Allied Foundation came out for an inspection of our foundation quickly & followed up with a clear documentation of the problem & and estimate for repair in a timely manner. Our repair was scheduled & then on 2/4 l/26 when it was scheduled to be done it was pouring down rain. They were able to do it 2 days latter. They did a good job & even came back out to bring dirt down off the area as we were having a photographer to take pictures the next day. Communication was great & they were always very nice & polite. Allied Foundation did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent the entire process, and the crew was professional and respectful of the property. They left everything clean, with the piers and dirt neatly placed back, and honestly you can barely tell where they even worked except for a few concrete patches. Allied did our garage foundation several years ago. At that time we received a Lifetime, transferable warranty. This week they returned to help with our garage door not closing. The crew was on time, courteous and answered all of our questions and left the area cleaned up. Excellent communication with Allied's office personal. Had some major repair done from the warranty and they did a great job, cleaned up the messes and replanted all the shrubs that were removed to do the repairs. The workers were very respectful. Had good communications with the office to get this work done. I would recommend them as we have a lifetime warranty whereas other companies seem to have limited ones. Only had to pay for the tunned digging under the house.

we called Allied Foundation to come out and give an estimate on leveling our foundation. We had used them years before and they honored their warranty on the previous piers and gave us a great price on the new piers to be added. Estimator was quick and prompt and had the project and price ready for us right away.<br><br>It took some time to schedule the work. We had to wait about a month to get the work done, but that was not an issue.<br><br>On the day of the work, the crew was a little late arriving, but a phone call cleared that up easily and the workers were polite, informative and got right to work. The job was finished by lunchtime and the site manager waited around for me to arrive and show me what they did.<br><br>Cleanup and finish work was perfect. You could hardly tell they had been there except for the missing cracks in the brick exterior walls. Great job Allied Foundation! I recommended them to all the neighbors.

Allied was a great team to work with from the beginning. The employee sent for the initial assessment was polite and professional. The quoted rate was phenomenal. Those two things, plus recommendations from family made them an easy choice. The crew that was sent to complete the work great as well. Was very happy that after 15 years since the previous leveling of our house Allied Foundation honored their warranty and releveled our house. Many companies find a way to void their warranty. During the process they found that we needed 8 new piers including 6 interior piers which raised the interior flooring which had sunk. Their additional pricing was very reasonable. The people were very good to deal with and followed up on all my requests. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Allied Foundation Specialists coordinated and showed up on time with a full crew. A water line was broken while digging, but I turned off the water, and they had a plumber as a crew member who quickly fixed the break. They installed 14 external piers/pilings along the northwest corner and west side of my house and allowed me to inspect to confirm the water pipe was properly repaired. They raised the edge of the foundation all at once and verified measurements inside my home. All holes were filled and tamped down, then all dirt was cleaned up upon completion. They performed all tasks and completed the entire job in only 2.5 hours! I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends for any of their foundation needs.

I have used Allied Foundation for 2-3 properties. The experience begins with great customer service. I usually Yvette on the phone, who is so helpful and knowledgeable.<br>The technicians that come out are always patient and prompt. They are great at what they do and also take the time to explain the process and are honest. When the team that actually does, the repairs comes out. That team is swift and tidy.<br>The prices are always more affordable. I have gotten up to eight quotes Allied always quotes me a better price and has great service.<br>As far as a warranty, they do not try to avoid repairs or adjustments. They do not try to upsell you or avoid coming out again. They also don’t try to make money charging to transfer the warranty to another owner if you sell the property.<br>I definitely recommend, you can be assured you’ll have a good experience and your house’s foundation without any hassles or surprises.

The 10 man crew efficiently completed 20 piers in about 6 hours. I was impressed by the thorough cleanup and effort made to restore the site to original condition. However, I was somewhat surprised by the extent of collateral damage associated with this project. Communication could be improved in this area and it would be very helpful if competent referrals could be made to address the inevitable drywall, brick, interior trim, door and window issues that occur.

