Very professional crew and took great care of moving in and out all my furniture and replacing them carefully. Also, cleaned them before replacing the furniture.

If negative reviews were allowed i’ll give this company -1000. Lady’s PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company. I was told by a worker that i had a nice tight body and they basically wanted to be involved with me at my own residency. This highly made me uncomfortable and i wonder how many others had this same experience. This was highly unprofessional and upsetting not only for myself but also my daughter who was next to me. If this was the last company on earth to work on your house i would do it myself. Please lady’s stay away from this company. I wouldn’t ever want to wish how i felt on any other person. I felt degraded, harassed, and disrespected this has been traumatizing experience on top of having my basement flooded. Please stay away from this company there’re many more companies that will treat and respect you way more than this one.

I worked with Rudy who came out over the holidays to deal with my disaster front-loading washing machine (never again), which leaked from my second floor to my first floor. He took great care to ensure that not only did we dry everything properly and file it with insurance, but also, helped to explain the next steps clearly. Insurance covered everything because they were able to get to it so quickly. Best water mitigation service in Denver. Highly recommend!

I called Abbotts for water cleanup and had the pleasure of working with Rudy and Belquis. They were personable and professional. They walked me through their process.

This Crew is hands down the best. Saturday 12-20-2025 they showed up and got the water removed, cleaned and sanitized and we were ready business. Believe it or not but a second flood happened 12-24-2025 Christmas Eve and this team showed up in full force using multiple sump pumps to keep the water level low wile working around a plumber to stop the lean all the way until 6am Christmas day and still returning that afternoon to continue working so we could open as soon as possible. Twice in less then a week they showed and and amazed us will how fast and efficient they work.

I highly recommend working with Abbotts for remediation and restoration. Rudy, Armani, and Norge worked quickly and professionally on remediation for a recent flood in my condo. Rudy clearly communicated the process and met timelines. He and his team did a phenomenal job removing damaged drywall and insulation from my ceiling.

This is the third time I have used this company in the last 5 years. First for me then for my daughter. Just recently for myself. Unfortunately insurance didn't cover my last problem with a bathroom flood. Kevin and his crew walked me through everything and helped me walk through the process. Evelyn, the customer service was a dream. They are open and transparent. The staff are kind and willing to listen to all concerns. I highly recommend this company and Kevin as a contractor.

I would highly advise to work a company who will put you and your property above their profits. They will string you along and tell you that they are working on approvals with your insurance company, maximizing the claim and all the additional money goes back into their pockets at the end of the day. You will wait several months if you choose to work with this shady company. If you like slow responses and bottom of the barrel service, work with this company. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Rudy and Norge from Abbotts Restoration did an excellent job of removing water and drying out my two bathrooms from a water leak two floors above me. They were immediately available and installed heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers for several days until no moisture was detected on their equipment. They were careful in moving their large and heavy equipment in and out so as not to damage either bathroom. Both Rudy and Norge were skilled in their work. They were both polite as well as friendly, and I was very comfortable in their presence. Mold is awful and scary. We found this company and we have been super satisfied with the quick service we have received. Daniel was professional and curious, and Alberto and his team we kind, professional, and answered all of my questions along the way. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

I can’t lie, I’ve had horrible experiences with other Restoration Companies in the past but that’s not the case with Abbotts Restoration. Travis and Andy are always quick to respond to Calls and are ready to rock n roll the moment you let them know the issue. The workers that showed up to my site Rudy, Axel, & Braulio were extremely kind and did exactly what we needed faster than I’ve seen in previous experiences with other companies. We had a giant leak issue at my property that caused our 2nd floor to flood but within 1 day our whole 2nd floor was already dry and they got it done fast enough to avoid any mold, damage to our walls, or floor issues. I am extremely grateful to Abbotts and to the men I listed above.

Thomas was an exceptional estimator with years of experience. I am not new to water damage. I knew Andres, and Abdiel were honest to start. I got the call at work that everything was dry. No need to rip out what I thought. Long story short, they have restored my faith in a water damage company. At this point I have had 21 people come through my house. Only trust them.

Extremely Disappointed – Lack of Estimates & Overpriced Services I hired Abbotts Cleanup and Restoration for a minor water damage issue involving clean water – no drywall or carpet removal was needed. The only thing removed was carpet padding, and even that was cut so poorly that the undamaged sections now need replacing. The final cost came to $11.67 per square foot with the cash discount, which is well above the national average of $4–$7 per square foot for similar clean water remediation work. When I asked why no updated estimate was provided during the job (especially since the initial deposit didn’t cover it), the Abbotts employee was unapologetic and told me I was lucky they didn’t charge more. He also confirmed that providing estimates during the course of work is not their standard practice. Yes, they show up and do the work—but at a high price and with very poor communication. If you’re a homeowner dealing with a water emergency, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Transparency and fair pricing matter—Abbotts failed on both.

