a fantastic job working through a very difficult and intricate insurance claim for our client who's home was listed for sale. He was consistently communicative, prompt, gave good suggestions and went the extra mile to help us help our client navigate through the claim. Advanced Exteriors also stood by their work several times with things went a little wonky, and both our team and client were left feeling very much so taken care of. Our house was actually on the market at the time and when we went under contract with the buyers Tyler's job became even more complex. He and his team worked on a very large nuanced hail/wind damage claim under significant time constraints. They were sharp, attentive, professional and a pleasure to work with even when we had unforeseen problems with the wide range of repairs. I got the sense that they cared about me as much as they cared about my house. I think this is rare in the world where the bottom line gets absolute priority. I cannot recommend Tyler Martin and Advanced Exteriors more highly.

We would give this company no stars if we could !! NEVER EVER EVER used ADVANCED EXTERIOR to have any work done on your roof. We are neighbors to someone who has the home done by them. They crews show up at 530/6 am to get on the house. Crew working till 915 pm last night banging and running generators. Then sat in the front yard until 10 pm last night being loud and making a ton of noise. Tried to start again at 6 am this morning. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ another issue is there is no communication. Not a single person on the crew speaks any English. We also spent over an hour last night in the dark with magnets cleaning up the neighbors back yard with them so their pets could go out and use the restroom. NOT ACCEPTABLE SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT FROM A CREW AND A COMPANY THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY LOCAL HERE TO COLORADO. Thanks for your response. That was not the case. They didn’t lose their ride! Your company left a crew on job site for 16 hrs without a ride. The forman dropped them off and never came back. Not only is that unprofessional but let’s talk about the OSHA VIOLATION. As they where without a bathroom for over 16 hours and without a vehicle. We spoke to the forman at 945 pm and he said he would come get them but not until 11pm. Not acceptable! So we told them they needed to leave our families property as it was past quiet hours and legal construction hours. The gas station is less then a 10 min walk. Not one mile!

Sean was our point guy on a huge insurance claim. Our project was pretty complicated with the extent of damage we were dealing with, but he stayed flexible and communicative. The crews they outsourced to were wonderful and have stood by their work. With Sean’s help we were able to have a seamless project on the roof, the stucco, the gutters and trim as well as a bunch of repainting. I have already referred some friends to them and will continue to do so. Thanks so much AE!

Advanced Exterior completed the repairs on my house and property after the June 2023 hail storm. Sean Tillotson was exceptional in establishing the repair elements and procedures. He was on every detail and ensured the correct outcome for our situation. Once when one of the gutter replacement was slightly not right, Sean had the repair team there in2 days and they made it right. Advanced Exteriors Inc replaced our roof on April 3rd & 4th, 2024. All of the staff and crew members were professional and competent and we are very happy with the work done. They interfaced with our homeowner’s insurance company and completed all work as agreed. Many thanks to them!!

Advanced Exteriors replaced our roof for us in Fall 2021, installing a Da Vinci Bellaforte Shake roof. We waited until we got through at least a season so we could better report on our results. The roof itself is beautiful, and has performed well this winter. We have noticed that some Da Vinci roofs, if installed without sufficient snow guards, can shed snow and ice suddenly from the roof, which can cause significant damage to landscaping and injury to pets and humans. Advanced Exteriors did an excellent job planning and installing not only the roof, but the snow guards. We had no significant shed issues the entire winter, despite lots of snow this season. When the roof was installed, we noticed some items that we brought to the attention of our project manager. All our issues were carefully listened to and listed, and after their own inspection, they found a few other minor issues that they added to the list. Every item on the list was addressed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our new roof, and we give a big shout-out to our team, especially Gary and Chris. We would recommend them to anyone. **Update** It is now 2024 and we were having radon mitigation done in our basement. We opted to have the contractor route the piping through the garage to avoid having the associated fan and piping visible in our back yard. Because of our Da Vinci roof, the contractor indicated we would need to engage a roofer to reseal the hole that would be made in the garage attic/roof. The contractor was very skeptical that we could make it work, indicating that it can be really difficult to get a roofer to respond on such a small job. But one call to AE was all it took. Andrew was immediately on board, was very flexible with the timing to meet the contractor's needs, and even had the office call the day before to confirm the appointment. The roofing worker showed up exactly on time, worked with the contractor, and got the job done as promised. No muss, no fuss, no biting fingernails hoping they'd show. Couldn't be happier. I would not give them a good review. I made a final payment and I paid the permit fee that they said was not paid. My insurance company said it was and now they will not refund the amount back. They have not been a very prompt when it came to answering my questions. They are all gun ho when trying to get your business, then it all went down hill. Took darn near a year to get the work done. Don't use this company 👎