Allied Foundation fixed the foundation of my house at Houston about 2 years ago. We found suspicious cracks on some tiles and contacted Allied Foundation. They sent an expert to inspect and scheduled another fix in a timely manner. I was very impressed by their prompt response and they are accountable for their work. I am mainly writing about the Warrenty. We hired Allied in 2005 to check the foundation on an older home we bought. Agreed on a price and we received several piers under our home to stabilize it. It is recommended to jack an older home up because it can mess up your plumbing. Our home was build in 1968. We were given a lifetime Warrenty. In 2022 we noticed the same corner dropping some. I called and they came out, done the repairs at no cost to us at all. Really solid company

Due to excessive flooding, I received a grant to have my home elevated. I chose Allied Foundation to perform the elevation project due to the positive reviews posted online. Allied Foundation did not disappoint! The overall process was quite easy. JaBriska and Pete ( project manager) walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Questions or concerns that I had were quickly answered or taken care of. I am still trying to get use to the appearance of my house post elevation ( windows higher, front/back door stairs, etc) but am VERY happy with the outcome! To end this review, two people told me that our house looks really nice compared to other elevated houses that they have seen. THANK YOU for a job well done Allied Foundation!

I had 21 piers added to the left side of my house. Crews showed up on time and were done in one day. All were efficient and quickly had the holes dug for the piers. They cleaned up and did the concrete repair. I am so glad I had the work done by Allied Foundation. I highly recommend them.

I was fortunate to have purchased a house that came with a warranty for foundation repair from Allied Foundation. Whenever we had any issues with the shifting foundation, they came and fixed them in a professional manner and at no cost to us. I can definitely recommend this company!

I bought my home in 2018 and knew that there had been some foundation work done. 3 months later I developed a very large crack in my living room wall. Allied came out and put additional piers in and resolved my issue at no charge due to the existing warranty. 6 months ago things started going downhill again, doors not closing, cracks appearing. I called Allied and they made an appointment right away to come out. Found out my house was sinking in the middle and we set an appointment quickly to have the work done on the inside and outside of my home. The workers were fast and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and were done with 13 indoor piers and at least 13 or more piers outside before 5 p.m. I would highly recommend Allied for any foundation repairs you may need.<br><br>I am back again to provide another review. It was determined when I had the last work done on the foundation, that there was a sewerage leak under my home. Allied sent out a plumber with some type of tool that can find where the leaks are. They came back out and had to dig another hole in my garage which is where the 5 inch cut was in my pipe. They fixed the pipe where the leak was and then capped the pipe from my kitchen and laundry and ran new piping out of my house to a 3 foot deep area and attached new piping to the main pipe. That part of my leak is fixed and in about 6 months I will do the same thing to the opposite side of my house to protect the foundation and stop any leaks that are there. Allied did a great job and kept me apprised of the status of my pipes along the way. Thanks Allied.

After shopping around to repair our homes foundation we settled on Allied. It wasn't the lowest price either, but they were competitive. They were professional and patient with explaining the process from the beginning. Other positive feedback from friends & family in the area didn't hurt either. We did run into a minor issue at the completion of the job (torn window screen), but they took care of us quickly. Finally, I appreciated their communication leading up to and after the job was completed.

I hope they will say the same thing after 7-8 years when their houses have the similar issues and they need to contact the company again.<br>Lifetime warranty with Allied Foundation is a joke. They will keep you waiting and waiting for months, when they come to your house, they will say you need like 20 new piers, with a unreasonable price, then they will fix your current piers + high price for new piers. If you dont wanna pay, they will have a bad attitude and dont answer your phone call. Or they said they really busy and call you back, its never happens.<br>If you think you gonna repair your house with another company, and let Allied foundation fix their current ones? they will say they can't do it. Warranty will be cancelled and you will have to pay everything from the beginning with the new company.<br>I've checked 2 other companies, they both said I dont need new piers inside the house, just around outside, which Allied foundation had piers already, they just need to come back and redo their work. But the company refused to give me an appointment time over time. When you do business, I hope you bring your kindness and your heart to keep it running as well

I have had foundation repair with allied for years. They gave me a lifetime guarantee . they put piers all around the entire home every few years the house settles a little from the heat of summer and cold of winter and Allied has to come out and re-level the house. They have been very good and prompt to do this and usually do a very great job but this year they only lifted one back corner of the home. The man doing the job only checked level in that one room. They did not send out the man that checks the whole home after the work to see if the whole house is level. everyone that works in leveling things knows you can not lift one corner of a house with out it effecting the other corners of the home. That is why i give it 4 stars. They have never done this kind of work before. they should send the man out that checked the home before the work was done to check the home after the work was done.