If you are looking for an honest company to do repairs on your home please read my review and take a look at the photos I've attached before giving them a call. I’ve had a terrible experience with Abbots and would NOT recommend anyone to use their services. If you're looking for a company to nickel and dime you to the very end even MONTHS after you have thought you had settled everything, Abbots is the one to call. In summary my husband and I had a house fire in 2023 where we had to reach out to Abbotts to get an estimate for repairs. At first my husband had met with them and we thought they seemed like a great fit and had initially moved forward with their estimate. From the very first check we wrote them we have had issues. The first check we had asked them to hold for a couple days as we had just deposited the insurance check and was told it was going to be a few days before the funds cleared. We even dated the check for a few days after for good measure. Immediately they attempted to cash it and it bounced our account. We then had written another check for the initial deposit which we personally gave them just to find out they had charged us more than the 50% deposit we were expected to pay and they ended up issuing us a refund for the difference. Finally when we were ready for our contents to be returned to us they sent us an outrageous bill which was more than DOUBLE the initial estimate we had agreed on. My insurance agent from State farm called me and told me he didn't agree with the estimate and that he was NOT going to pay that amount. Instead he had a third party company come in to give a bid which ended up MUCH lower than Abbot's estimate. He then paid me out for that secondary estimate. Abbots had reached out to get the final payment after that (this was in January 2025 by the way) and with all the various estimates and bills they sent my husband asked them for a final statement via email. Given how many bills they sent us and how many revised estimates they had he had clarified on the email which i attached to this review that he wanted the final balance and that when paid he would be clear of any debt form the work that was already performed. IN WRITING they told us the amount and we PAID. IN WRITING THEY TOLD US THAT WE WERE PAID IN FULL. Now…. months later they decided that we still have a balance. They claimed the initial check dated May 2023!!!! which they had cashed too early after we requested them not to. The same deposit check that we REPLACED and handed to them IN PERSON bounced. This was a check we both already knew about and that my husband personally replaced. The replacement check for the deposit we gave them was already OVER the amount for the deposit at the time and they GAVE us a refund check after that years ago and they now want to try and claim that check????? We just got an email today asking again for payment after my husband had said we are not paying. This had already been settled in writing. I URGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Art and Chris did an awesome job on our basement! Very thorough work and were able to talk us through all issues that were going on. Would highly recommend the two of them. After finishing the job they also did great work cleaning up all materials and leaving things as clean as they were before. Looking forward to having them back to finish up the second portion of our project.

Amazing company and team! I worked with Andres, Axel and Sofia when my 3rd floor bathroom flooded. When contacting Abbotts, I had the pleasure of engaging with Sofia to schedule services. She was patient and kind, with a sprinkle of humor (which was appreciated given the circumstances). A++ Can't say enough good things about this company. I had a crawlspace flood after an arctic freeze with 3-4" of water pooled across the entire lower level. I spoke with Michele...who was so sympathetic & helpful. She made a stressful situation so much easier and left me feeling that I'd called the right people. Within 2 hours Axel & Andres were on their way and called to let me know. Also attaching a lockbox to keep the home secure as its not occupied at the moment. Danny & Thomas rounded out my initial experience letting me know what was happening and again instilling a sense of calm and confidence that the situation was in the best of hands. All indications are this disaster will be handled fully and at a reasonable price too. One thing we've all experienced is situations we can't handle ourselves & are at the mercy of the expert saying this, this and this needs to be done at $$$$$ price...which adds so much to the stress. I called them, and though I live several states away, Abbotts spent a lot of time on the phone with me, advising me and providing specific and general information that helped us start navigating the process of getting our home 'whole' again. We're just getting started but Abbotts took the time to give us very good advice that is helping us already. We are thankful for Abbotts for their guidance, answering many questions and volunteering other very important details. They knew they wouldn't be the company doing our restoration, because they are in Colorado and we are in North Carolina. The great distance between our states didn't didn't matter to the Abbotts representative. He talked me through the process and gave us great advice. We appreciate the valuable advice and guidance we received from Abbotts. They are good people, trying to help others, even if it's a stranger on the phone from another state. If you are using Abbotts it’s generally because some catastrophic event has impacted you, so it’s nice to know that there is a company out there that can help you with it so effectively. Saved me twice. Losing your property to water damage is really hard. Losing 2 is crazy. I have rental properties. Abbotts Cleanup was there day 1 for both. Their dry out time was there in hours. Helped save me time and money. Nathen and Michele were patients with my calls, questions, and concerns. One house was a total loss. Took forever due to insurance and other circumstances. The second house was up and running again within a week. Good job.

As a designer, I have used restoration companies on various projects. This was the first time I worked with Abbott's, and I would definitely work with them again. The Abbots team (Braulio R., Rudy S., Devon B., Jose B., and Anselmo B.) that worked at my home was amazing! They were careful, thoughtful, professional, and great at communicating the steps of the process. I had extensive water damage, which is quite stressful, but the level of service and help that Abbotts provided made the cleanup, dry out, and demo process smooth and alleviated stress. My estimator, Juan R., was also amazing - responsive, communicative, and helpful. I hope I never need Abbotts services again, but if I do I would 100% call Abbotts again.

We had a fire at my work that was set around 3pm. By the time the police and fire had left and said we could start cleaning up, it was close to 430. I connected with the cleaning crew around 5, and they were on location by 6. Jake, Matt, Rodrigo & Missael were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and fast! They got to the after photos below by about 730 when I went back by the business! If I could have given 10 stars, I would have, and if I ever have need of these services again, they will be my first and only call!!!

I have found out that Abbotts provides full service from start to finish and works with my insurance company's claim to get things done quickly. Abbotts really helped to work with the insurance adjuster throughout the process of the water loss and provide quality work. they took a lot of tressed out of me. Also, I was impressed with Loc Martin she is very helpful and she helps me when I need it. I highly recommend Abbotts to my friends and family members when they're in need of help.

While visiting family in Denver, my family had a some damaged done. Loc Martin and Abbotts Fire and Fllod Rescue came to our rescue. They maintained such great services and professionalism. Loc was such a sweetheart, she came and spoke to us and helped my family in the BEST way possible.

Rodrigo G. and his helper from Abbott’s Fire & Food were nice and polite. They did an excellent job wrapping and moving all the furniture in a timely manor and condensed it altogether nicely! Now we are ready for the Drywaller tomorrow! After Drywaller is finished they will remove the water damaged flooring and install new wood flooring.

Can’t say enough about Loc Martin. Not only is she knowledge about the restoration business, she presents herself exceptionally well both professionally and personally. The icing on the cake is that she honestly and truly cares about her customers, showing empathy for the situations they’re in.