Started off well, as any contractor will to get the business. Installed roof on 1/19 and left hundreds of nails throughout our yard after completion, where our children play, for almost three months before they realized I was not going to pay until they completed the job. We did not receive a single call after we talked to them in late January about cleaning up their work. Despite letting them know their crew did a horrific job cleaning up and we were picking up nails every day, they did NOTHING until a couple guys came by to pick up ladders from the inspection. I had to ask them to sweep the yard for nails and attached is what they found after 10 minutes on 4/11. Their own staff agreed a more thorough job needed to be done but i have yet to hear from them on when this will be done. Would not recommend this company to anyone I care about.

Advanced Exteriors was great when our roof was installed several years ago. In addition, we recently had a roof problem caused by the winter weather. I called Andrew Graves, and he determined the problem, and fixed it within just a few days. I am totally impressed with Andrew's courtesy and customer service! The folks at Advanced Exteriors are always very professional and timely. They have done a couple roofs for us in the past and done a nice job. This week we just called them to go check the roof of a rental we are selling to make sure we didn’t have a surprise down the road. Jack Defeo at Advanced got right on it and got it done within just a few days. Advanced will always be our first call for roof work in the future.

Great roof, but don't get the gutter guards! A complete waste of money. I have been on a ladder trying to chip away ice/snow buildup all winter, when the purpose of guards was to keep me off the ladder. The company had not interest in helping me with my complaints. I was told to purchase gutter heaters! Seriously?All three of my entrances to the house are inundated with downpour with melting occurs. It's been a nightmare and a waste of $1760.00. I'm honestly considering removing them. Today my house is dripping everywhere, as though I don't have any gutters at all. I feel ripped off. AE had to know this is an issue.

We got hit by the hailstorm in Colorado in May 2023. 1 inch diameter hailstones for 15 minutes. Scary. My daughter was over and her car was in our driveway. It was totaled. The insurance company sent their guy over to assess the damage and, going through his report, I felt some things were not noted. He argued with me a little bit, as if I was trying to pad it. Saw a sign for Advanced Exteriors in a neighbor's yard and gave them a call. Sean Tillotson came out promptly. I think it might have been a Sunday. He spent over 2 hours walking the roof and the perimeter and with me pointing out what I had noticed. He wrote it up and the insurance company approved it. All of it. New roof, gutters, windows and screens on the west side, new sliding glass porch door, skylight, and more. The contractors were all good and professional and timely and cleaned up after their work. The claim covered a portion of the paint, but we opted to have the entire house painted by Advanced Exteriors' crew. Sean Tillitson was our point man through the entire process. Great guy. Smart, detailed, conscientious and friendly. It was a process, but it all was done in proper order and done well. It might sound like a cliche', but I could not be happier.

In June 2023 my house was hit by a catastrophic hailstorm. Advanced Exteriors Inc. was recommended to me (by word of mouth) I called A&E and the restoration of my home was started. Roof, gutters,siding, painting etc. Sean Tillotson was my project manager. He is a HAAG certified inspector. Mr Tillotson was very professional in his approach. He explained the process every step of the way and even worked and fought with the insurance company to make sure all the repairs on my home were taken care of by my insurance. He was also readily accessible if I had any questions. I was extremely pleased with the work done. When I had occasion to call the A&E office in Denver, the staff was helpful and courteous. I am so glad that a good company like A&E was recommended to me Rhoda Dunne

We were very pleased and impressed with the team at Advanced Exteriors. They were professional, on time and committed to doing an excellent job. Sean, Jose, and Willie went over and above our expectations. The entire team coordinated their schedules to get the work done. People in the office deserve complements too. Lisa and Alex were always helpful and friendly.

The office and the crew made this very quick and easy process to get a new roof. The office is extremely knowledgeable about insurance claims and was on top of all the paperwork that needed submitted. They were able to communicate directly with my insurance and mortgage to take care of everything with ease. The crew was extremely talented and professional. They worked quick and left the area extremely clean. Worked fast and efficiently. They did a fantastic job!