They have honored their warranty and promise to return for touch ups. Of course, when I first hired Allied many years ago, I was skeptical of their warranty. It sounded too good to be true but I had to get the home repaired on a budget. They gave the best estimate! In the end, I was very satisfied with their work! The workers were polite, proper and thorough. They did a good job repairing my foundation and bricks that had separated slightly. Many years later, I noticed the need for a touch up. I didn't even know if they were still in business or would even honor my request. I called and they scheduled the crew right away. Allied has a great team of individuals both in office and performing the foundation work. The office personnel maintains excellent communication and works with you throughout the process. The field team is efficient and professional. During the foundation work, they worked quickly and took measurements regularly make sure the foundation was leveled. After the work was complete, they took a final measurement, adjusted door lock position, patch concrete where they had to break for installations, replanted plants and other fixtures that they move for the work, and performed an after job cleanup. Overall, excellent work!

Several years ago, we had them repair our cracked slab. Great price(way lower than the national companies) and we also received a lifetime, transferable warranty. Over the years, our house has settled even more and the crews always come out and make adjustments. Now, this is the only reason I gave four stars and not five. Scheduling can be a bit tricky because we always need to wait a few weeks before an inspector and/or crew can come over but when they are here it is total professionalism and speedy quality work with great clean up. I have no issue recommending Allied to anyone who has foundation issues.

They did a great job. They were fast, friendly, and clear as to what was happening. We can open doors a little easier now which is great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't think they did the hydrostatic test after lifting my house, as promised. I was told it'd be a before and after to see if any pipes were damaged in the process. They did the test before getting started but no one informed me of the test afterwards. I spoke to someone at the office and let him know and someone was supposed to get back to me about it but never did.<br><br>Update: After leaving this review, I was called about 15-20 minutes later by someone at Allied Foundation to set up a time to perform the final hydrostatic test. They came out this morning and performed the test so all good there. I was later called again and asked to update my review here. I'm leaving this as 4 stars since it did take leaving a review to get the final hydrostatic test done but I still think this is a great company to get your foundation repair done quickly and for a good price.

If you're reading this then you know the dreadful feeling when seeing the tell-tale signs of foundation issues (doors not closing, cracks on walls, cracks on tile, etc.). Allied was very helpful and sent over an inspector for a review of the issues and an estimate. The inspector was very knowledgeable and gave it to me straight; here are the issues, here are the recommendations, and here are your options.<br><br>Once I agreed to proceed, the job was scheduled soon after the phone call. Of course, this type of work is never pretty, but the end result was exactly what needed to happen; a leveled foundation. The crew was respectful and the foreman in charge was extremely polite and answered all my questions; he maintained communication with me throughout the entire process and kept me at ease.<br><br>After the job was done, I did a walkthrough with the foreman. They cleaned up and urged me to call back should I see anything of concern with the work they did. He issued and explained to me the warranty and that was that. They were so good I contracted them for a plumbing issue on the spot!<br><br>I had major foundation work that required a tunnel dug under the house (I opted for this option, as it is better than the alternative of breaking a hole through from the inside). I have had foundation issues in the past, and Allied has been the only company I have contracted thus far. They keep their word regarding their warranty, which I have used maybe 1 or 2 times over a 15+ year period for minor adjustments (free of charge). Unfortunately for me, and my house, this issue required new work.<br><br>It helps they have a solid BBB rating, and of course, they made a damn good impression with me all those years ago, so the choice was clear. I hope I never have to use them again (for obvious reasons), but if I do I know I'll be in good hands. If you're stressed about your foundation repair just give this company a call. We definitely needed leveling but also plumbing and they got it all done in three days. The plumbing being the longest since we had cast iron plumbing so they had to redo all of it. We have had a wonderful experience with allied so far. They did our foundation on the inside and out and their plumbing fixed all the leaks about two months ago . A few weeks later we thought we had an another leak … turns out it was our pool but their plumbing team spent all day here trying to find that leak looking everywhere and anywhere. He worked so hard making sure that it was not a leak from the foundation and was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Allied!

