Had rodents in the attic that chewed up the wires to my AC two times so the guys came out and secured all areas where rodents could be coming in, roof, fans, chimney, open porch etc., then placed a little exit door, sized for all types of rodents, small enough to prevent little mice from getting back in. They spray some specialized fluid around the attic to make it uncomfortable for them to stay, so no traps. I assure you this is the most humane way to get rid of wildlife in your attic. Serve them an eviction notice for good! The first inspection was free and I was given a choice of the things to do to my house and places they felt were current issues or future issues. I was not charged extra fees for using a credit card and was given the choice to pay in advance or at the time of service and they showed up on the date we discussed. If you have an older home it's just a fact of life that you'll have to fill all the gaps and areas that are degraded due to time. Needless to say, I'm not going to do this stuff myself so it's nice to have a wildlife service that cares about preventing future issues unlike typical exterminators. Don't let a rodent or wildlife problem get out of control because you want to procrastinate or not pay the money to have professionals do what they do best. Wildlife isn't going to magically leave your house if you ignore their presence. Whether it's one rodent or twenty you don't know, maybe you got a couple of raccoons or squirrels up there. Just make the call.