One of their sales rep Tony Turner. Has some really shady business practices. He left a sign under one of our door maps in front of our house saying that this home was already inspected. And that other roofers don’t need to attempt to contact us, as we already have a roofer. I would highly recommend you avoid this company as that is not acceptable and they did not perform any type of evaluation of our home. They have absolutely no business telling other roofers that we are not available to their business. I attempted to upload a photo of the sign. They left under our doormat, but Google would not let me upload it.

Major hail damage happened where I live in 2018, lots of contractors knocked on our door - including AE. The salesman was real slick. I signed with them to reside our house, replace roof and gutters, and several other items. AE met my insurance adjuster at my house, AE hid some siding we had replaced the year before, as it matched the original siding & AE didn't want to adjuster to see how well it matched. Insurance balked at paying for entire house to be resided as only two sides had damage. A private insurance adjuster was bought in to try to get more coverage. That is another story - there is a definite collaboration between these 2 companies. I pay the adjuster, but AE reimburses me. It took over 6 months to go through this process, during this time, we only received updates when we asked. Work to replace our roof began without any notice. Several weeks later, insurance agreed to replace the siding on all sides of our house. After the work was done, we requested several items to be fixed - it happened grudgingly. Some items were "subcontracted" back to us. All of these issues were also happening at my neighbors house across the street, as I managed their repair work while they were out of town. Same private adjuster, same lack of communication. AE did not do any additional work without wanting more money - even change a light fixture. The salesman gossiped about neighbors, tried to be my buddy, and was greedy. They did not get the required siding permit from the city until I insisted on it. AE argued with us about trim not being available in the color we wanted. As you can see in the picture, this is trash I picked up after they came back to clean up. I continue to find nails and trash. In the end, the work was complete and the company wanted all overhead and profit we received from the insurance company, even though they did not perform the work. I refused to pay it. ($700 out of $40K) In return, they refuse to give me any documents regarding work done on my house or any warranty coverage - which is fine as I would not have them do any work on my house ever again. Overall, they used all contractors for the work. I would not work or recommend AE to anyone who would like their hail damage repair to be a smooth, easy experience. They also tried to get me to sign a letter they wrote stating I knew the owner personally, never met him, have it notarized and send it to the City of Littleton so AE's license could be renewed and were furious when I would not lie. Response to owner - I'm unhappy with AE, not the insurance process. If you want to do something, send me my product warranties. update: 9/2020 - siding job was faulty - need work done and still finding debris from job! As to their request I call the office - we had many exchanges and I still do not recommend them! update: 10/2022 - siding is coming off and as stated above, they will not fix it or give me the information of the installer update: 7/2023 Just want to make sure my review is seen. I don't recommend this company!

We have had lots of rain and we are selling our house. Of course we get a leak through the roof days before closing! I called Andrew on a Sunday praying he would answer on a weekend. He not only answered my call, but he came over that day and looked at my roof. He caulked my windows and didn't even charge me! Can you believe that?! If the leak persists he told us to give him a call. Super grateful for his kindness and responsiveness. **Update** I called Andrew up again to have the roof inspected for our buyers. He came over and found a slipped tile which he quickly just climbed up on the roof and slipped back into place. And guess what?! Again, no charge! This company is trustworthy, awesome, and would recommend to anyone! 5++ stars!

The Team at Advanced Exteriors is next to none! Mathew Wolter, Andrew Graves and Stephen Love helped me out tremendously with my roof repair from wind damage. They were all very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process while completing the project in a very timely manner! I had a leak in my roof that was starting to impact my ceiling. Andrew and Andrew performed an inspection and determined I had a problem with the B-Vent and cap. They sealed around the B-vent and came back later with a new cap. They replaced the cap discovered a problem with the actual vent and it was damaged in the attic. It's an older house so who knows when this happened. Sent picture so I could see the damage. They made recommendations on how to proceed. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. They even replaced a broken attic door! Will use them again!! Thanks for all your help!