My parents house needed major work done to level the home they have lived in for 58 years. We called Allied and Elmer came out and gave us an estimate. Allied was an affordable price compared to other foundation repair companies. The day before the work began 2 guys came out to help move furniture around so that the next day they could start the work. The 21 holes inside and 23 holes outside were completed in one day. They even removed all the carpeting that didn’t have furniture on it and hauled it off, knowing we were going to replace all the flooring. Holes were filled and house was swept and dirt/flower beds were put back in place. David was the supervisor and kept my Dad and myself informed through the process. Thank you Allied

We were having some serious issues with our foundation. We called 5-6 companies and received astronomical quotes from each one, EXCEPT Allied Foundation. Elmer was the rep who came out to give us an estimate/quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained why we needed as many piers as we did and how they would adjust the home. He told us that we could possibly need piers on the interior of the home, but that it may not be necessary. Instead of "selling" us on the idea that we needed the interior piers, he let us decide if we wanted to go that route now or possibly in the future. He gave us a VERY fair price for cash versus financing. They were able to do the work a week after I called them to make the appointment. When the crew arrived to do the work, they were very fast and efficient. They installed all the piers, did tunneling under our porch, filled all the holes where they dug, and cleaned up the yard, ALL IN ONE DAY! You could hardly tell they had been at our home. The following day, someone from the company called to follow up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction! I cannot say enough good things about this experience. They came out a few weeks ago to work on my foundation, and I’m honestly really happy with how it all turned out. The guys were super nice and foreman explained what they were doing. Crack is sealed and the house just feels better overall. They cleaned everything up after too, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely call them again if I ever needed more work done.

I had an awesome experience beginning with the estimate to the installation of 16 piers. Everything was great and the workers were very professional! The job was QUICK! 16 piers in less than 3 hours! I was amazed! Everything was left so clean - My bushes were moved back and I can’t even tell where the piers were dropped in the garden. My neighbors thought I had a plumbing issue since the work was so quick! Definitely a satisfied customer.

These guys knocked out all of the work before lunch time with the exception of back filling the holes and the concrete work. It was amazing how quickly they were able to knock out everything. I only expected them to look into the foundation, but they sent someone out to check the plumbing after all the work was done to ensure that there were no leaks. They answered all my questions and my minor requests as they came up. I am happy with what they've done and hopefully I don't have to call for any warranty work!

I sought the services of Allied Foundation after the extensive, detailed, and thorough explanation of foundation repair/leveling work by Elmer. I’ve never had to experience anything like a foundation repair before, so my nerves were on edge. I would like to extend many thank yous to Elmer, Emmanuel, Jonathan, Albino and the entire crew for the work they did from start to finish. Communication was superior. Soon as I sent over the contract, I was kept abreast of everything - from scheduling start date to being informed about when lines needed to be marked and at the end, being checked on after the work was completed. They accommodated and worked around my work schedule, my kiddos & dog and performed the pre-test on my Friday off and I felt Albino was transparent during the pre-testing. What I appreciated the most was that Elmer was transparent through the initial evaluation and until completion of the foundation leveling (ie letting me know worse case scenarios of foundation leveling/repair). Communication with the entire team was very receptive and they answered all my questions because Lord knows, I had a ton. I’m pretty sure Jonathan is happy the job is finished now. If I didn’t understand a process or procedure, Elmer or Jonathan answered any time I called, especially Elmer. Once the foundation was done, they performed a post pressure test and Albino was back out the next day to perform an isolation test and discovered a minor leak. Fortunately, Elmer prepped me for what happens after foundation leveling/repair - the minor leak, was detected externally in front of the house and it was a relatively quick fix. After everything was said and done, they made sure I had my transferable warranty. Despite the fact that water bottles and chopped up gloves were left on site, I noticed immediate signs of improvement in my house because of the foundation leveling. These guys did a great job in my book. I would recommend to my colleagues and friends if they ever have any foundation issues. Thanks guys, whew we’re done for now!

