Made a web-site request for a quote for insulation in my home (3) weeks past. Did not have any follow-up. Called the office, made them aware of no follow-up, was transferred to Josie. She handles builders only, asked why I was transferred to her, " they are a busy company" and was very rude. Will be using someone else!
Josie is utterly unprofessional. I would not have this woman handling my business whatsoever. This is a good company but this woman makes this company look so bad. My business partner and I both had terrible interactions with her and ended up going with a different company for this reason. She only made excuses to not do the job and hung up on me after confronting her about this. Never have I been hung up on by a company that we spend large amounts of money with let alone any company. Please take this woman off your customer service/any business interactions.
Terrible service.
Quick, unloading friendly staff and clean restrooms
By far, the worst service company I have ever had to use. They were contracted to install 2 gas fireplaces as part of a rebuild. The fireplaces were installed in May, and the start up of the fireplaces were supposed to happen in September. The start-up didn't happen until October, and didn't happen until 2 no-shows or rescheduling. When it did happen, we were told that when the fireplaces were installed, the blowers weren't installed. Additionally, one of the remotes wasn't working to turn the fireplace on. After several more no-shows or reschedules, Bobby Ortega states that the wrong blowers were brought to install. On November 20th, we're told the blowers that were sold to us (by them) does not come with a wall switch controller and they were in the process of getting 2 other blowers with a controller and that it will take a few days. It is now the beginning of January and they have been completely unresponsive. They have a quote on their business profile: "We are dedicated to completing projects that improve our local community." This is so far from who they really are. We haven't been able to use either fireplace this entire winter. Nothing but a huge disappointment. If you are thinking about using them, save yourself the time, money and frustration and find a company that understand what customer service is and don't use Williams Insulation. If I could, I would have them uninstall the fireplaces and ask for a complete refund.
Friendly staff
Quick easy unload! They don’t take semi trucks until after 8 am but before 2pm. But it’s quick and easy.
Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. Never followed up with a quote after initial discussion. Weren’t clear on services they’d provide and when I asked about additional things I might want to consider/thought we’d need they told us they don’t consult/advise clients. Beyond frustrating experience.
Tight spot for a 18 wheeler, but they get you in and out.
They did an excellent job of blowing insulation in the attic. Their prices were reasonable and they were very professional.
Truck #33 (by front windshield number) - driving horrendously bad around Saginaw. Attempting illegal passes, running through red lights, and driving dangerously.
Busy place. Great crew. Easy to get to.
The company that renovated my home used Williams to install my gas fireplace (in late 2019 / early 2020). The gas fireplace stopped working in February 2021. I tried contacting Williams (Bobby Ortega) several times for a repair, left at least one voicemail message, and never got a call back. Then in March 2021, someone showed up at my house without calling first to look at the fireplace. They said they needed to order a part. It is now FEBRUARY 2022, and the fireplace still hasn’t been repaired. I have called at least five times since then and have received a number of excuses as to why this hasn’t happened yet. I fear that since this is a warranty issue, Williams is delaying to avoid their responsibility under the warranty. I just want a working fireplace, especially considering the recent cold weather. As a follow up to the comment below from Williams Insulation, I called and left a message for Scott Parker on February 11th and am still waiting on a call back (it is March 13th now). Good job trying to appear concerned and responsive but a call back is necessary in order for that to be reality.
Delivary fast …nice staff
Truck access
Totally worthless, never in my life would I recommend these people run run run. Doesn’t matter how big they are or how inexpensive they are, not people that will follow through.
Lots of room and got me unloaded quickly
This company installed yesterday had a mid rise apartment across from our town houses and left trash and debris all over our yard. They will be reported to the city if they don't clean it up today.
My home builder used Williams for a fireplace install in my backyard. Brand new home which I moved into back in June. A few months ago the switch for the accent lights around the fire pit stopped working. I called Williams over a month ago and they still have not replaced and fixed the light switch. I call for a weekly update and I get another excuse why it hasn't happened and a promise for a call back with an update. I never get a call back. Very frustrating for a simple replace and repair of a small switch. Williams has become so unreliable that my home builder has stopped using them as a contractor.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT do business with Williams. I went against every builder I work with in DFW and tried to use them and they rescheduled me 3 times before I canceled with them. And they never called to tell me each time they weren't going to make it, I had to call and find out. All this after I moved everything out of the house and out of the way each time they were "showing up". Waste of time. I now see why every builder said they are horrible.
Excellent workers. We hired them to install about 4,000 sq ft of 6" insulation with a white vapor barrier to the underside of our warehouse roof deck (stick pin). They were fast and efficient. The project was wrapped up in about a day.