Sean Tillotson was our project manager and did a fantastic job. He explained the process thoroughly and was very quick respond. Advanced Exteriors installed some needed flashing on my roof and built a birdbox to keep critters out of my attic. They knew exactly what to do to fix my issues. They also did a roof inspection and informed me that my skylights are looking a little worn and may cause me issues in the near future, but it would save me money if I wait until I replace my roof, which is not needed at this time. I truly appreciate their honesty. I will be calling them when it is time to replace my roof. Trusting a contractor is doing what is in my best interest will bring me back to them every time! A family member was very ill, and Andrew took additional steps to alleviate any stress to our household during the whole project. He did the easy fix instead of telling me the roof was falling in and charging thousands! He wouldn’t even take a nickel for the service call! From beginning to end and all the way through, I can't say enough about what a seamless process this was. Sean was amazing as the Project Manager. Initially I was just looking for a roof inspection, as I'm taking on my parents' home, and had no idea that there was hail damage, or how old the roof was for that matter. He was so helpful and I did not feel pressured in any way, he answered all my questions, and worked with the insurance company and did all the heavy lifting to make this a very easy process. He always responded in a very timely manner to any issues or questions I had along the way. It was a pleasure to work with him. Tracy from the office was amazing at communicating with me throughout the process. We had a few weather related delays but she always worked with me and my calendar on finding good times to reschedule, as it wasn't always safe to proceed with high winds, snow etc. I was never in the dark about that and she gave me all the info I needed ahead of time to prepare for the roofers and having the materials delivered. The crew that did the work was also wonderful. They were so respectful and polite and accommodating. They also worked very quickly and I was amazed at how fast they got it done. Then, the clean-up was meticulous and you would never have known they were here. Over the years I've worked with many contractors and have had many jobs/repairs done, but I have to say this one was my best experience yet. Chris and his team were amazing. They came out quickly and assessed our roof and gutters. They explained the whole process to us completely. Chris even met our insurance adjuster out here to review with them and they worked together to get us all taken care of. I did not have to worry about anything. Advanced Exterior staff kept us informed throughout the whole process. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up and were very courteous when they were here. We enjoyed this experience and love our new roof and gutters. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These folks basically rebuilt the roof on my rental property from hail damage, and they did a great job. They were able to work with my insurance company to get more of the job covered; they took an old, out-of-code roof deck off and replaced it with fully code-compliant modern material, and got the job done to original estimate. Highly recommended.

We had Advanced Exteriors install gutters on our house a few years ago, and after their very professional job, we turned to Advanced Exteriors again when our roof’s shingles started to come off. Sean worked with our insurance company to get them to recognize the seriousness of our roof’s situation, and our insurance company then changed their determination from a repair to a replacement. Everything Advanced Exteriors has done for us has been done professionally, quickly, without cutting any corners and within the insurance company’s estimate. If the cost went up, they worked with insurance to make sure those costs were covered. Our new roof comes with an amazing warranty, and is built to withstand the extremes of the weather in Colorado. Jack of Advanced Exteriors came out and gave us a free estimate for the work. He was very friendly, personable, and seemed competent about roofing. He was interested and willing to meet with our insurance adjustor, and I thought that he would be good with that. His estimate was reasonable, and among the better that we received. In the end we went with another roofer who could take a credit card instead of using financing. I would trust him to work on our roof.

After that storm last year our home sustained significant hail damage that our insurance originally denied. I called Advanced Exteriors for a second opinion and Sean Tillotson came to our home to assess the damage. Not only was our roof damaged but we had gutter, paint, and windows damaged. Sean was able to resubmit everything back to insurance and everything got paid. They did an excellent job restoring our home. Thank you! I would highly recommend!

Appreciate the offer but putting these on my door everyday is not going to convince me to inquire about your services. Also I have a large no soliciting sign next to my front door to which this one was hanging today. Part of me can appreciate the trolling but I recommend that a business take a different approach.

Upon initial contact, Sean was very responsive and informative. We needed our gutters replaced due to several leaks. Sean set a date/time and came out as planned. He agreed that we needed gutters and gave an estimate which seemed reasonable. He also said that he saw a lot of hail damage both to the roof vents and the shingles and that we probably needed to replace the roof. He recommended that we contact or insurance company (USAA) and have a claim adjuster verify the damage. The claim adjuster arrived and Sean me him and they both inspected the roof together. The claims adjuster verified that the roof vents were damaged and there was minor damage to the shingles but not enough to exceed our deductible ($4130.00). I then told Sean that I would still like to do the gutters and he said he would bring the gutter coil by to match the color that day Friday. I told him it there was no rush, he then said he would bring it by on Monday. We had some snow on Monday and Sean did not show and did not contact us to explain why. I told Sean on Tuesday that I did not desire their services and he explained he did not show due to the weather and an emergency he had. Overall I felt that they tried to oversell the gutter purchase which caused us to get our first claim on our insurance record. I lost confidence in them and cancelled the gutter work with them. They may do great work but I didn't appreciate getting a claim that was unwarranted. The USAA claims report stated that the damage to the roof was between $600-$800 dollars, Well below the ~4100 required.