Highly recommend! Allied Foundation did an excellent job on my foundation repair. They installed piers around the exterior of my home and inside the garage. Pete and Juan were great to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They walked me through each step of the process, including the leveling, and made sure everything was done carefully to avoid any damage. The cleanup and patching afterwards were done really well.

A few months ago, my wife and I needed foundation work. We contacted Allied Foundation, a company we see in our neighborhood. Elmer came out to give us a quote; he was very friendly and helpful. We scheduled the work, and the team arrived to lift and repair our house’s foundation. They did an excellent job, and the team was professional.<br><br>Afterward, we noticed some plumbing issues. Allied was able to send a team to fix that as well (additional charge), and they did a great job.<br><br>Unfortunately, rain interrupted the work, and the crew had to leave early. The next day, Raymond and teammate came back and completed the repairs. Had 25 piers installed under my house. Called them on Wednesday and the salesman came out Thursday morning. Luis was very informative and helpful and really helped calm us down when this bad situation struck. Reasonably priced. Great finance options. Started Friday morning a little before 8 am and they were done by 5pm. They had to bust about 10 holes in the concrete and it was all patched up and done by the time they left. Thorough clean up. Satisfied customer. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Allied was quickly available to level my house. It only took a half day and they cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased work the job. I have used them twice before and had had a great experience the past two times also.

Long story short... I ended up needing MAJOR foundation work. They also found my 61 year old cast iron plumbing under my foundation needed replacing. Allied was so easy to work with; their office personnel and the level of communication they provide are top notch. The job foremen were polite and so patient with me when I had lots of questions. What really surprised me me was how fast they had their plumber onsite to replace my line. I figured they would have to reschedule me for a week or more down the road, but their crew was onsite the next day and replace the entire line at a fair price. I have no complaints and I appreciate every one of those men that worked on my home. I highly recommend Allied.

We have used Allied foundation for replacing a sewer line about 7 years ago and recently for foundation work on 2 homes, so 3 major projects. We always get at least 3 quotes on major work, and with all these projects, we chose Allied because of their competitive pricing, professionalism, knowledge, warranties, and quick scheduling. They show up when they say they will, have professional employees that work hard, and they leave everything clean after the work. They get permits, as they are supposed to, unlike other large plumbing companies I've talked to in the area. This is my second house with these guys. Both projects went excellently. The first was a couple years ago and involved piers on three sides as well as tunneling to replace the entire sewer system. The guys moved an amazing amount of earth in just two days. The city inspector signed off on the plumbing without a single comment. He told me that was normal with Allied since they knew the code and didn’t take shortcuts.<br>The second house was smaller and only needed piers on two sides. They did not pressure me into doing more than were required. The crew showed up on time and in two trucks that had everything they needed. They knew exactly what they were doing and were done in one day. It’s worth noting that both jobs were significantly less expensive than the other bidders. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

I was needing some foundation repairs on my house which had a previous life time warranty with another company. That company came out and quoted me and lets say I was sticker shocked by having already previous work done 15 years prior. The quote was for 20 new piers and releveling the existing piers. My next door neighbor said you should call Allied Foundation and I am glad I did. Allied Foundation installed 67 brand new piers, lifetime warranty, 100% transferable warranty and a lot less than the competitor. The other competitor wanted me to move out for a week or two while they work on the house. Allied was finished in 2 days and started immediately. I couldn't thank you guys enough for all your hard work and expertise on getting my house back level. Now that the foundation was leveled Allied detected I had some cracked pipes due to house settling before the level. I decided to rip the bandage off and re do the entire plumbing for the house to the main line. Allied showed up once again to the plate and scope cammed, and hydrostatic tested the lines to determine where the leaks were at no charge vs finding a plumber who wanted 500 bucks to just show up. They once again started the next following day installing over 375 ft of 3" and 4" lines and where completed in 3 days. All trenches and tunneling done in 1 day, lay pipe day 2 and backfill day 3. This is just a small glimpse into what Allied Foundation is capable of in a mere 5 days. David Foundation Superintendent, and Emmanuel Pipe Superintendent my hat comes off to you gentlemen and your crews and your hard work. These two crews have more than 40+ years of experience and it shows. I couldn't recommend Allied Foundation enough. Their team treats you like family and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are filled.<br><br>I want to also thank everyone in the office as well for all the questions I asked and their patience with me.<br><br>One last thing to mention and I am done ranting about how great Allied is lol. Every hole in and outside the house was patched and cleaned and was left as if they were never there. We do Property management in Houston area and we usually do a couple of foundations a year. First time with Allied and all went very well. Competitive price and work was done as promised and cleaned up afterward. We will use again !!

