We recently experienced a water heater leak that caused significant damage to our garage wall, living room, and kitchen. From the very beginning, Bret Joseph, and the entire Sentry Mold team were outstanding.<br><br>They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they clearly explained every step, set expectations from point A to point B, and followed through exactly as discussed. Today I had the two great workers come out to my house by the name of Joseph and Jonathan. They really had the work cut out for them and they did an amazing job in a timely fashion. They were very friendly and very respectful. They were also very informative, letting me know the things I should be doing to keep me safe being that I am pregnant and had a very bad mole problem. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Tyler and Tyrel did a great job with the remediation in our home. We had mold in the bathroom that needed to be treated—it had started spreading to the other bathroom, and there was also mold coming from a leaking water heater. What could have quickly become a disaster was handled with care and professionalism.<br><br>They came in and cleaned everything thoroughly, taking extra time to ensure the showers were properly caulked and the walls were spotless.<br><br>*I initially gave the review 5 stars but after looking at the work once they left, I updated my review and gave it 3 stars because they did not put the vents back on properly. One vent cover was on upside-down so you saw everything in the vent while sitting in the dining room. Pic attached. And other vents were not tightly screwed back on and were peeled off from the paint so it made the area around the vent look bad. See pics. I sent info to the company about this and they never updated anything. This is what made me feel like the review had to be adjusted. It looked horrible around the vents.

Tyler came to my house this week to inspect the water damage from a busted pipe. I was running late and he had no problem waiting till I got there. Great personality, very professional and just an all around great person to deal with. He walked me thru the next steps of repairing the house and had the repairs scheduled within a week.

Sentry Mold company was hired to remove mold and mildew from a bedroom closet that had been affected by heavy downpours of rain. The dispatcher who called to schedule a time was pleasant and very professional and there was no problem when the initial date had to be rescheduled. The two representatives that came out (Ty and Chris) arrived on time, explained in great detail what they were going to do, how long it was expected to take and expectations related to next steps in the process- which was amazing. Although they appeared to look young, they had a wealth of knowledge that they shared with us which was very impressive. Chris took time out to show me what they found in the ceiling after they demolished my daughter’s closet. At the same time, Ty was working to create a hazmat construction site in order to keep us safe and they were both forthcoming with information about how we should move around the work space if needed but basically we are fine to stay out. As I was informed by Chris and Ty, the Sentry office called today to schedule a pick up time for the equipment left behind. Great company, amazing work and professional staff. Sentry demonstrated what excellent customer service should look like and that it still exists in the service industry. Kudos to you all and Hats off to Chris and Ty for a job well done!!

Hailey was amazing. We were removed from our home after water damaged our Decatur home garage and the repair and replacement of the walls were quick! Omg literally the best to do it. These guys are heaven sent. They came to my home and immediately went to work. They found the cause of my plumbing issues and walked me through each step while removing all the mold I live in a 5 bedroom house loaded with furniture so they’re was definitely a difficult task at hand and they were knocking it out like it was nothing. Bret and Shane yall are literally life savers and I can’t thank yall enough.

Hailey and Jackie from Sentry Mold Protection made the whole mold clean-up and repair process a smooth and painless one. They were in and out quickly and were very attentive to facilitating the experience, clarifying next steps whenever I had questions. I forget his name but the individual who did the initial inspection was also very professional and helpful during that phase of the work.<br><br>The people who came on site were great. The only con I'll highlight is that the company could coordinate scheduling better. I was given a day and time initially for the inspection and when no one showed up, I had to call to get clarification to find out that it had been cancelled. 2 subsequent appointments were rescheduled after that. That's a point where improvements in communication and logisitcs could be made.<br><br>Despite that, It was overall a good experience.

I would definitely recommend Sentry Mold Protection to anyone. My first encounter with them was last week and they had to do a full Inspection Making sure that they get all the areas that could possibly be contaminated. Yesterday was a return visit & My technicians were Bret, Chris, & Khalil. These guys got to my home at 11 and did non-stop work until 4:30. Pulled up floors, cut drywall, the whole sterilization process. The work is absolutely great.

Dalton, our technician, came by and showed up on time. He was very helpful and explained things well. Appreciated his service and he gave me good details on when he'd plan to return and when worked should be finished up.

Promise me they will call back in 3 days with results. Week after still no one call.<br>Also I was asking for the number of the person that came to my home and they give me wrong number. They will waste your time. Please find different provider for you need.

Said they would fog house with same chemical as last time but didn't. I'm allergic to whatever new chemicals they fogged with and its been days and I can't get inside the house without immediately throwing up. I'm thinking about getting in touch with a few others on here and talk of lawsuit this is utterly ridiculous. They are careless with heakth concerns. We also had wirk irder issues with them. They where tokd. To do the whoke house and the techs vone out with work orders for only crawlspace. I'm so sick of this company.