I’ve been working with Andrew Graves and his roofing/exterior crews for a number of years and have always had the best experience! After the house was pelted with golf ball sized hail, he came out immediately to provide an estimate on a new roof, house painting, replacement windows, deck/fence repair and even pointed out other damaged items on the house and in the yard to make sure the insurance claim covered everything! He also came out and discussed all of the damage and repair needs when the insurance adjuster came out for the assessment. The roof work was initiated and completed very quickly (before the thousand other neighbors got their roofs replaced). Andrew and his company 100% stand behind their work and will come out at a moments notice to check and fix anything that wasn’t perfect. I can’t say enough how great it is to work with this company and crew. I reach to them first whenever I need ANYTHING done on the outside or inside of the house!

As an insurance agent myself, I recognize the importance of customer service and quality workmanship. They worked with our claims adjuster and made the entire process very smooth and easy. Eli did a fantastic job keeping us up to date with progress and repairs. All work was done exceptionally well and on time. We also had drywall repair and glass replacement. Our house is cedar and they completely power washed, stained and re caulked. The house literally looked new when the work was completed. Fantastic job.

I have worked with several contractors over the years and very few offer the level of professionalism and commitment to their work as Andrew. He goes out of his way to very clearly communicate with his clients and is very knowledgeable. When you have roofing issues there is obviously a high level of anxiety, but he did an outstanding job of taking control and solving the problems, and his workmanship is of the highest quality. After my experience with several other contractors, I feel truly blessed that I found him.

Overall, Advanced Exteriors did a great job. The process was explained well and work completed in a timely manner. If there was a problem they were quick to respond and remedy the issue. The roof looks great! I knocked one start for the following reason. The work crew could have done a better job cleaning up and making sure the walkways were clear for my family. We got home at a normal hour after work and there was a pile four feet high in front of both entry doors.

MUTIPLE PROBLEMS here. Gutters were not installed properly, backward draining and pooling in some places then down spouts fell off in storm twice (no screws) and leaf guards NOT installed twice, on garage then not on house. Had to call Andrew twice after the project was supposedly finished. So after three total attempts at this simple roof and gutter job they seem to have gotten the repairs and install right but I still had to call back because they left a mess of screws and straps on the back patio and ground. I mentioned this to my realtor who recommended them to me and she was ashamed she told me they were good. She actually hired them herself at the same time and was horrified by her experience with AE. We both easily concluded we would never recommend in the future.

Project manager was professional and knowledgeable and worked with my adjuster to get more than just my roof repaired as there was additional damage missed by my insurance company. Absolutely horrible company. It’s been almost 2 years since hail damage and having the roof replaced. When the roof was being put on, they put on defective shingles and knew they were putting on defective shingles. To have them replace the shingles that are defective I have to go through my warranty already. The company still has not fixed the defective shingles and I’m still waiting to hear on when that will take place. The communication between the project manager and there company and the company’s they use for supplies do not have any contact with each other and are constantly asking for updated information when the information has already been filled out and submitted. 4 or 5 months later they are finally back. Since they’re installing in December and tore down all my Christmas lights on my house. I can't get anyone out let alone get ahold of anyone from Advanced exterior's to re install them along the gutters. This is why I asked to reroof my roof after Christmas so they don't mess with my lights after being reassured after all the problems I've already had with them, there would be no problems. I am left with Christmas lights on the ground which totally wouldn’t be a big deal but I am in a wheelchair and cannot reach my gutters. I have to ask the project manager to have them fix my lights and pick up all the trash that they have left in the front and backyard. They also left the back gates open to my backyard when finished and my dogs got out after I repeatedly asked them to keep them closed. The job took two days and they ran out of product and I have to schedule for them to install the rest of the roof since they did not order the correct amount. It’s just one thing after another this company is not very reliable. So still waiting to finish my roof after the second time they came out because they have to order more supplies. You would think since they knew the roof was defective they would’ve known how much to re-order. They also kept coming back and saying I owe more money several times when I finally told him I’m not paying anymore they stopped. Don’t have the hassle and a headache, look elsewhere for a contractor for your roof or anything to be done! Horrific company!