We had Luis C come out for the estimate. He wrote up a quote and there were several tiers of payment options based on starting immediately, vs waiting 30 or more days out. Also tunneling vs digging through the interior of the home. The difference in cost was significant to not do tunneling, so that’s the route we chose. They showed up on time with 3 big box trucks and about 15 guys. They wasted no time digging and setting the pilings and piers. Once the outside holes were dug, the crews moved to their locations and were either manning sump pumps or dirt removal from house to yard. For protection, they put blue tarps duct taped down and cut the areas out where they would be jack hammering. I was really impressed with how the teams were assigned different roles and everyone had a job to do. They were very efficient with their time. Was there dirt all over the house? Yes and no. The dirt was on the tarps. It came from the TWELVE holes they dug to set piers. The tarps covered all parts of the house where they were working. We moved as much furniture as we could into other parts of the house and we turned off the HVAC system. I recommend you do this for the dust. There will be dust. You are having the foundation done in your house. Plastic sheeting was hung elsewhere over the cabinets and counters, tv and book case. It’s been 4 days since they dug up my plants and removed them. I had some antique roses I knew I might lose. So far all but one has survived. I am pleased with that. The finished with the actual foundation work around 2-3 pm. The foreman on the job called me to say he was leaving and what progress had been made. The next day, they returned early. Before 7 am. They cleaned up and put cement in the holes. I was shocked at how clean the floors were in comparison to what I’d seen the day before. There was still dust, but let’s be honest, the space was clean. I did not have to sweep clumps of dirt out or wipe away mud. I was very satisfied with the clean up. Included are pictures of before and after. Allied has called me several times to check on things and make sure I was satisfied with the work through the process. They did use my hose for watering and clean up. They did not say they were going to; however I am okay with that. It seems only natural that they would need to use those things to be able to perform their work. It did not bother me. Job well done!

We got 4 bids from different contractors to lift our home here in Brazoria County 7 feet higher, as it was flooded during Hurricane Harvey. JaBriska was the only one who bid a slab under our home, which has always been on cinder blocks, to prevent erosion over time. So of course we went with her bid. She immediately set us up with our project manager Pete. From start to finish and everything in between, Pete and his crew have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I recently had Allied level my foundation with 40+ interior and exterior piers. They also replaced my sewage underneath the home. I’m was impressed in both instances with how efficient they worked. They rolled in with a crew of 10+ and knocked out the foundation in 1 day. Here my 8:30, holes dug by 12, home leveled by 3, and everything filled by 5. I thought it was going to be a 3 day process.<br><br>When they came back to do my sewers they dug 2 tunnels and a 20 foot trench along the side of my home and backyard. I was concerned that my landscaping and patio was completely destroyed, at least it appeared it would be that way. NOPE! They took their time to care for my home during the demo of this very invasive process and were able to put it back together better than I could have imagined.<br><br>Almost forgot to mention something very important. The “lifetime transferable warranty” on the foundation work that the last owner gave me for the exterior peers was HONORED with ZERO HASSLE. It took a moment to get my job on their calendar, but there was never an attempt to get out of honoring the warranty.<br><br>This was about as good of an experience as I think you can have on a very invasive and messy job.

I had Allied Foundation put in 37 piers under my house recently. They were so well organized, it was almost like a military operation. I’m very impressed. The very first day, they did almost all the tunneling, and began putting in piers. The second day they installed all the piers. The third day was for waiting for the city inspector, putting the soil back, at least as much as would fit, and cleanup. It was an amazing process to watch. Allied Foundation was very efficient and thorough, and the communication with the supervisor on site was great. They were a referral to me from a neighbor, and I would highly recommend them to others.