I worked with Chris Sheridan after our house was hit hard by hail in May 2017. Chris worked really hard to get a great settlement from our insurance company - he got us over $10,000 more than their initial settlement. He was prompt and easy to work with. I wasn't super happy with the painters they subcontracted, but everyone else did a fantastic, professional, and fast job.

These guys were great. We worked with project manager Andrew Graves after some severe hail damage to our investment property in Denver. We couldn't be happier with our selection of Advanced Exteriors to repair our roof, shingles and gutters after the major hail storm in Denver 2017. Advanced Exteriors truly has a team of professionals that helped us through the entire process. The Project Manager, installation crew, Quality Control Department and Accounting Department were all extremely helpful. Our Project Manager was here for each major phase of the project and kept us informed throughout the process. He worked closely with our insurance company and his accounting department to get all the approvals we needed. The Quality Control Inspector found some minor issues that were taken care of quickly and Building Inspector approved the project immediately. Most importantly to us is the kept all of there promises. We needed extra help with the insurance company and they took care of all the red tape. They delivered a quality product and we couldn't be more pleased.

Five months to complete a "two day" job. Several crews to do and redo contracted work. Customer had to double check the work and refocus the vendor on work that needed remediation. Very stressful for my family to have a constant flow of sub-contracted roofing strangers at the house attempting to fix what was supposed to be done right the first time. Finally an AE in-house crew completed the work.

Mike was always kind, professional and answered our questions quickly and honestly. The group who put on our roof worked quickly, we're very kind, cleaned up well and made our roof look amazing. Thanks everyone for your hard work. They did scratch our gutter in one spot and they pointed it out to us, gave money off our bill and we're quick and prompt about fixing our problem. The issues I have with advanced exteriors is when they completed the roof to our shed, the only installed half the osb that was in our contract. They said they will still hold up the warranty. They did not offer to redo it properly. They had to come back three times before my gutters we're done properly and I'm still not completely satifisfied with the gutter holders installed. Come to find out, they are not manufactured and they were kind enough to fabricate them for us. By the end of our installation, I am happy with the way our roof looks and works. I am happy with the cleanup and the overall way they handle their company.

Please do myself and yourself a favor and do not do business with Advanced Exteriors. We had a roof replaced on our house along with the siding. All I can say is they do not do good clean work. I have had to go in and fix three major issues myself that they did not complete. 1 the siding on my house was not fully reinstalled after the new roof was installed. I had siding being blown off my house in a windstorm. 2, they did not complete the installing of the metal flashing around the edges of my roof and I had gaps allowing moisture to get into the wood underneath the new roof. 3 they claim that they would help me with the insurance check process. All they did was threatened me with a lien on my property and never helped me get the check endorsed by my mortgage company so I could just pay them off. If you want to accept sub-standard poor quality work for full price and these are your guys. If you want quality work on your home for your hard-earned money, do business elsewhere. Keep in mind these are just the major three issues I'm bringing up there was many more.

Roofers all appear to be the same. Many offer the same products, the same time on warranties, they all say the same things. However, there is ONE MAJOR thing that sets the great apart from the rest-what their level of attention to you is after the job is done! I have used Advanced Exteriors on my own personal home and several of my clients have as well. In my opinion Advanced Exteriors is the best because of their level of care and concern for you, your roof, and their workmanship post install. Advanced Exteriors recently took care of a client's roof that was damaged by another contractor after the new roof was installed. They didn't blink an eye and offered to take care of it immediately. Advanced Exteriors installed my new roof and blown-in attic insulation. I was very impressed with courteous and professional demeanor of the crew and the office staff. UPDATE: Advanced exteriors helped me get a new roof! They were able to convince my insurance company to total my roof. My new roof went on in one day, I had my electrical service updated, and the entire process only took a few weeks! My new roof looks so good, my neighbors have already signed with AE, and they were approved by their insurance company as well! They really took care of me! They handled all of the details to provide me with great new windows and finish work in record time, at an unbelievable value! I had no headaches at all, and the installation process only took a few days. Their staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy and fun to work with.
